First Female Appointed to Represent Yingdala on the World Congress
Looking to shake things up in Yingdala, Prime Minister Fu announced that he will appoint a female to represent the nation on the World Congress.



In a traditionalist society, the status quo is never broken, or if so, in a minor fashion. However, Prime Minister Fu has begun to beat on the door of traditionalism to allow for a more ‘inclusive’ society respective of race, gender and class. Early Friday afternoon, the prime minister held a press conference where he announced that he will pick a female to hold the highest emissary office in the nation, second to the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

On the next day, the prime minister held another press conference where he named Yaling Mai Yun to serve as Yingdala’s Representative to the World Congress. Yaling has served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for over 25 years, serving various leadership roles including Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs. Her credentials are impeccable and unrivaled from the shortlist the press has circulated for a week.

Yaling graduated from a top Yingdala university with a Ph.D in International Affairs and Relations. Upon entering public service, Yaling was faced with many criticism as the first female to work in the Foreign Affairs Ministry; but, she did not let that get to her. She has persevered for a long time and eventually worked her way up. Now she will be serving on the World Congress for the next three years starting on August 1st after the National Congress confirms her appointment.

In a press release, Yaling told reporters that she will focus on increasing Yingdala’s dominance on the world stage through various measures, working with the various ministries in order to achieve that goal. She has long been a supporter of a strong Yingdala and has been very open with it. We can expect that she has a plan to work with the Prime Minister and the Imperial Cabinet as she takes on a big role.

Endralon to Begin Importing Yingdalan Education and Culture
In a meeting between trade representatives from Yingdala and Endralon, an agreement has been reached to import education and culture.

Tian'an, Han Province -- During trade negotiations in Tian'an, Han province, Yingdalan trade representatives convinced Endralon to begin importing Yingdalan education and culture. What does this mean and how does it affect the two countries?

Beginning in the middle of the year, the Yingdalan language will begin to be taught in secondary and post-secondary schools across Endralon as an elective course. Resources, training, and materials will be delivered to Endralon to prepare schools for the upcoming school year. The Minister of Education and Culture estimates that around 140,000 Endralonian students will take this course. Business owners are already signing their kids up for the special election in order to begin competing in the Yingdalan market, the largest in the world.

In addition to the language courses, KITE Universities and other educational institutions will begin enrolling Endralonian students for summer programs that will tailor to learning about international trade and relations as well as Yingdalan law, literature, and business components. This will further Endralon's understanding of the Yingdalan market as well as give them a competitive edge when competing in our markets.

In culture, Yingdalan literature, music, movies, tv shows, art, history and other cultural products will begin to flow into Endralon at the beginning of next year. While our cultural products must follow certain laws within Endralon, our writers and celebrities will gain a bigger fan base as they are introduced to a new international market.

These come in recent steps as Yingdala has begun to export more and more its education and culture and importing foreign students over the last 30 years. This began under President Chin Bo Zheng who was adamant on releasing Yingdala to the world. Prime Minister Fu Yu Jun in a tweet said that "Yingdala will one day be a land where the world competes." He later added that Yingdala is planning on constructing a university in Endralon's capital but first must seek approval from their government.

More trade deals between the two countries are expected as the two sides hit it off with a good working relationship.

Utemboan Government Approves Yingdalan Economic Development Projects
Months of negotiation went in as both governments sat and discussed economic development projects in Utembo.

Billions of shapir being invested in Utemboan infrastructure as our government receives approval from top officials in Utembo. For years, Prime Minister Fu Yu Jun advocated for Yingdalan investment in Dovani nations to increase their infrastructure and economic value. With his first major deal in a foreign country, the Prime Minister is now seeing his years of advocacy come alive Yingdalan corporations prepare to send resources to Utembo to begin construction.

A deal between the two countries approves construction of a regional airport, railway (including rail port) and a water port in Utembo. The railway will likely span across Dovani, connecting the eastern countries together for economic purposes, creating faster trade routes between the eastern nations. Sources close to the matter told reporters that Yingdala is in talks with other eastern nations like Ntoto to begin rail construction as soon as possible. The construction is likely to cost Yingdala, who is footing the entire bill, approximately ¥6 billion shapir to construct the more than 2,000 km railway. The rail port will be constructed at a cost of ¥150 shapir.

