Former Chairman Cornelius Royaliwith opens with his speech:

“It is my pleasure to speak to a great man Sir Tobias Clarke.
I want to thank Supreme President Glenn Greene for his beautiful speech and kind words for my uncle. Our nation has been a nation of struggle and change. Over the past years we saw the rise of a new parties and the threat of tranny from outside forces. Many of us are alive today because of the great freedom fighters in Keymon and the help from all democratic forces of Terra. My father Edward Royaliwith was the Supreme President during this conflict. Now he did his best regardless of what people say he cared and wanted to end all conflicts that were causing a complete collapse of government and order. He was executed and till the end of his life he gave it to the freedom and spirit of the Keymoni people. We have all faced many challenges in life and we will overcome many more beaucse that is the great thing of our spirits. We as the people of Keymon never give up and will always strive for the very best in our nation and Terra. Democracy and freedom are the most important things that we value and we thank Sir Tobias Clarke, for coming to see a fine example of a People who are free. I hope that Sir Tobias Clarke enjoys a very nice time at keymon and learns the values and challenges of the keymon people.

Thank you Sir Tobias Clarke ,for coming here and allowing me to speech to you and the Keymoni People at my old age.”

Sir Tobias Clarke addresses the gathering at the resistance Memorial

Ladies and Gentlemen, Supreme President Greene, Mr Cornelius Royaliwith, friends,

I want to thank President Greene for his kind invitation in allowing my retirement tour to pass through Keymon. I never cease to be amazed when I hear stories of the sacrifices people make in their struggle for freedom and liberty. The Keymoni people have being shown to be willing to fight for their freedom, some, as we have heard, like former President Edward Royaliwith have paid the ultimate sacrifice. Today in terra we have friends facing conflict, standing firm in the face of those aggressors, who never cease looking for excuses to make war and terror. We must be as tenacious in bringing and protecting freedom and they are in bringing evil.

Even in my home nation of Solentia, invasion and threats are made, and why?..because we stand up for what is right, we give voice to the oppressed, we allow the human spirit to burn brightly and express itself? For those who love liberty, I say 'be warned'. You will be hated and attacked because you stand up for the truth... but I urge you to stand firm, and hold true to the principles that we share. It is time for free terra to stand against aggression; the cost of compromise is too great... If you give one inch, the aggressors will soon be asking for a mile, then two and three... and so on.

President Lucy Greenmir of Solentia has given me the authority to ask the Keymoni government today for a permanent Solentian embassy here in Royal Hillsborough. Our two nations have today set upon a path of friendship and understanding; I hope that we can continue to walk upon it.

Keymon, again I thank you for your hospitality and for showing me that the fight against tyranny is one that is always worthwhile.

Sir Tobias Clarke, i am glad to hear that the government of Solentia is willing and seeking for deeper cooperation with the Supreme Imperial Republic of Keymon! Of course my nation and my cabinet would be happy to have a embassy of yours in our capital and vice versa!

With the visit to the Republic of Dranland at the end of his retirement tour, Sir Tobias Clarke has returned to the country that he has politically contributed to most apart from Solentia. When Clarke arrived at the International Airport in the capital Iglesia Mayor, he was warmly received by a delegation of famous GNP politicians, including its chairwoman Marina LeCoultre, former Prime Ministers Jennifer Howard and Alina Delarosa as well as former Lord Chancellor Charlene Goodwill. Members of the delegation then went on to deliver laudatory speeches in honor of Sir Clarke:

GNP Chairwoman Marina LeCoultre:
"By honoring Sir Clarke, we pay tribute to a man who has become a living symbol for bedrock liberal values. Not only has he staunchly stood in defense of a democratic system, but also proved unwavering commitment to the freedom of the individual, having always believed in the right of every single person to enjoy a maximum of liberty. Personally, I am too young to remember his tenure as Dranish foreign minister or his career as Solentian President, but his excellent reputation precedes him wherever he goes. Sir Clarke, the freedom-loving people of Dranland will never forgot your merits not only to Dranland, but to humanity for your consistent fight for freedom and demoracy.

Former PM and former CfL Councillor Jennifer Howard:
"Sir Clarke was not only a long-time political companion of mine, but also a close friend who has great personal charisma and wit. My uncommon and risky decision of including a former President of another nation in a Dranish cabinet was only possible with regards to the unchallenged integrity and splendid reputation of Sir Clarke, and laid the foundation for a bilateral partnership that goes beyond simple political cooperation - the Solentian and Dranish people, I may rightfully claim, are brothers and sisters in the spirit of democracy and freedom. Sir Clarke - Tobias, my dearest friend -, may you always be remembered for dedicating your life to the protection of those who are free and the liberation of those who are oppressed.

Former PM and former CfL Vice President Alina Delarosa:
"When me and Tobias Clarke developed the idea of the CfL way back in the 3310s, it was doubtful that it would once become the largest active political organization in Terra. Founded on the principle of what is today with a wink called 'Clarkism, the CfL reflects the high values of everything Sir Clarke has stood for throughout his life - the dignity of man, the preciousness of liberty, the responsibility of the democratic part of the world to strike down those who deprive their own people of the most basic human rights. The fact that the CfL is today known as the most effective force for preserving and encouraging liberty does in fact directly derive from Sir Tobias Clarke, his life, his outstanding merits and his achievements. May the light of liberty shine over Terra forever, and may its people always remember the name of Sir Tobias Clarke, who has fought incessantly to spread it.'

After the speeches, the delegation and Sir Clarke moved on to the luxurious Palm Beach Hotel at the beachfront of Iglesia Mayor where the formal festivities in his honor will be held and where he is expected to deliver his address to the Dranish people.

