Here is now his full speech:

Dear Members of the National Assembly, dear Peopel of Badara,

Many thanks again for the hearty invitation in her parliament.I am very pleased to be here today to give a speech. The relationship between our two countries were not always good. Remember, the last war and remember of course the peopel who lost their lives. We can not undo what happened. We also can not bring the peopel back to live. The hatred on both sides grew, and it has benefited nobody from it.But I'm not here today to talk about the past , the future offers us new opportunities and possibilities for peace and international understanding. We have the opportunity to merge our peoples and speak with one strong voice.
For me, and I also hope for you, the freedom is a very important issue. The freedom to protect and extend, that must remain one of our main tasks.
But I am speaking not only of the freedom of speech or other civil rights.I am also very conscious of the freedom of the economy.Withour capitalism can and there will be no peaceful and free future, that every man must be clear.
Some people believe that communism would be better!?But the enslavement of people and goods can not and will never be successful.Today we have an unprecedented chance to avoid communism.
Let us work together for a better future.I'm sure we can reach this goal together.

Let us work together for us and for the furtures of our nations.

Grand Vizier Yussuf Wazira:
"Mister President, Badara has a problem with any agreement allowing foreign powers to board and inspect Badaran ships. It is this governments believe that all ships and airplanes sailling and flying under Badaran flag are considerd sovereign Badaran soil and therefore foreign powers have no right to impose boardings and inspections of these planes and vessels. But we most not let this minor disagreement get in the way of our newly established friendship."
