The new "Kadiyot" neighborhood in west Yishelem

YISHELEM, ENDILD - Rosh Ha'Memshala Elias Goldbloom, Ramatkal Daniel Rubin and Mayor Alivia Mazar met on Friday to inaugurate a new residential neighborhood, in West Yishelem, called "Kadiyot", honoring former Medinat Dept. Head Noah Kadiyot, who retired years ago. The new neighborhood, built in the style of apartment blocks (as shown in photo), will house around 3000 residents, and will extend for a total surface of two point four square kilometers, making it one of the densest places in Yishelem.

The project was approved by the Yishelem City Council, and sponsored by Elias Goldbloom, who called it 'a wonderful idea to recognize Noah'. The neighborhood was build in one year and ten months, and was carried out by several Endild contractors - for an approximate total cost of 730 million BEIs.
The apartments feature a kitchen, two bathrooms, one living room, and can have from one to three bedrooms. All of them have a balcony.
The first family to buy one of these new houses is the Harel family, with Joel and Amram, happily in a civil union, who have bought their first house ever: a one-room apartment.

The city realtors says there's thousands of interested clients in buying or renting an apartment here, given the modern interior designs, and the amount of services that the area offers: there are six elementary schools, four middle schools, four high schools, an hospital, police stations, and many spaces available for shops and malls.
Moreover, the area is fully integrated within Yishelem's public transport system, with buses, trains and two brand new underground stations, called "Kadiyot north" and Kadiyot south".

There are also some luxury apartments, some of them already sold to top business executives, politicians, actors and other VIPs, these are located in a more isolated area of the neighborhood and there is only one real estate agency that is in charge of selling them, an agency with a very strict privacy policy and that is specialized on luxury homes. Anonymous sources tells us that Noah Kadiyot himself, with family, may move to this luxury area of the neighborhood named after him.

Yishelem, Beiteynu - The Knesset will soon open an investigation into the Terran Remediation Agency (TRA) in response to damning allegations made by Vanuku's State Security Agency that the TRA has been allegedly sponsoring terrorism and far-right movements while also engaging in efforts to destabilize Cildania. The investigation hinges on the passage of the Terran Remediation Agency Investigation Act which grants the TRA Oversight Committee the power to conduct a "thorough and independent investigation" into the Agency.

The Act currently in debate, was introduced last week by the Chairman of the TRA Oversight Committee Nadav Ilan who is also a member of the Beiteynuese People's Alliance. "Since the government is denying everything, I had no choice but to introduce this act to ensure a national response from at least one of our three branches of government. We cannot afford to remain silent or in denial in the face of such serious allegations," the Chairman told Radio Beiteynu. The Committee consists of nine representatives; six from the BPA, two from MH and one from Hashmal Atsmaihim, based on the composition of the current Knesset.

The TRA Oversight Committee was initially established in 5279 as part of the Foreign Policy Realignment Act as a result of the Ministry of Justice's investigation into the Agency's involvement in Istalia and Dankuk. That 3 year investigation led by founder of the Beiteynuese People's Alliance and former Minister of Justice Isaac Levy resulted in the conviction and subsequent life imprisonment of Director Cunnighton Marit.

Navy completes formation of 2nd carrier strike group in the southwest
May 5367 - Amidst rising concerns from the increase of tensions with Vanuku, the military takes a bold step in completing the navy's long planned expansion project for the Beiteynuese Naval Command's southwest forces with the extension of the Hofesh Fleet's firepower and reach

Himmelshtern, Beiteynu - The Office of the Naval Chief of the Beiteynuese Naval Command released a press statement late last night confirming the completion of the Nahshol (Barrier) Carrier Strike Group in the southwest, including the Hofesh Naval Base's dock's extension, in Rishon Le Hofesh in the southwest towards Barmenistan, to accommodate for the additional vessels of the group, including the Queen Isabelle-class aircraft carrier from Canrille Defense Enterprise in Lourenne. The new division of the Hofesh Fleet will inherit the fleet's defensive mission, although it is expected to amend its mandate; where previously the navy's southwest forces refrained from "expanding" their patrols outwards in the Red Bass Ocean and to the south, the inclusion of the Nahshol CSG will provide the necessary firepower and tactical capability for the fleet's 21st Flotilla composed of 3 Horizon-class destroyers to extend the navy's "defensive outreach".

MOD Agresiv Difen's commented this morning that the move is "an important defensive deterrent", referencing the Office of the MSCO's introduction of R003 in the MSCC for the formation of a 3rd maritime security group, presumably to be led by the State of Beiteynu with the new carrier strike group.

