Former Hexlon Imperial executive to lead Hevrat Lobbyists
September 5417

Image

Yishelem, Beiteynu - In the tradition of the long-standing Beiteynuese law of allowing members of the Knesset to openly affiliate themselves with the interests of the dominant private sector - a tradition paved by Baruch Lea Tzafrir in 5203 - in representing them in the nation's legislative assembly, the lobbyist wing of the Beiteynuese People's Alliance (joined up with the BPA after the final remnants of Hevrat Hashmal collapsed) seems to have "skirted away" from the main party line after the Beiteynuese placed their support more firmly to the center-left Mifelegett Ha'avodah, which now dominates the Yeudish scene.

As the latest elections signal the solidification of a mature scene of politics and a gravitas towards social and domestic issues after the country's almost continuous growth in now more than 2 centuries, the private sector's "lobbying efforts" continue to decrease in conjunction; bringing the 2 vastly different worlds of the public and private sectors closer aligned towards the common pursuit of long term prosperity right in the middle.

Eliza Buffet, a former C Suite level executive of Luthorian conglomerate Hexlon Imperial has taken the reigns of the independent group of Hevrat Lobbyists, on a platform of balancing out the "pressures" of the private sector towards a more moderate "under advisement" mandate.

Unsurprisingly, "party members" are composed of the House of Elior and Luthorian, Kundrati and Lourennais former executives and investors.

HL will not be campaigning or gunning for any administrations, the party's press office confirmed this morning.

"Where are the Gems?"; the intricate relations of the House of Elior
June 5418

Image

Yishelem, Beiteynu - With the newlywed royal couple now celebrating their honeymoon in Lourenne, our editorial staff found it prudent to take a quick trip down memory lane and attempt to figure out the strings of royal relations. Bathed in precarious mystery, the Yeudi Monarchy - just as almost as everything else of Yeudish origin - seems to be yet another thing that's under the "up to something" category.

There's one key ingredient missing here: where are the 8 Gems?

Do they even exist?

According to historic records, Elior forged the Yeudi Crown of 8 Gems - unveiled by Aristocrat Insurance Group (AIG) in 5387, back when the Birites first settled in modern day Beiteynu during the Qedarite Migrations (coming from Cildania, of all places). That crown was first worn by Ishmael I in 908, ushering the Sacred Monarchy of Beiteynu and the 1st Yeudi Homeland; starting the Kadmonim, the ancient kings that the Aristocrats and Keshefs descend from.

Now, supposedly - and here is where it gets mirky - Ariel foretold Elior of the Yeudi Diaspora that would have inevitably taken place by the 1500s, resulting in the Yeudi People being scattered across the world. So, 8 gems and 8 continents; that was Elior's vision of "binding" the fate of the Yeudi People as a race.

Here is where it gets even weirder.

The 1st book (The Bloodline) of controversial series "The Meddling Affairs" claims that Yeladim Keshef, a Keymonite Yeudi, found out what happened to all of the gems; his notes were ultimately discovered by Theodore Aristocrat during his exile from Kafuristan in the 2700s. What sparked a shitload of controversy on social media was the fact that the book was released just 2 years before AIG - a company that Theodore founded - unveiled the crown.

Even more precarious is the fact that same book claims Baruch Lea Tzafrir - the one who "woke the Yeudish meddling monster" in 5199 and turned out to be a member of the House of Elior himself and a descendant of the Aristocrats - tried to dig up Theodore's grave in Kafuristan only to find it empty?

Yup, we verified that one. Travel logs from the Office of the Rosh HaMemshala did confirm that then Ramatkal went to the "scene of the crime". But found what, exactly? The gems? If so, where are they now? And why didn't AIG unveil them along with the crown?

So, here's where it gets entirely confusing.

Theodore had married Jacquil Debua, a Rildanorian "bastard" royal of the House of Orleans-Vasser - yes, the one that just entered the House of Elior by the marriage of Meleh Elias Ishmael IV and Princess Helene of Lourenne. The Meleh himself is of the Luthorian House of Orange-Villayn.

Now, get this. The Aristocrats's peak in Kalopia had coincided with the Holy Luthori Empire's peak, back then.

Quite the ominous coincidences, ominously... everywhere?

