Dagmar Hedegaard, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Kazulia.
Recognising that the supposed compromise is heavily Trigunia oriented as it is evident, we cannot accept the terms of the compromise. Thus seek to renegotiate our terms for the purpose of ensuring continued peace in the region.
1. A trans-border peace commission between Kazulia and Dankuk should be established for the purposes of discussing continued peace in the region, discussing situations which may viewed as potentially harmful to the other and all concerns pertaining to the occupied territories of Eljang and Reunii; to be known as the Blue Room Commission. A Joint Lourennais-Trigunian Committee shall appoint a neutral arbitrator who will oversee discussions between Kazulia and Dankuk through the Blue Room Commission.
2. A demarcation line shall be fixed and both sides shall withdraw five (5) kilometres from this line so as to establish a demilitarised zone between the opposing forces, with this demilitarised zone established with the purpose of forming a physical buffer between the opposing forces.
3. No person, military or civilian, shall be permitted to cross the demarcation line unless specifically authorised to do so by the Blue Room Commission. Civilian or military air traffic shall be strictly prohibited over the demilitarised zone.
4. The two conflicting nations (Dankuk and Kazulia) will release all prisoners of war and ensure their safe return; this process will be overseen by the World Congress.
5. Dankuk and Kazulia will mutually cooperate on anti-Dankukian and anti-Kazulian sentiments within each others nations and ensure that steps are taken to re-mediate future conflicts without violence or declarations of war;
6. The establishment of a 50-year civil administration overseen by an appointed Civil Administrator from Kazulia to foster cooperation between Dankuk and Kazulia in the civilly administered areas of Eljang and Reunii. The Blue Room Commission, in its capacity as the neutral body responsible for peace between the Dankuk, Eljang & Reunii and Kazulia, shall provide a High Commissioner responsible for overseeing the peace accord. Following the 50 year period, an extension of the civil administration can be negotiated, however this agreement lies exclusively in the hands of the Dankukin Government and not in the hands of the Blue Room Commission.
7. The Kazulian government will return any captured supplies and equipment from the Dankuk and vice-versa.
8. A joint Lourennais-Trigunian Committee peacekeeping force, comprising of personnel from neutral nations should be established to patrol within the limits of the demilitarised zone for the purposes of ensuring peace and preventing the potential re-ignition of a conflict in the border region. Said peacekeeping force shall act separate from the Blue Room Commission but will work alongside it to ensure that the terms of the peace agreement are maintained.
