Romula: "Siamo pronti a dialogare ma la Repubblica è e sempre sarà una ed indivisibile"
Prima Andreatta, ora Aham riconfermano la volontà di mantenere unita la Republicca e tendono una mano ai nazionalisti padagni: la risposta comunque sembra aver chiuso ogni spazio di dialogo

Bilancio pesante in vite umane quello che emerge dalle giornate di scontri a seguito delle elezioni generali che in Padagna hanno visto in parallelo l'organizzazione di un referendum sull'indipendenza già dichiarato illegittimo dalla Corte Suprema e condannato all'annuncio già dal Presidente Andreatta con queste parole prima delle elezioni:

Miei cari concittadini,
durante questo ultimo anno la nazione ha dovuto affrontare tempi bui e difficili, che hanno minacciato la stabilità della nostra democrazia. Gli scandalosi fatti perpetruati dalla Ministra Lavarin hanno messo seriamente in dubbio le istituzioni democratiche stesse della nazione, facendo venir meno la fiducia nel Governo sia in Patria che all'estero. Nonostante le nostre stesse istituzioni democratiche abbiano finalmente scoperto e messo fine a quelle che erano azioni degne dei peggiori regimi dittatoriali, esse sono state svilite sensibilmente, insieme alla loro credibilità agli occhi dei cittadini.
Ed ahimé, proprio in questo momento di debolezza, una nuova minaccia per la stabilità e l'unità della nazione ne sta approfittando.
Alternativa Istaliana è infine caduta vittima di una componente estremista che si sta rivelando forse ben più pericolosa di Destra Alternativa, frangia fascistoide di anni orsono, e sto parlando di quel sentimento autonomista di Padagna che da decenni sta crescendo in seno al partito, alimentato da valori e principi invero non dissimili dalla stessa Destra Alternativa e che oggi sta accusando il Governo di Romula di restringere le sue libertà e di non rispettare il volere popolare, sfruttando il fatto che AI in Padagna ha governato ininterrottamente più o meno fin dalla nascita del partito.
Ad essi però rispondo che in verità sono loro che stanno attentando alla democrazia, convinto del fatto che questa svolta autonomista sia dovuta essenzialmente al rifiuto del volere del popolo Istaliano tutto che da diverse legislature ha dato la sua fiducia allo schieramento progressista di cui sono esponente. La loro richiesta di autonomia o peggio, di indipendenza, mascherata con intenti democratici è invero semplicemente un rigetto stesso della Democrazia, quella democrazia che per tanti anni hanno rifiutato le posizioni sempre più estremiste di AI, soprattutto quelle relative alle politiche migratorie ea alle libertà civili.
Come Presidente della Repubblica e Garante della Costituzione non posso fare altro che riaffermare che l'Istalia è una Republica Unica ed Indivisibile, concetto perennemente riaffermato anche dal nostro motto nazionale: "l'Unità del Paese e la Libertà dei Cittadini", e dunque, non posso esimermi dal dire a coloro che stanno attentando all'unità della nazione e del popolo istaliano che le loro rivendicazioni sono inaccettabili atti di slealtà nei confronti della Nazione tutta, nonché rivendicazioni illegali di fronte alla Legge della Nazione.
È dunque mio dovere chiedere alla Corte Suprema di mettere sotto esame le richieste del Partito Nazionale di Padagna, conscio e sicuro comunque già da ora che anche la Corte rigetterà queste richieste, poiché chiaramente in contrasto con la Legge e della Costituzione Istaliana.
Il fatto più grave comunque, resta che le stesse autorità di Padagna, controllare dal PNP, si stanno dimostrando indegne e sleali, irrispettosi della Legge e dei principi sulle quali quelle stesse istituzioni sono state create ed intimo loro di mettere immediatamente fine a questi tentativi di spezzare l'unità del paese, di rispettare la legge, di rispettare una minoranza comunque non indifferente in Padagana, al quale dico che non sono soli e che il Governo d'Istalia sarà pronto a difendere i vostri diritti.
Voglio infine ricordare a tutti che viviamo in uno stato democratico che offre percorsi costituzionali perché chiunque possa difendere le proprie idee nel rispetto della legge. Senza questo rispetto, non si può convivere in pace e in libertà né in Padagna, né nel resto d'Istalia.

Parole dure per alcuni, ma altri hanno sottolineato che, come Presidente della Repubblica, non poteva che prendere una tale posizione ed altri hanno sottolineato il fatto che il Presidente ha chiuso il discorso con un chiaro invito al dialogo ed ad un confronto pacifico nel rispetto del regole democratiche.
Per questo motivo LP ha dichiarato il suo sostegno ad Ali Abdul Aham, che nel Fronte Radicale ha sostenuto fortemente la via dei dialoghi e delle soluzioni pacifiche. Esponenti di LP inoltre hanno espresso in modo non ufficiale le loro posizioni a favore di una soluzione autonoma, che vogliono attrarre i moderati di Padagna, gli autonomisti, che con il fallimento del referendum hanno mostrato di essere più del previsto.
Dopo la vittoria alle elezioni presidenziali del candidato del Fronte Radicale, Ali Abdul Aham, il nuovo presidente ha rispettato le promesse elettorali e la fiducia di LP, lanciando un breve ma risoluto messaggio ai nazionalisti padagni, condannando le violenze, piangendo le perdite ma cosa più importante invitando la leadership PNP a Romula per avviare un dialogo, queste le sue parole:

Cari amici,
cittadini d'Istalia,
Vorrei affrontare il conflitto recentemente avvenuto in Padagna.
Un grave disastro causato dalle forze estremiste e reazionarie del Partito Nazionale di Padagna,
Separatisti che hanno iniziato un massacro sanguinoso,
Gli assassini di oltre venti poliziotti;
Persone che vogliono destabilizzare il nostro paese e trasformare questa bella nazione in una zona di guerra.

Dobbiamo dire chiaramente che ci opponiamo a questa minaccia, estremisti che faranno tutto per distruggere la nostra nazione dall'interno,
Fascisti.
Non possiamo permettere a queste persone di uscire e uccidere le persone che compiono solo il loro compito,
Per denigrare persone che li oppongono e non vogliono passare una sentenza di morte sulla Padagna, una regione che dichiarano di amare.
Siamo disposti ad avviare un dialogo, tuttavia,
tuttavia, come si può vedere,
I nostri avversari sono chiaramente contro qualsiasi soluzione costruttiva, o tutti i tipi di compromessi, per quella materia.
Quando i nazionalisti di Padagna saranno aperti per iniziare i colloqui,

Ma per ora, al resto degli istaliani dico,

A queste parole, tuttavia, il leader del PNP, Luciana Vespa, ha risposto con parole che per Andreatta, ora come segretario nazionale di Libertà e Progresso, probabilmente parte del prossimo governo, devono essere considerate gravi ed inaccettabili:

La risposta della Sign.na Vespa può solo che far degenerare la situazione! Queste persone sembrano non capire la gravità della situazione. Della gente è morta, città intere devastate dai disordini e per che cosa? Queste persone, ormai chiaramente confermate essere una minoranza, stanno semplicemente rifiutando i risultati di qualcosa organizzato da loro ma che non sono andati come speravano.
Ed ora questa minoranza sta minacciando la pace di una maggioranza che ha chiaramente rifiutato anche nelle elezioni generali le posizioni del PNP, che non ha guadagnato la maggioranza nemmeno in Padagna. Ora, è tempo di crescere, di parlare, per porre fine alle morti.
Come leader di LP, riconfermo la fiducia del mio partito al presidente Aham e la nostra piena collaborazione per difendere la strada del dialogo, della democrazia e della pace.

Romula: "We are ready to talk but the Republic is and always will be one and indivisible"
Then Andreatta, now Aham reaffirme the will to maintain united the Republic and to land a hand to the padagnan nationalists: the response however seems have closed any space for dialogue

Heavy losses in human life emerges from the days of clashes following the general election that in Padana saw in parallel the organization of a referendum on independence already declared unlawful by the Supreme Court and condemned already at the announcement by President Andreatta with these words before the elections:

"My dear fellow citizens,
during this last year the nation has faced serious difficult times, which threatened the stability of our democracy. The scandalous events perpetrated by Minister Lavarin have seriously cast doubt on the nation's own democratic institutions, thereby undermining confidence in the government both at home and abroad. Even though our own democratic institutions have finally found out and put an end to those that were actions worthy of the worst dictatorial regimes, they have been devastated, along with their credibility in the eyes of the citizens.
And now, at this moment of weakness, a new threat to the stability and unity of the nation is taking advantage of it.
Istalian Alternative is finally fallen victim to an extremist component that is perhaps more dangerous than the then Alternative Right, fascistoid branchs existed years ago, and I am talking about those autonomous feelings of Padagna that for decades is growing in the party, fueled by values and principles that are not really dissimilar to the ones of the Alternative Right and who is now accusing the Romula's Government of restricting their liberties and of not respecting the popular will, exploiting the fact that AI in Padagna has ruled uninterruptedly more or less since the birth of the party.
But I say to them that in effect they are the ones who are attacking the democracy, convinced that this autonomous turning point is essentially due to the rejection of the will of the whole Istalian people which for various legislatures has given their confidence in the progressive forces of the nation of which I'm an exponent. Their request for autonomy, or worse, for independence, masquerading with democratic intentions is simply a rejection of Democracy, the democracy that for so many years has rejected the increasingly extremist positions of AI, especially those relating to migration policies and civil liberties.
As the President of the Republic and Guarantor of the Constitution, I can only say that Istalia is one and indivisible Republic, a concept that is perpetually reaffirmed by our national motto: "The Unity of the Country and the Freedom of the Citizens", and therefore, I can not avoid saying to those who are attacking the unity of the nation and the Istalian people that their claims are unacceptable acts of unrighteousness to the whole nation as well as illegal claims in the face of the Law of the Nation.
So it is my duty to ask the Supreme Court to consider the requests of the National Party of Padagna, aware and sure that even the Court will reject these requests, as they are clearly in contravention of the Istalian Law and Constitution.
The most serious thing, however, remains the fact that the authorities in Padagna themself, controlled by the PNP, are demonstrating unworthy and unfair, disrespectful of the Law and the principles on which those same institutions have been created and I intimate them to immediately put an end to these attempts to break the unity of the country, to respect the law, to respect the minority, however not an indifferent minority, in Padagana, the ones who don't want renounce to the unity of the nation, to whom I say that they are not alone and that the Government of Istalia will be ready to defend their rights.
Lastly, I want to remind everyone that we live in a democratic state that offers constitutional ways so that anyone can defend their ideas in compliance with the law. Without this respect, you can not live in peace and freedom either in Padagna or in the rest of Istalia.

Thank you for your attention and as usual, long live to the Republic, long live to Istalia!"

Harsh words for some, but other underlined that as President of the Republic he could not but takes such a stance and other ones indeed underlined the fact that the President closed the speech with a clear invitation to the dialogue and a peaceful confrontation in respecting of the democratic rules.
For this reason LP declared its support to Ali Abdul Aham, which into the Radical Front supported strongly the way of the dialogues and paeceful solutions. LP exponents furthermore unofficially expressed their position in favor of a authonomist solution, which want attract the moderate in Padagna, the authonomists, which with the failur of the referendum showed to be more than previously expected.
After the victory at the presidential elections of the Radical Front's candidate, Ali Abdul Aham, the new President respected the electoral promises and the confiance of LP, launching a brief but resolute message to the padagnan nationalists, condamning the violences, mourning the losses but most important inviting the PNP leadership in Romula to start a dialogue, these his words:

Dear friends,
citizens of Istalia,
I would want to address the conflict that recently took place in Padagna.
An utter disaster caused by extremistic, reactionary forces of the Partito Nazionale di Padagna,
Separatists that started a bloody massacre,
The murderers of over twenty policemen;
People that want to destabilize our country and turn this beautiful nation into a war zone.

We must say clearly that we oppose this threat, extremists that will do anything to destroy our nation from within,
Fascists.
We cannot allow these people to go out and kill people that just fulfil their task,
To maim people that oppose them and do not want to pass a death sentence upon Padagna, a region that they state to love.
We are willing to start a dialogue, however,
though, as can be seen,
Our opponents are clearly against any constructive solution, or all sorts of compromises, for that matter.
When the nationalists of Padagna will be open to start talks,
so will we.
I will welcome their leader in the presidential palace.
But for now, fellow Istalians,
I wish peace upon our nation.

To these words however the leader of PNP, Luciana Vespa, responded wirh words that for Andreatta, now as National Secretary of Liberty and Progress, likely to be part of the next Government, are to be considered as serious and unacceptable:

The response of Mrs Vespa can only but degenerate the situation! These people seem don't understand the gravity of the situation. People died, entire cities devastated by the turmoils and for what? These people, now clearly confirmed to be a minority, are simply rejecting the results of something organized by them but which didn't turn out as they was hoping.
Annd now this minority is threatening the peace of a majority which clearly rejected also into the general elections the positions of the PNP, which didn't gain the majoeity even in Padagna. Now, it is time to growth, to talk, to put an end to the death.
As leader of LP I reconfirme the confiance of my party for the President Aham and our full cooperation to defend the path of the dialogue, of the democracy, of the peace.

President Aham invites Ms Vespa to Sarregna

The President, Ali Abdul Aham, invited the leader of the PNP, Luciana Vesta, to start talks regarding Padagna on neutral turf- neither in Romula nor Genevia; he proposes Ulbia, a city in Sarregna.
As usual for him, he gave brief statement, or more of a proposition;

I really admire Ms Vespa as a politician; she is ambitious, charismatic, but stubborn.
I understand her feelings, believe me, I do. I love Istalia with all my heart; I am sure that she does, too. But only a part of it. A small chunk. Padagna, that is.
Now, for me, I can't say that I love any region more than the rest of our great country;
I can't say that I love Angona more because I was born there.
I can;t say that I love Romula, or Mezzodiurno more because we have a majority there.
I love the entirety of Istalia.
I know many beautiful places in Istalia, as I'm an avid student of our history and culture, which means that I travel a lot around Istalia.
And one of those beautiful places is Ulbia;
A city in Sarregna.
I believe that Ms Vespa should visit it.
I propose her to come to the city in a date that both sides will agree on, so we can start talks regarding the Region of Padagna.
I believe in second chances.

The president himself was always seen as a sort of a federalist, stating that each region should have further autonomy, which may make him as a person that Ms Vespa will be more likely to cooperate with.