The State of Beiteynu has also offered both Deltaria and Cildania docking rights in the West Bank as part of the MSCO's mutual defence pact for potential naval forces to be assigned to the permanent formation, should the resolution pass.

As such, the Hofesh Fleet will extend its number of warships - excluding its 3 patrol squadrons, the Mishari (Commercial) and Ma'Agav (West) Squadrons of Reshef-class missile boats and the 23rd Flotilla of 5 corvettes - to 18, from the previous 9. The Nahshol Carrier Air Group will include 54 Kfir jet fighters and a naval variant of the IBAE-400 intelligence aircraft by Biraudiss, a subsidiary of Biraero, and AUDISS of Istalia launched back in 5236, which will be used according to sources in the Kohav for "intelligence gathering" in the region as to R003's mandate in combating "illegal maritime activity".

The Department of Defence Contracts has invited representatives from the Luthorian defence industry towards the assembly of 2 submarines, which were originally designated to be of Trigunian origin, in a similar manner as the Reshout Carrier Strike Group's Typhoon-class submarines.

Enforced by Kundrati's naval presence, the Hofesh Fleet is expected to become the navy's "heavyweight" division.

Kundrati delegation to visit Yishelem
A Kundrati government's delegation came to Beiteynu, meeting PM Goldbloom and MOD Difens

YISHELEM, ENDILD - A delegation of the Kundrati cabinet, led by Foreign Minister Marcus Julius Frontinus followed by his entourage, will visit Yishelem in a State Visit that will take place from next Monday to next Wednesday. The delegation was invited to Beiteynu by Rosh Ha'Memshala Elias Goldbloom, with whom the delegation will have a meeting, other than with Ramatkal Daniel Rubin and Defence Minister Agresiv Difens.

The State Visit will formally begin in the Rosh Ha'Memshala residence in Yishelem, with a State Dinner to be held Monday, while proper bilateral meetings will happen the following two days. Kundrati's visit comes in a time in which the Medinat is under pressure following a Vanuku agency made allegations against the TRA, a Beiteynu national agency - allegations being investigated now by the Knesset. Kundrati's visit is viewed by experts as a reminder to Terra of the solidity of Beiteynu's bilateral relations with allies and partners.

More specifically, Beiteynu's and Kundrati's delegations are expected to discuss expanded air force cooperation and joint patrols of airspace in Artanian Sea, and economic issues such as encouragement of tourism to rural sections of both countries and trade. On defence, talks over new joint projects and commitment to the Alliance are expected to happen between Kundrati's William Klastanavenic and Beiteynu's Agresiv Difens.

Katerina Sheket testifies before Intelligence Oversight Committee

Yishelem, Beiteynu - The Head of the Medinat Department was called to testify behind closed doors before the Intelligence Oversight Committee currently investigating the Terran Remediation Agency on allegations of severe misconduct in Cildanian affairs. Although the IOC was mandated by the Knesset last year to conduct hearings of public and private nature at its discretion, Sheket's active appointment in the Beiteynuese Government and her access to classified information pertaining to Beiteynuese foreign affairs was deemed important enough to warrant a closed door session.

Investigator: Were you aware that officials of the Beiteynuese Government had justified a budget allocation under the Kohav's expenditures in regards to the Reshout Naval Base in Cildania, of significant millions, funnelled to unknown Jelbic accounts instead?

Supranational multi-stage naval exercise dubbed "Reshout", underway

Himmelshtern, Beiteynu - In an unprecedented scale in Beiteynuese history, both in terms of quantity and inclusion of states, the Beiteynuese Naval Command has confirmed that the supranational multi-stage naval exercise planned for more than a decade is officially underway. Dubbed the "Reshout" (Authority) exercise in an obvious and blatant muscle flex in the face of continuously rising tensions with Vanuku, the naval exercise will start in the southwest of Beiteynu with the Hofesh Fleet and end in the Artanian Sea, with its different stages led by Beiteynu, Lourenne and Kundrati, with a small part in the Sea of Lost Souls with Istalia.

An additional portion of the exercise southwards of the Cildanian island remains to be confirmed, set to include naval forces by Cildania and Deltaria in anti-piracy manoeuvres in the Majatran Sea, where the Reshout Carrier Strike Group will meet the Lourennais fleet led by an aircraft carrier, as well. The Kohav and the Office of the MSCO currently serving as the organisation's Secretary-General, hopes to bring the organisation aboard with both Maritime Security Groups.

