In an appearance before the media, the secretary general of Republican Left-Stand Up and current Chancellor of Valruzia, Dimytr Bojarski, has defended the need for this modification and has announced that citizens will not be extra expense.
"The coffers of the State have been accumulating unused wealth for years, wealth of taxes that citizens paid but was not destined anywhere, creating an unused surplus. Thanks to these investments, that surplus will continue to be maintained, but it will be allowed to the different sectors of our nation a significant advance ".
As approved, investments constitute more than 203,110,000,000 VPO that will allow the nation to continue to maintain a surplus of more than 35,000,000,000 VPOs. The new expense is distributed as follows:
-The Mr. Bojarski Chancellery office reduces its budget from 100,000,000 VPO to 10,000,000 (-90,000,000 VPO)
-The Ministry of Defense, led by Wiktoria Dembinska, increases its budget from 100,000,000,000 VPO to 150,000,000,000 VPO (+50,000,000,000 VPO)

-The Ministry of Science and Technology, directed by Wanessa Rejewska, is the one with the largest budget increase, going from just 9,000,000,000 VPO to 90,000,000,000 VPO (+81,000,000,000 VPO)
-The Ministry of Environment and Tourism, led by Metody Kosior, increases from 9,000,000,000 VPO to 10,000,000,000 VPO (+1,000,000,000 VPO).
All Ministers agree that the level of spending of the pre-democratic era was a "shame."
"That the investment in Science and Education together was not a tenth of the investment in Defense demonstrates the need for this change. A cultured nation is a nation that progresses and survives,"
said the Minister of Science, Mrs. Rejewska.
Thanks to this investment, the Department of Defense has already confirmed that it will continue with its bunker protection plan, of which great details are not yet known. The science department will use the money to begin to immediately fund research and "recover lost time," in the words of the minister herself. Education, meanwhile, will use much of the money to enhance access to education by all citizens.
