An allied commitment to regional stability in Majatra
August 5338 - The arrival of the Second Royal Fleet comes in a series of "moves" by the Medinat Department in working with its allies towards regional stability, following the joint operations with the Dorvish navy in the Migrant's Pass and Kundrati's deployment of defensive forces in the West Bank

- Yishelem commends Kasaema in its latest strategic repositioning of its northern coasts, citing how "Kundrati is steadily ascending"
- Medinat Department consults with officials from the Cildanian political arena on the latest "rise of turbulence" in the country: "25 Guarder tracks are not enough"

Himmelshtern, Beiteynu - The Head of the Kohav joined the Naval Chief of the Beiteynuese Naval Command in Himmelshtern this morning to announce the arrival of the Lourennais fleet, which is to be based in the Lekavot Naval Base in the Himmelshtern Beacon of Hope - the island north to the city and a traditional base of operations and excursion exercises for both the Lekavot Fleet and the Beiteynuese Defense Force's special units in general. The announcement hit the Lourennais media back at the beginning of the year, as the Royal Ministry of International Affairs sought to consolidate the Beiteynuese - Lourennais alliance shortly after the Medinat Department had consulted with the Lourennais and Dorvish Governments on the "troubles" reported in the Jelbek Peninsula, mainly stemming from the disturbance in Barmenistan south of the border and the increase of tensions with the Zardic Federation which have recently spilled over to the Majatran Security Cooperation Organisation (MSCO) in discussions involving both parties as well as the Cildanian Government. The Head of the Kohav welcomed Lourennais forces under the guidance of the agreement and briefly echoed the position of the Medinat Department in securing the stability of Majatra with the help of Yishelem's "pragmatic allies who understand our values of loyalty", also thanking both the Dorvish and Kundrati Governments for their assistance.

The Second Royal Fleet is consisted of 14 high-end warships accompanied by the noticeable military expertise of over 5.000 troops of the Royal Navy. While the SRF will remain independent in its operations and work directly with the BNC's chain of command in Himmelshtern - a decision justified by the Kohav on the merits of "confidence coming from experience and seriousness" - both fleets will conduct several exercises throughout the next 2.5 years, to assist both forces in familiarising themselves in joint operations as well as enhance the Lekavot Fleet's defensive mandate in protecting the local region in case of attack and securing maritime trade routes between the country's southwest and northeast shorelines (West and North Banks respectively).

The Beiteynuese Naval Command has petitioned the Kohav in exploring potential expansion plans of the base's northwestern stations, citing how the increased presence of additional warships has placed a strain on the logistics of the Lekavot Fleet. The Ministry of Defence has denied the petition as part of its "period of ease" in expanding Beiteynu's military forces, after the Central Bank of Beiteynu warned the Beiteynuese Government of a risk in obfuscating government debt beyond its fiscal limitations, referencing how the recently opened up commercial avenues in Artania and Seleya have yet to bare the desired fruits of economic growth after a 13 year recession and an energy crisis from the fallout of Trigunian and Keris relations.

"We guarantee diplomatic immunity", responds Yishelem
February 5339 - The Medinat Department has declined the Medinese request in extraditing its diplomats currently present in Beiteynu

- Equifund and Biraero expand operations and co-production in Dankuk
- Biraero and Sato announce joint research program for the development of an "Iron Dome" surface-to-air weapons system

Image

Yishelem, Beiteynu - "We guarantee diplomatic immunity", was the statement of Noah Kadiyot, the Head of the Medinat Department, earlier this morning in an impromptu press conference just outside the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Yishelem, "regardless of our relations with foreign states or whether we maintain any diplomatic channels with them or not". The State of Beiteynu has largely avoided enacting diplomacy in the regions of East Dovani and Vascania in recent centuries, a mandate further enforced by both the Tzafrir and Weiss policies in foreign affairs - a fact that also places the Beiteynuese Government under no obligation in extraditing citizens or diplomats to Medina, with which it maintains no agreements of any sort that stipulate such a proviso. The Medinat Department has also thus far refrained from answering any questions pertaining to the situation in Medina and the seemingly "complicated" state of recent Beiteynuese - Medinese relations, when a Medinese delegation found itself stranded during a scheduled diplomatic visit back in 5334.

