Members and representatives from two of Lourenne's biggest technology companies, Cielsoft and Mobile Aurore, traveled
to one of Valois' newly constructed elementary schools, started from the Local Development Act, to begin a new
community program that would focus on the progress of STEM education in Lourennais schools, however, Cielsoft would
be focusing on the technology aspect of the program. As stated by its representatives, the three ultimate goals of the
project would be to:
-Provide quality products and services for children that come with parental controls and limits on the content
    available to students
-Provide Educational programs/software aimed at students, teachers, and/or families
-Improve the quality of STEM education with the aid of services provided.
As a part of the program, workers and volunteer from Cielsoft will be working with thousands of children to learn
the basics of technology such as basic computer controls, beginner's coding lessons, and the functions of the new
apps and software being created for the program. Two apps and two new softwares were created by Cielsoft to go
along with the entire project with Mobile Aurore putting in more financial resources to create them, to facilitate
learning. All students, especially ones in lower grade levels, will be taught how to spot the difference between
trusted, safe websites and harmful, fake ones. One of the softwares that will be used called "Retroverse" teaches
kids the fundamentals of digital citizenship and safety so they can explore the online world with confidence. The
program consists of a curriculum, an educators’ guide and a game that kids can play to learn basic lessons on
privacy, safety and security. A Family Link Guide for Parents provides tips on screen time, content consumption
and managing settings. The most important resource provided to students will be the various products, computers
and tablets for use. Mobile Aurore's Cinture X, XL, and SV laptops will be provided to schools while Cielsoft's
Arcoire-4 tablets will be provided for home-use purposes. Representatives from the Cielsoft and Mobile Aurore
traveled to Valois and four other cities in Carolleux to begin setting up the program's equipment and meeting
some of the students. Paul Montdieu, Cielsoft's public relations specialist declared that this project would increase
technological knowledge for Lourenne's youth and open a gateway for a technologically reliant future for Carolleux.

Continuing to rebuild Keymon
For the past years, various construction efforts have taken off throughout Keymon as the country begins to quickly
repair itself from the damages of the Keymon Civil War. Lourennais construction firms such as Industries Larosière
and Materiaux Souverains have been working non-stop with Keymonite and Lourennais workers to completely
reconstruct and modernize public buildings and energy locations that were significantly damaged in the war.
According to the first stage of the Alvium Project presented by the Royal Assembly, any hospitals and medical
centers that show moderate to severe damage would be reconstructed first to attend any Keymonite residents in
need of medical attention. Hospitals in the Turtle Bay metropolitan areas were the first buildings to receive
construction teams. Workers were then sent to hospitals along the coast where most of the fighting was present.
While teams began work on medical centers, other workers were tasked to remodel and fix the damages done to
all government buildings including post offices, legislation buildings, and judicial courts. Although most of
government buildings that were damaged are located in Turtle Bay were the main focus, some buildings in the
smaller coastal cities were also part of the reconstruction efforts. The second stage of the project expected to
begin in the next two months, will focus on reestablishing the energy sector in Keymon and focusing on the nation's
technological capabilities. Several Lourennais firms have already begun to prepare to move resources to Keymon
for the second stage. The second stage will have a major focus on the future capital of Keymon, Pacivila. Several
Lourennais workers and economic advisors noted that involving Lourennais firms and technological capabilities in
the construction and development of Pacivilia would be a great investment for both Keymon and Lourenne.

The Royal Ministry of Defense claimed that exercises must take place regularly to improve the Royal Armed Forces
Image
Empowering the Royal Armed Forces
After a unexpected halt in troop exercises since the defending of the military budget, the Royal Armed Forces of
Lourenne took part in a massive national exercise in the province of Outannais. The Royal Ground Component began
training in the northern province of Outannais where the terrain is full of Mountains and some rugged terrain. Troops
from the Royal Ground Component underwent cardio drills, shooting/target exercises, and offensive strategy
overview. All infantry vehicles tanks, and troop equipment was used in the exercises and were then evaluated by the
Royal Ministry of Defense (RMD) to ensure that the Ground Component's equipment is up to date. Any equipment or
vehicle that did not meet the RMD's quality standards were sent to various different weapons contractors for improved
models or entirely new models. According to some officers in the Ground Component, some of the equipment is becoming
outdated. Reports and order requests are being sent to defense contractors to begin work on new vehicles and artillery
pieces. While the Ground Component trained in Outannais The Royal Navy held maritime exercises off the shores of the
port city of Parmentier in Outannais. The Royal Navy conducted their usual target target practice with decommissioned
ships from the Royal Navy. Similar to the process by the Royal Ground Component's, any equipment or weapon that do
meet the RMD's quality standards were sent to be repaired or completely rebuilt. Most frigates were not sent to be
repaired. The Royal Navy's new frigates completed in 4773 were the most successful of all the ships in the Royal Navy
mainly due to their new commission into the Royal Navy's first three fleets. Few of the ships commissioned in earlier
years will only receive minor upgrades after exercise evaluations. The Royal Air Force trained in northern Outannais as
well along with the Ground Component. Most of the exercises involved reconnaissance maneuvers and target practice.
There was a heavy focus on reconnaissance patrol routes due to the Ministry's reintroduction of the Titianaboa Program.
The Royal Air Force has seen an increase in recruits since the announcement of the Titianaboa Program. More troops have
signed up for the Royal Air Force compared to all other Royal Branches. The Royal Ministry of Defense hopes to hold other
large exercises in other regions in the kingdom within the next 5 years.

