Rodshyadam Peace Conference
Rodshyadam, Trigunia.

Having announced an interim cease fire to discuss the potential implementation of a peaceful resolution to the Kazulian-Dankukin Conflict, the Kazulian Government has entrusted the Trigunian Government, in its capacity as a neutral party, to assist in guiding the peace process towards a conclusion both involved parties could agree to. It is hoped that the following dialogue between the involved parties will pave the way for continued peace in the region.

Dagmar Hedegaard, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Kazulia.

The Government of the Kingdom of Kazulia in collaboration with the Joint Forces Command convened recently to form our demands for the peace process. The following are demands which the government does not intend on backing down from:-

1. Both sides (Dankuk and Kazulia) shall release all prisoners of war and make provisions for their return to their respective home nations.

2. The Dankukin Government shall immediately reprimand anti-Kazulian sentiments in their respective nation.

3. The Kingdom of Kazulia shall establish a civil administration in the occupied territories of Eljang and Reunii, which the Dankukin Government shall recognise as Kazulian sovereign territory for a period of no more than 50-100 years, pending a potential renegotiation of the terms of occupation.

Nicola Kurrat, Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Kyo Empire

The Government of the Kyo Empire accept the terms put forward by the Kazulian side. However, the Kyo Empire has its own demands we expect that our Kazulian counterparts will accept:

1. Our Kazulian counterparts will transfer 100 million Krona to the Imperial Dankuk Military to replace the aircraft and naval vessels the Kazulian military destroyed during the conflict

2. The Kazulian and Dankuk side shall both set up a 25 km wide no-fly zone surrounding the border

3. The Kazulian Government shall hand over all captured military equipment

4. The Kazulian and Dankuk Government shall form a joint-conference to discuss issues concerning Sørvestland

Chairman of the Council of Ministers (Prime Minister) Andrei (Andrusha) Nikolayevich Kasyanov, representative and lead mediator of the Rodshyadam Peace Conference.

"Good morning everyone, I have been selected to lead this mediation team. The mediation team proposes the following compromise:

2. Dankuk and Kazulia will mutually cooperate on anti-Dankukian and anti-Kazulian sentiments within each others nations and ensure that steps are taken to remediate future conflicts without violence or declarations of war;

3. The establishment of a 50-year civil administration overseen by an appointed Civil Administrator from Kazulia to foster cooperation between Dankuk and Kazulia in the civilly administered areas of Eljang and Reunii. Trigunia, a netural arbitrator will provide a "High Commissioner" in order to facilitate peaceful oversight over the regions. Following the 50 year period, the areas will be returned to the full administration of the Dankukian government within one year following 50 years;

4. The Kazulian government will return any captured material to Dankuk to ensure self-defense of the Dankukian nation;

5. Shall the Dankukian government undergo a process of radical re-armament or belligerent activities towards Kazulia, the guaranteer of this treaty Trigunia and Kazulia, shall intervene and impose sanctions and use force to stop any such activities;

6. The establishment of a peacekeeping force underneath the Trigunian Armed Forces through the Trigunian Military Police Corps to ensure peace in the region for the duration of the 50-year civil administration and to ensure no serious conflict or war arises again."

Dagmar Hedegaard, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Kazulia.

Recognising that the supposed compromise is heavily Trigunia oriented as it is evident, we cannot accept the terms of the compromise. Thus seek to renegotiate our terms for the purpose of ensuring continued peace in the region.

1. A trans-border peace commission between Kazulia and Dankuk should be established for the purposes of discussing continued peace in the region, discussing situations which may viewed as potentially harmful to the other and all concerns pertaining to the occupied territories of Eljang and Reunii; to be known as the Blue Room Commission. A Joint Lourennais-Trigunian Committee shall appoint a neutral arbitrator who will oversee discussions between Kazulia and Dankuk through the Blue Room Commission.

2. A demarcation line shall be fixed and both sides shall withdraw five (5) kilometres from this line so as to establish a demilitarised zone between the opposing forces, with this demilitarised zone established with the purpose of forming a physical buffer between the opposing forces.

3. No person, military or civilian, shall be permitted to cross the demarcation line unless specifically authorised to do so by the Blue Room Commission. Civilian or military air traffic shall be strictly prohibited over the demilitarised zone.

4. The two conflicting nations (Dankuk and Kazulia) will release all prisoners of war and ensure their safe return; this process will be overseen by the World Congress.

5. Dankuk and Kazulia will mutually cooperate on anti-Dankukian and anti-Kazulian sentiments within each others nations and ensure that steps are taken to re-mediate future conflicts without violence or declarations of war;

6. The establishment of a 50-year civil administration overseen by an appointed Civil Administrator from Kazulia to foster cooperation between Dankuk and Kazulia in the civilly administered areas of Eljang and Reunii. The Blue Room Commission, in its capacity as the neutral body responsible for peace between the Dankuk, Eljang & Reunii and Kazulia, shall provide a High Commissioner responsible for overseeing the peace accord. Following the 50 year period, an extension of the civil administration can be negotiated, however this agreement lies exclusively in the hands of the Dankukin Government and not in the hands of the Blue Room Commission.

7. The Kazulian government will return any captured supplies and equipment from the Dankuk and vice-versa.

8. A joint Lourennais-Trigunian Committee peacekeeping force, comprising of personnel from neutral nations should be established to patrol within the limits of the demilitarised zone for the purposes of ensuring peace and preventing the potential re-ignition of a conflict in the border region. Said peacekeeping force shall act separate from the Blue Room Commission but will work alongside it to ensure that the terms of the peace agreement are maintained.