"The State of Beiteynu will continue to offer diplomatic safety to foreign diplomats, regardless of circumstance", he commented. When asked about Beiteynu's position on Medina's internal situation relating to the extradition of the stranded diplomats, he stated "[...] Beiteynu does not meddle in foreign nations". A microphone picked up a Sohnout Hashaet agent standing to Mr. Kadiyot's left unintentionally exhaling sarcastically at the remark, an "incident" which has dominated the news across the country and has generated more than 33.500 comments on social media in less than 5 hours.

The Terran Remediation Agency has been unavailable for a comment, thus far.

Airport and port expansion projects complete after massive delays
May 5339 - The Weiss Administration and the Ministry of Infrastructure & Transport have been widely criticised for delaying 2 critical infrastructure projects for almost 2 decades, after the Trigunian crisis in 5310 had halted investor confidence and economic momentum

- Shipping, travel and banking executives express "concerns" over rumours circulating around a Luthori-led coalition to sanction Trigunia
- Hadayim and Neftkomp executives meet to discuss plans on expansion of joint partnerships on petroleum distribution and refinement

Image

Sholemberg, Beiteynu - A project that started almost 40 years ago, the Le Hofest Act geared towards expanding the country's major ports all across, promised to become one of the key components that would solidify the Beiteynuese shipping industry as a dominant one. Quickly evident during the Trigunian crisis of 5310, both the government and the shipping industry realised that the project's deadline for 5312 had become one of the most ambitious and unrealistic promises of the Beiteynuese Government in more than 2 centuries. Halted economic growth and a sharp drop of investor confidence ended up freezing the construction and manufacturing industries heavily involved in the project, with banking executives largely refusing to reopen their credit lines in fuelling both projects for another decade. While the project falls under public domain - and thus government money - the country's lack of construction expertise and its preference to Dundorfian contractors since the modernisation of the Beiteynuese Rakevet (railway) the previous century, led to the involvement of the private sector and the funnelling of the project's capital on such an expanded level that it would ultimately freeze in its tracks when financial products froze along the way.

In par with the exponential growth of the shipping industry, the project has finally expanded the country's major ports in a significant manner - Sholemberg, the primary hub of international trade with Majatra, Artania, Seleya and Keris, Himmelshtern, acting as a juncture of trade under the shade of Mt. Bermon in the northwest, Tel Bira, which has become a beacon of tourism and commercial traffic since United Medinat's and Bei Airline's massively successful #VisitBei campaign running since the 5280s and Rishon Le Hofesh, a mixture of both commercial and industrial freight sitting in the southwest.

The industry's 10 titans have already secured extensive contracts, leaving almost no room for foreign companies to grab a piece of the pie.

Tel Bira, Beiteynu - While the Bei Ishmael Act back in 5302 granted an initial public investment of 1.33B LOD for the modernisation of the runaways, facilities and services of the King Ishmael International Airport in Tel Bira and the Bei Elion International Airport in Yishelem with an additional 2.86B LOD for the gradual expansion of the terminals and capacity of both airports, the project moved forward with including a further capital of 1.75B LOD to modernise and expand the Hofesh International Airport in Rishon Le Hofesh in the West Bank and the Mushafakir International Airport in Haifbourg in the Desert Bank. Originally scheduled to complete in 5330 (almost a decade ago) and albeit having been delivered under the "highest quality standards" as reported by the Civil Aviation Authority and the Ministry of Infrastructure & Transport, the MOJ has pursued 3 cases of major embezzlement upwards of 512M LOD from 1 Istalian contractor, 1 Dundorfian contractor and 3 regional management companies from Tel Bira, costing taxpayers almost 1B LOD from the project itself with a subpar delivery of a few terminals and 2 tarmacs in Haifbourg's international airport that do not conform to the original specifications drafted by the Beiteynuese Government.