Oldunez noted that South Seleya and the Anantonese Ocean are crucial to Lourennais foreign policy
Image
High Chancellor Sacniete Oldunez and a team from the Royal Office of the High Chancellor planned eight days of official
state visits to Alduria, Kanjor, Rildanor and Vorona altogether. High Chancellor Oldunez stated that the United Kingdom’s
continued relationships with these nations are vital to Lourenne’s new foreign policy efforts which call for increased
relationships with Lourenne’s sister nations and allies. High Chancellor Oldunez spent two days in each nation trying to
improve relations with each nation. High Chancellor Oldunez met with several state officials, cabinets, and governments.
Oldunez also had the opportunity to spend her time with several economic advisors and economic influencers in each of
the four nations to find opportunities for Lourenne to invest in the nations. Oldunez noted that economic cooperation
and support was the greatest factor in the relationships between the four nations and the United Kingdom. Oldunez
proposed that the Royal Assembly, through the several development banks in Lourenne, begin providing investments to
the people and businesses of each of the four nations to ensure that the nations are properly and successfully developing
their economies. Military security was also another topic that Olunez had to bring up with each of the nation’s defense
ministries. Oldunez stated that Lourenne will open the closed bases in Rildanor and Vorona and try to build a base in
Alduria within the next ten years while the Royal Armed Forces are in the middle of a massive upgrade program.
However, Oldunez noted that the naval base in Kanjor’s province of Silliers is still open and home to the Lourennais
Third Fleet. The High Chancellor took the opportunity to visit the base and the Lourennais troops stationed there. She
noted that the Lourennais naval base in Kanjor was crucial for maritime security and the protection of trade routes in
the Siliers Channel. Oldunez reaffirmed that the security of the Silliers Channel was kept by Lourenne and Kanjor and
will remain that way in the future. Oldunez is set to introduce proposals to begin re-investing in South Seleya and
Vorona as Oldunez’s foreign policy efforts are proving to be successful for the United Kingdom.

Expanding on Regional Development
A delegation from The Royal Ministry of International Affairs, led by Royal Minister Akna Xolulatl and her deputies
planned a four-day diplomatic trip to visit the nation’s of Keymon and Mordusia over the subject of regional
developmental aid. The question of developmental aid comes after the United Kingdom decided to provide loans
and grants to underdeveloped nations of Dovani months ago with each grant or loans maxing out at a cap of 150
Million LFR on behalf of the Eastern Development Organization, of which Lourenne has been a member since 4386.
Royal Minister Xolulatl traveled to Keymon first to oversee the construction progress in the nation following the
civil war. Currently, the United Kingdom is helping Keymon’s reconstruction via the Alvium Project. Billions of francs
are being poured into Keymon to ensure technology, energy, and infrastructure on the island are superior and
capable of supporting the nation. Royal Minister Xolulatl met with Queen Eva and representatives from New Valois
where discussions where held on Keymon after the Alvium Project was complete. Following the delegation’s visit to
Keymon, the team of the RMIA traveled to Rechtenburg where the Royal Minister met with Prime Minister Norman
Warpole and the Mordusian cabinet to discuss funding and grants to the Seleyan nation which was labelled to be in
a “start-up” phase according to the RMIA in terms of the nation’s economy and military. The talks included increased
cooperation between Mordusia and the United Kingdom and a 3 billion LFR economic aid package dispersed over five
years. Royal Minister Xolulatl noted that Mordusia was part of the Canrillaise community and some of tis residents
have reaching to Lourenne for support for years. Xolulatl noted that this was the first step in brining Keymon and
Mordusia closer diplomatically by supporting each other on an economic development scale.

Continuing to make Lourenne Completely Green
TLG Ecologie announced this morning that three cities that were a part of the company’s “Green City
Project” had been successfully converted to be at least 60% reliant on renewable resources and green
energy. TLG Ecologie announced that nine cities in the Royal Province of Louives were part of the
program. Each city was to be converted to be reliant on green energy and renewable resources
however due to budget constraints and resources available, some cities had limits on what could be
transformed and what needed to remain while the company and its financial structures focused on
other cities. The general consensus of the company and the institutions funding it was to at least
make each city at least 50 percent reliant on renewable resources, while other cities sat at a higher
percentage. Today, two of the cities who were set at 50 percent limits were completed. Those cities
were the city of Thiers, the royal province’s capital, Porte Orleans, the province’s second largest city
and Montpelier. The cities, before the project began, had already seen a “green revolution” similar
to most of the nation. Theirs was 42 percent reliant on green energy while Porte Orleans and Montpelier
were at a percentage of 40. The ciies were able to reach a minimum of 40 percent in the mid-4700s
when the country went through a massive energy storage program that made the storage of green
energy, and its transport, easier. TLG Ecologie began to build several solar panel farms in the
uninhabited areas of both cities. The solar panels included a mix of the company’s most recent solar
panel models and older, but reliant ones as well. Most of the energy that was transported to larger
buildings and into skyscrapers were generated through hydroelectric power which was generated
through the nation’s ocean current generators off the coast of Louives and of new and old dams located
near the province’s rivers and fluvial systems. Wind power, another strong asset of TLG Ecologie, was
used more in the city of Porte Orleans because of the strong oceanic winds that run along Lourenne’s
northern coast. Several homes in Thiers and Porte Orleans were chosen to be powered by solar panels
as it was the most available source of power in the province. Several crucial and important buildings
such as hospitals and public transportation systems could not make a full switch to green energy,
however, they are backed by green hydrogen and green engines which were purchased from the Vorsima
Corporation. TLG Ecologie noted that smaller cities which are planned to be converted to green energy
by 60 to 80 percent levels, are close to be completed as well, however, because of their complexity
and larger scales, their time frame is longer.