The regional international airport, unnamed as of now, will serve as a regional air base for regional trade between the eastern nations. With Yingdala owning 55% of the airport, it will provide cargo service and limited civilian services to eastern companies. The airport is expected to generate close to ¥10 billion shapir annually and cost a total of ¥4.8 billion shapir. The airport will hold and transport ¥2.5 million INS tons of cargo per day and 1.4 million people daily.

Not much information was released about the water port. Yingdala companies are looking to start that construction in two years or once the railway has been completed.

Our government agreed to hire 75% of required workers from Utembo and the other 25% from Yingdala, allowing for unemployment to decrease in Utembo for the length of the construction period, however, Yingdala companies may employ more than 85% of Utemboans. While we haven't received word on when construction would be finished for all projects, we are estimating it to span over 10 years. Yingdalan military forces are being mobilized to Utembo to protect and defend the construction sites for each of the projects from external forces. In addition, Yingdalan forces, mainly air and ground forces, will be stationed at the regional airport to maintain security until further notice after construction has been completed.

With these projects, Dovani is a step closer to achieving economic freedom and uniting as one against foreign aggression.

New Military Gear Introduced at the Yingdalan Military Weapon Expo; Yingdala to Purchase New Gear

The Imperial Military Commission hosted this year’s Military Weapons Expo where the Bo-Wu Company and Asvald Gruppen Indrala unveiled their modern warfare style weapons, including a new fighter jet and naval cruiser and aircraft carrier.

Tian’an, Han — Military leaders and defense company executives gathered together at the riverside stadium in Tian’an as the IMC entertained defense contractors as they unveiled new weaponry. Looking to sign contracts worth billions of shapir, Bo-Wu Company and Asvald Gruppen Indrala lobbied IMC officials such as the Minister of Defense, the Commanders of the Theater Commands and the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

At the expo, Bo-Wu Company unveiled a wide-range of gear from combat boots to gloves to head gear, as well as weapons such as rifles, bombs and missles. Their most anticipated reveal came in the form of a new rifle and their fleet of naval ships. The “corner-shot pistol,” revealed by the company, will create a new form of soldiers called “super-soldiers” by Prime Minister Fu. The “corner-shot pistol” is a futuristic weaponry that enables the user to see and shoot around corners without the target seeing them. This increases the survivability of Yingdalan ground forces as well as the effectiveness of those soldiers. At a cost of ¥1,400 INS per unit, the IMC will order 500,000 corner-shot pistols.

The Bo-Wu Company also introduced new naval ships that can be bought to upgrade the Yingdalan military. With a total of 3 naval fleets and a total of 75 ships, Prime Minister Fu set a goal to create 3 more 25-ship fleets and 1-40 ship fleet. While the new ships are upgrades of the current ships, these new ships will include laser combat and hypersonic missile ports. The IMC will approve a ¥145.5 billion INS agreement with the defense contractor, purchasing 115 ships over a 30-year time span, however, the contract will have an extension clause of 20 years in case production slows down due to lack of equipment or maintenance of the 5 naval dockyards. We can expect that by 4883, we’ll have 12 of the ships completed and commissioned into the navy.

Aside from Bo-Wu Company, Asvald Gruppen Indrala has unveiled a next generation stealth fighter jet. The J-31 was unveiled at the expo, with capabilities that are above that of Yingdala’s J-20 fighter jets. The company will likely sign a contract with the IMC for ¥7 billion INS as members of the national defense express interest in buying 100 or more of these stealth fighter jets.

We can expect the Yingdalan military to modernize as Prime Minister Fu hinted at that possibility and the National Congress increasing of the defense budget to ¥700 billion INS. The pros of the modernization of the military and the purchasing of newer weapons is a stronger Yingdala. The cons, however, is that the military has little activity seeing this as a waste. However, IMC officials are hinting at an increase in fighting terrorism in the world as well as providing defense to Dovani nations from western countries until their capabilities exceed certain standards.

Gu Kira to Represent Yingdala at FOMAT VIII


Tian'an, Han -- The Yindalan FOMAT Commission today announced the winner of the national FOMAT competition, who will represent the nation at the international FOMAT this season. After missing out on one of the FOMATs, citizens across the country demanded a return to the international competition stage, where it was then decided that Yingdala could not miss this next FOMAT.

