The visit

The Caesareae Maiestatis eius Imperator omnes Seluciae, Jens Wurster is visiting the Protectorate, in the early days known as Pontesi. At the moment huge security measures have been taken to protect the Mr Wurster from attacks of the FPA, which has threatened him again and again.
But nevertheless, Mr Wurster is confident to stregthen the tie between all Selucians regardless whether they live in Pontesi or in Selucia. "I am the head of state of every Selucian and as we share common blood and the same common sense, I want to safeguard that the two nations come together in order to give all Selucians a place to live."
On the FPA Mr Wurster only said: "I will fear noone , and especially not those who are cowards."
500 additional policemen were send from Selucia to Pontesi to protect the meeting and to support local police and security personnel in their effort to make this meeting a success.
At the moment, Mr Wurster is flying to Pontesi and he is expected to arrive at around 8 0'clock in the morning. The agenda of the meeting is still a matter of speculation, but surces close to the head of state say, that a Union between all Selucians is in hand.

Overlord Terek Lathander, beloved by the people.

The people of Selucian Pontesi feel great joy in the visit of the Selucian Imperator. "We shall welcome our Imperator with the best Selucian Pontesi has to offer.", Terek Lathander commented the issue.

Rumours circulate that this might include a banquet at the Crimson Citadel, the Crusader's HQ, in central Baezileum that was recently restored, where high security guards have roped off a quite large part of the road and allowed none but luxuriously decorated limousines with police and military escort to enter. There have been grave acts of IML-sponsored fascist terrorism in the country, so it's no surprise that the government takes strict measures to ensure the safety of the Imperator.

Democrats protest against Wurster visit

The Protests

LERNA - Democrat protesters fought with police outside the Crimson Citadel on Friday as Jens Wurster, the head of state of Selucia who visits over over the Protectorate have cause widespread unrest and a threat from the Free Pontesian Army, is visiting the Crusaders HQ.

Protesters claimed Wurster's visit to Pontesi is a start of an occupation and the destruction of Pontesi's culture and heritage. Demonstrators waving placards reading, "JW not welcome here", and chanting, "No more Selucians, no more Crusaders" marched through the city centre before gathering on the police barricade. Two people were arrested, one for assaulting a police officer and one for breach of the peace. Security was intense, with everyone body-searched and no phones or recording equipment allowed, in fear of the FPA's threat.

Just hours before Wurster's arrival, Democrat Party's leader, Jill Spencer, addressed a separate protest debate on Pontesi's Heritage and Culture by the Democrat Party's campaign. Spencer said she was "flabbergasted" at the visit and the acceptance of foreign domination over Pontesi, which was "an affront to all Pontesians". Crusader's PR team were "using this ill disguised circus as a justification of support for a destruction of Pontesi's cuture".

Mr Wurster arrived this morning in the Protectorate at the airport of Lerna. Unforunately the complete airport was sealed off from normal people to ensure the safety. Nevetheless Mr Wurster took the time to hold a press conference:

Press: Mr Wurster what do you hope to achieve?
W.: Well, first of all a better connection between all Selucians, who live seperated in two states and this is of course very sad. We are one people, one nation, one blood and one common sense and I do not see why anyone should be against this.
Of course, there are a few leftwing maniacs who think they govern the country, but I am here to send a signal to all the good Selucian people: We want you and we will never forget you. We are your motherland and we are your everlasting friend and allie.
I see both nations as one nation in people and in blood as well as in thrift, hard work and in all other things. I want to make the resulting step out of this and the hand of the Selucian motherland is open I can only hope and pray that this open hand will not denied.

Press.: So you speaking of a Union?
W.: We are already a Union of people. I cannot think of a stronger union. However If you refer to possible closer connection in this way in terms of states then it is not for me to comment, because I can only offer the open hand.

Press.: What about the protest against you and the death of a Selucian priest?
W.: Let me say one thing to theses terrorists: You have attacked a Selucian you threatening innocent people and you now might feel that you might win. But this is not true and it will never be true. I promise that they will pay the price for their actions and a lot more then that.
Terrorism will never win and I will not surrender nor negotiate with these terrorists.
However Selucians are open to every peaceful men or woman but not to terrorists.

After arriving at the airport, Mr Wurster went to a unknown location for resting and preparing for the talk.
