Artania need not have gods nor masters.

While Dorvik falls from it's misguided and misplaced position, it is unfortunate that we fall into bickering and that foreign countries seek to exploit it. Countries like Ikradon are in turmoil and continue to be in turmoil because of our inaction and death. Countries that should be friends instead mock us. Countries that should be there for us leave us.

It is very important that we unite. We understand Luthori's position. They wish to unite Artania under a proper organization. It is a very good idea but they should understand that their current actions should be revised. They have set up a security zone in Ikradon which unfortunately reinforces the Luthorian imperialism stereotype that all of us should strive to step back from.

But Artania must unite under equal terms. Dundorf, Endralon, Rutania, they must all have an equal voice and not be intimidated to voice it. Countries like Dorvik and Luthori must be responsible for helping these countries and all other Artanian countries to find their voice and yell it to the world. We must abandon the idea that one country must lead and all the others must follow.

And I admit, Kundrati has always followed. We did it when the Endralonians were powerful, we did it when the Dorvish tried to siege their way to the top job.

That must change. Bases like the Dorvish base on Etxea must leave and foreign ships must leave too.

It will be a rocky road. All Artania must go through hardship. That, however, is our spirit. For ten thousand generations we have been spat on and bullied and ruined by foreigners who only sought our natural resources and, when they were gone, our mere soil and labor.

Countries like Dorvik must understand that Kundrati will not be it's play-thing anymore. For thousands of years it has only spat and spat, called us a failed state when we were down and, when we finally tasted the sweet taste of being able to stand on our own two feet, indirectly called us a puppet, demanded countries ignore the World Congress, an esteemed institution, because they were acting like immature toddlers after losing their seat and then indirectly blamed Kundrati for having Dorvik leave a complicated situation they put themselves in!

And now they want to be friends with us.

A country can only take so much before it is at it's boiling point. At least they were public about it. Finally they allow us to be equal in our negotiating. I am very happy that we can finally talk and not be subject to a prince kowtowing to his master. Dorvik must now understand that bullying and attacking others will only arouse resentment and that their self-proclaimed "hegemony of Artania" is as thin as the strategic partnership agreement that we were forced to sign.

Haldor will be very angry with us. They shouldn't be, for all of this is their own doing. They have to work to regain the trust that Kasaema has had upon Haldor. At one point we were inspired by them and their power, and they have used that inspiration to [censored] us! This is frustration! Hundreds, nay, thousands of years of frustration bubbled up will now burst.

And it must burst by forming a pan-Artanian organization. This organization must be created in order to ensure that nobody like Dorvik will rise again. Nobody like Dorvik must rise again for the current and continued stability and unity of the Artanian race. The Artanian people, the Artanian race, must strive for greatness only when it is united so that countries outside of it will not threaten the very existence of Artania like we are experiencing today.

Kundrati will make it a goal to pursue a pan-Artanian unity whatever the cost. If we have to, we must revive the Artanian Union. A friend of pan-Artania is a friend of the Kundrati Union. Enemies of a united Artania, like the many factions fighting against each other in Ikradon, will be the enemies of the Kundrati Union.

And in that spirit, we leave Davostag. Davostag is unified, Davostager democracy is restored, and we have no need to be there anymore. Kundrati troops will leave Davostag as soon as possible and we must be friendly and equal with Davostag. We have stopped the FTNV terror on Kundrati and Davostag and now Davostag is a safe land of freedom.

Our alliance with Beiteynu, the defining feature of our growth within the last few generations, shall be renewed. We are equal allies. We are equal partners. It is therefore in the spirit of equality that we have asked the Beiteynuese to remove their fleets, all of them, from Kundrati. We will only call upon each other's military powers when they are truly needed, and that is why we are remaining in Badara in order to help our brothers in arms and Beiteynu maintain unity in Majatra. When the peace is established, we will duly leave.

Today it was announced by the Kundrati Foreign Office that the current Selucian Civil War between the Regressīvī and the Modernī was "a major concern to the Majatran stability..." and "...very sad for our historic brotherly nation...".

In an effort to weigh in on the Selucian question it was decided that Kundrati will open it's borders to any Selucian who wishes to leave the country, notwithstanding the distance between Kundrati and Selucia separated by the vast Artanian Sea. A couple of medium sized cruise ships will be sent to ports in Selucia currently unoccupied by the Regressīvī, currently Octaviana and Leona though both are more likely to fall to the said Regressīvī any moment now.

The Foreign Office has called for Leona to be declared by both sides to be "an open city" free from conflict. This is to ensure that anyone who wishes to leave Selucia can do so without the fear of being under military invasion. These medium sized ships will likely head to that port anyway as it is both controlled by the Modernī and it's located directly facing Kundrati. It is reported that most East Saridani Modernī have moved to the island as it is not under much Regressīvī control. Ships, however, can also head for the port of Octaviana and the port of Victoria, the capital of the island of Oleria. The Kundrati Government has stated that they are willing to take in up to 200,000 refugees from Selucia, weather and conditions permitting.

Kundrati has warned that if any of these ships are targetted by any side, especially the Regressīvī, it will result in a military response either from Kundrati or from their allies in Majatra. Kasaema has stated that these ships will be painted in clear neutral markings in order to ensure that the ships can be seen as non-military.

Of note, however, several cargo ships have been seen leaving for ports under the control of the Modernī. Some have noted that these ships, which do not have those neutral markings, contain guns made in Kundrati like the KU 800 BREN and will be making a separate journey behind the cruise ships which have already begun to leave port. The cruise ships are expected to land in the following weeks with the other ships following shortly afterwards. These cargo ships will be patrolled by two patrol ships of the Kundrati Navy's Southern Fleet Command (the new name of the Southern Fleet).

The Kundrati Defense Contractors have noted that requests for their Aero L-159 and Soko J-22 have shot up this month from Selucia with orders currently being made and paid for. These jets are expected to arrive soon at their destination.
