Verity, all Olympus-class cruises were built by the STDX Shipyard in Szary Kamien, and are one of the biggest passenger vessels on Terra. The Valruzian Oceanic Lines paid 1.9 billion valruzian pesos for three vessels. 8% of the cost was financed from the budget of the Ministry of Environment and Tourism as the Ministry is in possession of 8% of the company and in addition to that the National Economic Fund announced that the company files for 400 million pesos worth of subsidy to finalize the whole investment.
The three vessels were ordered in the STDX Shipyard in Szary Kamien, the capital city of the Kampania Voivodeship, they were built simultaneously in the shipyard's docks. The WLO and the shipyard were proud to announce that all three vessels share a newly developed modular construction and that up to 55% of each vessel is made of composite materials. Each ship is capable of carrying 6.200 passengers including the crew. Passengers will be able to buy tickets for journeys in three classes, first class, second class and family class. The
Olypmus, Victoria [and] Verity will be equipped with hundreds of entertainment and leisure facilities to meet the demand and needs of the passengers, including 4 swimming pools (2 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools), several sport zones, wellness and spa facilities, cinemas, 12 restaurants, 6 nightclubs with different themes and many others.
The CEO of the Valruzian Oceanic Lines Jerzy Bremer announced that the company acquired necessary permission and clearances for operation from the valruzian government and governments of Dorvik and Indrala, and that the company's fleet is waiting for the green light to depart. Victoria will be destined to Dorvik and back to Valruzia, it will last 23 days and cost 15.000 pesos for first class, 9.500 for second class and a ticket for a family of four will cost 24 thousand pesos. MS
Verity will depart to Indrala and the voyage will last 19 days, ticket in first class costs 12.000 pesos, 7.100 for second class and 22 thousand pesos for a family of four. MS
Olympus will enter service with route nicknamed "Around Seleya" as the passenger during 28 day journey will see beautiful coast of Seleya and dock in several Seleyan cities, the vessel departs from Kninsk Ticker for first class are 19 thousand pesos, 14 for second class and 34 thousand for a family of four.
Jerzy Bremer said that the company and the Department of Tourism in the Ministry of Environment and Tourism are about to start negotiations with other countries on the operation of the Valruzian Oceanic Lines. It is rumored that the WLO will in the near future order 2 additional cruise ships for its fleet. The CFO of the company Katarzyna Stuhl said that the possible purchase of new vessels is dependent on the initial 6 months of WLO operations. Owner of Sunderwayard in Szary Kamien announced that his company is ready for the next orders and works are under way to increase the share of the coposite materials to even 60% of the overall structure of the vessel.
