negotiated major economic deals and procedures with the Royal government as well as private corporations. The state visit began with
the arrival of the New Verhamese delegation at the Port de L'Orient Airport in Eroncourt. The delegation was then taken to the Royal
Estates in Lac des Lumieres where they met with Her Royal Majesty, Queen Eugenie II and the Prince of Alvium, Philippe. The meeting was
short but full of promise and friendship according to reports. At the Royal Estates, the New Verhamese delegation met with Crown
Representative Bernard Castenson. The Crown Representative was sent to promote the work of HRM and inform President Tömörbaatar
that the Monarch would be personally investing in New Verham through Golden Kingdom Investments, the Royal Family's personal
investment and charitable institution. While details were not specified to the press, one can assume that funds from Golden Kingdom
will focus on improving infrastructure and financial institutions as is historically done. After meeting with the Crown Representative, the
delegation was transported to the government complex where officials met with the High Chancellor and the Royal Government. At
the Royal Ministries building, treaties of friendship and cooperation were signed by both nation--signaling a newfound relationship.
The trade deals focused mainly on Lourennais investment in New Verham. New branches of Banque Nationale are said to be a part of
the treaty as New Verham is looking to expand their financial services in their nation. Private corporation such as Moreau-Vandam and
Association Franc were part of talk and both pledged to provide businesses in New Verham access to loans, solutions, and start-up
services to help promote growth. Services would be available to regular individuals, small business, and large banks in New Verham.
Finances was the main topic of talks between both nation. The High Chancellor stated that more avenues of business and trade will
open up as soon as New Verham has established itself as a stable, diverse economic power on Dovani. the meeting concluded with a

New Verham purchases Frigates from Lourenne

After months of speculations and rumors, the Royal Government finally announced that a massive 315 billion Lourennais Franc bill to completely replace
and modernize the Royal Armed Forces was passed by a comfortable majority in the Royal Assembly. The new proposal seeks to transform the Lourennais
Royal Armed Forces into a legitimate fighting force capable of deployment and logistics throughout the world. The bill includes spending of proportions
not seen since the days of the Ancien Regime. According to official numbers, approximately 100 billion dollars will be divided between the Royal Air
Force, The Royal Navy, and the Royal Ground Forces, leaving 15 billion to be divided between smaller offices such as the Royal Space Association and
IRSA. The proposal, spread over 7 years, will address several modernization programs such as the creation of three new Royal Fleets, an expansion of
the Royal Air Force, the reintroduction of the Titianaboa Air Defense Program, recruitment drives and new mental services for troops in the ground
forces, and new technology provided by the private sector for IRSA as well as the RMD's Central Command.

On the naval side, Noriega and Lourenne Defense Systems--a part of Artanian Defense Group, are producing a new generation frigate called the Alvium
Class which is based on previous classes such as the Parmentier frigate and the Delaune class frigate. The new frigate based on the International
Multi-purpose Frigate will feature the newest weapons systems from LDS and ADG. This line of frigates will be exclusive to the Royal Navy and the
Dorvish Navy, once mass produced. A new King Philippe class aircraft carrier is said to be in the woks, but funding is not included in the bill. Beyond
the naval expansion, Dimont Aviation is expected to create new fighter jets for the Royal Air Force. A and B class fighters are expected to be purchased
while the company plans to release work on a new model within the next few years. Programme Titanaboa, the nation air defense and reconnaissance
systems, are set to be replaced and modernized using new equipment from Grupo Ortega and Asteria. The new systems will improve aerial visibility
throughout the country and will pave the way towards a more precise air defense system. Land to air missile stations are expected to also be refurbished
as a part of the modernization process. Finally, the Royal Ground Component is expected to see an increase in recruitment as new benefits are being
given to members of the branch. The current 150,000 force is expected to increase within the next three years as the Royal Ministry of Defense looks

The RMD expects the military modernizations to help with diplomatic mission at home and abroad with old allies such as Dorvik and Keymon, as well
as facilitate new adventures with newer allies like Beiteynu.

Today, the Regional Government of Carolleux announced that the royal province is beginning a new wave of sustainability and environmentalism within its
urban centers using the help of private financial institutions and local universities. The Royal Province of Carolleux recently released a large 50 page report
that some of its urban areas needed a desperate facelift to better accommodate green energy infrastructure and sustainable housing being built all over
the nation. The city of Delaune, by far one of the most sustainable cities in the world, was one of these cities in the report and noted that the city's green
infrastructure was in need of redevelopment.

The report concluded that parts of the city could not integrate the newest green tech coming out of Thiers-sur-Noel and the Golden Valley, and should
therefore begin mass redevelopment of green areas. The Royal Provincial government of Carolleux turned to Moreau-Vandam and Vertonel to help with
the redevelopment and creation of new green spaces throughout the province. Moreau-Vandam is said to provide millions of dollars in investments
towards the city of Delaune starting with its regional offices and then expanding out to cover residential and commercial areas. Moreau-Vandam one
the nation's "Big Three" banks, stated that their investments in green tech and development always yield great results for the company, its community
outreach, and its competitiveness in the country.

Vertonel, one of the country's larger green energy/tech corporations, stated that their efforts in the project included creating new sustainable areas
within the city such as expanding indigenous wildlife, protecting ecosystems, creating new emissions systems throughout the city, and providing new
state-of-the-art energy equipment for homes and businesses. According to the company headline, the project is said to focus only on neighborhoods
in the city that are in a "Level 4 or 5" of assistance according to the report. Vertonel stated that Delaune was the perfect city to test and develop
new equipment and machinery in the green energy field. Representatives stated that the "country's centuries-long 100% green commitment makes it
easier for projects of this size to be successful whereas it would be an impossible job elsewhere in the world. Both Moreau-Vandam and Vertonel have
stated that local universities, such as the prestigious University of Delaune will be involved in these projects to help students in the area receive
first hand experiences working in green tech, green engineering, and sustainability projects. Much of this education-to-business approach being taken
by the provincial government is accredited to the Delaune Model, the nation's core model towards a society dominated by the sustainability, the green
economy, and technology.
