Leonidovna wants measures on recovering & sanction proofing Al'Badaran Economy.
"Kauris instantly pushed for privatization instead of relinquishing sanctions and easing pressure on Al'Badara" ~ President Konstantinovich
April 11th, 4032
Recently, the Al'Badaran Government has pushed for market socialism, after President Abudl Wadood Siddiqui called for a "radical restructuring of their economy, to enable their people to achieve their full potential". In response to the pushes by President Abudl Wadood Siddiqui to liberalize the Al'Badaran economy, Kafuri Officials have come out wanting a different approach from their government towards Al'Badaran economically. Under the premise of stabilizing Al'Badara, said Kafuri Officials are eager to "stabilize" Al'Badara through private enterprise. Kafuri media stated that Al'Badara was "a thorn in the side of regional stability" and that with regimes coming and going most have been hostile towards their government. It was also reported that Kafuri bureaucrats are pushing back on the easing of sanctions on Al'Badara since "military hostility is a boon for defense spending." President Rostov Konstantinovich, instead of pushing for private enterprise off the bat of the new Al'Badaran Government's term, has instead pushed for the government of Al'Badara to center their economic attention on public interests and them on private interests. He spoke in front of officials from the Al'Badaran Consulate General and the Al'Badaran Embassy where he said:
Before centering their attention on private interests, the Al'Badaran government should instead focus on public interests. Public interests such as the Banking Situation, the Al'Badaran Government could set policies in bailing out these banks, or letting the banks bail themselves out and instead bail out the people. It would be in the best interest of the Al'Badaran economy and citizenry to focus on public interests firstly and then on private enterprise etc.
Minister-President Panarina Leonidovna has called for measures in which Trigunia could assist in sanction proofing the Al'Badaran economy. Earlier today she "called out" the House of Chann for establishing the "Embargo on the Ahmadist Nation of Badara" which allowed the signatory names to do as they please, whether it may be economically or militarily to the Al'Badaran State. Minister-President Leonidovna has called for Kafuristan to end the sanctions immediately and has issued the harshest of warnings to the still active signatory nations of the treaty.
Resistance Economics best way which Al'Badara can by pass said sanctions. Resistance Economics is intended to make the Al'Badaran economy resistant to all external economic shocks in the long term, including sanctions and global financial crises. We are willing to sit down and discuss economic plans to boost foreign investment in order to develop the energy sector, as well as to build a “knowledge economy” around Al'Badara's information technology sector. Reforming the domestic financial market and preventing integration with the international financial system serves to reduce vulnerability to global crises while establishing a self-sufficient system of capital flow. Dar as-Salam must take measures to boost ties with its neighbors in order to insulate trade against economic pressures. I can assure Kafuristan that if sanctions are still active on Al'Badara, private investment is going to be very hard for both sides. As the key figure in the sanctions against Al'badara, Kafuristan has removed itself from the treaty, as though it will make it seem as though they had nothing to do with it. I urge the Kafuri government to persuade every single nation on the treaty cease their destruction of the Al'Badaran economy. Kafuristan could boast of its economic supremacy, but boasting is not going to solve economic hardship. We have been an ally of Al'Badaran for centuries, and we are willing to sit down with opposing sides, even the Kafuri Government in order to solve this issue.
Minister of Foreign Affairs, Amelin Vitalievich is reaching out to several Majatran nations who are known to have good relations with Trigunia and Al'Badara in coming together under one roof to solve the issue. Al'Badara is not going to go through this alone. Foreign Minister Vitalievich is especially pushing for Zardic Intervention into the issue. For now as time progresses, the Al'Badaran Government is being inventive in its solutions to the nation's problem, but as long as the north is cold, Trigunia will always be willing to assist its close allies.
