We have taken the liberty of transferring Jakania's proposal into this document for preview purposes. We have taken into account the proposals for clarifying "active members" in certain provisos and amended accordingly. We agree that it should be clearly stated so that we may avoid gridlocks.

Thus far, our participants (current members of the MSO marked with bold) and their votes:

As it seems, we find that the parties present are not sufficient to enact meaningful change and reactivate the organisation. To that end, the State of Beiteynu will be reaching out to Selucia, Cildania and Istalia. We propose that the Kafuri representative reaches out to Badara, as well.

Which leaves the matter of the first Secretary-General to initiate the rotation.

Thank you Mr Meaholit, Beiteynu's efforts for renewing this treaty were invaluable. We hope that this agreement will bring long lasting stability to the continent.

Cildania is a founder member of the Majatran Security Organization (MSO). On behalf of the incoming government, I would like to request recognition from this conference as the appointed representative of Cildania. The new government is committed to regional cooperation and security.

We propose that we move forward with the ratification of the new agreement, a draft which you can find here.

Considering how the MSCO is an amended format of the MSO, its ratifiers will continue to be recognised as members:

We also propose that the rotation begins from the Zardic Federation, in order to leverage their past experience into reigniting the MSCO.

Finally, we kindly ask that present representatives cast their final vote in regards to whether:

1. They agree with the new treaty and will move to ratify it.
2. They agree in recognising existing MSO members automatically as MSCO members.
3. They agree in beginning the rotation with the Zardic Federation.
