His Majesty demands that the Kumiko regime respond to these new developments. It was the ultra-nationalist faction which called for a ceasefire and if it is incapable of pursuing negotiations, perhaps Commonwealth forces should march on your capital, drag Kumiko from the hole in which she's hiding and lock her in a Hulstrian cell to make your representatives more cooperative.

While Indrala's interests in this conflict are minimal, we feel that our opinions need to be heard. The complete unification of Sekowo should be of primary concern. Instability will only continue and further the hatred towards the Western forces. On a second note, His Imperial Majesty the Emperor Huifu is the husband of Ishida Megumi, the Princess of Sekowo. So as an in-law member of the Ishida Clan, His Imperial Majesty desires a uniform consensus on the Imperial House of Sekowo. If the newly emerged and direct line of the Ishida Clan led by Ishida Miyako is approved by the IML based on an appeal, then so be it, but we call for sort of punishment for Ishida Kumiko.

His Imperial Majesty Emperor Huifu is most wise and naturally, His Majesty Emperor Gustavus II of Luthori shall assure suitable punishment for the dictator Kumiko.

Excellent! Luthori and the entire Commonwealth forces have the undying support of the elected and appointed government of Indrala, the Zhongshi Liu (Imperial Clan of Liu), and His Imperial Majesty. We are willing to play any role concerning the punishment of Tyrant Ishida Kimiko and anything concerning the Ishida Clan.

In view of the aggressive character of these negotiations, the Empress Kumiko Yukio has decided that the only way she can assure safety for her people is too submit to the demands of the aggressors for the sake of peace. The Oathkeeper Movement shall continue the fight for the cause of the Eternal Harmony but only in the democratic sphere, and as such the state apparatus of the Eternal Harmony will be disestablished and authority will be handed over to a unified civilian government. Kumiko Yukio renounces the throne and leadership of the House of Ishida and but will retain her title of Yeowang of the Holy Kingdom of Deulatoji, and while she will glady appear before a Sekowan Court she refuses to be tired by any court of the aggressor powers.

While we desire for Ishida Kumiko to have no reign over any nation, we can agree to this matter.

As a self-governing colony of the Eternal Harmony and Empire Magnificent of Sekowo, and a direct, albeit limited, participant in the war, we feel that Deulatoji has strong interests in this conflict.
We must point out that Yukio Kumiko is the rightful Yeowang of Deulatoji, and remains so even after the abdication of Her Majesty from the position of monarch of Sekowo. Since we view only the Eternal Harmony as our parent nation, we do not see ourselves as a colony of the new regime now formed in Sekowo. We are aware of the support offered by the International Monarchist League to the usurper House of Santiago, but remain strong in our support to the rule of the Yukio dynasty in Deulatoji.

Foreign Affairs Minister of the Holy Kingdom of Deulatoji

How will we be assured then Ishida Kumiko will not use Drania as another launching point for attacks in the future?

It is completely and absolutely out of the question for Ishida Kumiko to remain monarch of anything and certainly not Drania. We will have no guarantee whatsoever that Kumiko's genocidal and megalomaniac impulses will stop if she continues to be dictator of Drania. Indeed, if the Dranian regime is even slightly interested in its own survival, it will keep out of Commonwealth business and not say a word when Kumiko is tried and most certainly found guilty and executed. If the Dranian regime does not show absolute cooperation with our envoys, His Imperial and Most Excellent Majesty the Holy Luthori Emperor will himself put forth a motion to reestablish the rightful House of Santiago by force. There is no reason whatsoever to believe that the subjugation of the Dranian rebels will be anything but easier than the subjugation of the Sekowan rebels. We all know how the one encounter between the Holy Imperial Navy and the rebel forces went, which reminds us that Luthori has the full intention to bill every missile and shell fired at Dranians, to the upstart Dranian government which foolishly meddled in this war and should consider itself fortunate that no more spoils are demanded.

We would like to reiterate Hulstrian and Luthori words on this matter. We would wish to avoid another conflict, but we feel it is most necessary for Ishida Kumiko to abdicate the role of HoS in Drania for this peace to come to successful conclusion.
