Luthori Employers Association's General Congress ends at Richbrough, Northriding.
The association representing national and business interests has just completed its 3-day annual conference in Richbrough, the historic headquarters of the organization, several subjects such as the loss of power of the economy and international pressure were discussed, with a significant step forward in the second discussion.

Fort William, Principality of Orange, Holy Luthori Empire - The Luthori Employers' Association (LEA) is the oldest continuously and actively existing union in Luthori, the first mentions of this association "protecting the interests of management, business, the free market and employees" according to its description official dates back to 2990 with its form as a political party, the Employers' Association Party, even if this party was dissolved centuries ago, the political power of the Luthorian Employers' Association has continued to grow in politics, thanks to the creations of several political parties, such as the Liberal Alliance which was for a long time considered to be "the political branch of the LEA", but also thanks to other parties of liberal economic inspiration being heavily lobbied by the LEA or companies making part of it to obtain political decisions within the Imperial Diet that are favorable to the interests of free enterprise in Luthori or to their own economic interest (reduction of taxes, government intervention in the economy, allocations contracts). This influence is currently quite felt within the CDU or Liberal Democrats, two parties very focused on economic laissez-faire.
Today, the Annual Meeting of the Luthorian Employers' Association concluded today in Richbrough, in the Grand Duchy of Northriding, where several top CEOs of companies being featured on the FWSE (Fort William Stock Exchange), such as the AMC (Alchester Motor Company), National Credit, the Martwick-Alchester Banking Company (MABC), the Ward Financial Holdings (WFH), the North Oceans Maritime Company (NOMC), or SouthSeas, were gathered to discuss the future of economy, its loss of relative power over the last 30 years, due to a lack of initiative on the part of the public or private sector. The lack of government or public initiative can be explained by a refocusing of government efforts by the Tories, which just then had focused on the economy, the military and foreign policy. But since Seward Asters came to power, government policy has been increasingly oriented towards foreign policy, Luthori having for more than 30 years built his influence abroad via several investments within the Commonwealth and his possible construction. The focus on the military and the economy was increasingly diminished, with the government wanting to let the private sector do what it could in the economy. But since entering the 55th Century, many things have been clarified, such as the non-takeover of the economy by private groups, which had remained under government influence for years and the second point is on the entry of foreign companies into Luthori.
For years, the debate has arisen within the numerous Annual Congresses of the LEA, this debate on the installation of foreign companies within the Empire, where the work of the LEA to help or prevent this state of affairs was always came back on the table, in fact, two groups were composed within the association, the favorable ones were mainly large groups which could establish themselves within other nations, but must also provide a counterpart to these nations, such as access to the Luthorian market, but the opponents, were especially the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), who were afraid of possible unfair competition from these large foreign groups which for the most part have more resources than these companies, but external pressure (large groups, government) and promises of support from Fort William and the Grand Duchies, several SMEs have decided to support the new policy of supporting the installation of foreign groups in Luthori. After a vote comfortably won by the "yes" supporters, the LEA announced that it would no longer "oppose the presence and operation of foreign groups within Luthori soil", a reaction reassuring the markets , having observed an increase in their value on the FWSE of 1.4% in one day.
