I and my comrades from the Liori delegation thank the representatives of Ostland, Utembo, and Ntoto for their words in favor of the proposed treaty. Hearing no objection to the proposition as in, I believe it is time we move the treaty to the signing and ratification phase. I have received confirmation from my government that Liore will sign the treaty as is and as a Security Member of the Dovani Pact, and we will do so with the greatest joy and fervor. I welcome my comrades from other nations who have attended this Conference, both those who have spoken and have not, to indicate here their willingness to sign on as a founding member of the Dovani Pact. Thank you, my brothers and friends.

OOC: I'll wait a further two days before starting the Dovani Pact thread. Anyone (playing in a nation falling in the category set up by A2-2) who wants to join now, just say so IC in this thread and please indicate whether you'll join as an Associate, Full, or Security Member.

South Englian Representative to the Kiego Conference

The region of South Englia will pursue associate status and ratify the treaty in the devolved legislature. As a devolved entity within a federal state, the region of South Englia will join separately from the rest of the country. The other region of New Englia - Ardtailte - will not be ratifying the treaty at the present time.
