Prime Minister of the State of Beiteynu Keren Shlomo during this morning's address in Yishelem

Yishelem, Beiteynu - The Head of the Medinat Department and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ariel Navron Hashim announced this morning that the governments of Istalia, Kundrati and Trigunia have reached a consensus on the proposed alliance agreements by the Beiteynuese Government, after almost 4 years of negotiations and discussions, with all 3 treaties expected to enter the ratification process within the year by all 4 legislative assemblies. Marking their landmark significance, Prime Minister Keren Shlomo addressed the media immediately after the announcement:

This is a historic day for Beiteynu and her allies. Decades of diplomacy, trade, commerce and joint partnerships across the board have brought Istalia, Kundrati and Trigunia closer to Beiteynu and our vision of an international coalition of nations from across 3 continents that work in unison towards their common pursuit of prosperity across a plethora of affairs. The framework offered by these new Alliance Agreements will further solidify the opportunities already provided by our continuous relations across the decades for an unprecedented growth in the 54th century.

The new agreements in their majority include the framework already provided by the Beiteynuese Accords of Diplomacy, Trade and Partnership, including but not limited to diplomatic channels, visas, extradition of citizens, the Equifund and overall bureaucratic enablement via the Beiteynuese Government's Medinat Department for diplomatic relations and the International Trade Association on all things trade and commerce. Of the most significant additions marking the new agreements are the inclusion of educational and cultural provisos, joint intelligence efforts and joint declarations of war and provisos of support in cases of conflict, with a further addition for the Kundrati agreement including the deployment of forces by the Beiteynuese Defense Force in Kundrati.

The single biggest addition, making the new agreements mostly focused on trade and commerce is an inclusion of a two-way street of trade quotas, promising to allow Beiteynuese exports to surpass a net amount of 90B LOD over the course of the 54th century, with additional details provided in the Trigunian and Kundrati agreements pertaining to joint investments on specific areas of interest that the public and private sectors have already embarked on.

Trade delegation tours Majatra
November 5288 - With visits in Selucia and Cildania for trade talks, a tribute visit to Kafuristan and Istalia and an unconfirmed quick stop at Solentia
Also published on The Terran Times and distributed internationally

- Shlomo Administration dives into the review of Beiteynu's renewed constitution, spearheaded single-handedly by the BPA
- Beiteynuese economy witnesses its first marks of stagnation, with business and financial services the first ones to take a hit

Yishelem, Beiteynu - A joint delegation from the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry's Bureau of Keshef Management, the organisation in charge of the management and oversight of Beiteynuese investments from the public and private sector domestically and abroad, the International Trade Association, Beiteynu's central independent authority responsible for domestic as well as international trade and 2 high-ranking officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affair's Medinat Department led by the Deputy Minister of Finance toured the capitols of Majatra to initiate trade talks with the neighbouring islands to the east and to solidify the existing trade relations with the southeastern corner of Majatra. These diplomatic stops are part of the Shlomo Administration's exploratory efforts in securing and increasing trade with the continent of Majatra as Beiteynu prepares to enter the next century.

Octaviana, Selucia - Following Rebecca Horowitz's - Beiteynuese Minister of Education and Culture - visit in Selucia earlier this month, the Deputy MOFIN met with his counterparts in the Selucian government to discuss a trade agenda centered around Beiteynuese shipping and travel industries and Selucian tourism and the export of consumer products such as coffee, tobacco, marble, sugar cane and wine. The shared Majatran history and Selucia's unique culture have always peaked the interest of the Beiteynuese people, albeit expressing some differences in religious affairs, with Beiteynuese-Selucian diplomatic relations going back as early as 5211, when the first Tzafrir Administration reached out and established joint intelligence efforts in the region (including with Pontesi in later years, Selucia's neighbour to the west) which eventually culminated in Selucia's entry as one of the leading members of the now defunct Intelligence Pact. The Beiteynuese delegation expressed its interest in increasing its exports on travel services to assist in boosting Selucia's tourism sector with a potential plan to increase imports of Selucian consumer products to Beiteynu, considering the latter's limited primary sector production, highlighting how Beiteynuese shipping companies can also transport Selucian goods to an extended network, from Kundrati to Trigunia and Dankuk in the far reaching continent of Dovani, while also reaffirming the Beiteynuese Government's overall interest in an educational and cultural partnership with Selucia, expressed earlier by Rebecca Horowitz. One of the bigger points discussed was the enablement of private investments from Beiteynuese - and Kundrati - financial institutions on Selucia's industrial, technology and shipbuilding sectors, with the latter further peaking the interest of Kundrati vendors, an economy which has seen a significant boost in its shipyards from its partnerships with Beiteynuese defense and technology companies especially in naval manufacturing, in an attempt to reinvigorate these industries and introduce them to a global trade network via Beiteynu. The agenda also included the potential of drafting a friendship and trade agreement between the 2 nations.