MOD doubles-down on defensive mandates with Difens Policy
August 5418

- Whispers on the disbandment of the Terran Remediation Agency roam the halls of the MOFA's Medinat Department

Image

Yishelem, Beiteynu - Loosely criticised for presenting a face that's looking more and more bloated as to remain relevant amongst the younger faces, Minister of Defence Agresiv Difens announced the Difens Policy of further defensive mandates for the Beiteynuese Defence Force, presumably having been in the works since the undefendable international fiasco at the Migrant's Pass back in 5410.

The only thing that saved Beiteynu's face is probably the King's commission in the navy a year prior and, later down the line, Luthori's exercises; all amidst an endless barrage of dismissals and condemnations, including the withdrawal of the Zaar Fleet deployed in Kundrati a year later. The Head of the Kohav was fired, the Naval Chief was fired; then 100 more people had the door kicked on their ass on their way out.

And as our country's open waves game was ending, the MOD pressured the Medinat Department to also take a step back from the MSCO.

The new Difens Policy is set to further enhance the almost century old mandate of defensive conduct which also saw the introduction of the Shahar Fleets in 5410 in a manner that detached the navy's carrier fleets from the lines of command of the main divisions. The 5346 Gadot Measures, the 3-tier warning system, will remain intact but will be downgraded in criticality; the goal is to have them triggered less, more so in situations such as the Bloody Coup of Kafuristan when Yeudis were targeted explicitly. The Minister confirmed that calls from allies will remain intact, as well.

In a nutshell, no more military shenanigans unless the Yeudi People or their friends, are threatened - no reacting to barking, anytime soon, again.

Metupash Publishing unveils Canrillaise dictionary
August 5418

Image

Yishelem, Beiteynu - With more and more Yeudis in Beiteynu and in the world speaking more and more Canrillaise, demand for translation services and dictionaries has steadily increased for decades; Meleh Elias Ishmael IV speaking fluent Canrillaise has only added to the skyrocketing demand in recent years. Metupash Publishing has steadily been creating a massive database that has apparently culminated into a 5789 page dictionary, for all Yeudis.

Oil and gas stability through diversification
November 5418

- Tectonic acquisitions of Beiteynuese shipping behemoths Birco and Petrik Hadayot are "in the works" by Luthorian and Kundrati entities
- MOFA prepares to broker a new Vamaj Extension concerning the decentralised supply and distribution of oil and gas from the South Ocean

Sholemberg, Beiteynu - The change of pace in Majatran oil and gas supply and distribution since the beginning of this century is one of pivotal importance for both the energy markets in the continent as well as the essence of what a decentralised network of supply and distribution can unlock in terms of economic and geopolitical stability; including the growth of non-traditional suppliers and distributors; the second-stage line.

Kafuristan's self-imposed collapse and Badara's steady economic recovery moving away from a dominating oil and gas trade and commerce have both effectively unshackled the dominance of these 2 historic suppliers and Majatra's own reliance to them on oil and gas.

Simply put, Majatra has decentralised the market on a level that no one entity can hold it at gunpoint, as an absolute leverage.

What the Vamaj Network has also managed to achieve through its premise of decentralisation is create a market for second-stage suppliers and distributors, the non-traditional states and entities that can only access these commodities to trade them indirectly. Of course, the network continues to rely on first-stage suppliers and distributors such as Vascania, Lake Majatra and the South Ocean; however, the diversification of the network both in terms of supply and the extended access of distributors has ensured that any potential instabilities from anyone do not necessarily freeze and block everyone.

The swift amendments to the original Vamaj Network after extensive Cildanian pressure have also managed to diminish the dominance of Beiteynuese commercial shipping assets, which had previously secured the monopoly in docking rights for second-stage distribution by "undue and unhindered access".

Now, any ratifier of the framework can tap into the decentralised network of multiple first-stage suppliers and become a second-stage supplier itself, trading oil and gas with the rest of the world by the merits of growing its storage and distribution infrastructure.

Kundrati, Cildania, Alduria and Malivia can now be suppliers and distributors themselves of oil and gas, through the Vamaj Network.

And anyone, else, really, especially as first-stage suppliers continue to boom and extensions spring up and eco lovers stampede on oil and gas.

BREAKING NEWS
Nathaniel Aristocrat-Goldbloom, CEO of Aristocrat Energetical, set to step down
The former MOFIN and First Gentleman of Beiteynu, now 85, has passed over control of the family's company to her daughter, Shifra.
2 December 5418

in other news:
- Paz Yoffey rumoured to retire as MH Leader and PM after this term.
- Upcoming: Sholemberg Post to promote Kokun deserts.

