The Hobrazian Development Corporation and the finance minister Zakariadze has committed 21 million HCR in funding for grants to small, fledgling businesses and tech startups. Businesses that gain access to these funds will also be able to participate in an incubator program, this will help businesses to produce at scale, gain long-term growth and success. These grants will be for high risk, high return ventures and are expected to increase the number of self employed entrepreneurs by up to 15%. The program titled DreamX is expected to nurture a culture of progress, innovation, continuous learning and improvement. DreamX will help you to realise your potential, find global opportunities and make breakthrough innovations. The Hobrazian Times finds that the scheme will create over 200,000 new job opportunities for Hobrazians, will help businesses to not just survive but to thrive and bring economic prosperity to the Hobrazian people.
In a statement minister Zakariadze told the Hobrazian Times,
We are proud to launch DreamX today a government backed incubator and funding program, because lets remember entrepreneurship is the lifeblood of our nations future. This is about new highly paid job opportunities and giving back to the nation that gave us so much. DreamX will help to create an economy where people can express their ideas freely, it will empower young people and foster a culture of innovation and creativity.

Indeed DreamX will attract inwards foreign direct investment and help to make Hobrazia Artania's economic powerhouse. A culture of giving back, a highly skilled, productive workforce equipped with enabling state of the art technologies that is the vision that DreamX will help to advance.

The price of corruption: Hobrazia begins to restore faith in politics
Image
In breaking news received just in the last few minutes here at the Hobrazian Times we have learnt that Hobrazia has risen in the global corruption index, this means that we are now less corrupt and more transparent then ever before. This is a huge win for the infinite party and the work of president Meliton to restore faith and trust in Hobrazian politics. The government is making its public procurement more transparent and open, because make no mistake corruption undermines democratic institutions, it sows dysfunction and prevents economies from thriving. President Meliton has said his government is fully committed to stamping out corruption, the journey will start from the very top, from the very heart of government.
President Meliton, President of the Hobrazian Republic
I have said before that we are a nation of so much potential, possibility and opportunity, this has always defined our nation. Its the Hobrazian dream that so many young Hobrazians have lost faith in. Let me make this very clear corruption has no place, no place at all in Hobrazia. It holds our economy back, we are working with all relevant stakeholders in Hobrazia and overseas to determine what more can be done to eliminate corruption.

Indeed shocking figures released by the Hobrazian Times today reveals that over 25% of global public spending is lost to corruption, it acts as a significant drain on the global economy. Corruption also costs through a lower quality of life, less access to affordable healthcare and education. As they say corruption is the enemy of development. While the costs of inaction will continue to mount day by day, its time for Terra to take action against corruption.