Qart Qildar, Cildania - In a similar manner to the Selucian visit, the Beiteynuese delegation met with members of the government of Cildania to enact the first round of potential trade talks with a nation that has recently expressed its interest in welcoming foreign investors, naturally attracting the interest of Beiteynu which has pursued an international agenda in its economic policy quite heavily for the better part of the last three decades. The Deputy MOFIN expressed Beiteynu's interest in exporting the nation's travel, business, government and shipping services to Cildania, with the latter offering the ability to include Cildania in its existing trade routes between the Jelbek Peninsula (Beiteynu and Pontesi) and the southeastern corner of Majatra (Kafuristan and Istalia), assisting in the increase of Cildanian exports to the continent of Majatra. "Cildania's recent military efforts", the Deputy MOFIN stated from the Cildanian capital, "can become pivotal to the stability and security of the region, with the Cildanian Navy playing a special part in the protection of international commerce". The delegation also expressed Beiteynu's interest in exploring potential imports of interest from Cildania, inviting the government of Cildania to bring forth their suggestions, in the hopes of establishing a two-way street of trade that can be expanded upon further - and even upgraded through private investments - in the next century.

Al-Kasraj, Kafuristan - The landmark friendship and trade agreement signed with Kafuristan in 5285 after almost 2 years of negotiations has provided a solid platform for Beiteynuese-Kafuri trade relations to begin flourishing, with the Central Bank of Beiteynu projecting that Kafuri imports will rise from 2.4B LOD annually, as reported in 5284, to 5B LOD in the first half of the 54th century, and the travel industry of Beiteynu being the protagonist of Beiteynuese exports to Kafuristan, with the #VisitBei campaign from Bei Airlines and United Medinat spiking the interest of Kafuri citizens in travelling Majatra. The delegation paid a tribute visit to Kafuristan, meeting with various officials from the government and executives of the private sector. The Deputy MOFIN once again forwarded the Beiteynuese Government's appreciation to Kafuristan for the continued interest in diplomacy and trade, stating the importance of Kafuristan in Beiteynu's trade network, especially in its shipping routes as one of the critical junctions in southeast Majatra, alongside Istalia.

Romula, Istalia - Honouring the recent Alliance Agreement with the government of Istalia, to be followed possibly by a visit from Prime Minister Keren Shlomo herself, the delegation met up with their counterparts in Foreign Affairs and Finance to celebrate the renewed ties. The delegation is rumoured to visit Solentia before returning to Beiteynu, however, these reports remain unconfirmed as of this time, with the Medinat Department commenting an abstract "Beiteynuese-Solentian diplomatic and trade relations are on the table", much to the displeasure of Beiteynuese executives.

Head of International Trade Association meets with Kundrati Minister of Finance
December 5288 - As the Beiteynuese economy prepares to enter an inevitable decade of economic stagnation, the Beiteynuese Government looks to its ally in Artania to strategise over a reinvigoration plan of joint investments and partnerships in the 54th century
Also published on The Terran Times and distributed internationally

Kasaema, Kundrati - The Head of the Beiteynuese International Trade Association, the independent authority acting as a mediator in Beiteynu's trade relations with its international partners and allies, has flown to Kasaema to meet with the government of Kundrati and discuss trade initiatives and partnerships.

