I have consulted with the Government in Skalm and it is our recommendation that Ms. Margareth Mortensen is nominated as Deputy Secretary-General. Ms Mortensen has spent the early half of her professional life as the Permanent Secretary of the Department of Defence. Prior to her appointment as Permanent Secretary, Ms Mortensen was a professor of military history (with specialisation in Kazulian tribal warfare) at the Kazulian Army Academy.

After a brief talk with my colleagues in Eroncourt, I'd like to recommend and put forward Madame Marinette Beaubonne, former economic consultant and analyst for the position of Chair of the Finance and Economic Committee.

For further explanation of our choice and recommendation, Madame Beaubonne served as head economic consultant to Governor General Cluseau in the United Kingdom's successful intervention of Kalistan's Instability, where Kalistan's economy stabilized and became a major economy in the east following the passage of both socialist and free market reforms.

Dear Friends,
We would like to also throw our support behind Ms. Beaubonne as we cannot propose anyone with more qualifications than her, we would like to support her. We think that Lourenne did an amazing job turning the Kalistani economy around and we think that she would do a great job in the Northern Council.

We would also like to propose our candidate to the position of Chief of Staff of the Joint Headquarters. After discussion in Aikums, we have decided upon Retired Field Marshall, Klementīns Auziņš to this position. He was the commander and leader of Dolgavia's Peacekeeping Mission to Keymon to assist civilians in the civil war and he has done a lot to help Dolgavia's military reform and grow. We think he would do a great job

If I can offer a counter proposal for Chief of Staff of the Joint Headquarters. I would advise Field Marshal Mason Berrigan. He is the currently serving Governor General of the Commonwealth Occupation Commission of Davostan and Co-Commander in Chief of the Allied Military Occupation Authority. During the Macon War he was commander of Army Group South and later Army Group Centre, at which time he had command of not only the largest Hutorian force deployed in recent memory, but also a multi-national force that included our own Dovische allies, and Telamonic forces during the war itself. He also served as commander of the 3rd Armoured Division in Keymon during it's Civil War, and was able to coordinate Hutorian and Keymonite forces. He is well versed in military and political matters, and with dealing with multi national military forces. I think he would be a perfect fit.

Greetings Members of this Great Alliance, This chamber has been empty for many years and I feel like now is the time to restart regular activities of this conference. Members, the Northern Hemisphere needs us once again. Currently corporations and governments are spreading their influence like squid across the region and many peaceful nations are getting brought into the clutches of what Dolgava sees as a dangerous power grab by Endralon and its many businesses. They are spreading an organization far beyond where it was supposed to start from and Endralon is drooling at the opportunity to try and influence Geopolitical politics. This is not a traditional adversary of the Northern Council but one that is formidable. I plead with the fellow delegations here that see things close to what we do, we must reactivate this chamber once again to keep the North out of tyranny and make sure that sovereignty of the North stays true. Endralon has had a sketchy past and we must not stand quiet as they spread their infectious regime and its ideologies across Terra. Again this chamber needs to stand up, stand up for freedom and stand up for what this place was made to protect against.

It is indeed good to be back. I apologize that the Kingdom of Hutori doesn't have a more permanent representative to the Northern Council, despite our hosting the headquarters building here in Bekenial. Rest assured, I have spoken to both Foreign Minister Woodbury and Prime Minister Carmichael and a representative of our government will be appointed and a more permanent staff brought back to bring this building and august body back to full capacity.

In the meantime, we thank our honourable colleague from Dolgava from inviting us here, and we look forward to continuing conversations about the revivial of what was once arguably the msot powerful alliance in Terra.

Greetings members and colleagues,

The United Kingdom apologizes for not having a set representative to this esteemed organization in a timely manner. Until a permanent representative is chosen, I will be representing the United Kingdom of Lourenne in this meeting. We understand the concerns that the Dolgavan representative mentions. We do believe that NOCTO and Endralon represent a risk to the ideals and beliefs of the United Kingdom. While our current political standing is to not interfere in international relations, we believe the extremist oligarchic, imperialist ideals of Endralon and their allies pose a risk to our democracy at home and democracy abroad. We are open for discussion.

The Kingdom likewise has failed to appoint a Permanent Representative to the Northern Council for sometime; we have immediately corrected this. I have been appointed as the Permanent Representative to the Northern Council for the Kingdom of Dorvik. We concur that the rise of this so-called "NACTO", is dangerous to northern stability and thus far the organization has proved dangerous. I think that the re-establishment of the Northern Council as a political force should certainly be a good thing for the world and the international order.

Marek Kuusik Honorable Dolgavan Representative to the Northern Council

I apologize for the change however Democracy has taken its toll and the former treasonous government is gone. My name is Marek Kuusik, a former General in the Dolgavian Army. I have spent 30 years doing logistics for the Dolgavian Armed Forces and I am proud to serve my country in this new role. I am honored actually. I think that we should elect officers as soon as possible. I am not looking for a position because this role is enough for me, however I know many capable people who can do good work and are going good work. My new Government is 100% pro NC and we look to further stengthening of relations with all the members of the Northern Council.