A step forward in the Padagnan crisis! After the President's graceful proposal of a "second chance" to meet on 'neutral' turf, in the beautiful Sarregna, Luciana Vespa, the PNP Leader, has accepted the offer, claiming that:

Without this, just more people will get hurt fighting for our righteous cause. We do not want to end up like Kalopia in recent history. Also, how could I refuse such a handsome and chivalrous man, his flattery could not go unnoticed.

However, the self-proclaimed missionary of Padagna has stated one compulsory condition in order for the meeting to occur: Police in Padagna should immediately withdraw and stop "harassing and assaulting" the anti-Istalian demonstrators. In return, she promised to call upon an end of all violence from the zealous nationalist supporters, and an end to besieging governmental institutions all across Padagna, including small towns in the countryside with their self-proclaimed independence as the Padagnan Republic, of which Vespa would be president - according to her ambition.

This is undoubtedly a step in the right direction, and it would be a Christmas present to all in this gruesome year, if the conflict may be resolved peacefully and quickly.

Andreatta annuncia le dimissioni ed apre la campagna per le primarie: i Ministri Francesco del Grillo e Yasser Farhan si pongono alla testa rispettivamente dei Social Liberali e dei Liberisti ma un outsider entra prepotentemente sulla scena facendo leva sulla minaccia separatista

ROMULA - Adriano Andretta ha annunciato le sue dimissioni da Segretario Nazionale di LP ed ha aperto ufficialmente la campagnia elettorale per le primarie di partito che dovrebbero tenersi a fine anno. Andreatta ha espresso le sue preferenze verso il Ministro degli Esteri Francesco del Grillo, dichiarando che avrà il suo supporto e quindi investendolo ufficialmente come candidato della maggioranza Social Liberale.
L'ala liberista invece si è coagulata intorno a Yasser Farhan, Ministro della Difesa, e portavoce dei Liberisti all'interno del Partito fin dal ritiro da ogni posizione di spicco all'interno del partito di Harun Al-Sahel, una delle più vecchie figure sulla scena politica che ha annunciato di volersi ritirare anch'esso in concomitanza con il terzo Segretario Nazionale che ha visto eleggere.
Fino a pochi mesi fa la vittoria di del Grillo era praticamente scontata, con tutto il Partito ed il Direttorio Nazionale che consideravano le prossime primarie esclusivamente come una pura formalità, una conferma della linea politica impressa da Astori ed Andreatta a Libertà e Progresso sulla via del Progressismo Liberale degli ultimi anni. L'esplosione dello scandalo Lavarin comunque sembra abbia incrinato sensibilmente la posizione dell'ala Social Liberale, che è stata accusata dai Liberisti inoltre di poca attività e di 15 anni di governo che hanno visto poche riforme e soprattutto poche risposte relative ai flussi migratori, calati sensibilmente solo dopo la vittoria dei Progressisti in Potensia ed il susseguente rimpatrio di migliaia di persone.
A complicare la situazione infine è giunta la crisi indipendentista in Padagna, che ha ulteriormente spaccato il partito tra i moderati pronti al dialogo e gli intransigenti che invece sono rimasti delusi dalla decisione di Andreatta. Gli intransigenti negli ultimi mesi sembra abbiano ingrossato le loro fila, soprattutto a seguito delle dichiarazioni più eclatanti, come la fondazione di una "Repubblica di Padagna" o quelle della Vespa che si considera già alla testa del nuovo Stato, in verità dichiarazioni più di propaganda che sostanziali, ma che sono bastate per far si che la crisi Padagnola divenisse il principale terreno di scontro lasciando in secondo piano le diatribe tra Social Liberali e Liberisti.
Del Grillo ha subito reagito mettendosi alla testa dei Moderati mentre Farhan ha visto crollare il proprio sostegno mentre molti dei Liberisti correvano ad ingrossare le fila degli Intransigenti, insoddisfatti dalla posizione del Ministro della Difesa sulla questione Padagnola, allineata a quella dell'attuale Direttorio e di Andreatta, dunque affatto differente da quella di Del Grillo.
Nonostante gli sviluppi degli ultimi mesi, però, il fronte degli Intransigenti effettivamente non aveva un leader da investire come candidato, almeno fino alla scorsa settimana quando tra i vari papabili è emerso prepotentemente un acquisto relativamente recente del Partito: iscritto da circa un decennio tra le file di AI, attirato soprattutto dal carisma dell'ex Presidente Rosso, Alessandro Eugenio di Nacosia-Rohan a seguito della svolta Padagnola di Alternativa Istaliana ha deciso di entrare tra le fila di Libertà e Progresso e facendosi subito portatore di una linea nazionalista, unitaria che ha fuso con i principi Social Liberali.
Come si può intendere dal nome, Alessandro Eugenio è discendente degli antichi Re del Regno Istaliano sull'Isola di Alaria, caduto nel 1959 per mano dell'Emirato di Quanzar, fuggiti quindi in Alduria da dove tornarono sia alla caduta dell'Emirato che dell'Unione dei Soviet Quanzari, tentando ma fallendo in entrambe le occasioni di salire nuovamente sul Trono d'Istalia. Fin dalla fondazione della Prima Repubblica Istaliana i Nacosia-Rohan si sono praticamente defilati dalla scena politica istaliana dedicandosi alle attività economiche della famiglia, gestendo le ampie tenute agricole in Alaria, restituite dallo Stato alla fine del regime comunista, e quindi sviluppando i commerci con l'area Canrillese ed investendo nell'economia Istaliana. Tra alti e bassi la famiglia è riuscita a sopravvivere al passare dei secoli giungendo fino al XLII secolo, ma mai in ruoli di rilevanza, almeno fino ad oggi.
Alessandro Eugenio, fattosi conoscere come amministratore locale sull'Isola tra le file di Alternativa Istaliana, eletto come uno dei più giovani consiglieri comunali d'Istalia (a Palerno per la precisione), ha militato tra le file AI fino alla svolta padagnola, prendendo le redini prima della sezione Palernitana di AI ma poi abbandonandolo alla caduta di Ricollo e considerando Libertà e Progresso una piattaforma migliore, soprattutto attratto, come detto, dai moti degli intransigenti.
Il Ministro del Grillo, esperto membro del partito, del Direttorio e politico di lungo corso, si è detto affatto preoccupato dalla nuova stella emergente e criticandolo piuttosto per posizioni decisamente populiste che non hanno mai fatto parte della tradizione di LP. Il calo di consensi comunque è stato ben sentito dal candidato Social Liberale, un calo che ora, anche se nulla di ufficiale è stato dichiarato, sembra stia spingendo del Grillo ad avvicinarsi sempre più a Yasser Farhan in previsione di un'accordo per contrastare il fronte degli intransigenti.
Alessandro Eugenio ha risposto alle critiche di del Grillo in questo modo, una delle sue prime dichiarazioni ufficiali a livello nazionale:

Sono quasi onorato di tanta attenzione e sento una certa tensione nelle parole del Ministro del Grillo. Ha chiuso bruscamente ogni spazio di dialogo ed ha cominciato ad attaccarmi su più fronti, in primis la mancanza di esperienza e dunque il mio passato in Alternativa Istaliana, dandomi praticamente del Fascista, anche se velatamente.
Voglio rispondergli che il politico alle prime armi sembra lui, incapace di comprendere come tanti all'interno del partito stiano seriamente soffrendo la linea adottata dalla maggioranza, una maggioranza che sembra assottigliarsi sempre più tra l'altro. Molti temono che le aperture verso quelli che stanno agendo come dei veri e propri traditori stiano spianando la strada alle forze centrifughe nonché alle forze reazionarie e xenofobiche, non comprendendo il rischio per l'intera economia istaliana tra l'altro. Ho sentito parlare di proposte federali addirittura, lo stesso Presidente della Repubblica sembra non disdegnare simili proposte! Ed il Partito vuole prendere una simile strada? La Padagna potrebbe essere solo la prima! Sarà il caos! Con lavoratori ed attori economici che si sposteranno di regione in regione, caduta di coesione e cooperazione industriale ed economica tra le varie entità autonome, squilibri in spesa ed investimenti, in servizi ed opportunità... e già mi aspetto la regione di turno che verrà ad elemosinare qualcosa a Romula!
Mi danno del fascista inoltre! Io che quando appartenevo ad Alternativa Istaliana sono stato tra i maggiori sostenitori di Rosso e dei suoi sforzi di trasformare AI in un partito liberale, conservatore e democratico! Ho lasciato AI proprio per la deriva estremista dei Padagnoli, fascisti che si nascondono dietro la bandiera indipendentista! Mi dicono che sto distruggendo l'unità del Partito, ma come? Per il sostegno che sto guadagnando? Se sempre più esponenti ed iscritti mi stanno sostenendo è perché condividono le mie stesse preoccupazioni! Libertà e Progresso si è sempre opposto a qualsiasi soluzione federalista nonché autonomista. Più di un secolo fa abbiamo supportato il Movimento Federalista, è vero, ma non li abbiamo seguiti nella loro riforma costituzionale ed abbiamo sempre ben stabilito come le materie che possono essere devolute agli enti locali non possono mettere a rischio l'unità della Nazione e che la legislazione nazionale deve regolare e tutelare ogni cittadino indipendentemente da dove egli viva. Aperture autonomiste o federaliste non faranno altro che incrinare seriamente dei principi cardini per LP e danneggiare la nazione interna. Io ed i miei sostenitori l'abbiamo capito, spero che alle primarie i nostri elettori riusciranno a comprenderlo altrettanto.

Chiusura con invito rivolto ai sostenitori di Libertà e Progresso, dunque una chiara dichiarazione dell'intenzione di Nacosia-Rohan di candidarsi effettivamente alla guida del partito, arrivata mentre molti tra i LiberalProgressisti cominciano ad aspettare l'ufficializzazione, che potrebbe giungere a giorni quando a sorpresa il decano del Partito, Harun Al-Sahel, informalmente avrebbe dichiarato il suo sostegno all'outsider.
Molti però sono convinti che il giovane Nacosia-Rohan potrebbe essere invece fortemente penalizzato proprio dal suo stesso nome, un chiaro rimando ad un istituto monarchico, un'idea da sempre piuttosto rigettata da parte della popolazione istaliana anche se, come fanno notare alcuni analisti, a seguito del successo elettorale del Partito Thallerista di qualche decennio fa, l'idea della monarchia da tabù sembra essere divenuto un argomento di discussione, che ha visto anche il Fronte Radicale durante la crisi thallerista aprirsi sulla possibilità, anche se fu più una provocazione che altro, ed una piccola percentuale della popolazione sembra abbia sposato i principi più moderati di un'idea monarchica-costituzionalista, anche come soluzione ad una forma di governo semi-presidenziale che in una nazione politicamente frammentata come l'Istalia, secondo comunque una minoranza di esperti, avrebbe causato non pochi problemi di leadership e di competenze tra il Capo di Stato ed il Capo di Governo, problemi comunque mai riconosciuti dalla maggioranza del mondo accademico che ha bollato simili sparute e disorganizzate proposte come meri "sentimentalismi" di un passato ed un prestigio che fu, ad oggi veramente molto lontano.
Potrebbe Alessandro Eugenio Nacosia-Rohan cambiare la tendenza e ri-alimentare la discussione sorta pochi decenni fa? Per il momento è davvero presto per dirlo, soprattutto visto che il nuovo candidato segretario di LP non si è mai espresso sulla questione agendo nel solco delle regole democratiche e dei principi repubblicani propri dei LiberalProgressisti. Le poche previsioni fatte hanno comunque giudicato assolutamente irrilevante la presenza di un qualsivoglia movimento monarchico in Istalia e che la discussione dovrebbe morire lentamente, anche perché ad oggi, di fronte alla crisi in Padagna, non sembra affatto il momento più propizio per attrarre sostenitori ad una causa che in verità non ha mai avuto alcun seguito.

ROMULA - Adriano Andretta announced his resignation as National Secretary of the LP and officially opened the electoral campaign for the party primaries that should be organized for the end of the year. Andreatta expressed his preferences for the Foreign Minister Francesco del Grillo, stating that he will have his support and then invest it officially as a candidate for the Social Liberal majority.

To complicate the situation, finally, came the independent crisis in Padagna, further splitting the party among the moderates ready for dialogue and the intransigent who instead were disappointed by Andreatta's decision. The intransigents in the last few months seem to have enlarged their ranks, especially following the most striking statements, such as the founding of a "Republic of Padagna" or those releasead by Vespa that is already considering herself to be the head of the new state, in effect more propaganda declarations than realistic claims, but that were enough to make the Padagnan crisis become the main battlefield leaving the diatribes between Social Liberals and Liberists in the background.
Del Grillo immediately reacted put himself at the head of the moderates while Farhan saw his support collapsed as many of the Liberists were rushing into the ranks of the Intransigents, dissatisfied with the position of the Defense Minister on the Padagnan issue, aligned with that of the current Directorate and Andreatta, not different from the one of del Grillo.
Despite the developments in the last few months, however, the Intransigent front did not actually have a leader to invest as a candidate, at least until last week when a relatively recent "purchase" by the Party emerged among the various pretenders: being among the ranks of AI for a dozen of years, attracted mainly by the charism of former President Rosso, Alessandro Eugenio of Nacosia-Rohan following the Padagnan shift of Alternativa Istaliana decided to enter in Liberty and Progress and immediately becoming an exponent of a nationalist, unitary line that has merged with the Social Liberal principles.

I am almost honored with so much attention and I feel some tension in the words of the Minister del Grillo. He closed all dialogues abruptly and started to attack on many fronts, first of all talking about the lack of experience and therefore my past in Istalian Alternative, saing I'm a fascist, albeit vaguely.
I want to say that it seems him to be the fledgling politician, unable to understand how many within the party are seriously suffering the line adopted by the majority, a majority who seems to be getting tapered more and more. Industriale di Calliari si converte ed annuncia la costruzione di un tempio in memoria del martire barmeniano Ismail Rabban

A poche settimane dall'esecuzione di Ismail Rabban, un auto proclamatosi profeta di una nuova religione universale condannato in Barmenistan per terrorismo internazionale e vari altri capi d'accusa, in Calliari un noto industriale Alariano, Vito Sarti, tra incredulità e divertimento dei suoi concittadini Calliarini, ha annunciato l'acquisto di circa 25 ha di terreni nella campagna intorno a Calliari dove edificare un Tempio consacrato alla nuova religione, definitiva Fede o Culto Ruhi, e quindi una comunità religiosa autosufficiente per i fedeli del nuovo culto dove mettere in atto l'insegnamento del loro profeta.