Continuing to reach Spatial Success
The Lourennais Royal Space Agency today launched a new version of the Aeris Family of rockets, the Aeris-2, into
Terra’s orbit. Successfully, the Aeris-2 was able to carry a heavier payload than the previous Aeris-1 rocket, which
was the first built by Lourenne alone following several years of research and progress. In the Aeris-2 rocket, the
LRSA were able to successfully add the LRSA’s newest space satellite, the VOXIS-1. The VOXIS-1, according to the
LRSA has an enhanced global mapping system that will be used by the Royal Ministry of Defense for purposes related
to the Royal Air Force. The VOXIS-1 satellite was built by members of the LRSA, however, it was mainly funded
through the Royal Air Force’s recently reintroduction of Programe Titianaboa. Program Titianaboa was continued
years ago by the Royal Ministry of Defense to re-enhance the aerial capabilities of the Royal Air Force in terms of
security, surveillance, and patrols. The VOXIS-1 satellite, according to the Royal Ministry of Defense, is said to make
efforts associated with Program Titianaboa “easier” because of the capabilities the VOXIS-1 satellite gives the Royal
Air Force. The launch of the Aeris-2 rocket is the fourth launch made by the Royal Air Force after the previous
Aeris-1 rocket had one successful launch two failed launches due to inner problems inside the rocket. The Aeris-2
rocket, an improved and slightly newer version of the Aeris-1, is prepared to undergo several launches to continue
sending Lourennais payloads into space and to continue the integrity and new prestige of the Lourennais Royal Space
Agency..

The Royal Ministry of Defense said that the Sixth Fleet's basing location has been set to Keymon
Image
Reassuring Naval Security in the West
This afternoon, The Royal Minister of Defense announced that the most recently built Sixth Response Fleet of the
Lourennais Royal Navy has been sent to a naval base in New Valois on Keymon where it will permanently remain docked.
The Royal Minister of Defense Roberte Volante stated that the Sixth Response Fleet, since its creation, was meant to
be based in Keymon, however, after the Royal Assembly was dissolved by King Herbert II, and with the sudden cut in the
defense budget, the future of the Royal Navy’s most modern fleet was uncertain. Yet, after a historic internal
reorganization in the United Kingdom and an adjustment to the national budget, which returned the nation’s former
military budget, the Sixth Response was authorized to set sail for New Valois, under the discretion of the Royal Ministry
of Defense and the Government of Keymon. Following the conclusion of the Keymonite Civil War, Lourenne had pulled
back the Second Response Fleet as well as the Lourennais Royal Special Forces back home as a result of the political
uncertainty in the nation. The Royal Assembly, as the civil war raged on, acknowledged that Canrillaise citizens who
resided in Keymon, were entitled to receive Lourennais support, during and after the war, making Keymon, a Lourennais
interest. Royal Minister Volante noted that sending the Sixth Fleet to Keymon would in fact protect Lourennais interests
but also show a commitment of peace, security, and progress between the United Kingdom and the island nation. The
Royal Minister also added that a continued presence in Keymon would show its neighboring nations that Lourenne’s newly
established foreign policy and goals to preserve the Northern Hemisphere’s peace and security were being enforced and
kept.

Reassuring Naval Security at Home
Since Lourenne’s final departure of Kalistan not long ago, the Lourennais shipbuilding industry, one of the most
advanced in the world, aided the Kalistani government in building a naval port in Dulnerstaad, Kalistan where two
navies would be in based. Both Lourenne and Kalistan would use the base in Dulnerstaad to base its fleet(s)
following the increased cooperation between both nations since Kalistan officially declared independence from the
United Kingdom. This afternoon, the Royal Minister of Defense, Robert Volante, told the press in Eroncourt that the
Lourennais Second Response Fleet, currently based in Dulnerstaad since Kalistani Independence, took part in a
massive maritime exercise near the naval base and ended in the Anantonese Ocean near Parmentier. The exercises
according to the Royal Minister of Defense, were planned to carefully and successfully return the power and
legitimacy of the Royal Navy. The exercises included the usual target practice, naval reconnaissance (with the help
of the Royal Air Force), and regional conflict/battle practice. The Royal Minister of Defense, noted that although the
United Kingdom underwent intense internal changes in the past decade, the state of the United Kingdom’s regional
authority and power over the security of the Anantonese Region and of the Seleyan continent continued to be strong.
Volante also noted that although clear foreign policy changes were made by the High Chancellor’s new administration,
the Royal Armed Forces were still committed to retaining peace and security in the northern hemisphere and the
greater Anantonese Region.

The General Assembly of Carolleux today announced the passage of the Technological Renovation Act of 4779 which
according to the bill, calls for a complete restructuring and modernization of all internet accessibility and reliability
in the Royal Province of Carolleux, specifically, in the Valois-Coruma-Amoudry Metropolitan Area (VCAMA). The bill
includes a 10 billion Lourennais franc plan to invest in the development of 5G internet connectivity through private
contacts and government backed research. Currently, the entire nation is beginning to switch to 5G networks by
beginning to install new antennas, receptors and cables throughout the country to make the necessary switch. Yet
members of the General Assembly of Carolleux want to continue developing Carolleux's (and Lourenne's) renowned
technology sector specifically. The General Assembly has contracted Manon-Maison Communications and Mobile Aurore
with the take of ensuring that 5G networks in Carolleux are reliable and have an easy way to access. Members of both
companies are beginning to create and release new appliances that will help connect to 5G easier and will be able to
handle the speed of informations associated with 5G. This week be followed by enhancing the Royal Province's range
and 5G locations. Mobile Aurore will become the first telecommunications company in Lourenne to sell smartphones
and laptops that are used with 5G networks and 4G networks. It will also begin providing new data plans for Carolleux
residents should the establishment of 5G connectivity and range n Carolleux be completed successfully. While the
current 5G revolution is underway in Carolleux, the General Assembly also plans to invest 300 million Lourennais Francs
in current internet connections. Ensuring that high speeds remain stable and secure in a metro area of almost 20 million
people.