Stage 1 / Southwest Beiteynu / Beiteynu & Kundrati - The 1st stage will be led by the recently formed Nahshol Carrier Strike Group of the Hofesh Fleet in rapid deployment scenarios from Rishon Le Hofesh and Tel Bira in the West Bank towards the west and south of the Red Bass Ocean. Amidst rising concerns from the Barmenistani Government with regards to the Beiteynuese - Vanukean tensions, this portion of the exercise will steer well away from the southern neighbour's maritime borders. The exercise will include tactical drills with Kundrati's naval forces to increase our ally's operational capability in open seas.

Stage 2 / Northwest Beiteynu / Beiteynu & Lourenne - Upon completing the 1st stage, the Nahshol Carrier Strike Group will travel northwards to "meet" the Lekavot Fleet and engage in virtual attack and defence scenarios with the Second Royal Fleet of Lourenne, which will pose as the defender. 1 of the 3 scenarios includes a "simultaneous attack" from the northeast, where the rusty and ill-equipped 12th Flotilla is to engage in a protective "bubble" around the Himmelshtern Beacon of Hope. Officials from the BNC have expressed their concerns on how the Lekavot Fleet, being "in the middle", is noticeably outdated.

At this point, Lourenne's carrier strike group will travel the long distance to the Sea of Lost Souls to meet with the Yamin Fleet in Istalia.

Stage 3 / Northeast Beiteynu / Beiteynu (& Luthori) - Upon completing the 2nd stage, the Nahshol Carrier Strike Group will travel further eastwards to the Migrant's Pass to meet with the Yamin Fleet. The Hofesh Fleet's CSG will pose as the attacker seeking to break the naval barrier and pass through the Migrant's Pass against the Yeudi Fleet's Reshout Carrier Strike Group, set to include in its defensive force the infamous 4th Flotilla. The Kohav will reach out to Fort William to confirm if Luthorian naval vessels will be included, as well, considering how Beiteynu has granted docking rights in Sholemberg to its newfound military ally.

Stage 4 / Migrant's Pass & Sea of Lost Souls / Beiteynu, Lourenne, Istalia (& Luthori & Dorvik & MSCO) - The 4th stage of the Reshout naval exercise includes 2 simultaneous parts set to take place in the Migrant's Pass between Majatra and Artania and the Sea of Lost Souls northeast of Istalia between Seleya and Majatra.

The 1st part will see the Nahshol and Reshout Carrier Strike Groups travel further eastward to the Migrant's Pass in what military command hopes to enact as a 2 prong military scenario where Dorvish forces deployed on patrols, Luthorian forces deployed in Malivia and the MSCO's very own Maritime Security Group which includes the Yeudi Fleet's 4th Flotilla, Deltarian naval forces and hopefully Cildanian forces as well, will attempt to blockade and stop the passage of the 2 carrier strike groups. The Kohav will reach out to Dorvish, Luthorian, Deltarian and Cildanian command to confirm the joint exercise.

The 2nd part will see the Lourennais fleet led by an aircraft carrier engage in a blockade scenario in the Sea of Lost Souls, with the meagre Yamin Fleet stationed in Istalia coordinating with Istalian command to attempt and break Lourenne's formation and halt a theoretical loss of tactical position in the region.

At this point, both Beiteynuese carrier strike groups and Lourenne's carrier strike group will sail to meet in the Majatran Sea.

Stage 5 / Majatran Sea / Beiteynu, Lourenne (& MSCO) - This stage of the exercise has been characterised as more of a "meeting point" and a "passage", considering how Beiteynuese - Cildanian relation have taken a severe turn for the worse, in light of the allegations raised against the Agency. All 3 carrier strike groups will form into a Carrier Battle Group led by Lourenne in the center of the Majatran Sea and either engage in anti-piracy exercises with the MSCO (specifically including Deltaria and Cildania, with both sides engaging in defensive scenarios against the attacking CBG) or depart for the Artanian Sea.

Stage 6 / Artanian Sea / Beiteynu, Lourenne, Kundrati (& Luthori) - Widely considered as the final stage of the supranational multi-stage exercise, this stage will see the formation of a combined Carrier Battle Group with the 3 CSGs, Kundrati naval forces and the Beikun Fleet stationed in Etxea in an attempt to blockade extensive strategic points of the Artanian Sea's passage between Artania and Seleya northwest of Keymon. The purpose of this part of the exercise is to be twofold: increase the tactical coordination of Beiteynu's 2 strongest allies (Kundrati & Lourenne) and attempt a deep sea excursion as a robust Carrier Battle Group.

In reaching out to Fort William, the Kohav will also ascertain whether Luthori wishes to be included in this part of the exercise as well.

At this point, the group will break and each formation will head back to its original station.