Sarti aveva in effetti invitato anche le autorità cittadine a partecipare nonché rappresentanti di altre confessioni religiose presenti a Calliari, che comunque hanno declinato l'invito, probabilmente non prendendo troppo seriamente quella che sembra una piccola setta tra le tante che sono emerse negli ultimi anni nell'underground culturale new wave che ha investito diversi paesi.
Vito Salvi ed il suo gruppo però sembrano molto decisi e soprattutto l'industriale ha messo a disposizione della comunità ingenti risorse: finanzierà infatti con propri fondi personali la costruzione del tempio e del nucleo centrale della comunità che, ha specificato Salvi, non sarà una "colonia" di esaltati chiusa al mondo, ma sarà aperta a chiunque voglia apprendere di più dagli insegnamenti di Ismail Rabban, che Sarti considera come Elyahu tornato tra gli uomini per innaugurare il regno dell'Altissimo.
Intervistato dai giornalisti di alcuni giornali minori locali, Sarti ha sottolineato che egli non è affatto il capo della comunità, non copre alcuna posizione religiosa, sembra che il nuovo culto comunque non preveda un clero, e che tutte le decisioni saranno prese insieme dalla comunità nel rispetto delle parole del Messia racchiuse in quelli che dovrebbero essere i testi sacri del Culto, il Libro della Conoscenza e l'Alleanza Spirituale, ed ovviamente delle leggi istaliane. Al riguardo è stato chiesto a Sarti se la sua nuova religione prescrive atti o pratiche in contrasto con le leggi della Repubblica, al ché, egli ha risposto così:

Non credo che alcuna legge o pratica indicate da Munthadir possano minimamente andare contro le leggi istaliane. Invero le sue parole sono un invito alla tolleranza ed al rispetto, ciò che non ha ricevuto in Barmenia. Egli è morto colpevole di aver voluto proclamare l'uguaglianza di tutti gli esseri umani, l'abolizione di tutti i segni di discriminazione religiosa o sociale, la liberazione delle donne, il rifiuto di tutte le forme di violenza e l'impegno per la pace e il perdono. Egli ha condannato tra le altre cose la schiavitù, la crudeltà sugli animali, il trasporto di armi, la maldicenza e la calunnia, inoltre ha comandato l'educazione dei figli ed ha esortato i fedeli a rispettate il proprio Governo ed a comportarsi con amicizia verso i seguaci di tutte le religioni, mentre ha condannato il fanatismo, la superstizione, la sedizione e le lotte.
È un messaggio di pace e di tolleranza, di socialità, di progresso! L'Altissimo ci giudichera in base a come ci siamo approcciati ed abbiamo trattato i nostri fratelli e sorelle!

Quindi ha risposto alle domande su come sia entrato in contatto con la nuova fede ed i suoi sentimenti di fronte al martirio del suo profeta, indicato anche fuori Barmenistan come un terrorista legato all'Armata Apostolica in Majatra, gruppo paramilitare emerso recentemente tra le fila del fondamentalismo hosianista in Barmenistan:

Molti barmeniani sono giunti in Istalia negli ultimi anni, anche dopo la fine delle persecuzioni religiose molti hanno preferito lasciare barmenia per paura di future nuove persecuzioni e tra di essi ho conosciuto un giovane avvocato e attivista politico che con la sua famiglia si è trasferito qui sull'isola e grazie a lui ho ritrovato la pace: purtroppo anni fa è venuta a mancare mia figlia, uccisa all'estero durante un attacco terroristico, lavorava per una ONG umanitaria... avevo perso la fede ma ora ho aperto gli occhi, grazie ai miei nuovi amici ed è proprio per la serenità che mi hanno regalato che ho deciso di offrire tante risorse alla causa, il martirio di Munthadir ha soltanto accelerato le cose. Abbiamo pianto di fronte alle terribili immagini del martirio, vergognosamente trasformato in uno spettacolo per le masse mentre Egli veniva accusato delle più indicibili delle colpe, quando quei terroristi hosiani sono chiaramente legati a quei fondamentalisti in Barmenia! L'accusa di terrorismo è stata chiaramente un pretesto! Come non vedere in lui la stessa luce di Elyahu? Come non vedere Elyahu ancora una volta martirizzato di fronte all'odio ed alla falsità? Ma egli è morto per la pace e la comprensione tra gli uomini ed oggi noi non possiamo onorarlo meglio se non perdonando i suoi carnefici, nel rispetto delle sue parole. E qui colgo l'occasione per invitare coloro che potrebbero soffrire nuove persecuzioni, voglio invitarli a trovare un luogo sicuro qui dove la nostra comunità che, sebbene piccola, non negherà loro rifugio ed assistenza. Saremmo onorati di poter ospitare ed incontrare uno o più dei 19 compagni di Muntadhir, poichè ora noi guardiamo a loro, eletti per reggere e diffondere la sua eredità e le sue parole.

Sicuramente l'iniziativa di Sarti è balzata all'attenzione della stampa per la portata del suo progetto, ma in generale, come detto, in tutta la nazione sono sorte piccole comunità dedicate a nuovi e particolari culti, molti definiti pagani, molti si ricollegano alla natura ed altri ancora invece hanno riesumato antiche religioni del passato, ma molti altri invece si rifanno a filosofie e tradizioni non quedarite o enetriche, stili di vita alternativi che hanno trovato in Istalia terreno fertile, soprattutto a seguito della diffusione della filosofia dell'Amore Libero giunta da Malivia anni or sono e che hanno visto anche personaggi in vista dello spettacolo avvicinarsi loro, come Conrado Luce, polistrumentista e compositore Rock Progressive che praticamente vive ormai tra Istalia e Malivia viaggianto nelle terre ancestrali del Gajurismo.

Businessman from Calliari converts and announces the construction of a temple in memory of the barmenian martyr Ismail Rabban

Il settore aerospaziale istalo-zardico in fatti, con la caduta del regime nazionalista, è stata tra le lobby che più di tutte hanno fatto pressioni sul governo per riallacciare i rapporti con Pontesia proprio per avere accesso ad un'area di lancio decisamente più conveniente, data la vicinanza sull'equatore come detto, da dove far partire anche i loro missili con i loro carichi (soprattutto satelliti commerciali), i cui costi di lancio da Baltusia e da alcune installazioni mobili a bordo di navi e piattaforme petrolifere riconvertite sono aumentati sensibilmente negli ultimi anni ed il dover condividere le strutture in Baltusia con le Forze Armate costringe le compagnie private a sottostare ad un calendario che da precedenza ai primi, situazione che non è affatto migliorata nemmeno da quando parte dei programmi delle Forze Armate sono stati spostati nella base nel sud di Malivia.
Riguardo le conseguenze dal lato della difesa di un nuovo ingresso di Pontesia nell'Alleanza, il Ministro degli Esteri ha dichiarato che l'Istalia non ha alcuna intenzione di ricadere in un inutile vortice di accuse, minacce e scontri e che quindi si impegnerà unilateralmente a non coinvolgere il territorio Pontesiano in attività della difesa con il nostro paese e soprattutto che l'Istalia si impegnerà in seno all'Alleanza Majatrana affinché qualsiasi attività relativa alla Difesa Comune Alleata avvenga lontano da Pontesia e dunque dai confini di quelle nazioni con le quali i rapporti sono sempre stati tesi, un impegno nel solco della linea geopolitica adottata di recente dall'Istalia che potrebbe essere facilmente espressa con il motto "vivi e lascia vivere". Ovviamente, ha continuato il Ministro, l'Istalia non vuole assolutamente limitare le capacità difensive di Pontesia od i suoi progetti e politiche in questo campo, semplicemente invitiamo Pontesia, data la sua posizione tra due "fuochi", a cooperare ma conducendo qualsivoglia progetto od operazione comune non in Pontesia così da non allarmare eccessivamente le nazioni vicine.