By a vote of 9.8 million, less than the last two winners of the national competition, Gu Kira secured her spot to represent our glorious nation at the international competition. Singing "Blue BIrd", a Kunikatan song, Gu Kira expects to bring home the first place this season. "I expect to be number one, no less," Gu Kira said. Looking to exceed all other competitors, Gu Kira is going headstrong into the competition.

Strategic Military Partnership Established With Utembo

The Minister of Defense met with his Utemboan counterpart to sign a military partnership between the two countries.



Continuing a path of cooperation and partnership, Yingdalan Minister of Defense, Li Heng Chin, and his Utemboan counterpart met today to sign a historic military-strategic partnership. This comes in light of the Dovani Pact's firm stance on keeping Yingdala out of the pact as well as out of Dovani. Prime Minister Fu still refuses to comment on the Dovani Pact, however, we speculate that he is speaking through actions.

The Yingdalan-Utemboan Partnership takes effect this year in June as the Prime Minister will be elected for another five years as the head of our government. The duration of the agreement is 20 years and requires both parties to replace the current status of the agreement with a bilateral security arrangement to be negotiated within a year before the expiration of the partnership. Covered areas under the agreement are military and security issues as well as assistance in building Utembo's economy and its democracy. The purpose of the agreement is a long-term framework for security and defense cooperation. Other provisions of the agreement are:

1. Yingdala commits to support Utembo's social and economic development, security, institutions, and regional cooperation for the duration of the agreement;

2. Utembo commits to strengthening government accountability, transparency and oversight, and protect the human rights of all Utemboans, both men and women;

3. Access to and use of Utembo's facilities by Yingdalan personnel;

4. Utembo grants Yingdala to keep forces in Utembo for the duration of the agreement; and

5. Commitment by Yingdala to seek funding from the National Congress on an annual basis for social and economic assistance for Utembo as well as support for the Utemboan military forces.

Prime Minister Fu Yu Jun told reporters during the Imperial Cabinet meeting that this agreement is a "historic turning point of Yingdala-Dovani relationship." Defense Minister also replied in the meeting to reporters saying that the agreement will "provide peace and security in Utembo and in Dovani. Prime Minister Fu also ordered the 2nd fleet to Utemboan waters as a protector of Utemboan waters from foreign aggression. He also ordered 20,000 Yingdalan soldiers to be stationed in Utembo for its initial setting and will order more to go there to begin social and economic development in the country as well as build and train the Utemboan military.

Crowned Prince Yu Li Jun Commissions First of New Naval Ships

Tian'an, Han -- The first of the naval ship expansion program implemented a little over two years ago are seeing the first fruits of their labor as eight of the 115 ship program are ready to be commissioned for service. The commissioning ceremony was led and hosted by His Imperial and Royal Majesty, Crown Prince Yu Li Jun, the heir to the imperial throne, along with Prime Minister Fu Yu Jun and Defense Minister Li Heng Chen.

Many military leaders from every command theater in Yingdala gathered at this televised event as the Crown Prince boarded the ship. He is scheduled to take a tour around the Grand Union, along with testing its offensive and defensive capabilities while out at sea. The trip is scheduled to last at least seven days where the Crown Prince will take command of the 8-ship fleet as well as the 3rd naval fleet, which will serve as protection of the Crown Prince while out at sea.

Before boarding the ship, the Crown Prince prepared a speech of peace and security through strength. Here's a transcript of the short speech, the first e has ever done since being named Crown-Prince more than twelve years ago:

Peace and security are words that are beginning to be floated around as nations everywhere strive for world peace. Even now, the World Congress will begin to ban illegitimate war while countries in Dovani begin to increase their military capabilities through the Dovani Pact. However, the dragon's breath of our empire will be seen and heard as we too begin to increase our military capabilities, but let us remember our purpose. While others strive for strength to fight wars, we strive for strength to instill peace. While others strive for bragging rights, we already have those rights. While others focus on regional peace through strength, we strive for world peace through strength. Let today mark a new era of the Yingdalan military as we begin to enable peace throughout this world and right here at home.
