Dec 4756
Likatonia's minister of internal affairs, Ron Mowia, announced plans to update the police and health vehicles that are run by the government. He said that the country need new vehicles to replace the aging ambulances millions use every year. He says this will also be a chance to make sure that new vehicles have all the latest equipment needed in Likatonia already in the vehicle, such as first aid kits in all health vehicles and certian new police weapons in their cars. This will make sure that the public workers are able to fight crime and save peoples lives more effiently than ever before.
He said to media across Terra that the government wants companies to give quotes to the Likatonian government concerning what they would produce and how much would it cost to buy them (in LODs). He said that the country needs new ambulances, rapid response health cars, police cars, police weapon vans and criminal/prisoner transport vans to hold criminals in transport. The ammount that will be bought by the government is unknown but will largely depend on the prices given by all of the companies. This is because the government has only get the right to spend 150 million LOD on this. Ron said by next year the government will make a choice on who to choose to give the contracts to.