In regards to the renovation package of Leuansk's international airport, the Beiteynuese Government cited the Ministry of Infrastructure & Transport's plans for modernising and expanding Beiteynu's 2 largest international airports (King Ishmael in Tel Bira and Bei Elion in Yishelem) as it looks to construction partners across Terra in creating a coalition of both public and private entities to ensure the highest quality possible, especially considering the increased pressure it has received from the 2 airliner incidents - the ones who didn't even take off - which offer a testament to the degrading quality of Beiteynu's airport infrastructure, highlighted even more by the exponential increase of Beiteynu's travel industry. The Head of the International Trade Association suggested that the Beiteynuese Government contracts a portion of the MOIT's project to the government of Kundrati and perhaps explore other private entities from Kundrati specialising in infrastructure projects, considering how the Beiteynuese-Kundrati relations allow for seamless joint partnerships of a nature offering Kundrati - and the rest of Beiteynu's allies - with the opportunity to benefit economically from domestic, publicly funded, government projects inside Beiteynu (ex. Beipon Railway Network). "Kundrati's recent undertaking of infrastructure related projects can benefit Beiteynu greatly in its similar endeavours", the Head of the ITA stated, "fuelling both the economy of Kundrati and Beiteynu's quality of infrastructure, including but not limited to its airports, the expansion of its trade ports, and so forth".

As the business and financial sector in Beiteynu begins to stagnate, impacting Kundrati's economy to a certain degree as the nation continues to increase its imports of Beiteynuese business, government and financial services, the International Trade Association highlighted the vital importance of the joint private sector investments from Beiteynuese and Kundrati financial institutions on areas such as agriculture, forestry, fishing, the food industry and manufacturing, with the latter placing Kundrati's shipyard expertise at the forefront. "While government initiatives in Kundrati's economy will always - and should - remain the government's primary concern", he stated, "it's important to keep enabling and creating coalitions of private entities which are capable of reaching other nations as well, contributing directly and indirectly to the increase of Kundrati and Beiteynuese exports of their services to foreign markets". At the center of the discussions were the Selucian government's expressed interest in foreign investments in its agricultural and shipyard sectors, both areas falling under the expertise of the Kundrati market, especially considering how it has even dominated Beiteynu's market in recent years, the need to continue and increase investments in the rising economy of Dankuk which keeps showing solid marks of stability and last but not least, to strengthen defense and technology partnerships in the Equifund, specifically towards instigating educational initiatives in increasing the capability of both markets in the technology sphere as well as Beiteynuese defense companies branching out and investing in Kundrati's production of defense related equipment.

On a final piece of business, the Head of the ITA referenced the Beiteynuese Government's renewed interest in its mining industry, hoping to create a joint coalition of Kundrati, Trigunian, Kafuri and Dorvish entities in exploring Beiteynu's supply of copper, diamonds and silver, considering how neither the Beiteynuese Government nor the nation's private sector have the necessary expertise in establishing mining operations.

Beiteynuese financial institutions are also expected to spearhead joint investments with Kundrati on manufacturing industries - especially shipyards - in Kundrati, Selucia, Likatonia, Tukarali and Dankuk, with Beiteynuese shipping companies continuously increasing their demands in freight vessels. These investments are expected to considerably increase the output of Kundrati's shipyard sector, as well as the export of manufacturing related financial services by both markets.

Beiteynu People's Alliance Changes Name to Beiteynuese People's Alliance
February 5290 - Among many obvious reasons, the name change would help to avoid confusion, as many people already refer to the party as the Beiteynuese People's Alliance
Also published on The Terran Times and distributed internationally

Yishelem, Beiteynu - In a move to better reflect the national identity of the people of Beiteynu, the Beiteynu People's Alliance (BPA) has announced that it will be changing its name to the Beiteynuese People's Alliance.

The decision was made by the party leadership, headed by Isaac Levy and deputy leader Miriam Cohen, to avoid confusion and accurately represent the party's mission of representing the interests of the people of Beiteynu.

"We believe that it is important for our name to reflect the national identity of our citizens," said Levy. "The name change to Beiteynuese People's Alliance will better represent who we are and what we stand for."

The party, which was founded in November 5276, has been a vocal advocate for social justice, equality, and fairness for all citizens. It supports progressive policies that promote economic growth and development while also protecting the rights and well-being of the people.

According to Cohen, the new name will help avoid confusion with the name of the country. "We have noticed that many people refer to us as the Beiteynuese People's Alliance anyway, so we feel that this name change will help clarify our identity," she said.

The Beiteynuese People's Alliance is committed to building a strong and prosperous Beiteynu that is inclusive and welcoming to all. The party's leadership is confident that the name change will not affect the party's core values or its ability to represent the interests of the people.

"We remain dedicated to our mission of promoting social justice, equality, and fairness for all citizens," said Levy. "We believe that the new name accurately reflects who we are as a party and will help us continue to serve the people of Beiteynu."