The Future of the Lourennais Royal Family
Earlier this morning, members of the Royal House Administration led by Crown Representative, Alex
Delange, announced that medical teams from the L'Hôpital Royale de la Bonne Espérance were
transported to the Palace of Lights at approximately 2:49 a.m following an urgent call from palace
keepers. At around 3 in the morning today, Queen Regent Marie Thérèse gave birth to twins at the
Palace of Lights. At 3:07 a.m, the Queen gave birth to the heir of the crown, the Prince of Alvium
Louis Auguste (Louis VI). Just there minutes later at 3:10 a.m, the Princesse du Sang, Aurore was born.
The official announcement of the birth of the new prince and princess of Lourenne was originally made
by King Herbert II, however Crown Representative Delange gave more details about the state of the
Queen Regent, the newborns, and the process that took place earlier today. The birth of the Prince
and Princess signify the continuation of the Lourennais Royal Family, who was down to one never, King
Herbert II, after the death of Queen Isabelle III and Crown Prince Philippe VI. Several residents of Lac
des Lumières and Eroncourt packed the outer courtyard of the Palace of Lights and flooded the Royal
Estates in hopes to see the recovering Queen or the King from the center balcony. The entire nation
and the entire Canrillaise world are celebrating the birth of the new members of the family, which
secures the rule of the Lourennais Royal family for generations to come.

Attendees of the Film festival are wondering if fashion will continue to "steal the show" in the future
Image
A New Focus
This weekend, the Valois Film Festival had its hottest festival yet with an increased appearance of worldwide
celebrities and a visually glamorous red carpet. According to several fashion critics and even some television
entertainment gusts, fashion took the film festival by storm. Several celebrities, actors, actresses, and even
directors wore the best of the most recent summer wardrobes. Annette Dupain, an actor from Rildanor heavily
invested in the Lourennais Film Industry, wore a "wowing" white dress designed by the famous Georges Gabolgie.
Dupain, who had been nominated for best supporting actress at the festival, walked alongside director Valentin
des Rosse, who won and award in last year's festival for Best Editing team in a short film he produced in Kalistan.
Nico Stangenbrot, a Dundorfian actor, nominated for best actor, wore an LFR 4000 tuxedo to the event and
walked alongside his personal designer Trixie Griezba, who similarly wore an LFR 1400 outfit designed by herself
covered in small gems and seemingly casual. The red carpet was unusually seen as a "fashion show", almost on
par to the fashion shows held in Eroncourt. Following the red carpet, the film festival held its usual three day
festival with several film showings and the award night during the final day. The biggest winners of the night
were: an LGBT film "Jonathan", created in Lodamun, while Nico Strangentbrot won Best Actor and a Yingdalan Actress win the
award for Best Actress. Anything who attended this year's festival is surely wondering whether next year's festival
will also have a heavy focus on fashion week it surprisingly did this year.

According to some, Danni Devoi's last words were: "Pass me my alcohol-infused pork meat."
Image
Tragedy has struck Lourenne this morning. Approximately ten minutes ago, several reports confirmed that Lourennais
Actor and Director Danni Devoit died in his home in Beaumont-sur-Mer at the age of 89 due to old age. Danni Devoit
was born in Delaune, Carolleux where he lived with his divorced mother for 22 years until he moved out and attended
acting classes at the School of Art at the University of Delaune. For years, Devoit struggled rigorous acting styles and
dared to begin trying out for several roles. Beginning at the University's several small scale plays, Devoit found that
he had an extreme devotion for the arts and he war ready to commit. At the age of 27, Devoit was casted in the film
"Flowers Don't Sweat Chocolate" where he played a role as a candy bar. An unlikely and peculiar role, yet Devoit made
the best out of it. As Devoit began to be included in several smaller films, Devoit made a huge change and entered the
television series market. Devoit made appearances in several shows including "The Life of My Mom", "Single Hams in
Your Area", and "Human Cheetah: The Art Collector". In his most recent years of acting, Devoit won awards at the highly
prestigious Valois Film Festival for his roles in several, which he played with grace and class. Several Lourennais
residents are mourning for the late actor. Several people are asking the royal government to make his birthday a
national holiday and that he should be laid to rest along with the past Kings and Queens of Lourenne. While this motion
by the public is most likely to be rejected, the legend of Danni Devoit surely needs a highly respected and beautiful
resting place to ensure his memory is remembered and respected. RIP Danni Devoit.

LRSAA in conjunction with the RMD hope to complete the Umbrella Project by 4800
Image
Protecting Security an Interests through Space
Today the Royal Ministry of Defense, with support from the Lourennais Royal Space Agency (LRSA) and private
corporation Systemes Aeronol, announced the creation of the Umbrella Initiative, or "Project Parapluie". The
Umbrella Initiative according to the Royal Minister of Defense, is part of the Royal Air Force's, Titianaboa Program
which was created to improve the United Kingdom's aerial capabilities. According to the RMD, the Umbrella
Initiative involves using the inter space capabilities of the Royal Space Agency and using them to protect Lourennais
interests in the air and in space, as well as provide security in the Northern Hemisphere from threats. The project
calls from the creation of four new satellites of the VOXIS family and send them into orbit. The VOXIS satellites
will have increased surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities compared to the first satellite launched by the
LRSA. The new satellites will also be able to alert the RMD of possible aerial attacks, including the launch of
ICBM's or other medium range missiles. The VOXIS satellites to be launched will also have the capabilities of
disabling other satellites using machine guns and or power lasers developed by the Royal Ministry of Defense.
Although, the RMD clearly stated that the purpose of the satellites won't be to disable other satellites
but to serve as early trigger systems for aerial attacks and for reconnaissance. Funding for the Umbrella Initiative
according to the RMD will mostly come from the various vessels of the Royal Navy that were sold to Ostland and
Dolgava just days ago, however funds remain from Programe Titianaboa's initial budget. According to the Royal
Minister of Defense Roberte Volante, Programe Titianaboa as well as the Umbrella Initiative, will have bolstered the
United Kingdom's defense capabilities tenfold upon their completion. The Titianaboa Program is set to be complete
in 4785, however, the Umbrella Initiativehas the goal to be fully operational by 4800.