Bomb goes off in LP parking lot!
The Police investigation indicated a trail to the PNP, whilst the PNP points fingers on the "New Istalians"


Apparently the target was Alessandro Eugenio Nacosia-Rohan, who was absent in that moment

The Padagnan scandal escalates further, as a bomb causes the explosion of a car on the LP parking lot. Luckily no one was harmed, but it wasn't the car of a nobody. The man who will receive money from the insurance company, is the famous Alessandro Eugenio Nacosia-Rohan, potential first secretary of the LP! The police investigation indicates a clear connection to the PNP, or its extreme and officially denounced paramilitary wing the Alternativa Destra (Alt-Right). Obviously the PNP denounced such claims, with the Vice Leader Arno Massa responding:

Our goal never was, never is and never will be bloodshed. Especially as we fight for the moral highground, despite our political differences. We have better things to do, and to concentrate on. Like making Padagna great and independent!

Leader Luciana Vespa could not respond live as she has isolated herself a little bit from the public in order to draft a program for the future of Padagna to present to the president during the meeting, on social media however, she posted two messages recently, the first one saying:

I cannot come to the president unprepared and empty handed, we need a foundation, our red lines, on which we can build to prevent any further violence and the peaceful secession of Padagna.

In the second message, she sent her deepest condolences to the LP politician, condemning the atrocity of the bomb attack.

However, behind this friendly mask, may lie a trap, as is common in politics. As mentioned, all trails lead to PNP, and just a few weeks prior, Vespa has called Mr. Nacosia-Rohan a "traitor", due to his departure from the nationalist party (back then AI). Furthermore, Mr. Nacosia-Rohan has entered the spotlight mostly thanks to his unitarist positions, being the unofficial leader of the intransigent unitarists of the LP, whose voices are probably strengthened within the party thanks to the attack.

Even if it was not the PNP itself, we all know too well the capabilities and the fanaticism of the Alt-Right, the nationalist unofficial paramilitary organization, which represents drastic fascist views and which has endorsed Luciana Vespa as she would create a "nationalist utopia" in Padagna. They could have easily acted out of their own accord.

Officially however, the PNP has denounced any claims of any connection to the attack, and even had the nerve to point the fingers at another group of people, which clearly suited their agenda: at the migrants. A couple of years have passed since the large influx of migrants from the Northwest of Majatra due to despotic regimes, and many have stayed. This is regarded as one of the catalysts of the Padagnan crisis - Padagna was the entry gate for the migrants, despite their obvious right wing tendencies (AI almost always had relative and often full majority of seats in Padagnan regional parliament). Hence it makes sense for the PNP to scapegoat the migrants and further their political agenda from this "dreadful attack on democracy", as exclaimed by Vice Leader Arno Massa. He has continued on saying and providing headlines:

What have we told you? The Padagnans knew it immediately as they suffered from it! That is why the vote for us! That is why they want independence! Just look at what is happening, first the migrants come, then they don't return, now they build their blasphemous churches and at this pace in 10-20 years nothing will be left of the secular Istalia, it will become a sultanate, where minorities and women are frowned upon and we will be looking over the border, from our high impermeable great wall of Padagna, and we will proudly, but with compassion say: "we told you so". Then you, liberals, will ask for our help and we will provide it, IF we remember how you provided us with our legitimate independence referendum.

The question now remains wether and how these events will affect the upcoming talks between self proclaimed president of the Republic of Padagna and the President of the Republic of Istalia.

Primarie LP: del Grillo vince per un pugno di voti contro Nacosia-Rohan ed il partito resta chiaramente spaccato, sarà diarchia?


ROMULA - Dopo essere state rimandate per diversi mesi da Andreatta, cercando di risanare lo strappo interno per contrastare il giovane outsider Alessandro Eugenio di Nacosia-Rohan, infine le primarie hanno visto scontrarsi i moderati e gli intransigenti ed i risultati hanno infine mostrato un partito seriamente spaccato.
Con il 51.05% dei voti è stato Francesco del Grillo a venir eletto nuovo Leader dei SocialProgressisti battendo con un piccolissimo scarto il giovane nobiluomo che è stato indicato come il vero vincitore politico e morale delle primarie, anche alla luce del recente tentativo di assassinio, con una bomba che ha fatto fortunatamente esplodere troppo presto l'auto privata dello sfidante e che è stata decisiva per accrescere il sostegno del nobiluomo, attaccatto, a dire dei sostenitori, proprio perché fa paura agli estremisti, una figura solida ed intransigente che a differenza del compiacente del Grillo avrebbe potuto mettere seriamente in difficoltà le aspirazioni indipendentiste dei Padagnoli.
Emerso quasi dal nulla, in pochi mesi Nacosia-Rohan incentrando tutta la sua campagna sulla crisi indipendentista e sul rigetto delle pretese dei nazionalisti di Padagna è riuscito a guadagnarsi l'appoggio di una grande fetta del partito mettendo seriamente in crisi il candidato Social Liberale che poteva contare anche sull'appoggio del Segretario uscente.
Del Grillo si ritrova a dover guidare il partito con un Direttorio Nazionale perfettamente diviso tra moderati ed intransigenti e con quest'ultimi, molto agguerriti, che hanno richiesto a gran voce che Alessandro Eugenio venga nominato Vice Coordinatore del Direttorio, posizione che costringerebbe del Grillo a dover scendere seriamente a compromessi con lo sfidante che inoltre, a quanto pare, sarebbe appoggiato dalla maggioranza degli eletti di LP alla Camera.
Si prospetta dunque una conduzione diarchica del Partito, con un del Grillo che ha dichiarato di fronte alle telecamere:

È mio dovere rispettare l'epilogo di queste primarie, ovvero, non posso ignorare quella parte dei nostri sostenitori che hanno dato la loro fiducia a di Nacosia e lavorerò a stretto contatto con lui in primis per risolvere la spaccatura interna. Riconfermo al Presidente Aham ed al Governo l'impegno di LP nel sostenere la via del dialogo ma che questo sia incentrato a garantire l'unità politica, sociale ed economica della Repubblica.

