The Homeland agrees with the principles you have outlined; in fact, we will not only pursue neutrality in Seleya but neutrality in general across Terra, excluding 2 specific cases. One with Bannerhafen and the Yishelhafen Pact towards security in the Migrant's Pass and one, we hope, with the United Kingdom.

We will seek to honour and promote the sovereignty, neutrality and self-determination of states, regardless of whether the Homeland chooses to do business or not with a state; as you are aware, Aldegar is currently in the Reshimat Hara and we have no plans of amending our decision.

That, however, means nothing and we intend not to have it influence any of our talks here nor the neutrality path we are both seeking.

If I may [politely glances at the High Chancellor], this war was first and foremost a cacophony of anything but military conflict. In risking of rushing to point 3 of our agenda, we both witnessed the silence and noise of supposed allegiances and shadowy interests - the blowback of the Kundratijan intervention has been absolutely devastating to not only Beiteynuese, but Majatran relations with central Artania.

So we must look to the future of our peoples, Mr. Vivaldi-Vandam; as there will always be those who will seek power and control, sometimes by taking quick and swift steps based on individual perceptions without international agreement nor consensus; nor common alignment for that matter.

We agree with your statements here. Beiteynuese efficiency proves to be at its finest, as you have summarized our main points set for Topic Three of this conference. We will continue to keep our alliance with the Federal Republic of Dundorf and continue to go for neutrality on the world stage. As far as Topic Three is concerned, we acknowledge the Beiteynuese seniment, which the United Kingdom wholeheartedly agrees and respects.

The United Kingdom will also strive for ultimate neutrality and self-determination in its foreign policy. This war that we have just fought has showed us one thing, we are stronger when we work together.


I'd like to introduce our final topic of this conference, which is Topic Two, the future of Beiteynuese-Lourennais relations. We concur with your statement that we must not allow the rise of hegemonic powers, who only seek to spread neo-imperialist tendencies. The new ambition of the United Kingdom will be to deter and prevent the spread of militaristic powers and their self-deluded ideas of influence. We must work for a true, sovereign, self-determined world.

To facilitate this new ambition and bring a conclusion to this most tumultuous period between our nations, the United Kingdom proposed the following:

- The Establishment of an international statement that encourages enshrining the ideals of sovereignty, neutrality, and self-determination in Terra.
- The Creation of a new alliance between Eroncourt and Yishelem, focusing on the aforementioned ideals.
- The Creation of a final international treaty to confirm and solidify the topics discussed at this conference to be respected as an international agreement between our parties, and our observers.

So be it. Let it be known that at this time, 10 AM, on the 10th of October of 5374, an agreement was reached between the United Kingdom of Lourenne and the Homeland State of Beiteynu to officially end the hostilities of the Beiteynu-Lourenne War and to establish the future of geopolitics.

The Treaty of Altatepec, as it shall be known, will provide us an everlasting peace, as well as an everlasting alliance. The Palace of Oisy will ensure that this treaty is written and ratified by our two nations.

In observance of this most important conference, we acknowledge oversight from the Federal Republic of Dundorf, the Dual Republic of Darnussia and Narikenland, and the Empire of Ananto and Kalistan. We thank them for their attendance and their comments.
