BONNING GROUP TO OPEN BFS ASSEMBLY PLANT IN GREENVILLE, LIKATONIA AND A BATTERY FACTORY IN SANTA ANTONIA FOLLOWING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT AND THE GROUP.Hel,
February 4512BFS assembly plant in Brzansk - on the picture BFS Aggero assembly line.
• Bonning wants to boost its sales in northern Seleya with the opening of the new assembly plant in Greenville - primarily the plant will be used to assemble BFS models which are one of the most frequently bought middle-of-the-market vehicles in the northern part of the continent, especially in Likatonia. Last year BFS outsold all other brands of the Bonning Group in Likatonia with more than 150.000 vehicles with the BFS badge sold.
• Batteries factory in Santa Antonia is aimed to allow Bonning Group to reach the 50:50 ratio in the production of the vehicle set almost 18 years ago. Valruzian giant wants 50% of its vehicle production output to be powered by electric motors, and 50% by combustion engines. For now, Bonning lacked a new battery plant, and with the increasingly limiting possibilities of establishing new factories in Valruzia, the new project is great for the company especially with the new 10% corporate tax law being passed in the Likatonian House of Representatives.HEL - Bonning Group will invest at least VPO 199 million in their first BFS assembly plant in Greenville, Likatonia, the automotive giant announced today. As a result of the agreement between the group and the automotive mogul, the company for the first time in decades will engage in economic cooperation with our northern neighbor to such an extent. It will be the single largest investment by Valruzian business entity in Likatonia since the 4349 Valruzia-Likatonia border crisis. Now after 163 years of stagnancy in mutual economic relations, Valruzia is making the first step to again fully normalize the mutual relations.
At the beginning, the plant will be used to assemble all the sedans in
BFS offer: Soratto, Cavalier, Aggero, Transcenda and later the all-electric iCona zE. Gradually with the expansion of the plant the assembly of other models will be also carried out by the plant in Likatonia. According to the Bonning CEO, the investment will be completed by 4518 and will create around 2.100 new jobs in the region. The estimated annual production output of the vehicle will reach 160.000 vehicles. The Group announced that it will engage with the Likatonia's government in negotiations on the possible incentives - Director of BFS announced that his company is looking for approximately 35 million LOD to cover the side-costs of the project.
It will be the first plant of Bonning group in Likatonia. The company announced that Likatonia can serve as a great expansion hub for their vehicles and said that after some time, the planned plant in Greenville can serve as the main assembly plant of BFS cars and cover all northern Seleyan market: Likatonia, Lodamun, and Kalistan.

• The factory will be based on the revolutionary factory set up in Gryfitów, Valruzia. Bonning, subsidiary of the Bonning Grop, announced that is building a battery production plant in Santa Antonia in Likatonia. The new factory is a project agreed upon by a joint-venture of Bonning and Likatonian Falcon Car Company which was started three years ago. According to Director of Department of Electric Vehicles of Bonning, Mariusz Tyrol, the new plant in Santa Antonia is the next step in the implementation of the company's electric strategy of 50:50 ration between all-electric vehicles and those powered by combustion engines. Tyrol said that with every month the demand for all-electric vehicles is growing and in Valruzia alone the percentage of all-electric vehicles' share in the total vehicles purchases stood at an astonishing 27%.
Bonning said that in order to maintain the position of the leader in the automotive industry it must respond to the demand of the market and the planned battery factory in Likatonia is exactly what the company needs. Bonning announced that it will cover 75% of the whole investment, and the Falcon Car Company will cover the remaining 25%.