While public deliverables have been amended to compliment "revised needs" as the "project progressed" - bordering on the grey areas of public domain specifications citing geological variables, a common trick of defusing specification strictness in infrastructure projects, both the Federal Development Association and the National Transparency Authority have expressed their serious dismay towards the "evident liberty" of the private sector in "adjusting" government specifications to account for "what seems to be a clear case of avoiding implementation requirements and costs".

Yishelem, Beiteynu - The Weiss Administration has been widely criticised for the massive delays and poor management of both infrastructure projects, representing thus far one of the most critical initiatives of the Beiteynuese Government in the 54rd century. The expansion of both ports and airports in the country is expected to provide the necessary logistical and capacity momentum for the shipping and travel industries to unlock traffic to the next level. The Ramatkal has released a short press statement earlier this afternoon confirming that the Weiss Administration will seek to pursue a few key government overhauls over the next few years to improve infrastructure oversight, with sources at the MOIT speculating the formation of a new government organisation in par with the standards of the Medinat Department and the Digitali Nimshal. Political activists have "slammed" the Rosh HaMemshala for continuing to evade the public eye.

Rosh HaMemshala addresses the nation amidst criticisms
September 5339 - Prime Minister Nathan Weiss has been heavily criticized by political activists and the public in general over his prolonged absence from the public eye and this press conference aims to addresss that.
Also published on The Terran Times and distributed internationally

- After many delays, MOIT begins construction of a nationwide network of fast-charging stations to promote the use of electric vehicles (EV).
- Weiss Administration under fire for refraining from taking a stance on Trigunia, mounting public pressure on MOFA and the Medinat department.

Image

Yishelem, Beiteynu - The Office of Rosh HaMemshala held a public press conference this morning with Prime Minister Nathan Weiss addressing a group of reporters as well as the nation. This was in regards to the Prime Minister's prolonged absence from the public eye which has caused rumors and speculations among the public in which his administration has been heavily criticized for the delays of major infrastructure projects such as the Neki Act itself in which his center left bloc initiated. That project worth $1 billion LOD which will promote the use of electric vehicles across the nation just commenced last week after being held up due to the MOJ's investigation.

Nevertheless in his address, Prime Minister Weiss sincerely apologized and acknowledged the concerns and criticisms.
I am aware of the criticisms and concerns regarding my prolonged absence from the public eye. I would like to reassure you all that I am 100% fully committed to my responsibilities. I sincerely apologize for causing any inconvenience.

Prime Minister Weiss confirmed that the reasons for all of this was that there were pressing personal matters regarding his health. He revealed that he has been suffering from a non-serious medical condition, a common respiratory infection that ultimately requires a lot of rest. When grilled by reporters present whether this condition will hamper his ability to lead, Prime Minister Weiss confidently reassured them that “it will not” adding that he is now fine.

Furthermore, he acknowledged the work of Ramatkal Meaholit Shteman in which his position as Chief of Staff is granted the same leeway as the Prime Minister by the constitution in ensuring the smooth operation of government. “The Ramatkal and the rest of the cabinet as well as the heads of our government organizations and agencies have been instrumental in upholding the day-to-day governance of our nation during challenging times,” he said. The Prime Minister emphasized that he maintains regular communication with his cabinet and is constantly updated on all important national issues.

In his concluding statement, Prime Minister Weiss announced that he will be engaging in a series of town hall meetings across major cities and towns to directly interact with the Beiteynuese people and address their concerns or any questions they might have. The Office of Rosh HaMemshala will release more details on this later.

