In a statement minister Zakariadze told the Hobrazian Times,
We are proud to launch DreamX today a government backed incubator and funding program, because lets remember entrepreneurship is the lifeblood of our nations future. This is about new highly paid job opportunities and giving back to the nation that gave us so much. DreamX will help to create an economy where people can express their ideas freely, it will empower young people and foster a culture of innovation and creativity.
Indeed DreamX will attract inwards foreign direct investment and help to make Hobrazia Artania's economic powerhouse. A culture of giving back, a highly skilled, productive workforce equipped with enabling state of the art technologies that is the vision that DreamX will help to advance.