Dichiarazione breve e coincisa che ben mostra la criticità della situazione per del Grillo che se riconferma la fiducia nel dialogo, ha dovuto accettare le richieste dei più intransigenti che negano qualsiasi soluzione federalista come anche forme troppo estese ed ampie di autonomia per la Padagna.
Una soluzione alla crisi potrebbe essere accettata anche senza l'appoggio dei Liberal Progressisti, ma ciò potrebbe mettere seriamente in crisi la tenuta del Governo che deve fare affidamento su LP per poter sopravvivere. A questo punto la palla passa ormai al Presidente Aham che dovrà fare i conti sia con i suoi obbiettivi relativi alla Padagna che con gli obbiettivi del Governo in coalizione con i LiberalProgressisti ed il Partito degli Agricoltori.
Da parte sua di Nacosia-Rohan, ora sotto scorta permanente, si è dichiarato soddisfatto e pronto a lavorare con il Segretario Nazionale ma anche a difendere la Repubblica dalle minacce separatiste. Nacosia-Rohan inoltre ha già dichiarato che si concentrerà sulla prossima campagna elettorale per essere eletto alla Camera, dove potrebbe puntare a divenire Capo Gruppo dei Deputati, ma soprattutto ha già dichiarato la sua intenzione di farsi portavoce di tutti coloro che in Istalia rigettano le istanze dei Padagnoli ed anzi, ha già annunciato un tour in Padagna per incontrare e sostenere gli Unionisti, che dopo il fallimento del Referendum illegale del PNP, hanno ritrovato la forza ed il coraggio di far sentire la loro voce, con cortei e manifestazioni che hanno mostrato come il fronte indipendentista non sia ampio quanto presentato dalla sedicente "Presidentessa di Padagna".
Del Grillo dunque inizia il suo Segretariato all'ombra di una figura decisamente più carismatica e che lo costringerà in futuro a dovere proteggere seriamente la sua posizione.

LP Primaries: Grillo wins by a handful of votes against Nacosia-Rohan and the party is clearly split, will a diarchy?

ROMULA - After being deferred for several months by Andreatta, trying to reshape the internal struggle to counteract the young outsider Alessandro Eugenio of Nacosia-Rohan, finally the primaries have seen the moderate and the intransigent confronted and the results finally showed a party seriously split.
With 51.05% of the votes, Francesco del Grillo was elected as new Leader of the Social Progressives by beating with a narrow margin the young nobleman who has been shown as the true political and moral winner of the primaries, also in light of the recent assassination attempt with a bomb that has happily exploded too soon the private car of the candidate and that was decisive to boost the support for him, attached, said the supporters, just because he scary the extremists, a solid and intransigent figure that unlike the complacent del Grillo could have seriously distressed the independent aspirations of the Padagnans.
It emerged almost from nothing, in a few months di Nacosia-Rohan focusing all his campaign on the independentist crisis and rejecting the claims of the nationalists of Padagna has succeeded in gaining the support of a big slice of the party by seriously crushing the Social Liberal candidate who could also count on the support of the outgoing Secretary.
Del Grillo finds himself having to lead the party with a national directorate perfectly divided between moderate and intransigent, and with the latter, very aggressive, who have urged Alessandro Eugenio to be appointed Vice Coordinator of the Directorate, a position that would force del Grillo to having serious compromise with di Nacosia who, moreover, apparently would be backed by the majority of LP's elected to the House.
So it could be a Diarchist leadership of the Party, with del Grillo who said in front of the cameras:

It is my duty to respect the epilogue of these primaries, that is, I can not ignore that part of our supporters who gave their confidence to Nacosia and I will work closely with him in the first place to solve the internal split. I reconfirm to President Aham and the Government the commitment of LP to uphold the path of dialogue but to be focused on the political, social and economic unity of the Republic.

A short statement that clearly shows the criticality of del Grillo situation, which if it reconfirms confidence in the dialogue, has had to accept the demands of the most intransigents who deny any federalist solution as well as too extensive and wide-ranging forms of autonomy for Padagna.
A solution to the crisis could also be accepted without the support of Liberal Progressives, but this could seriously put the government in danger relying on LP to survive. At this point the ball goes to President Aham who will have to deal with both his goals regarding Padagna and the objectives of the coalition government with the Liberal Progressives and the Farmer's Party.
By his part, di Nacosia-Rohan, now under constant protection, said he was satisfied and ready to work with the National Secretary but also to be ready to defend the Republic from separatist threats. Di Nacosia-Rohan has also stated that he will focus on the next electoral campaign to be elected to the Chamber, where he could become the Head of the Group of Deputies (Whip) but above all he has already stated his intention to become a spokesman for all those who in Istalia reject the instances of Padagnans and indeed, he has already announced a tour in Padagna to meet and support the Unionists, who after the failure of the PNP's illegal referendum, have found the strength and courage to make their voice heard, with parades and demonstrations that showed as the Independent Front is not as wide as presented by the self-proclaimed "President of Padagna".
Del Grillo therefore begins his Secretariat in the shadow of a much more charismatic figure and will force him in the future to protect seriously his position.

Ultim'ora: Libertà e Progresso esce dal Governo e ritira la sua fiducia a Cedrone
L'appoggio a molte delle proposte dei Nazionalisti di Padagna da parte di entrambi gli alleati di Governo hanno infine spinto del Grillo ad innescare la crisi di governo su pressione soprattutto del neo nominato Capo Gruppo alla Camera, Stefano Romulani, e del Vice Coordinatore Nazionale del Direttorio, di Nacosia-Rohan

ROMULA - Il grande pacchetto legislativo presentato dal Partito Nazionale di Padagna nei recenti mesi è ormai alle fasi finali di voto ma soprattutto ormai tutte le forze in Parlamento hanno dichiarato le loro intenzioni di voto con grande sgomento dei LiberalProgressisti che hanno denunciato l'appoggio di molte riforme dei nazionalisti da parte degli Alleati.
Al centro di discussione sicuramente la privatizzazione dei servizi di sicurezza pubblica e di contrasto agli incendi, ma anche la riforma del Welfare e del Diritto del Lavoro ma soprattutto la legalizzazione dei gruppi paramilitari, un vero e proprio regalo fatto agli indipendentisti ed al resto dei gruppo estremisti d'Istalia.
Stefano Romulani, da poco nominato Capo Gruppo alla Camera dopo i lunghi trent'anni di Giorgia Mulino, ha infatti denunciato il Partito degli Agricoltori non trattenendosi dal dichiararli semplicemente folli nell'appoggiare una tale proposta.
Queste le parole di del Grillo rilasciate ai giornalisti poco prima di recarsi a Palazzo Quattroregni insieme agli altri tre colleghi di LP per rassegnare le dimissioni da Ministro di fronte al Presidente Aham:

Dato l'imminente approvazione di numerose, troppe leggi che trasformeranno la nostra nazione in una terra di estremismo e bigotismo e con alleati nel governo che stanno lavorando per dare riconoscimento alla massa di estremisti pericolosi che oggi stanno cercando di distruggere la nostra Repubblica, Libertà e il Progresso non può che annunciare la sua decisione di lasciare l'attuale coalizione governativa.
Noi ci siamo uniti al governo per contrastare la minaccia dei fascisti di Padagna, per non trasformare l'intera nazione nella loro terra del sogno, una terra di discriminazioni, una terra che tornerà indietro di secoli, una terra che discrimina le donne, le minoranze, una terra dove le persone potranno andare in giro armati minacciando la sicurezza della gente e l'esistenza stessa della nostra Repubblica.
Una terra dove, se non hai soldi, se vieni al mondo in ??una povera famiglia od hai problemi finanziari, potrai rimanere senza protezione dai crimini e dal fuoco.
Rifiutiamo di continuare a collaborare con tali persone! Presto la gente di Istalia riconoscerà la vostra idiozia e il pericolo che state rappresentando per la nazione e vi punirà!