Trigunian sanctions: shipping industry takes a hit
December 5339 - With Dorvik and Lourenne joining the fray of international sanctions against Trigunia, companies like Hadayim and Birco scramble to meet with Trigunian officials to assess the state of maritime trade on oil and gas distribution

- Hadayim to partake in petroleum refinement investments in Brakav, in an effort to reinvigorate Trigunia's flailing oil and gas industry

Image

Tel Bira, Beiteynu - Albeit the landscape having largely shifted since the beginning of the century, with the Lourennais and Dorvish alliances and the collapse of commercial relations with Trigunia since the beginning of the latter's downfall in 5310, the shipping industry's interests in Neftkomp's oil and gas distribution is the single most noticeable area which keeps trade somewhat "alive" with the former Keris hegemon, almost 30 years later. Ultimately, the abandonment of Keris and the Beiker Agreement and the "shift of focus" of the Beiteynuese Government to the continent of Seleya is what essentially solidified the drop in trade with Trigunia, a rather contrasting image when compared to the Olami Trade Association's initial projections for 5350, back when the Beiteynuese - Trigunian relations were at their peak and looking vastly promising. The collapse of Sholemberg Sealines in 5311, just a year after Neftkomp "closed the pumps" when its facilities got attacked and the government was almost toppled, was the final nail in the coffin of Beiteynuese - Trigunian commerce. Instead, Beiteynuese trade has picked up with Dankuk and Lourenne, with Seleya trailing behind from the recent expansion efforts of the shipping industry. The steady and unobtrusive demeanour by Kasaema has also boosted investor confidence to such a degree that Kundrati imports are close to matching the Dorvish.

Image

Early on in the 5320s, it was evident that the Keris game was over. The shipping industry continued to place its trust on the long-standing relations of a rising and serious Kundrati and largely migrating to the continent of Seleya under the guise of one of the most historic agreements that redefined Beiteynuese commerce across Terra: the Beiteynuese - Lourennais Alliance Agreement. Eroncourt's gravitas and Dankuk's stability made both countries the pillars of the shipping industry's operations in Seleya, evidently solving the problem of a "missing connection", which Trigunia eventually failed to achieve.

Thus, Kundrati, Dankuk and Lourenne became the industry's major centers.

Image

Sholemberg, Beiteynu - The shipping industry's activity in Keris, although on the lower end comparatively speaking, still mostly revolves around Neftkomp's oil and gas maritime distribution, a deal signed back in 5273, which to this day, the shipping industry continues to own around a 6.2% marketshare of. There are still other products moved between them, but under a steadily decreasing manner as Lourennais, Dankukian and Kundrati trade continue to pick up momentum along Seleya's finest consumer goods. The latest Dorvish and Dundorfian agreements - with the latter going through Dorvish and Kundrati ports - have expedited the increase of Artanian trade, in equal measure. However, almost all of Beiteynuese - Trigunian trade, including oil and gas distribution, goes either through Kundrati as a resting port, offering millions in revenue, or to Dankuk, a fact that somewhat explains the "hesitancy" of both countries in aggressive sanctions. Almost all of the shipping industry's activity in Artania and Dovani is rooted in Kundrati and Dankuk, respectively.

Two of the industry's major investors are after all, Ashalon Bank BEIFG, and its buddy from Kundrati: Tomasadyn National. While Kundrati's shipyards witnessed one of the most remarkable industry growths in recent history, they rely on the joint efforts of the defence and shipping industries of both countries to prosper. Third-party sanctions to a third-party point in the network, albeit its minuscule area of effect, has made financial and shipping executives alike to give it a second thought, before opening up their wallets - a "drop in financial confidence" adds to the "shipping hit".

Image

In all of this, the "Big Three" have become almost a household name in largely shaping the Beiteynuese shipping industry, a premier sector in the country's commerce that drives momentum to other industries, such as finance. Wherever Beiteynuese shipping is, other companies follow. Beiteynuese "tactics" have been dubbed in the past as a "house of cards", considering how a geopolitical "puff in the wind" might "break the machine". The landscape change combining 2 strong alliances, 1 solidified partner (Dundorf), 1 rising partner (Kundrati), the massive expansions in Seleya and the abandonment of Keris over the course of the last 3 decades played a pivotal role in largely shielding the industry from the recent sanctions against Trigunia.

Except on oil and gas distribution.