Sir Tobias Clarke's entourage includes his daughter, the former Senate Warden Madeleine Clarke, and former Supreme Presidents Issy Brown and Lucy Greenmir, plus dozens of senior members of former Liberal administrations. The group are staying at the luxurious Palm Beach Hotel at the beachfront of Iglesia Mayor for festivities organised by the GNP.

After a formal dinner Sir Clarke delivered the final speech of his retirement tour before he returns to Solentia. The tone of the speech was informal delivered in a 'folksy' style, as if among the closest of friends, and as always consistently modest:

December 3310... A date that I will always remember...

It was in this very place 32 years ago that I was introduced to Jennifer. I then knew of her as Ms Howard of the Grand National Party in Dranland. Politically speaking we had similarities, yet were not identical. There were other governments within terra at that point with whom I had more in common. At the outset of our meeting, our political differences were foremost in my thoughts. However, within a matter of minutes it was clear that we had a connection which was stronger and far more important than our respective political colours. As we spoke together we knew that our discussions were highly significant and would be remembered for years to come... we knew that we were making history at that very moment.

You may think that as Supreme President of ten years, standing down from office, I may be less than enthusiastic about accepting the role of Foreign Minister in another nation. Not so. From that moment on, It was difficult for me to hide the excitement I felt about this new project, though I still had a year to serve as Supreme President of my beloved homeland Solentia, I knew that my next venture was not about the advancement of my career, my hopes and ambitions, but my tenure at the Foreign Ministry of Dranland was about the future of two nations.

Were all in Dranland eternally grateful for the Solentian statesman coming to work within their government? Not really... I can understand their concerns; I am a politician too... It was with an attitude of service that I dedicated my life to this nation during that time, and I trust that those who were initially sceptical eventually received and trusted me in good faith.

You may ask what it was that enabled this unusual venture to come about. Undoubtedly it was our shared commitment to the values liberty, personal freedom, and democracy - values not shared by myself and Jennifer alone. Values shared by the people of our two great nations. I would like to thank Dranland for taking a risk with me, for stepping outside of the box... you were brave, you are brave. Terra needs nations and needs people who are prepared to take risks... people who are prepared to stand against the tide, to go against the flow. In my eyes this is the spirit our peoples share. Solentians, and Dranlish alike - I feel I can say we - we will stand up for what we know is right.

So Dranland... now a second home to my family and I. Friends, you all know that our shared journey has still a long way to go. I urge you with everything within me, to keep travelling together - sometimes you may feel like a step back has been taken, but never give up, persevere together always knowing that we are stronger together. I believe in a future of two strong, independent, confident nations, working together in synergy for the common good of both peoples and terra. A shining example of what co-operation, understanding and trust between people can achieve.

Alina, you refer to 'clarkism'... whatever that maybe...together we realised that the freedoms enjoyed in Dranland and Solentia were not enjoyed universally. So there came the idea. A congress, devoted to liberty. Politicians from socialist to libertarian, liberal to conservative, monarchist and republican joined together in defence of the principles of liberty. Dozens of parties working together... sharing... striving... standing up for the oppressed... putting others first. It’s not very complicated to understand. Terra is a simple place - some are for us, some are against us. Are we down hearted when we are criticised and hated for what we believe in? Not a chance! It only serves to make us stronger and more determined.

People of Dranland, Ms LeCoultre, President Beckerman. Thank you for the journey. It is time for me to hand over the baton...

The final engagement of Sir Clarkes retirement tour before his return to Solentia is a formal meeting with members of the Unity / PAC administration.

After Tobias Clarke's entourage was received and welcomed by the GNP, Sir Clarke was asked to partake in a meeting with important PAC members with the goal of further enforcing inter-party relations. He was to meet with key founding members of PAC, specifically; Co-Founder and Former Chairman, Marcos Barrantes, Founder, Honorary Chairwoman and Former Chairwoman, Maité Castillo, and Co-Founder and Current Dranish Minister of Environment and Tourism, Anahí Solís.

Sir Clarke also met with current PAC Chairman and other members of the current leadership of PAC. The meeting was held at PAC's HQ building in Drania's capital city, Iglesia Mayor.

Mr. Clarke was also scheduled to meet with the Dranish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ms Natalia DuFoe.

Sir Tobias Clarke addressed the meeting of senior PAC figures

Ms Castillo, Mr Solís, Ms Dufoe and honourable members of Partido Acción Ciudadana, 'es un placer de encontrar con usted hoy en su gran república, que considero mi residencia secundaria...' When I first entered the political scene in Dranland I was immersed into the circles of the GNP. However I soon realised that as much as I had in common with the GNP, I also had in common with the other major political traditions here in Dranland.

I would like to pay tribute to the role that your party has played within the formation of the friendship that exists between Dranland and Solentia. A friendship between two political parties would not have constituted a friendship between two nations. You were prepared to put your trust in us Solentians. You were prepared to trust the friends of your political opponents. As I have said before, those who are prepared to take risks are those who will write history.

It is always a joy for me in Dranland that you have a healthy and vigorous political debate. There are disagreements, struggles, battles. This is democracy in action and I thank you for allowing me to be a small part of it. My Solentian colleagues and indeed my son William the Foreign Minister now count you honourable members of PAC as friends. As our parties work together on the formation of Embassies we know that we walk together with purpose. We also understand that we can trust and do business with you. It is indeed true that our two parties have much in common. There is much that we can achieve by working together, in terms of culture and education, in both of our nations; we have a shared agenda which we can advance together. My PAC friends, again I thank you for your hospitality and I urge you to keep working towards the goal of greater co-operation between our nations.
