The Holy Luthorian Empire invites all members of the Commonwealth to gather for a working meeting at Fort William, as we know, this organization has just been germinated in the earth, thanks to the common efforts of each of the member countries of the organization, with the aim of not seeing this organization fall into obsolescence and oblivion, and with the objective of drawing up the broad outlines of the organization, including its institutions, which Luthori called this conference.

All diplomats from Commonwealth member states are invited, and observer nations may submit a request for observation at this conference, even if this same request will be studied by the Foreign Office.

Allow me to stand before you today as a representative of Likatonia and as a dedicated diplomat committed to the principles of peace, cooperation, and international stability on Terra. A topic that unites us in this gathering, which the representative for Luthori has just mentioned, is of paramount importance to my nation, for it concerns the presence of Ordosocialism and of the rouge state of Valruzia that has the potential to disrupt the delicate balance of our global community. In addressing the matter of this rogue state, we must collectively recognize the significance of our shared responsibilities. The challenges posed by this strange ideology, with its disregard for international norms and human life, liberty and integrity, make it vital for our unwavering attention and united cooperation.

It is crucial to approach this issue with diplomacy and open dialogue and a steadfast commitment to finding peaceful solutions with unity via friendly nations. As we deliberate on the ways in which we can best address this situation, let us remember that Likatonia's ultimate goal remains the preservation of peace, the protection of human rights, and the promotion of stability on a global scale. Due to the situation in Valruzia having calmed down and the Ordosocialist government having collapsed in on itself, I propose that we move on to the more technical problems of this Commonwealth. We all know that this organization has just been born, but we need institutions to organize this Commonwealth. It is on this subject that we would like to direct the debate.
