"Well, that carrier is Lourennais technology. As far as the carrier, we are happy to give you basing rights in Rildanor or perhaps basing rights in Lourenne."

I"f that does not interest you, the Royal Government will likely sell the carrier to Gongmando as a sign of friendship... And to empower the WDU. "

"If worse comes to worse, we'll take it ourselves and give it a home elsewhere. What say you?"

"You gonna pay me back the 5B for that carrier, or what?", Sneakyeth chuckled.

"The Royal Government perhaps won't be too happy about additional spending, but I think I may be able to pull some strings. I might throw in an extra billion for "special purposes, if you need of course. I can call my friends at the RDB and see what we can do."

"Is this repurposing plan for the CSG acceptable to you, Mr. Avodi? Or are you unsatisfied?"

"Alright", Sneakyeth sighed.

"Now that's resolved, I'll see you in Yishelem mesie. I might have a plan to spread our tendrils in Artania in the most magnificent of manners".

"So be it. That concludes our meeting, Monsieur. I do hope you have enjoyed all our accomodations.

"Feel free to spend many days at our resort. You won't see a view like this anywhere."

"I will see you in a few days."

Yishelem, Beiteynu | Grand Luthorian Hotel, 5433

Sneakyeth was super excited. He had the buffet ready; classic hummus, chocolate hummus, lemon hummus, hummus breadsticks, hummus rolls, hummus spreads, hummus soup, hummus veggie burgers, you name it.

His chief of staff informed him that the delegation would arrive in a few minutes.

He took a few sips of some Ahmadi coffee and responded to some emails.

Time for the real talks on Artania and the Migrant's Pass.

Forestier prepares his mind. He is ready to once again engage in deep talks with Beiteynu. He is partly tired from the terribly long flight from Lourenne. His delegation of deputies and security detail are in the same boat.

Forestier walks into the room and to his surprise.. Hummus everywhere...

He walks slowly to the leather arm chairs and greets Sneakyeth.

"Have some hummus, mesie. Hope the flight was not too exhausting, I can see the tiredness showing on those eyes", Sneakyeth smiled.

"You've been busy. I've been, well, somewhat busy. So, on Artania. We've drafted some paperwork - you've seen the memo. Kundrati, N&D, Dundorf, Malivia are in. Spoke with Deltaria, MSCO likely to see no issues. I'm keeping this through backchannels, as you might have guessed. For obvious reasons.

Pretty sure Fort William won't like it.

Your thoughts?", he took a bite of that tasty hummus roll he had eyed before.

"Oh, btw", he said while chewing, "King's kids alright? They're in Lourenne, if I remember correctly?".

Was that avocado?

"Ah, my stomach is still recovering from my flight. I must excuse myself on hummus thank you."

"We see no issue in this agreement. In fact, wet applaud it. I would recommend keeping it hidden as much. You know how Fort William gets. You leak it and they'll have weeks of protest as per usual. Or if we're lucky, they'll declare the whole world is out to get them."

"By all means, this will end the whole Migrants Pass fiasco will end? If you ask me, go park a fleet there and see what happens."

"The children are alright. The Crown Representative reported that the family were spending days along the Riviera. It's a beautiful region. Expect plenty of drinking and sex from the parents."

"Horny royals, I'll say", Sneakyeth chuckled.

Then he got all serious.

"Well that was efficient. Fleet's gonna stay out, MSCO is running point of this. Everything has been about this entire thing, anyway, a point largely missed by the flailing concept of Artanian un..."

No, no, please, have so...", he hesitated as Forestier got up.

"Ok, ok. I'll send over some omelette du fromage in your room in the morning".