Several companies in the manufacturing sector have moved their "location of operations" to Outannais
Image
Ever since the Local Development Act of 4773, the royal provinces of Lourenne have significantly developed their own
economies following the decentralization of the national government in 4769. Louives has become Lourenne's Energy
hub, Lucande has become a hub for agriculture and historic tourism, Carolleux is Lourenne's tech hub, and Joviant is
arguably one of the most developed financial centers in Dovani. However, the royal province of Outannais has not
developed a local economy until this past year. Over the past 11 months, manufacturing and industry have been
elevating Outannais' economy to a historic all time high. Lourenne's heavy industry sector has begun to move most of
its "location of operations" to Outannais. Meaning heavy industry and manufacturing is beginning to take over most of
Outannais' focused economy. Several Lourennais companies focused on construction, engineering, energy, and heavy
industry have already announced that their HQ's would be relocating to Outannais. Already, before the LDA, Outannais
was home to Lourenne's industrial sector, however, it was not fully developed as a result of the mixed provincial
economies. Groupe Larosiere, ConnuLocale, and Materiaux Souverains have announced that the economy of Outannais
beginning to be reliant on industry, is promoting new jobs in the province but is also causing major gains for each of
the companies, Industries Capet-Fouquet and Noriega, who have been in Outannais for over 300 years, have noted as
well that their companies have grown since the passage of the LDA and with the help of the development fund
established, the province is seeing a boom of industry. The Development Fund of Outannais, that was part of the LDA
has been investing in communities and in infrastructure since its creation. With Lourennais infrastructure closely tied
with the aforementioned corporations, the economy is helping both the public and private sectors, as most importantly
the residents of Outannais. Economic experts are expecting Outannais to continue to grow and have a deeper impact
in the Lourennais economy especially with industry as its main economic foundation.

The Royal Ministry of Defense said that the Royal Navy would be cutting its fleet size to Five Response Fleets
Image
Reassessing Lourennais Naval Policy
This afternoon, The Royal Minister of Defense announced that the Royal Ministry of defense sold several vessels of the
Lourennais First Response Fleet to Ostland and to Dolgava, two Lourennais allies. According to the RMD, the Ministry
sold twelve Parmentier-Class frigates to Ostland, as well as one Thiers-Class Amphibious Assault ship for a total of over
7 Billion LFR paid over several years. Also, the Ministry of Defense the fleet's flagship, the King Philippe Class aircraft
carrier to Dolgava for 2.5 Billion LFR, similar to Ostland, paid over several years. This move comes after the Royal
Ministry of Defense announced a change in the Royal Navy's policy and strategy. The Royal Navy noted that the branch's
strategy will become more reliant on the Thiers Class AAS than in the new Valois Class Carrier and the King Philippe
Class carriers. With the increasing strength of the Royal Air Force, the Royal Navy has decide dot put more focus on the
Theirs Class AAS and its capabilities to be as effective as the aircraft carriers in the Second, Third, Fourth, and now Fifth
fleets. The Lourennais First Response Fleet will now be consisting on mainly Thiers Class AAS's and several of the leftover
frigates and destroyers of the First Fleet. The Royal Ministry of Defense, in the near future, will be re-evaluating the
capabilities of the Royal Navy and making changes to ensure that the Royal Navy relies on efficiency rather than size.
The funds that were received from the deal will be used to fund the massive program recently announced by the Royal
Space Agency, which will need the funds in the future.

The RMD hopes to increase NORDIC patrols with the help of the Program
Image
Continuing to Improve the RAF
The Royal Ministry of Defense, after the recent launch of the new VOXIS Satellites into space announced that Programe
Titianaboa, a massive project aimed at strengthening the Royal Air force, was entering its second phase of operations.
According to the RMD, the first phase of Programe Titianaboa was to re-arm several Rafale Fighter Jets with the most
recent weapons and technologies. It also called for a restructuring of the Royal Air Force's surveillance policies and
reconnaissance patrols in conjunction with NORDIC. And finally, it called for an increased presence in space, which has
so far been successful. Now the second phase which has been started will focus on upgrading all radar systems in the
nation that are part of the RMD in efforts to re-inforce aerial surveillance. Upgrading radar system in the nation
according to the Royal Minister Volante, will increase the capabilities of the Royal Air Force, especially surveillance
and the tracking of enemy aircraft and/or weapons. Most of the RMD's radar systems located in northern and western
Outannais will be upgraded first to enhance their tracking radius as well as their efficiency. The RMD did not state
whether new radars will be built, however, the possibility of it is likely. The RMD has however stated that the second
phase of the Titianaboa Program was the last. A massive aerial exercise by the Royal Air Force will conclude the
overall programe.

