NOWOGARD, Valruzua - Under the agreement reached between the governments of Nowogard and Pacivilla, the dimension of cooperation between Valruzia and Keymon is significantly expanded. President Valruzia and Head of Government General Versace have signed and the parliaments of both countries have ratified two agreements that are crucial for the economies and diplomatic relations of both countries. Now, with one voice, Versace and Vaughn-Rosta say that relations between the two countries have never been better in known history.
The signed Preferential Trade Agreement brings the two economies, which, according to specialists, may become complementary to each other, and the resulting synergy may lead to a significant strengthening of the Keymon-Valruzia duopoly's position in the economy of the entire region and the continent. The signed Treaty of Dabik establishing the Mutual Defense Agreement, on the other hand, is the first step towards the unification of the defense dimension and will greatly facilitate the efforts of both countries to significantly expand their EEZ. In practice, the Treaty codified the already existing defense agreement, which established the permanent presence of the National Defense Forces of Valruzia on the island and paved the way for further defense investments on the island.
In recent years, trade between the two countries has intensified by several hundred percent, especially in banking services, natural resources, and manufacturing. Valruzian Automotive Group, which has been present on the island for several centuries, has announced the modernization of its plants through significant financial investments to bring production lines and thus the capacity to the standard established by the factory on the border of Valruzia and Tukarali in Dabik. Thanks to its strategic location, vehicles manufactured and assembled in Keymon will be able to reach the continents of Keris, Makon, and Artania. LOT has also announced a new operational program for Keymon Airlines, created through the merger of Keymoon Airlines and Keymon Airways. It is Keymon Airlines that has dominated the market for international flights on the island in recent years, and its aircraft take off from the airport in Turtle Bay on average 110 times a day in every direction of the world, it is no surprise that the most frequent connection is in Turtle Bay - Nowogard. The number of Keymon Airways daily connections between the two cities is 16, not counting the connections offered by other LOT Group airlines.
The good news for the island may also be the interest of the IT and banking industry in expanding their operations on the island. BILW Finance is planning to open its Global Shared Services center in Pacivilla, which will eventually serve the company's clients on the continent of Artania. The center will be the company's second facility of this type after the Global Shares Services Center in Hel, serving domestic clients and those operating in Seley. Valruzian Next Payment Systems has also announced its interest in introducing its flagship ViPay service on the island, which, according to experts, would have a significant positive impact on the tourism industry, as it would eliminate the problem of currency conversions by tourists. Keymon is currently the most popular foreign destination for Valruzian tourists, with an average of 3.4 million Valruzian citizens visiting the island every year.
The conclusion of the MDA between the two countries was also not without an echo. Named the Treaty of Dabik from the place where the document was signed, the Treaty of Dabik has created a visible and significant military and defensive obligations between the two countries both in a state of peace and war. Since the entry into force of the Treaty of Dabik, President Vaughn-Rosta has said that the National Defense Strategy will take into account the new obligations to the Valruzian ally, sanctioned by international law.
A sort of offset agreement to the signed treaty was an intergovernmental agreement to purchase parts of Armed Forces of Keyomon equipment and incorporate them into the National Defense Forces. In this way, it was agreed to purchase, among other things, all 10 Tornados ADV from the Keymon Air Force, which together with the 10 Tornados of the Defense Forces present on the island will contribute to the island's air defense system. All 3 FREMM multipurpose frigate, 4 anti-submarine Helicopters AB 212ASW will go to the Defense Navy of Valruzia. MOND has announced the Retrofit program that will adapt all purchased units to the standard currently used and operated by the Valruzian forces. This is a sign of a strong alliance between the two countries. Valruzia takes on most of the protective duties of its strategic partner in the region, and thus gains the opportunity to pursue its diplomatic and political goals.
