Dino Axiaq has changed Cildania's official name
The Nation of Cildania is now known as the Democratic Axiaqist Republic of Cildania, following a change made by Dino Axiaq, leader of the Axiaqists.

Dino comments on the issue:

Greetings fellow Cildanian Citizens! Today, the great nation of Cildania shall be known as the Democratic Axiaqist Republic of Cildania (DARC) to honor our great bloodline leading our nation to glory!

Cildanian Government Planning Construction of an Underwater Tunnel Connecting Cildania and Badara

Today at a Government Speech, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mugsy Izzo spoke about their future plans:

Greeting Citizens,

We have long been closely tied and to some extent, allied to the nation of Badara.
Today, we started negotiating with the government of badara, so we could have their approval for a construction of a [underwater] tunnel connecting our nations, and letting the people of our two nations get a cheaper alternative of travel instead of having to fly expensive flights and take luxury boat rides to cross the border.

We have yet not received a response from the Badaran government, but we are hopeful.

We estimated that the construction would cost about 10 Billion CDC and take approximately 15 years to be complete.

The Cildanian people cheered at the event, but a lot of criticism began to rise from devoted nationalists, saying that Cildania should be kept for the Cildanian people and them only.

Cildania begins construction of the Cildania-Badara Tunnel

The government of Badara has approved the construction of the tunnel connecting Cildania and Badara. The construction began on May 27th 4831 and is expected to be completed by September 4846.

The Minister of Infrastructure and transport of Cildania Anġlu Garrone has commented on the issue:

It is fascinating how this hasn't been done before, considering how closely tied we are to the badaran people. We are hoping we can get all of the Majatran islands connected in the future, as the connections across them is poor.

The Project is a bit costly, but we estimate it will lessen the air pollution at least by 10% since there is no need to fly so frequently between Cildania and Badara, so it will be well worth it.

Cildanian Party Criticizes The Axiaqists

A new party formed in the Democratic Axiaqist Republic of Cildania, going by the name of People's Socialist Labour Party. They were very strongly against the Axiaqists.

The PSLP requested early elections, because they believed that the people do not want the Axiaqists in power.

The Axiaqists, in order to convince the general populace that they are in favour of true democracy, must vote in favour of this early election bill. The People’s Socialist Labour Party (PSLP) are currently the only opposition to the corrupt and autocratic regime which exists in Cildania at the moment. We need to let the people decide who they want to run this country, and let true democracy reign in our nation. This would involve other people setting up parties and gaining the confidence to challenge this regime as we have. An election needs to be called NOW. Not in a few weeks’ or months’ time. NOW. Let the people, not a few cronies, decide who runs the show

To prove them wrong, Dino Ordered early elections, and to the PLSPs surprise, they gained only 30,175 votes out of the 57,288,572 (0,05%) and 0 seats in the Council.

This is almost sad, a person tries to oppose the government which the Cildanian people love, even lying that the people do not want us in power, and then getting almost no votes. You should do your research, before claiming to know your people

Supreme Leader Dino Axiaq has passed away

Today, Dino Axiaq has sadly passed away. People are saddened and a 15 minute nation-wide moment of silence was held in public areas, schools, workplaces and homes.

Dino's son, Cobb is appointed as the next legitimate heir. The Coronation of the next Supreme Leader will officially happen on June 1st, 4846. Until then, he will act as the Interim Supreme Leader, as he is the named Overseer of the council.

Cobb also held a speech concerning his father's passing.

Today, we are saddened by the passing of a great leader, a great father and a great friend. He has done many good things for the Democratic Axiaqist Republic of Cildania, like improve our impact on the global scale. And improve our internal politics from the mess that they were.

I want to continue my father's work, for the good of all of Cildania, and the Cildanian people. I will finish what he has started, The Badaran-Cildanian tunnel, and I will construct a monument to honor his impact in our great nation.

Together, we can restore the powerhouse that Cildania has once been, and bring our nation back to its glory!