The General Assembly of Carolleux is following Joviant's moves to establish a Development Fund for the province's economy
Image
This afternoon, the General Assembly of Carolleux, having concluded budgetary meetings in several committees
announced the creation of a Development Fund aimed at technological purposes only. The Development Fund, currently
sitting at only 400 Million Lourennais Francs, will be publicly available to technology related corporations or local
businesses in need of extra funding. The General Assembly, who was focused on developing the royal province's tourism
and technology sector, acknowledged that tourism in the province of Carolleux had significantly been improved and is
seeing an influx of tourists from all over the globe. Noticing this massive success, the GA began talks to continue
improving the tech sector in Carolleux, which arguably, is one of the best in the world. In the city of Valois itself, tech
startups and online corporations dominate the local economy of the province and most often continue to grow and
expand. The main Lourennais national economy is heavily reliant on its technology sector. Deputies within the GA
believe that Valois, and the entirety of Carolleux, can use its budgetary surplus for the year of 4800 and 4801 to continue
boosting the already robust technology sector. Startups in Valois, where most tech companies in Lourenne are founded
can apply for funds after meeting certain criteria. Funds will be accepted or denied by certain committees within the
General Assembly of Carolleux. Experts say that creating a development fund, similar to how the provinces of Outannais
Lucande, and Joviant did, will make technology Carolleux's and Lourenne's tech sector more robust, more successful
and more profitable for the nation and, more importantly, the people.

Cielsoft, one of Lourenne's most successful corporations, sees an expansion to Endralon extremely profitable
Image
Expanding Lourennais Tech to Artania
Today, CEO of Cielsoft, Jean-Eudes Didier announced that the company, who has not expanded to other nations in
recent years, was opening five new company stores in Endralon in a move that company specialists have labelled at
"profitable" and "revolutionary". Cielsoft currently does not have any major stores located on the continent of Artania
some have even called it "shocking" that the company has not opened up on the Artania market. CEO Dider, who
noticed this massive opportunity, decided to expand to Endralon, a nation who has recently been more active in
international markets. Didier said that the people of Endralon will have access to all of Cielsoft's programs and
appliances including the companies highly prestigious "Ciel" Cloud Office Program, the recently developed Scolaire-1
Operating system, and the company's appliances including its several selections of smartphones, tablets, operating
systems, software, and computers. CEO Didier also announced that Cielsoft employees and computer scientists will
be working with Hugamest Tech Group to help boost Endralon's own tech sector. Cielsoft, one of the world's largest
tech corporations, believes that these efforts will only help the company expand beyond Dovani and Seleya and set
up profitable systems in other worldwide markets.

The Umbrella Initiative is expected to be fully operational in 4810
Image
Beginning a new landmark in Space
Today in the early morning hours, the Lourennais Royal Space Agency (LRSA) launched two VOXIS-1x satellites into Terra's
orbit successfully as a part of the Royal Air force's "Umbrella Initiative" which increases Lourennais spatial security and
improves the aerial defense systems of the Royal Ministry of Defense, which has gone on a years-long effort to improve
the Royal Air Forces of the United Kingdom. The Umbrella Initiative, once complete, will have four VOXIS-1x satellites
in orbit to monitor aerial security in the Northern Hemisphere, and will serve as primary detection systems for any
incoming aerial attack or dangers. The initiative, currently being funded by a giant fund made accessible by the Royal
Ministry of Defense through transactions and budget increases, will involve another rocket launch to send the other two
satellites into orbit. Since the launch of the first Lourennais telecommunications satellite into space, the AERIS-2 rocket
has proved to be an extremely reliable rocket to use after the failure of the first model, the AERIS-1. Once the second
launch of the Umbrella Initiative, planned for 4807, is completed successfully, the Royal Ministry of Defense will begin
incorporating surface radar systems and other developed technologies to the initiative to ensure that communications
from space to the United Kingdom are stable and accurate.

TLG Ecologie fully realized the Green Potential of Colcomate and Bellevue with the Project
Image
Continuing a Great "Green" Vision
TLG Ecologie, the Lourennais corporation working with the General Assembly of Louives to pursue
Louives' goal of becoming a "green energy state", announced that it had completed major projects in
the city of Bellevue (in picture above) and in the city of Colcomate. The nation's have been
transformed to become at least 75% reliant on renewable energy resources while smaller towns such
as Delandier, Ausy-sur-Vin, and Yokutla-de-Chalatla have been able to completely be reliant on green
energy. For the past 5 years, construction teams and engineers in the cities of Bellevue and Colcomate
have been working non-stop to build up green infrastructure to support and provide power to all of the
residents in the area. Several solar panel farms were established in the rural areas of the city's outskirts
and wind power turbines can be seen from the city miles away. Several individual homeowners within
the city were also able to set up solar panels on rooftops. The City of Bellevue and Colcomate noted
that although the cities had become increasingly green, the cities are backed up by several Vorsima
Green Generators in case the city experiences a random failure in the regional power grid. The General
Assembly of Louives, while making Louves a green energy dependent state, will soon be advocating the
Royal Assembly to begin a nationwide switch in the nation's transportation system from reliant on
petroleum and gasoline, to electricity and green hydrogen.

High Chancellor Sacniete Oldunez made her national address after several Royal Provinces recorded massive increases in incomes and
lower unemployment rates

Image
Yesterday night, High Chancellor Sacniete Oldunez addressed the nation in a moving speech that gave hope to millions
of Lourennians that were impacted by the economic crisis of 4772.For the last decade, the Lourennais economy has
been steadily gaining momentum after the economy took a massive hit following the dissolution of the Royal Assembly
and the nationwide election that pursued. King Herbert II, disappointing in the way the United Kingdom had been
governed in the short years of his new reign, expelled all members of the Royal Assembly. shortly after, High Chancellor
Sinclaire resigned, and the Royal Ministers were removed as well. Banks and financial institutions in the country became
unstable following the collapse of the government. Firms in the nations stopped investing in communities for the same
reason. The financial sector specifically took massive losses and the Eroncourt-East Stock Exchange saw historic losses.
However, just months after Oldunez and her administration were elected and began turning around the nation
domestically and internationally. The passage of the Royal Province Act saw the economies of the five Royal Provinces
become independent and were developed individually with help from the Royal assembly, for years this act allowed the
Royal Provinces to begin redeveloping their broken economies and become independent from the Royal Assembly in
certain sectors. Following this bill, the Local Development Act or LDA, was passed which focused on developing regional
economies and aiding local communities. This also led to the creation of several development funds for each of the five
provinces. Since 4774 up until now, this act has stabilized the national economy but has also allowed local economies to
flourish. Technology, energy, and tourism have dominated the Lourennais economy since the passage of the bill and
financial institution are climbing back up. High Chancellor Oldunez focused on a message of hope during her address
noting all that has happened in her time as High Chancellor has improved the state of the kingdom and its citizens.
Oldunez, who is up for re-election next year for her third term, noted that "more work is yet to be done to bring the
economy back to its former state, however, this time it will be done with patience, cooperation, and with progressive
policies."