Image
Image

Hadayim immediately jumps to the forefront of the latest events, not only for owning the biggest piece of the pie in international trade but also for being the shipping industry's most vested company in Neftkomp's 6.2% marketshare in oil and gas distribution. Although Hadayim does not fall under the same category of volume, the last time Trigunia was embroiled in a crisis, a major shipping company shut its doors. As these sanctions begin to unfold and make an impact in the global trade network - in direct and indirect ways in equal measure - Hadayim's and Neftkomp's executives scramble to assess the situation and figure out more permanent, stabler and long-standing solutions to the production and distribution of oil and gas, Trigunia's traditional economic powerhouses.

The shipping industry has amped up its lobbying efforts for the Beiteynuese Government - which has remained silent on these sanctions thus far - to involve itself in a remediating manner with the Trigunian Government: "find a way to fix this, or we're out", was the comment of Hadayim's CEO this morning.

Domestic News
Electric vehicles charging stations hit Beiteynuese streets
June 5340 - The $1 billion LOD Neki fund has seen rise to hundreds of electric vehicles (EV) charging stations enacted across the country, visible in major highways, urban centers and commercial hubs.
Also published on The Terran Times and distributed internationally

- What the hell is happening in Trigunia? A citizen OpEd
- Prime Minister Nathan Weiss hold 2 town hall meetings in Yishelem, with plans for more in Tel Bira, Sholemberg and Amshinov.

Image

Yishelem, Beiteynu - If you were out and about from basically anywhere, you would have noticed that many electric vehicles charging stations is currently being built or already built. This project stems from the Neki Act which was passed unanimously in 5323. The project funded by the Neki fund, began last year after delays caused by the MOJ's investigation into the MOIT, the same Ministry leading the project. Anyways, two thirds of the $1 billion LOD pie went solely to the development of the electric infrastructure.

The $650+ million LOD dedicated to electric infrastructure have seen rise to charging stations being built in urban centers, shopping complexes, office parks, and popular travel routes across the country. Beiteynu imports a miniscule amount of electric vehicles from Lourenne. Sources close to the Beiteynuese government confirmed that this will pave the way to also import green eco buses with plans to establish a “green national network of buses”. The source further adds that the Weiss Administration is reportedly planning to negotiate further in this regard with the Dovanian nation.

Furthermore, a sizeable amount of the money amounting to 150 million LOD is dedicated to potential partnership with foreign nations known for its expertise in green technology. With the electric infrastructure almost halfway in completion, some newly-built charging stations are now operational and the government plans to encourage more EV usage. “We aim to put cleaner vehicles on our streetss and reduce our carbon footprint. Not only that, your government is committed to promote cleaner technologies and sustainable transportation,” a MOIT official said. The public who owns electric vehicles have been encouraged to use this new facilities with the government planning to launch a nationwide campaign to encourage people to switch to electric vehicles in the.future.

Some parts of the money have been injected into funding electric camper vans mostly used by tourists who prefer exploring the rural parts of the country. Exploring with an electric vehicle will not only reduce running costs but would also boost Beiteynu's reputation as environmentally friendly paradise. This would also promote ecotourism where sustainable transport (electric vehicles) to tourist destinations would also conserve the environment. “It's an ambitious project however I believe people would be attracted to do trips in a sustainable way and that is the message we wish to convey to Terra,” a source close to the project said.

Even though it's too early to tell the success of this project, economists are treading carefully calling the initiative ambitious with so much potential. They added that at the current stage, the development of the nation's green infrastructure will certainly provide an economic boost. This include job creation in the renewable energy and green technology sectors where charging stations would employ thousands of people. Also the project have been widely praised by environmentalists adding that this is very important in reducing the country's carbon emissions and promoting the use of renewable energies.

