The Kundrati government has been working tirelessly to resolve the country's stagnating economy, which has been a source of concern for many citizens for the past few years.

To stimulate growth in the country's agricultural sector, the Kundrati government has begun to implement a number of measures. These include providing funding for new technologies and equipment, as well as training programs for farmers. These efforts are aimed at increasing productivity and efficiency in the agricultural sector, which is a key contributor to the country's economy. By investing in new technologies and techniques, the government hopes to help farmers increase their crop yields and improve their profitability. In addition, the training programs are designed to help farmers learn new skills and techniques that will allow them to better manage their land and resources, and improve the quality of their crops. These efforts are expected to help boost exports and drive economic growth in the country, especially in those rural regions which are starting to feel some pressure from the international competitve nature of the agricultural sector. President

To boost the country's services industries, particularly in the areas of tourism and finance, the Kundrati government has implemented a number of measures. These include offering tax breaks and incentives to businesses operating in these sectors, as well as investing in infrastructure and marketing campaigns to attract more visitors and investment to Kundrati. These efforts are intended to help stimulate growth in the services sector, which is a key contributor to the country's economy. The government has also implemented training programs and education initiatives in these sectors, with the goal of increasing the skill level and competitiveness of the workforce. These measures are aimed at making Kundrati a more attractive destination for businesses and tourists, and helping to drive economic growth and development in the country. President Hulanevek stated the following in a meeting of representatives of the tourist and finance industries today: "Our government has implemented, and will continue to implement, measures to boost the country's services industries in an effort to make Kundrati a premier destination for businesses and tourists."

Despite the efforts taken by the Kundrati government, the economy has continued to stagnate, with GDP growth remaining sluggish and unemployment remaining high. Many experts attribute this to a number of external factors, such as the global economic downturn and increasing competition from other countries, for example Likatonia, Dorvik, Beityenu and Tukarali among others. The Kundrati government has implemented a number of measures in an effort to stimulate growth, including investing in the agricultural sector and boosting the services industries, but the results of these efforts have yet to be seen in resolving the country's economic struggles and returning the economy to a state of growth.

A statement was offered by the head of Kundrati Democracy's Department of Relations:

Our partners in Seleya shall not be threatened by our neighbours to our southwest. It is an extreme reaction by Luthori to react the way they have and the incoming government being a part of this overreaction is a huge blow to Luthori's international standing.

We firmly ask that Luthori reverse course in order to preserve their international status; further the Luthori government must do so in order to ensure that the international peace is not threatened by these harmful acts.

We consider Likatonia a firm ally and an attack against Likatonia is an attack on the Kundrati Union. If sanctions are enacted against our government then our country may be forced to take economic action.

The Kundrati Armed Forces, under the request of President Herasymchuk has sent nearly 4,000 soldiers, equipment including tanks and 10 naval ships and related equipment in an apparent gesture that Kundrat-Beiteynuese relations are firm and strong.

The Armed Forces stated that the Kundrati military, while they have been training for many years at home needed to prepare for other environments like mountain and desert warfare, alongside warfare in other marshy terrain. This would allow the Armed Forces to prepare for attack from many foes and ensure that Kundrati is ready to face the attacker wherever they shall be.

The naval ships, which left Jildrath City Harbour not too long ago, is set to approach the general area of Malivia soon. They are expected to train with allied ships and also to patrol the area for pirates and terrorists, and are joining a multinational force of SADIC and MSDC member states in protecting the southern seas from the instability in Malivia.

This also comes in the wake of the rise of Ordosocialism - a Kundrati-originated ideology - in states like Malivia, which for the last year has been crippled with civil conflict after the government collapsed and Ordosocialists took over an allied naval fleet and threatened to attack the monarchy. Kundrati's Presidential Office confirmed that they are monitoring the situation closely and "...are prepared to face the Ordosocialists in Malivia if and when they pose a serious threat to the stability of the Artenian continent."

The training will continue throughout the year and shows no signs of dying down.

One of the Kundrati frigates sent to ensure Malivian security was reportedly attacked by unknown vessels off the eastern coast of Malivia's EEZ this morning. The country, which is currently experiencing major instability where Ordosocialists have taken hold of various military vessels and equipment, is causing chaos throughout Artenia where SADIC and Beityenuese representatives agreed on diplomatic talks regarding the country's instability.

The frigate, which was expected to join the patrol brigade making up of various SADIC and MSDC member states, was attacked by a small yacht and two modern fishing boats. The Admiralty of Kundrati confirmed that these boats were likely of Ordosocialist origin and that these boats did not respond to calls by the frigate and two nearby patrol ships of Kundrati's Navy to identify themselves.

The OrdoSoc boats attacked soon afterwards and attempted to breach the boat. Some damage was attained by the yacht towards the frigate, however five naval marines from the ship managed to enter the yacht and attack the attackers, killing an attacker and injuring one more. Two marines were injured however and are being treated for their wounds. The other smaller OrdoSoc ships were fired upon and sank soon after, some attackers being arrested while the rest died.

The yacht was eventually secured by the Navy and the rest of the attackers were arrested. A patrol ship was commissioned to return those arrested and injured back to Extea for questioning and treatment. The frigate and the other patrol ship will continue to Beiteynu before being repaired as the damage was judged not to be detrimental to their trip south.

BREAKING
Chaos in Kundrati!

Following rapid radicalization from the United Left of the Kundrati Union(ULK) the Union of Kundrati Minorities (UKM), the biggest prominent left wing party in Kundrati, has fractured and split. With the moderates(UKM-M) and the Socialists(UKM-S) being disunited, the opposition coalition, the Forward Kundrati Coalition (FKC) has begun efforts to repeal the laws passed by the previous administration and the current administration, most controversially, the Great Reform Act(GRA). The GRA, should it pass, would change Kundrati radically, limiting the right to strike, reinstating nobility titles and leaving abortion to local governments, among other reforms.

Kundrati Democracy were asked for their thoughts on the UKM Party split with a spokesperson saying the following:
"It is a massive shame that a major party has split. We are open to hosting negotiations on reuniting the two separate parties and wish both of them a bright future."

The UKM was reached for a response and gave the following;
"When the ULK was formed, it was an alliance for preserving the welfare state established by the SLP. It has been corrupted into an alliance for abolishing capitalism and plunging our economy into turmoil. We can no longer sit back and let it happen."
- Andoni Igueta, UKM-M

The PHP was asked for a comment and provided the following;
"It's a shame that the UKM had to split due to internal reasons, but the PHP promises to all the marginalised ethnic groups in Kundrati that we will fight for them even tho the UKM split in two"
- Emily Burningham, PHP spokesperson

With the UKM splitting, the Prime Minister, Emili Careta may face resignation as rumours circulate. These rumours were given more leeway as she has avoided making a public statement.

As for the GRA, the Democrats made the following statement;
"This bill is protecting Kundrati citizens from chaos and massive fears over Government overreach. This will also help our country's economy as less weight is placed from a fat government onto a small hole. The Forward Kundrati Coalition would prefer a safe and orderly country over a red and bloody falseity."

The PHP, which has been rising and radicalizing the population has made the most vocal and radical statement on the GRA:

"This bill is an outrageous and shameless attack against our democracy, free and secular society. Outright abolish democracy at work, liveable wage and corporate representation is scandalous and unfair toward the common folk, the KD dared to attack to the right of Abortion that half our population consider as dear to them. In conclusion, the Party for Harmony and Peace declares the "Great" reform bill as unconstitutional, dictatorial and driven by the interests of private lobbies."
- Emily Burningham, PHP spokesperson

The UKM, with what remaining power it has, made the following statement:
"We still consider the reforms passed by us to be necessary. However we acknowledge that we may have been too hasty. I can only hope that this wound in the UKM can be healed soon before all of the ULK's progress is reversed."
-Nikolasa Careta, UKM-S

As Kundrati faces chaos, radicalization is rising, most worryingly, a minor party dubbed the National Sovereign Workers' Party of Kundrati, promoting a Ordosocialist rhetoric, has been gaining momentum locally. Some speculate this may be due to the radical PHP gaining momentum.

As this chaos goes on, protests have begun over the radical GRA, with some saying it doesn't go far enough and others saying it'll destroy Kundrati. As demagogues stand on their soapbox, promoting their ideals, the populace has begun radicalizing rapidly due to the GRA. Whether it passes or not, it'll leave deep wounds on Kundrati.
With protests showing no signs of ending, many cities face the question of if martial law is needed to stabilize the situation.
The Democrats have made no comment on the protests.
The President has made no comment but the UKM-S has made a statement on the protests.
"The protests will make the opposition and our former party members realise what the people actually wish for. The GRA is undoing many years of progress and the UKM-M is supporting it just for the sake of political gain."
-UKM-S
The UKM-M has made no comment.

As per it's usual rhetoric, the PHP has made the most vocal statement on the protests:

"The PHP supports and stands along the protesters, We respect their courage for protesting the GRA and peacefully defend their rights and the PHP will actively defend the protesters' interests against corporations and lobbies that controll the KD and CLP"
-Emily Burningham, PHP spokesperson

Whatever happens now is anyone's guess, but what's certain is this;
Can Kundrati keep itself stable or will it fracture?

Major reports are coming out that bombs are dropping on Kasaema and that tanks are appearing on the streets of Kasaema - a sight unseen since the founding of the current Republic.

A small unit of a few tanks and various armored vehicles have taken positions in Kasaema and some Government units have been defeated. The units, which appear to have come from Lirnak, caught the garrisons in Kasaema by massive surprise and intelligence units have reportedly failed to capture the officers of these units, whose location are currently unknown.

A manifesto, going around the streets, proclaims this act to be a "Declaration of Restoring Order to Kundrati" and declares that the radicalization of the Kundrati left is to blame, also declaring that they will restore order by force and that they will hold new elections.

The President of Kundrati has federalized the national guards of all states and has ordered the Extean Guard (Etxeko Guardia) to leave Extea and head for nearby military units. He has ordered the National Assembly to meet at an undetermined location to declare a state of siege in order to calm the crisis down. A national unity government is on the cards as well, alongside potential resistance forces by various political groups.

More word is yet to come on the situation.
