IRSA, the nation's intelligence agency, entered an agreement to share SIGNIT and HUMNIT details and reports with it's allies and closest international allies.
The list given by the Palace of Oisy, who oversees IRSA operations, revealed that Luthori, Alduria, Kundrati , Lodamun, Kanjor and Beiteynu will be part
of the agreement set to be passed by the Royal Assembly. Upon passage of the bill, the following nations will be invited to Avienne-les-Bains to engage in
a summit that will lay out the details of the Omnes Oculi Ordinatio (O3), a new organization focusing on intelligence-sharing and operations cooperation.
O3 will largely be led by Lourenne, Luthori, and Beiteynu who have extensive intelligence capabilities and histories throughout the globe. IRSA will take
leadership and control of the structure of 03 for most of the summit. The summit will make clear what each nation can contribute and the future of
operations. Director General of IRSA, Roland Degarot, stated that the United Kingdom is "eager and prepared to begin sharing hundreds of files and
information that should guarantee regional security for each of the involved nations". With IRSA's intelligence spanning several millennia and covering all
of Terra, there is a sure sense of experience and leadership for the summit. Beiteynu and Luthori are also set to bring experience and expertise to the table.
Intelligence coverage includes Dovani, Artania, Majatra, KEris, Macon, and Seleya. The O3 Summit, held in Avienne-les-Bains, will be the greater attempt at
intelligence sharing since the meeting held in Beitenyu. It is acknowledged that the move comes after traditional powers in Terra could not be trusted to
lead and promote humanitarian values. The intelligence sharing direction between Terra's powers is the first step in ensuring inter-regional cooperation that
Lourenne and her allies have worked towards for centuries.