Medinat Department to meet with the Novikova Administration
November 5340 - As international pressure continues to mount up and sanctions begin to take a hefty toll with the Trigunian economy entering a period of sharp decline, the Medinat Department will seek to find a "common ground" in remediating the situation

- Kasaema to reimburse millions to Beiteynuese shipping companies for the seizure of Trigunian products and goods in the ports of Kundrati, shipping activity continues to decline
- Hadayim and Neftkomp enter into negotiations on extensive partnership deal on oil and gas distribution, in an effort to address the stability of the wider energy market
- Cildanian tobacco and wine to go global with upcoming deal with Birco and Ashalon Bank BEIFG / Tomasadyn National
- Beimar Industries in talks with the Medinat Department on producing an additional 50 Guarder tracks for the Cildanian Police
- Office of Majatran Affairs has entered into diplomatic discussions with Deltaria on the strengthening of long-term relations and revise of existing agreements

Yishelem, Beiteynu - A diplomatic delegation consisted of members of the Office of Keris Affairs, the Office of Trade & Commerce and the executive team of the Head of the Medinat Department himself is scheduled to depart from Bei Elion International Airport in Yishelem this Saturday. The delegation will meet with members of the Novikova Administration from across the board to place "pressure" on the Trigunian Government in "coming to terms" with the realities of the extensive measures from the international arena. "This is going downhill unless we do something about it", Noah Kadiyot, the Head of the Medinat Department stated in a press conference this morning, further adding that the Beiteynuese Government which maintains "minimum relations at present" will be forced to "lobby businesses to cease trade entirely", should the Trigunian Government fail to address the gravitas of the situation. "We have thus far not opposed to companies like Hadayim and Birco investing and exploring further deals on oil and gas distribution, in honouring our relations with Trigunia and Keris since the 5280s and in understanding that our trade network offers an extensive opportunity for commercial stability for countries around the world, but should the situation continue to drag on our commerce will continue to suffer from it, essentially forcing our hand to mitigate our exposure in terms of shipping and financial services".

When asked about whether Yishelem stands in favour or against the international sanctions and whether it will make a statement or express a position, the Head of Medinat Department responded that the Beiteynuese Government is in no position to judge the "internal affairs of other nations" and will "continue to maintain a policy of internationalism and cooperation". The Olami Trade Association has warned that the continuation of the sanctions will place an inherent weight on Beiteynuese shipping, which in turn will impact the energy market as fears and worries mount up on the reaction from Trigunia and Neftkomp. It is important to note that Beiteynu does not get its majority of oil and gas from Trigunia - the discussions are currently present due to the shipping industry's involvement in Neftkomp's maritime distribution. The reaction from Trigunia, not the situation, is the factor that has mostly troubled investors on commercial longevity.

"Stability for the energy market", says Hadayim CEO Benjamin Benowitz
February 5341 - Hadayim confirms talks with Neftkomp on an extensive partnership are underway

- Olami Trade Association reports that EV imports from Lourenne are trending upwards, as Neki Act stimulates demand slowly due to lack of eco awareness
- Medinat Department confirms talks with the Novikova Administration "went well", maintains that the Beiteynuese Government will continue to abstain from sanctions

Image

Sholemberg, Beiteynu - Hadayim's CEO Benjamin Benowitz confirmed in a press conference earlier this morning from the company's primary headquarters in Beiteynu that Neftkomp and Hadayim have been engaged in negotiations over maritime oil and gas distribution on counts of "concerns" from both sides towards the stability of the energy market worldwide. The latest events both domestically as well as internationally, especially pertaining to sanctions from multiple states that have barred "key areas" in Trigunian maritime trade have brought both sides on the table to explore an extension of Neftkomp's 50+ year partnership with the Beiteynuese shipping industry on maritime oil and gas distribution. Hadayim claims a platform of leveraging Beiteynu's worldwide trade network and the shipping industry's presence in more than 10 countries across the world as a proven "mediating factor" during potential "hard times", citing how Neftkomp and Hadayim can "permanently join forces" to ensure a stable energy market, bringing Trigunia's oil and gas industry back to its "former glory", infused with the "largest trade network" currently active in Terra. Mr. Benowitz went on to highlight how despite Kasaema's sanctions announced last year, the inevitable seizure of Trigunian property moved by Beiteynuese companies such as Hadayim, Birco and Sholem Acres was counter-balanced with both extensive reimbursements from the government of Kundrati as well as the "allowance of passage" of Beiteynuese oil tankers, as a testament to the shipping industry's "solid grasp of and position in international commerce" - expressing how Hadayim can become Neftkomp's primary ally in "both good times and bad".

