Yishelem, Beiteynu - Since 5200 with the first Tzafrir Administration, Beiteynu applied a wholesome foreign policy and international agenda that the country hadn't seen in a significant number of centuries during its Limelight Era, as historians call it. Fast forward 70+ years later, Beiteynu's international network has expanded into more than 30 nations across Terra and across affairs, from diplomacy and trade to full-fledged partnerships and the Pact's military alliance.
Naturally, these borders opening up both ways have instigated an unparalleled growth in Beiteynuese commercial airlines.
Internationalism always brings cultural influences, a financial boost in local markets of interest and an increased level of cooperation, with the latter providing a solid platform for business relations inside Beiteynu's international network of diplomatic friends and trade partners, which the private sector has leveraged to the outmost degree, evident by the deals of the current decade, from the Trigunian oil distribution deal, the uranium contract with Kundrati, to the joint investments into Kundrati's food industry and the 4.22B Beipon Railway Network construction deal with Dundorf, not to mention the significant expansion of defense and technology partnerships between Beiteynu, Pontesi, Istalia, Kundrati and Trigunia as a result of the cooperation platform provided by the Equifund.
Amongst the major players in commercial airlines, Yaldavir has become the go-to for business executives, offering unparallaled luxury in its commercial flights and a robust fleet of private jets and helicopters, with headquarters in Beiteynu, Pontesi, Kundrati, Istalia and soon to open in Trigunia.
Pontesi is a hallmark for the growth of Beiteynuese commercial airlines. With both Beiteynu and Pontesi offering a significant amount of historical sites and attractions and locations of interest, the 2 neighbours saw its citizenry renewing their interest in the ancient and modern history both nations have shared over the course of thousands of years. Demand has been so high that it gave rise to 2 new "cheap" commercial airlines, Beipon Airways and Arevatsag United, a Pontesian based company heavily invested in by Beiteynuese financial institutions. Both companies have steadily increased their flight plans to cover a couple more destinations in midwest Majatra and south Artania that are part of Beiteynu's diplomatic and trade network - though the Beiteynuese Government has expressed some concerns on Deltaria and Jelbe, with their recent political "situations" over the course of the last few decades.
The scene is of course dominated by the centuries-old Bei Airlines and United Medinat, with full coverage in Majatra and providing a significant amount of interconnecting flights to airports in the majority of Beiteynu's network in Artania, Makon and Seleya, with Keris opening up thanks to the renewed relationship between Beiteynu and Trigunia. Keris and Trigunia will eventually become the layover destinations in bridging Dankuk with Beiteynu, seeing as how the Beiteynuese Meuhad Medinot have almost no connections in mainland Dovani, except on its western shores, including but not limited to Kazulia and Sekowo.
On the other end of the spectrum, commercial airlines from the states of Beiteynu's network have also benefited from the expansion of the borders, considering Beiteynu's unique international agreements, which enable signatory nations to share trade between them via the Beiteynuese Meuhad Medinot. This renewed interest in Beiteynu as a business and cultural destination has also seen an increase in Yeudi culture interest globally, though without its negative consequences, as the Beiteynuese Government has been observing an increase of anti-Yeudi persecutions in Narikaton and Darnussia. Sadly, Beiteynu has largely disregarded its historical sites and significance over the course of the last 70 years, leading to a heavy exploitation of Beiteynu's tourism industry and endless cases of theft and embezzlement, facts to which the Shlomo Administration has been heavily plastered with from the opposition.
The increase in commercial traffic has also clogged Beiteynu's international airports, infrastructure which hasn't been updated in more than a century, even leading to a plane crash on the ground (!), as a Istalian airliner lost its front wheel while taxiing towards runaway 03 in Bei Lurion International Airport in Tel Bira.
Since 5259, the MOFIN has created a joint task force with the MOIT and the Pontesi State Office in expanding Beiteynu's and Pontesi's existing international airports, with potential plans in constructing 2 additional - 1 in Sholemberg and 1 in Nayfeld (southeast). The joint task force has been in contact with contractors from Dundorf, Kundrati and Trigunia to draft a first report on the project's requirements, which will see its duration span to more than a decade.
Which may see Beiteynu investing more on its commercial airlines, as it enters a new stage of economic growth.