The name change will take effect immediately, and the party's website, social media accounts, and other materials will be updated accordingly.

Sholemberg, Beiteynu - After 2 years of both nations renewing their diplomatic and trade ties from 5288 to 5289 and as the final decade of the 53rd century comes into view with the appointment of a Cildanian ambassador to Beiteynu after years of vacancy, the private sector on both ends has amped up its import and exports, with the heavy industrial sector from Cildania, such as HydroTech Industries, Offshore Industry Limited Company and the Lucia Mining Corporation sitting at the forefront of Cildanian exports to Beiteynu and its allies on raw materials. On Beiteynu's end, the private sector is looking into exporting its travel, business and financial and government services to Cildania, with the latter welcoming Beiteynuese investors in its commercial and industrial sectors. The Central Bank of Beiteynu estimates that net trade will increase to around 5B and 7B LOD during the first half of the next century.

The recent acquirement of 17 container ships by Royal Cildanian Shipping has also affirmed the increase of Majatran-based commerce at sea. Financial experts have cited that Cildania's re-entry into international trade offers yet another indicator that Majatra's marketshare in global trade will continue to rise, as competition for Beiteynuese shipping companies, who have largely dominated the scene for the last 11 years, amps up from Cildania and Kafuristan.

On defense, executives from the Royal Defense Corporation have been meeting with Beiteynuese companies and financial institutions of the Equifund in exploring partnerships towards investing in Cildania's local production of defense and defense related equipment, with the Cildanian Military Industries having already acquired production rights for the Merkava IV main battle tanks acting as a reference for the discussions. Black Beisa, Yishel Investment Group and Keshet Systems, Beiteynu's premier weapons manufacturer, will be working with the Royal Defense Corporation in re-introducing, alongside the Merkava IV main battle tank, 8 military vehicles into the production pipeline, equipment that had been previously developed and manufactured by the Beiteynuese Government in centuries long past. The discussions were also joined by SMCWK of Kundrati and Bein Kalim of Beiteynu, 2 prominent military grade software developers of the Equifund.

20.7B LOD into Dankuk from Beiteynu and Kundrati
June 5290 - Beiteynuese and Kundrati companies and financial institutions will be investing into various commercial and industrial sectors in Dankuk, despite the seeming political "turmoils" of the new Republic, the International Trade Association reports
Also published on The Terran Times and distributed internationally

Gongmangdo, Dankuk - With the 4B LOD investment into Dankuk's agriculture, forestry and fishing currently underway since 5286 having been largely received thus far by executives of Beiteynuese and Kundrati financial institutions alike as a successful first attempt in leveraging an emerging market in the continent of Dovani, Tomasadyn National and Ashalon Bank BEIFG and their agriculture and food industry partners will spearhead an additional cycle of 2.3B LOD by 5312, with a focus on Dankuk's timber production and exports. Alongside these sectors, Beiteynuese shipping companies have also increased their trade routes via Trigunia on the export of Dankukian consumer goods, while the Central Bank of Beiteynu projects a considerable uptick of Beiteynuese exports to Dankuk of its travel, business and financial services, as well, as the Dankukian economy steadily bounces back after decades of political turmoil.

The recent Beiteynuese - Trigunian Alliance Agreement has enabled both nations to join forces on multiple small-scale commercial and industrial ventures and investments in Dankuk, prompting 6 of Beiteynu's premier financial institutions in agreeing on a 14.9B LOD investment plan by 5350 with a plethora of Dankukian local and regional companies on various commercial and industrial sectors, specifically focused on increasing the output of Dankuk's production and export capability, thus providing a further boost for Beiteynuese companies to export their business, financial and government services while also increasing Beiteynu's marketshare in global trade on Dankuk. Beiteynuese shipping companies will play a pivotal role in these investment plans as the go-to providers of importing and exporting goods between Dankuk and Beiteynu's partner network from Keris, Artania and Majatra.

A final 3.5B LOD investment has also been announced by Tomasadyn National and Tefakot Bank Group in Dankukian shipyards.