The Royal Assembly assured that the Lourennais private sector would remain in Keymon following the end of the project on behalf of
the government

Image
Ending a Daring Reconstruction Project
After several years of construction efforts and modernization programs, the Alvium Project, the Lourennais plan to help
rebuild Keymon, has finally ended. The Alvium Project which started immediately after the Keymon Civil War ended
focused on re-invigorating Keymon's technology sector, it's agricultural based energy sector, and its crumbling
infrastructure. The project, which was split into two phases, began its first phase by immediately repairing homes and
public healthcare locations including hospital and clinics. Humanitarian supplies were sent to Keymon to ensure that its
people had provisions while these construction programs were going on. after its first phase, the second phase of the
project began which focused more on establishing private corporations on the island to help fund businesses and the
technological modernization of Keymon. Homes, government institutions, and public buildings began welcoming in more
technology from Lourennais companies in the form of new cell towers, company softwares, and improved communications
systems for the Keymonite Government. Several infrastructure projects were still ongoing during the second phase of the
project, however those projects were mainly focused on homes and government managed properties. Near the end of
the final second stage, the Keymonite economy showed signs of improvement and growth. The Keymonite Government
had begun funding several national projects and created government offices to help develop the economy of Keymon
domestically. For the past four years, the economy of Keymon has been steadily improving as its local and international
markets have begun to flourish, with the help of Lourennais companies who are facilitating their growth. Economic
analysts in Eroncourt are predicting that their economy will continue to grow individually now that all Lourennais
investment projects have been finalized. Royal Minister of Economic development, Valerie Ferosier stated that she
"trusts the Keymonite government to continue expanding their economy to ensure that its people and its country
continue to prosper". Several Lourennais tech firms have already stated that investments in Keymon will continue on
their part, however, they won't be as large as they were during the Alvium Project.

The birth of Prince Philippe VI extends the line of the Lourennais Royal Family
Image
Extending the Future of the Royal Family
Two weeks ago week, Queen Regent Marie Therese gave birth to Prince Philippe VI of Lourenne at the
Saint Helene Hospital in Eroncourt. The newborn prince named after his grandfather, King Consort
Philippe V, is the third child of King Herbert II and Queen Marie Therese. Queen Marie Therese had given
birth to the Prince of Alvium (title given to the Lourennais Heir) Louis VI and to Princess Aurore almost
five years ago, signaling that the future of the royal family was secure under the couple's three kids. The
Crown Representative to the Royal Family, Carlos Bouchard, released a public statement on behalf of
King Herbert II yesterday that the Royal Family would be greeting and saluting people from the balcony
at the Palace of Lights today with his three children and with Queen Marie Therese. Upon this news
thousands of residents from Eroncourt, and throughout the country, have begun to show up to the Royal
Estates and are beginning to flood the Royal Plaza in front of the palace. Director of the Office of the
Royal House stated that they expect almost 30,000 people to show up and fill the plaza, while millions
are set to watch the event on national television.

The Royal Assembly acknowledged that this would be a multi-year, multi-billion dollar project
Image
Royal Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Josephine Avignais held a meeting with several members of the General
Assembly of Carolleux and the General Assembly of Joviant to talk about the future of public transportation in the
United Kingdom. Recently, the world's main oil and gas countries have been worrying about declining prices and the
possibilities of a downturn in oil markets. Royal Minister Avignais noted that while Lourenne was the most green nation
on Terra, a sudden "crisis" in the oil markets would cause a major blow to the nation as well as several nations in the
world. To avoid a n oil crisis in the nation, Avignais and members of Carolleux and Joviant have proposed a multi
billion dollar project to completely overhaul the nation's public transportation system to be fully reliant on green
sources. The project, while still in an infancy stage, will call for a massive investment in green hydrogen and electric
buses, green hydrogen powered trains for city subway systems, and infrastructure for recharging and refueling stations.
The project would heavily rely on the green hydrogen market that has been heavily developed in Outannais and Louives
as well as the technological and industrial sectors. The project, currently estimated to be at around 300 billion francs
will involve several months of planning to ensure that public transportation is available to residents of the Kingdom while
the main parts of the project are underway. According to Royal Minister Avignais, the project will be split into three parts:
the infrastructure phase, which will focus on building refueling stations throughout the nation, the second stage will focus
on creating and researching new vehicles and trains that will be able to run on green hydrogen and other forms of green
energy, and the final stage will involve putting it into action for all of the millions of residents who will use the public
transportation system. Several negotiations regarding the production and maintenance of green hydrogen are currently
underway, while the General Assembly of Carolleux is allocating resources to ensure research on the technology for the
project is available. No time frame has been put for the project yet.