Parole piuttosto feroci ma che arrivano dopo ore ed ore di discussioni tra il Segretario Nazionale ed il Direttorio, con il primo che avrebbe voluto tentare la via del dialogo ma che non ha potuto contrastare un Direttorio totalmente contrario, anche i suoi più vicini e diretti sostenitori si sono espressi per la fuoriuscita.
Il Presidente del Consiglio Cedrone ha dunque definitivamente perso il sostegno dei LiberalProgressisti il cui Leader comunque non si è ancora esposto sul sostegno al Presidente Aham, ancora impegnato nel risanare la spaccatura con i Nazionalisti ma che, come ha voluto sottolineare Romulani, grazie al suo partito ed a quello degli Agricoltori sta perdendo sempre più possibilità di ricucire favorevolmente la crisi con i Padagnoli che presto avranno a disposizione strumenti legali a sostegno delle loro pretese e dei loro progetti, in primis la legalizzazione delle loro milizie di esaltati fascistoidi.
Libertà e Progresso ha già da ora ritirato o cambiato il proprio voto sia dal nuovo budget nazionale sia dalla riforma dei contributi aziendali, due importanti riforme concordate con gli alleati di Governo. Romulani ha così commentato facendo emergere la sua forte anima socialista:

Solo gli altri possono pretendere qualcosa da noi per raggiungere i loro obbiettivi? I Radicali e gli Agricoltori forse oggi si renderanno conto con chi erano al Governo! Soprattutto i secondi: hanno preteso l'incremento dei fondi per il Ministero dell'Agricoltura, l'incremento dei seggi della Camera... riforme che LP osteggiava ma che aveva accettato di sostenere per il bene della Repubblica, riforme che comunque, anche con nostro compiacimento, hanno deliberatamente gettato nel cestino! Anche LP aveva le sue pretese e per anni abbiamo ostacolato tutte le derive più estreme degli alleati di Governo. Questi "agricoltori" oggi hanno imparato una lezione importante, come anche i "Radicali"! Hanno di recente cambiato il loro colore di partito dal fucsia al blu, ma forse sarebbe stato più adatto l'arancione e due grandi C da appuntarsi al petto! Ed hanno il coraggio di definirsi un partito di centro-sinistra! Ormai abbiamo visto la vera natura ipercapitalista e de regolatrice che si nasconde dietro a queste facce di "sinistra"! Il popolo scenderà in piazza, LP scenderà in piazza! Continueremo a far sentire la nostra voce e ci batteremo fino a che non avremmo sconfitto fascisti ed anarco-capitalisti!

Libertà e Progresso ha dunque lasciato la coalizione di Governo e probabilmente procederà chiamando elezioni anticipate in attesa delle reazioni degli altri partiti e soprattutto degli alleati.

Breaking News: Freedom and Progress left the Government and retires its support to Cedrone
The support of many of the proposals of the Nationalists of Padagna by both government allies finally pushed del Grillo to trigger the government crisis on the pressure of the newly appointed as Whip of the Chamber, Stefano Romulani, and di Nacosia-Rohan's Deputy National Coordinator of the Directorate

The great legislative package presented by the National Party of Padagna in the recent months is now at the end of voting, but most of all the forces in Parliament have expressed their intent to vote with great dismay at the Liberal Progressives who have denounced the support of many reforms of the nationalists by part of the allies.
At the center of the debate there os the privatization of public law enforcement agency and fire-fighting services, but also the reform of Welfare and Labor Law, but above all the legalization of paramilitary groups, a real gift for the independents and the rest of the extremists group of Istalia.
Stefano Romulani, recently appointed Whip at the Chamber after the thirty years of Giorgia Mulino, denounced the Farmer's Party stating that they are simply crazy about supporting such a proposal.
These were the words of Grillo released to reporters shortly before going to Palazzo Quattroregni together with the other three LP colleagues to resign from Minister in front of President Aham:

Given the imminent approval of numerous, too many laws that will turn our nation into a land of extremism and bigotry and with government allies that are working to give recognition to the mass of dangerous extremists who are now trying to destroy our Republic, Liberty and Progress can only announce its decision to leave the current government coalition.
We have joined the government to counter the threat of the fascists of Padagna not to turn the whole nation into their land of dreams, a land of discrimination, a land that will go back centuries, a land that discriminates against women, minorities , a land where people can go armed threatening the security of the people and the very existence of our Republic.
A land where, if you do not have money, if you born in a poor family or if you have financial problems, you can risk to stay unprotected from crime and fire.
We refuse to continue to cooperate with such people! Soon the people of Istalia will recognize your idiocy and the danger you are representing for the nation and will punish you!

Words quite ferocious but which arrive after hours and hours of discussions between the National Secretary and the Directory, with the former who wanted to try the way of dialogue but that could not oppose a Directory completely opposed, even his closest and direct supporters have expressed for the crisis.
The President of the Council Vito Cedrone has therefore definitively lost the support of the Liberal Progressives whose Leader has not yet been exposed on President Aham's support, still committed to resolving the split with the Nazionalists but who, as he wanted to emphasize Mr Romulani, thanks to his party and the Farmers he is losing more and more chances of pu and end to the crisis with the Padagnans who will soon have legal means available to support their claims and their projects, first of all the legalization of their exalted fascist militias.
Liberty and Progress has already withdrawn or changed its vote both from the new national budget and from the reform of payroll taxes, two major reforms agreed with the government allies. Romulani commented in this way by bringing out his strong socialist soul:

Liberty and Progress so left the coalition government and will probably proceed by calling early elections waiting for the reactions from other parties and especially the allies.

CEDRONE'S HARSH RESPONSE: "IF YOU WANT US TO CHANGE OUR COLOUR, YOU SHOULD CHANGE YOUR NAME"

Vito Cedrone, the Prime Minister and chairperson of the Radical Front called for a meeting of the higher council, the main decision-making body of the FR, in a mere two days after LP redrew from the governing coalition. Other leading members of the party, such as Divo Insana, Zeno Orio, Valeria Spigarelli, Miriam Mastanieli or Lodovico Mrozzi decided on the short-term actions that the party will take. All of them called for the progressive opposition to unite against the Padagnan nationalists. After the short, for FR standards, meeting, the leader came out and gave a short communicate:

Colleagues, as we know, Liberty and Progress, a party that once called itself liberal, decided to cowardly quit our coalition and destabilize our country because of their selfish reasons. That party decided to claim that we are opposing their ideals, that we vote differently. It seems as if those left-wing extremists cannot accept that people can disagree with them.
Well, I must say, from our experience in the current government, it seems as if that actually is the case; they took no steps in the talks regarding Padagna, even though they held such vital ministries as those of finance and defence.
These aren't talks just for the ministry of internal affairs, the prime minister and president. We invited every minister but, as the LP didn't agree with the independence of Padagna, their ministers decided to forget about the talks regarding stopping their independence!
Those hypocrites also state that we should change our colour. Possibly, they are referring to the fact that we have our own opinion. I must tell them, and their whip specifically;
Romulani, if you want us to change our colour, you, "Liberty and Progress", should change your name! You do not give our nation any sort of financial liberty, so the first part of your name is nonsense, and so is the second, as you, a party controlled by capitalists for a very long time, should very well know that only a free and competitive economy can give our nation a chance to advance and progress to the next level of personal and economic freedoms.
And, I must ask you, when did we call ourselves centre-left for the last time? Twenty years ago? We, as a party evolved. So did you. From a party that would gladly cooperate with us to give Istalia a chance, to a party that wants to destabilize the country by calling snap elections just as the debates with the leaders with the PNP are about to end.
Even they are more open-minded than you.
