KGP debated with opposition parties
The leadership of KGP discussed with opposition party leaders yesterday. The meeting lasted for about four hours and talked in particular about the new antimonarchist reform and the very meaning of the monarchy. After the meeting, the KGP leadership issued the following statement:

We debated very seriously at the meeting, and we agreed on this: we will no longer seek to abolish the monarchy, because it has a cultural and moral significance for our country and marks our uniqueness and uniqueness of the Jelbic Union itself, which we are very proud of. Minister of Internal Affairs Released to Courts
Former Minister of Internal Affairs Dnkai Heijkaisrmko Skronores was issued today to the courts on the decision of Parliament. State eight former police officers sue for violating human rights and unjustified violence against civilians and the former minister for misuse of powers. Everybody is facing up to nineteen years in prison for these offenses.

I will not really comment on it. I'm not aware of any mistakes.

The trial with the former Minister of Internal Affairs will continue
Former Interior Minister Dnkai Heijkaisrmko Skronores was sentenced to nine years in prison at the Constitutional Court for misuse of powers. Four other defendants were sentenced to thirteen years in prison, another three seventeen years, and one was acquitted.
All seven remaining indictees confirmed that they would appeal to the Supreme Court.

April 4307 - The King has refused increased calls to adapt a consitutional monarchy. While the day to day business of the Kingdom is handled by the democratically chosen cabinet and parliament the King himself still holds the reigns. Opposition and even government parties have called for his abdication or for reforms limiting his powers but King Temrkai is refusing to bend. The eccentric monarch controls several state companies and is using these funds to finance his own expenditures and several large state projects. Some of these calls go straight against government policies, given birth to a common saying in parliament: 'the King can do as he likes'. Even the King's most loyal supporters, the Greater Nationalist Party, are having their doubts about the King's behaviour at times. The project they spoke out against was the construction of the Palace of the Great Conqueror, named after Temrkai Khan. The immense residence is in Augustan style as a homage to his Zardic namesake who once ruled all the Jelbic nations and the Augustan Empire, now Zardugal.

The only thing keeping the King in his position is his own stubbornness and the surprising success of some of his projects, his increased highways and trade efforts have increased economic growth. The GNP is most enthusiastic about his ability to form alliances, with ever closening ties with Hutori seeming to be his new crown achievement.

April 4307 - The King has assigned his second born son Prince Pawl Banmek-Sntazed to guide the international monarchy tour of the Crown Princess of Hutori in Vanuku. The young Prince, 28 years old, is yet unmarried and is known as a bright and progressive spirit. He is not in the contention for the throne, as his older brother Prince Juhn will most likely succeed but is seen as a favourite by many influential politicians within the nation. The Prince has a PhD in political sciences and has worked at several ministries and embassies before settling in his current job as Deputy Director-General of the State Security Agency.

It is rumoured that King Temrkai is eyeing a royal marriage between his secondborn son and the Crown Princess if the two get along. So far insiders have reported that the two are getting along just fine, but refuse to comment on any other matters regarding this rumoured marriage.

September 4310 - The second son of the aging King Temrkai, Prince Pawl Banmek-Sntazed, has married the Hutorian Crown Princess Sarah. The Prince, as previously reported, is the Deputy Director-General of the State Security Agency. The Prince has resigned from his post and has moved to Hutori to be with the Crown Princess. While the marriage was partially arranged it does seem the couple go along very well. Upon his departure the King granted his son the hereditary title of Prince of Vanuku, a great honour and his birthright, as well as the title of Duke of Stormkaap. In Hutori the Prince, known for his sharp mind and unstoppable work ethic, will be known as Paul, Prince-Consort, Duke of Stormkaap, Earl of a yet to be designated Hutorian holding and Prince of Vanuku. The royal marriage will be a new chapter in Hutorian and Vanukean cooperation as the elder brother of Prince Pawl, Archduke Juhn, is very close to his brother. When King Temrkai passes or abdicates the world will see a new strong monarchist alliance.

April 4311 - Today a historic moment occurred in the histories of the Republic of Istalia and the Kingdom of Vanuku. The two nations have, for centuries, been known as the two most contrasting nations in Majatra. One is a progressive liberal democratic republic with pro-intervention tendencies and a very active role in the World Congress, the other is an absolute monarchy and a liberal dictatorship who have a reputation of helping nations if it benefits themselves. Together they are the strongest nations of Majatra, and some even claim of the world itself. For ages these two adversaries did everything they could to undermine each and every step the other took. This rivalry continued until recent times, with Vanuku backing the Nimitz regime in Hulstria for military gains. This lasted until the ambassador of Vanuku was confronted with evidence of genocide in the World Congress. A short deliberation took place in Vanuku, a nation extremely sensitive to apartheid and genocide, and the ambassador made a statement where he called upon the Republic of Istalia to cooperate with them to liberate Hulstria and protect the minorities that were being persecuted. This call went unanswered for a few weeks as the Istalians analyzed what just happened, in the end they accepted the offer.

Today, as stated before, a historic moment happened. The commanders of both nations met in the Republic of New Verham, a nation with historical ties to Vanuku, where the intervention forces of both nations gathered. The commanders spoke and disagreed, as expected, on some points but a unified battle plan was concluded rather swiftly with both nations focusing on their strong points. The Istalian force will focus on a broad front push with mechanized and armoured forces, taking the brunt of the assault in Southern Ostland to slowly push North. Istalian forces will also launch amphibious assaults on the Eastern shores of Ostland. Vanukean marines will lead this big push in the Eastern part of Ostland. Furthermore, specialized units of the Vanukean military like the Black Brigade will start operations behind enemy lines to disrupt their supply lines and capture or kill enemy commanders. Both nations will deploy paratroopers to help the broad push, which is also supported by Vanukean armour. In the end this is a total cooperation with joint Istalian and Vanukean command.

At 4 am the following day the operation was launched, with forces advancing in the dark. At midnight however the first Vanukean black ops forces already moved into enemy territory and at 2 am the Istalian paratroopers engaged enemy forces. With two of the strongest armed forces of the world now engaging the Hulstrians in their backyard the days seem numbered for the Nimitz regime.