Akna Xolulatl was reportedly in Bekenial years ago at a secret meeting to discuss the future of the Northern Council
Image
Reemergence of the Northern Council
This afternoon AKna Xolulatl, the Royal Minister of International Affairs, returned to the royal government complex in
Eroncourt after ending a quick visit to Bekenial to wrap up a detailed report on the reemerging Northern Council. Two
years ago, according to the Royal Ministry of International Affairs, Akna Xolulatl traveled to Bekenial to a secret, private
meeting with representatives from other nations of the old Northern Council. There, they spoke about the reformation
of the Northern Council, amended the previous treaty, and agreed to rejoin the organization. Royal Minister Xolulatl
who was already in Bekenial before the Northern Council secret meeting occurred, had traveled to Bekenial to meet
with the Hutorian Foreign Minister as she had done the year before. To her surprise, she attended the meeting on behalf
of Lourenne. Today, she announced that the United Kingdom had once again become members of the Northern Council
after negotiation and talks at the meeting ere successful. Xolulatl, who noted that the re-introducrion of the treaty was
important said that, there "is too much instability in certain underdeveloped nations of the world and we must be
ready to act should certain nations try to hurt our interests"
. Royal Minister Xolulatl also noted that Marinette
Beaubonne, a former economist consultant under Governor General Cluseau in Kalistan, would serve as the Chair of the
Financial and Economic Committee of the Northern Council. Beaubonne has stated that she is prepared to work with
the United Kingdom's allies to ensure that economic prosperity is achieved by all members of the organization.

Putting the Project on Hold
Today, the Lourennais Royal Space Agency, LRSA, announced that the Umbrella Initiative, the Royal Air Force's plan
to secure Lourennais Airspace through several military satellites, was put on hold following the rumors of a much
smaller military budget for the rest of the year. The Umbrella Initiative, the royal air force's most ambitious project
was expected to be ready and operational for use in 4785, however, because of the fluctuating military budget, the
initiative is expected to be operational in 4790, five years after its original expected date. The Umbrella Project
was being funded mainly by the Royal Ministry of Defense's budget, however, it received several funds as well from
the purchases of the Royal Navy's First Response Fleet's ships. The LRSA stated that the AERIS rockets, which are
being used to launch the satellites into space, will be replaced by a newer model after the launch of the final
two satellites. LRSA staff members at the agency's headquarters have been eager to see the launch of the final
AERIS-2 rocket being put into use, however, they are being told that the launch will not happen until next year
because of clear budgetary constraints.

Several after-parties following the Valois Film Festival take place in Beaumont
Image
A Hot spot for Celebrities and Money
According to LaVoixdeValois' annual "Best Places to Waste Your Life Savings" list, the newspaper noted that Eroncourt
and Beaumont-sur-Mer were the best place to "flush out" money. Yet, based on this list, economists have come to the
conclusion that the luxurious ocean side city of Beaumont-sur-Mer was Lourenne's most expensive place to live. And
the reasons for this conclusion were very obvious. Every year, in July, the Valois Film Festival is hosted by the
International Motion Picture Academy and due to its location being only two hours from the city of Valois, several of
the celebrities, actors, and musicians that attend the festival travel to Beaumon-sur-Mer to attend parties, gamble in
the city's casinos, or to soak up the sun on a private yacht, or simply lay on the beaches. Beaumont has seen an
increase of tourism as well for the past decade as well. According to the city's economic data, more people are
beginning to buy expensive villas on the hills surrounding the city. Also, in the main center of the city there are
several hotel and resort options for tourists visiting the city, which only increases the money flowing int he city. On
top of the expensive residential options, the city is home to several casinos and gambling locations. More notably, the
Royal Estates Hotels and Avienne have opened several Casino-Hotels in the city which attract millions of people
including, heavy-pocket celebrities. The General Assembly of Carolleux noted that funding to the region of Beaumont
had increased several years ago to make the city of Beaumont-sur-Mer a tourist hot spot. After years of promoting it
internationally and beig an escape for celebrities, it is easy to see why the city is the most expensive in the nation.

Protests in the nation have turned violent resulting in members of the Royal Assembly receiving death threats
Image
Just a few minutes ago, High Chancellor Sacniete Oldunez announced a nationwide emergency as several protests have
erupted throughout the nation because of the government's failure to address the failing economy that has plagued the
nations for the past decade. Months ago, High Chancellor Oldunez gave an address to the nation over the positive
outlook for the nation and the economy. However, in the past months the economy has once again dipped, leaving
economists and politicians in shock. Due to the constant decline which hasn't been seen in years, the people of the
nation have taken the streets to protests against the five provincial governments and the Royal Assembly. Reports from
the Royal Ministry of Domestic Affairs, specifically from the office of Royal Intelligence and Counter-Terrorist Service
(RICTS, IRSA) show that millions of people are out on the streets comparably to the monarchist protests of 4450.
Currently, the Royal assembly is in a session being guarded by the Eroncourt City Police as a result of the massive
protests outside of the Government Complex (above picture). Members of the Royal assembly have told our writers and
reporters that they have started to receive death threats from citizens and have been followed home on occasions. It is
unknown when the economic downturn in the nations is set to end and whether or not King Herbert II will be forced to
yet again dissolve the Royal Assembly.

This afternoon, Eroncourt Police was forced to stop all trading on the floor of the Eroncourt-East Stock Exchange due to
protesters and rioters attempting to break into the stock exchange building. Eroncourt Police's Anti-Riot units were able
to disperse crowds who were trying to break into the building while the trading was still continuing. The main index of
the EESE began to decline. Several tech companies, financial institutions, and corporations were reporting record
breaking losses as the economy had once again began to decline. At around 1 in the afternoon, all trading on the market
was shut down and traders in the EESE were evacuated from the building, which had already received damage from
rioters. Companies such as Mobile Aurore and Bank Association Franc reported record losses today showings signs of an
imminent economic collapse. Economists are still baffled that the Royal Assembly has not attempted to fix the
immediate problem with immediate solutions. Members of the Conservative Faction began talks to inject a stimulus into
the economy to keep the nation's largest sectors afloat, but failed to gain support from the Socialist Faction. For now
the EESE remains closed and the Lourennais economy is set to take a massive hit.
