Selucia denies the upcoming opening of any "Center for Malivy Island Studies" in the capital
"We do not know where these Malivy Islands are located, but in our nation, of course," said the government spokesman.

Following the announcement by the Center for Malivy Island Studies of trying to open an academic institution in the capital of Selucia, the spokesman of the government and Minister of Agriculture, Laurestes Epronio, remarked in an interview that "it is something that will not be able to be carried out legally".

"In the first place, the permits for the opening of new study centers in Selucia are granted by the Ministry of Education and Culture, which has not received any request from this Center to proceed, but maybe that Center should consult the maps again to locate those Malivy Islands, because where they intend to open a new headquarters is in Selucia, where the location of those islands is not known. Secondly, in Selucia at least, Education is something that is taken very seriously and, therefore, no manipulation of any of its branches is allowed, neither History, nor Science, nor Letters. Perhaps in Malivia they are more accustomed to it, but here in our nation we like to stick to the truth - in clear reference to claims of sovereignty of Malivia on Selucia based on ancient religious texts with no confirmed historical validity -.
The minister told the assembled journalists
"And third, and perhaps most importantly, Selucia has broken diplomatic relations with Malivia for its repeated attempts of savage neocolonialism on our nation despite the fact that everyone knows and is described in all history books that the origin of our nations comes from two completely different branches. This implies that no company or individual coming from Malivia can set foot in Selucia, unless expressly authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Companies that try to open in Selucia will see their permits denied, and the citizens of Malivia who try to enter our nation both by sea and by air will be immediately returned to Malivia ".

In Marea falls to second position and loses the Rectorship
Despite retaining the Praetorship of Insularia, the charismatic Vestia Atronia has lost her position as Praetor of Oriensos after 16 years and Selucia may see a new right-wing government

Image
Vestia Atronia, now former Praetor of Oriensos, leaving the regional chamber after the proclamation of the Praetor from the newcomers Volt.

The image of Vestia Atronia this morning, abandoning the House of the Oriensian region, after collecting the signatures of its members and the formal appointment of the candidate of the new party Volt as her successor perfectly reflected the mood that has settled in the aquamarine party after knowing the result of the elections this year.

Despite the fact that the majority of In Marea voters have remained loyal to the party, it has lost close to 10 million votes, a third of the total, which have mostly gone to the Blue Selucian Liberal Front. However, what neither Factio Republicana nor In Marea saw coming has been the great torrent of support that has received the new right-wing party Volt, which has achieved an absolute majority in Occidentria, in addition to the Praetorships of Cor Patriae and breaking with more of a century of alternation of the Praetorship of Oriensos between In Marea and the Republicans, in addition to becoming the most voted party in the country by overcoming by 14 seats to In Marea and winning by less than one million votes the Rectorship against Lafrenia Diocourida, the new general secretary of the aquamarine party after the resignation of Axia Cinna. Despite the strong push of Volt, In Marea has managed to maintain, although in minority, the Praetorship of Marestella, and has retained a comfortable majority for Tadia Sennia Bitucus in the Praetorship of Insularia. In this way, and faced with the possibility of an imminent government where the extreme right of Volt has a great weight, both Mrs. Bitucus and Mrs. Atronia are emerging as strong candidates to oppose the government, one from her position as regional leader and the other one expected to be named party spokesperson briefly. In fact, Atronia has already been released with harsh criticism of Volt, whose first initiative after the elections has been to propose the repeal of the current law on abortion, eliminating subsidies and banning it in almost all cases.

"Once again, we find that others are the ones who decide on our bodies. While women have had to fight hard and suffer for a long time to achieve the same rights as men, they insist again and again on taking our rights away from us. But we will not make it easy for you, gentlemen of Volt, we want to be free, alive and combative, and we will not let a party that bases its discourse on hatred and lies continue to manipulate our citizens."
the former Praetor said in her first speech in the Chamber of Oriensos.

Sources of In Marea confirm that the party is preparing to adopt a warmongering attitude to face what is to come.

The Selucian government mobilizes the police to return the Gerajan satyagrahis
Police leaders have authorized such action after Volt’s (OOC: ruling party of Selucia)“Lex Hadriana de Migratum” allowed illegal trespassors in Selucia to be expelled without judicial orders or any other protocolary requirement

Most of the National Police of Selucia’s crowd control effectives have been mobilized to face what Rector Pascual has defined as a “blatant violation of our nation’s integral territory”. He has also confirmed that “the government will investigate if this action was performed with the support, be it direct or indirect, of the Malivian public institutions” and that “the executive will impose grave consequences to their régime if so is the case”.