He concluded with the following statement:

What we seek is a more permanent partnership with Neftkomp, in our common pursuit of stability and prosperity for both ends of the spectrum.

To that end, we have entered on a two-fold discussion on a basis that our company's ownership of Neftkomp's maritime distribution of oil and gas will move upwards of 75% as their primary partner in the energy market in our common understanding that the Beiteynuese shipping industry has offered - and will continue to do so - solid guarantees of stability and continued maritime commerce for almost 150 years.

In equal measure, we will assist Neftkomp's expansion of its petroleum refinement operations in Beiteynu and other countries in our global trade network to increase the company's marketshare in petroleum products, as instigators in brokering commercial partnerships across Terra.

Thus, ensuring, together, the stability of the energy market and the prosperity of the oil and gas industry.

Markets have reacted positively in the Olami Menayot to both the news of Hadayim's announcement and the Novikova Administration's intent to pursue reforms to resolve an increasingly staling situation both domestically and internationally.

Neftkomp and Hadayim to form groundbreaking partnership
July 5341 - The reality of the international sanctions against Trigunia has created the "perfect conditions" for the two giants to form a strategic partnership of enormous potential for the energy market, with Neftkomp leveraging a global trade network and Hadayim managing 50% of distribution

- Ashalon Bank BEIFG confirms discussions with Banque Moreau-Vandam of Lourenne are in progress, referencing the upcoming Dankukian and Cildanian investments
- Olami Trade Association expresses concerns over rumours of financial regulations in Kundrati, comments how "breaking Kundrati banks will decrease Kasaema's leverage"

Sholemberg, Beiteynu - Following Neftkomp's CEO Pyatosin Maksim update on the status of ongoing negotiations last week in response to Hadayim's press statement in February, Hadayim was quick to respond this morning in light of the Trigunian Government's announcements on continuing their mandate of reforms while also confirming the discussions with Eroncourt (Lourenne) on easing sanctions were indeed a reality. With all elements bringing about clarity towards the potential of a solid resolution in the ongoing international and domestic situation pertaining to Trigunia driven largely by the Lourennais and Trigunian Governments and the confidence stemming from these active diplomatic channels between Beiteynu's ally and long-standing partner respectively, Hadayim confirmed that an agreement has been reached with Neftkomp on "joining forces" to "elevate oil and gas production and distribution to new heights".

The partnership includes strategic investments by both sides aimed at increasing Neftkomp's marketshare in petroleum products worldwide - crude oil is cheaper to transport - with Hadayim and Ashalon Bank BEIFG to focus on increasing Neftkomp's capital leverage and investor confidence as a "critical priority". To ensure the stability and unhindered access in the shipping industry's global trade network, Hadayim will ascertain a 50% ownership in Neftkomp's oil and gas distribution by 5350 and will act as the mediator in licensing and hiring other companies like Birco, Hofesh Shipping Company and Sholem Acres in an attempt to "delegate" the enormous needs of providing and building the necessary amount of vessels to cover the massive increase from 6.2% to 50% in under a decade. Hadayim did confirm that the "plan is bold" as financial analysts speculate that hitting these targets is "practically impossible" unless both sides leveraged their positions massively via a third party, citing Ashalon Bank BEIFG's confirmation of talks with Lourennais conglomerate Banque Moreau-Vandam as a "change of pace".

Both parties agreed to a few key stipulations in securing that both sides "stick to the partnership", considering its gigantic nature and global effect, including but not limited to Hadayim's entry in Neftkomp's Board of Directors, the establishment of strategic oil and gas reserves in Beiteynu under the mandate of Neftkomp, which will continue to represent the deciding factor in production and agreements on distribution.

Hadayim's CEO Benjamin Benowitz commented that "a new era begins today", 7' after the company's stock shot up at closing bell.