YISHELEM, ENDILD - Nathaniel Aristocrat-Goldbloom, who previously served as the country's Minister of Finance and later became First Gentleman of Beiteynu, as his wife Sharon was elected Rosh Ha'memshala, turned his focus on running the family company, Aristocrat Energetical, after his retirement from politics in 5385; a company he inherited after he managed to repair relations with the main branch of the historical Aristocrat family. Now, Mr. Aristocrat-Goldbloom, who this year turned eighty-five years-old, has announced that starting January 2, 5419, he would relinquish the post of CEO and pass the company to his second daughter, Ms. Shifra Aristocrat-Goldbloom, which also the grand-daughter of Elias Goldbloom and is the aunt of our current Meleh, Elias Ishmael IV.
Shifra Aristocrat-Goldbloom pledged to keep the company Beiteynuese, and said that she'll seek to expand its activities in the next decades; in the meanwhile, many people are raisinf eyebrows over the relations between politics and economics that are pervading the Mifelegett Ha'avodah (Luthorian: Labour Party), as the Aristocrat-Goldbloom family, donors to the MH, are seen to be expoliting their position to keep hold in both fields - enraging some core members of the left-wing party over the conflict of interest issue.

Hadayim "points middle finger" to OPEN
December 5418

Sholemberg, Beiteynu - The notorious shipping titan from Sholemberg and arguably the one Beiteynuese company with the dirtiest hands from an industry already known for its dirty hands - one of its former CEOs then appointed Ramatkal actually murdered the Medinat Department's most celebrated Head - has decided to "rock the boat" in the energy market by initiating a conference called the Sholemberg Reshet (Luthorian: Network).

Built on the momentum of the Vamaj Network and the ensuing ridiculous wealth further gained by Hadayim's, Birco's and Petrik Hadayot's executives - shipping's "big three" - by skyrocketing the industry's trade upwards of 180B LOD per year (from an average 170B in previous decades), the conference is aimed at creating an "opposing bloc of influence", essentially by the customers of traditional major oil and gas suppliers themselves.

In essence, "pointing the middle finger" to the OPEN, which, according to Hadayim CEO Jeshua Benowitz, "dictates supply as it pleases", while the shipping industry's gold digging hands in oil and gas maintain that "supply should be dictated by demand" and "those who distribute the goods, instead".

An invitation has been sent to any and all entities from the public and private domains that seek to tap into the network's early opportunities.

V2 of the Terran Times enters final stretch
June 5419

Image

Himmelshtern, Beiteynu - The multi-million overhaul of the Terran Times initiative that's been in the works for decades has finally been confirmed to have entered the final stretch of development by the Head of the Digitali Nimshal. The system's "next gen" operational framework promises "unparalleled interconnectivity" with robust features that will enable publishers from all around the world to "enhance their stories like never before".

Launched way back in 5228, the framework has been met with various versions and functionalities; some failing, some succeeding.

In attempting to fulfil its previous commitment of 5407 in developing the framework's overhaul under a mandate of "independence and lack of bias", the Head of the Digitali Nimshal notified the 87th General Assembly earlier this year of the Terran Times Project initiative that was brokered in conjunction with the Medinat Department and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs itself. The agreement has loosely been based on the Gene & Seed Vault Project.

Ratifiers will enforce the TT as an independent and unbiased news amplifier and make sure it remains that way.

PM Paz Yoffey to receive Malivia's leader
Busy day in Yishelem, as Malivia's Major Amit Kumar Sharma has landed here.

Image
Paz Yoffey still likes cycling.

YISHELEM, ENDILD - A few minutes ago, Malivia's Prime Minister, Mr. Major Amit Kumar Sharma, has landed in the international airport of Yishelem and is expected to be en-route soon towards the Rosh Ha'memshala's workplace, where Ms. Yoffey is waiting him. Mr. Sharma was given military honors upon his arrival, and a choir of the North Yishelem "N. Kadiyot" Middle School has given exquisite renderings of the two national anthems.
Yoffey and Sharma are expected to talk about a variery of things; from the situation in the Migrant's Pass, the economic relationship between Malivia and Beiteynu and other businesses like the stances on international treaties. This would be the first visit by a Malivian Chief of Government since the first Malivian crisis, and the coronation of the rekindling process started after the end of the 2nd Malivian crisis.