When asked if that action would be unfair by a journalist who was pointing out that the protesters were upholding friendly attitudes in regards to the Selucian locals, Pascual has stated the following:
Madam, illegally accessing a nation constitutes a crime according to our legal code, and those of most sovereign states by that matter. Any person seeking to access Selucia should pass the necessary criteria to do so. If there is something I can guarantee is that our national police will respond to this crime proportionally, always guided by the rule of the law, and that they will be returned to their homeland as soon as possible.

According to policial sources, the crowd control division of Auroria has been mobilized and it’s expected to reach the beach where the incursion took place in some hours.

Government of Marestella criticizes the performance of the central government but defends national sovereignty
The Praetrix of Marestella accuses the government of Malivia of using its citizens for their own benefit knowing that they were violating national laws
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Image
Praetrix of Marestella, Claudia Severa, after her government meeting

Claudia Severa, the Praetrix de Marestella who governs the region in a minority government after the 4538 elections, has had to intervene in the growing conflict between Selucia and Malivia after the action of state security forces in the regional territory against some citizens of Malivia who had illegally arrived on the coasts. The Praetrix, which until then had opted, in conjunction with her government team, to maintain a low profile and notify the invaders that they had a 24-hour deadline to leave the territory of Selucia in accordance with current legislation, has had now to step out after accusations of police brutality poured on Selucia against the citizens of Malivia.

The Praetrix, a jurist by profession, has adopted in her conference before the media after an urgent meeting with her government team a severe and imposing tone, blaming both the national government and Malivia.

"We all knew that the government of the far right was not going to be up to the point of treating situations delicately, since the government of Marestella we missed the fact that we hadn't been informed of the actions that were to be carried out in our territory and, as a result, we can act together in a more effective way. However, the central government decided that this was not necessary and opted to act unilaterally, leading us to the situation in which we are now we found, with a nation accusing us of police brutality "
thus began her lecture Mrs. Severa, who has claimed to have learned of the police intentions" at the same time as the rest of the citizens ".

"However," he continued,
"it is generally known that this was what was sought from the beginning, since the citizens of Malivia set foot in Selucia, they knew perfectly well what their intentions were. The way to act of this cult sent by the government of Malivia to our land is more than known: they come peacefully, they try to win the trust of the people, they try to provoke the reaction of a government that tries to defend national sovereignty, and later make use of the press as propaganda medium full of falsehoods and lies. It is totally false that, officially, there is a "Council of Ex-Selucians", so it is nothing more than a sect that will gather just a few dozen people. Citizens of Marestella, and the public opinion of the citizens of Selucia in general, is a frontal rejection of Malivia's attempt to neocolonize a nation that will neither be theirs nor have ever been theirs. The central government, with Axia Cinna at the head, already offered to help Malivia in its search for the Malivy Islands, but they are still determined to come to Selucia we do not know for what reasons.

But now we go with the legal issue: Everyone in Malivia knows perfectly well that they have vetoed their entry in Selucia. Neither organizations, nor companies nor citizens can come to our nation because that is what the government established after the infamous declaration of sovereignty of Malivia over Selucia. Therefore, these citizens who came to the shores of Selucia, have done so as invaders and settlers, knowing that they were breaking the laws of the nation in which they were setting their feet. And when one breaks the laws, there are consequences. That's where the central government should have contacted the Marestellan authorities to coordinate a joint action, but since it has not been done, that's it. The declaration of intentions of that sect paid by the Malivian government of "peaceful resistance" is nothing more than a "peaceful invasion" of a territory that does not belong to them and therefore, shielding themselves from the version that they were not doing anything when the police of Selucia acted is totally false. They were, in legal terms, committing an invasion of a sovereign nation. An invasion, that's for sure. However, obviously Malivia's propaganda is not interested in selling reality and only tells the part that benefits them.

Neither Marestella nor Selucia are going to remain silent in the face of the petty behavior of the Malivian government, which sends its citizens to commit serious crimes against our nation so that they can then blame us for protecting our citizens and complying with our own laws. If the government of Malivia wants to conquer our country, it will have to be done by force. Let them officially order a declaration of war, if they are so brave. But they should stop using their citizens as an easy target to try to

carry out a plan that is not held anywhere: neither from the legal point of view, nor from the historical, nor from the common sense"

"If the World Congress intends to give the reason to Malivia" the Praetrix has concluded "it will show that it is a corrupt organization that only defends the interests of the powerful, while turning a blind eye to the violation of the democratic laws of other nations and defends the neocolonialism. "

UPDATE:

After the Deltarian support to a colonization of Selucia by Malivia, the Insularian Praetrix has spoken against the Deltarian government in a pair of tweets:
