Vishnu Satavelekar, Foreign Minister of the Greater Malivian Empire:

My government is delighted by the proposal now being discussed by our friends, and hopes to play a full part in the proposed project.

A particularly sensitive issue for Malivians is the illegal import of beef in to Malivia from other countries, including, of course, through Hobrazia and Narikaton-Darnussia, which share borders with us. A statement from our friends reaffirming their commitment to working with Malivia to stop this would be helpful in assisting us to persuade domestic opinion in Malivia to regard this proposed South Artanian Community as a positive development. This need not, however, be including in any founding charter; a simple statement should suffice.

Ellen Hoffman,
President of the Confederacy,

I understand your concerns. I once again suggest we meet again. This talk was held to discuss peace, which has been achieved. In the new meeting we can discuss the formation of this new community.