Petroleum refinement in Sholemberg
December 5290 - A joint 18.2B LOD project between Trigunian and Beiteynuese entities of the public and private sector to create 2 end-to-end refinement installations in the southeast area of Sholemberg in the North Bank, opening up Beiteynuese exports of petroleum based products by 5350
Also published on The Terran Times and distributed internationally

Sholemberg, Beiteynu - Insofar as the heavy industrial sector of Beiteynu is concerned, petroleum refinement has mostly been limited in the 2 major freight port cities of the North Bank - that is Himmelshtern and Sholemberg - and has largely concerned the refinement of oil into petrol, diesel and jet fuel, as the black gold is transported domestically into Beiteynu's and Pontesi's markets, with the former rising exponentially in consumption. With the Neftkomp agreement in 5286 on the 7.8B LOD modernisation and expansion investment of petroleum refinement facilities in Brakav by 3 of Beiteynu's premier financial institutions scheduled to commence in 5301 and the continuous rise of the marketshare of Beiteynuese shipping companies - having now reached a 6.7% of the 11.2% agreed in 5272 - on Trigunia's global petroleum distribution network, the Beiteynuese economy looks to expand more actively in petroleum based products.

As corroborated by the Trigunian media towards the end of of the previous decade, the 2 installations will focus on extending the operational capability and volume of petroleum refinement in Beiteynu, allowing Neftkomp and Trigunia to directly ride the Beiteynuese shipping wave and increase Trigunia's outreach into the distribution of petroleum based products in Majatra. The International Trade Association reports that Neftkomp will partner up with the same 3 financial institutions from Beiteynu on the 5286 deal with Hevrat Corporation, Aristocrat Energetical's main competitor in Beiteynu, as the main facilitator of the new installations, with Dundorfian contractors expected to take part in their construction.

With Beiteynu's increasing involvement in Trigunia's petroleum distribution and refinement sectors, it is safe to say that both Trigunia and Kundrati - Beiteynu's major trade and commercial partners for the better part of the last 2 decades - are directly benefiting from the aggressiveness of the Beiteynuese banking and shipping industries. Neftkomp has been consistently purchasing shares of Beiteynuese shipping companies, while the unprecedented boom of Kundrati's shipyards is expected to continue unhindered in the 54th century - and while the government of Kundrati begins to pour more money into the sector, the influx of cash and credit from Beiteynu's growing needs in shipping and defense continues to dominate, giving voice to critics in the political scene of Kundrati of a Yeudi sponsored economy - as Beiteynuese shipping companies continue to extend their fleets, their trading routes and their involvement even in indirect commerce at sea with other nations such as Dankuk and Likatonia, despite rising competition in the Majatran Sea.

Dundorfian and Istalian contractors to lead expansion of airports
January 5291 - As the long anticipated Bei Ishmael Act of 5291 hits the Knesset floor, complimented by the formation of the Civil Aviation Authority to act as the MOIT's independent oversight and management authority on national aviation infrastructure

King Ishmael International Airport in Tel Bira

Yishelem, Beiteynu - The Head of the Bureau of Keshef Management and the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure & Transport announced today the submission of the Bei Ishmael Act of 5291 and the Civil Aviation Authority Act of 5291 (sponsored by the Office of the Prime Minister), with the Beiteynuese Government hoping that the establishment of the Civil Aviation Authority by the MOIT will put in place the necessary structure for the proper management of Beiteynuese airports.

The Bei Ishmael Act grants a public investment of 1.33B LOD for the modernisation of the runaways, facilities and services of the King Ishmael International Airport in Tel Bira and the Bei Elion International Airport in Yishelem and an additional 2.86B LOD for the gradual expansion of the terminals and capacity of both airports by 5330, to account for the further increase of traffic paved by the rise of Beiteynuese travel and tourism services noted since 5273.

The International Trade Association has reported that the 2 modernisation and expansion projects will be led by various Dundorfian and Istalian contractors, as the MOIT hopes to secure an extremely high level of quality for the entire infrastructure, a level that "Beiteynu can't reach alone", the Deputy MOIT stated. Sources at the MOFIN have cited that the Beiteynuese Government is currently negotiating the assignment of a long-term contract (50 or 100 years) for the management of both airports to a Dundorfian company, upon the successful completion of the project in 5330. The Shlomo Administration's "preference" of partnerships of Dundorfian origin has been jokingly referenced as the "chocolate hummus preference", considering how the success of the Beipon Railway project in 5267 elevated the prestige of the Dundorfian construction sector in the eyes of the financial wing of the Beiteynuese Ministry of Infrastructure & Transport.
