With the death of Pharaoh Remptahhu V, his son Tutimaios has declared himself the Emperor of the Esinsundu Empire(Talmoria, Cobura, and Hawu Mumenhes). Below is an excerpt from a TCNN news report.

I have approved the transfer of 25,000 Talmoria soldiers from home bases to Imperial bases in Hawu Mumenhes. Talmorian troops will aid in the defense of Hawu Mumenhes. If needed, Talmoria will commit even more men. We are just as committed to the Empire's value and defense as the other kingdoms. My government will also participate in the imperial embargo and naval blockade of Malivia and Likatonia as we are deeply concerned and disturbed with the events in those countries. Our only battleship the Naeevan will assist Hawu and Coburan ships in the blockades. Talmoria will also commit its transport ships to the blockade. Talmoria does not possess great military capabilities like the other kingdoms, but we certainly have heart.
After hearing about Mr. Moore's execution, it is evident that the current Malivian government does not care for the rights of the Esinsundu people who live there. In fact they do not care for anyone who is not Artanian. The regime is brutal and thuggish. They've killed and enslaved thousands, yet all of Terra is silent. Non of the great powers, with the exception of the Esinsundu Empire, has condemned or even acknowledged the brutal actions of the East Artanian regime in Malivia. The great powers are off campaigning for their Security Council seats, while thousands are slaughtered in the streets of Malivia. Where are Hutori and Istalia? Where are Luthori and Kalistan? Can we trust these countries to defend the sacred liberties of the global citizenry and lead the world in times of crisis if they can not even stop this? It seems like the Security Council seats are just another trophy for these countries. Is this what their vision of leadership looks like? They ought to be ashamed.
When I took office, I took a sacred oath to defend the liberties and life of the Talmorian and Esinsundu people. I am prepared to do that. Talmoria, in conjunction with our imperial brethren, has already imposed a naval blockade on Malivia and imposed sanctions on the East Artanian Corp. Now that I have the backing of His Imperial Majesty, Talmoria and the Empire are prepared to impose a no-fly zone over Malivia in order for our planes to deliver much needed supplies to common folk. We are also prepared to deliver humanitarian aid by sea to suffering Malivians and accept any refugees and transfer them to imperial territory where they will be safe from prosecution.
I also call on the East Artanian Corporation to leave Malivia and to allow home-rule with an elected government. I urge the East Artanian Corp to release all remaining, illegally-held prisoners. I speak on the behalf of the Emperor when I say that this is the East Artanian Corp.'s last chance to resolve this situation without bloodshed.
Talmoria will keep her promise to aid and defend the Empire and the Esinsundu people. The sinking of the Malivian ship was unfortunate and did not need to happen. However, we've warned the East Artanian Corp multiple times to relinquish their hold on power and yet they still refused. Now, Malivia is threatening to respond militarily, therefore the Empire must be ready to defend. This is why my government and I have submitted a request to the Gbara to authorize sending more troops to bases in Hawu. (Approx. 4107 to 4111. Contemporary with the conflict in Malivia)
The name change better reflects the party's values. It reflects our fight and struggle for democracy and contrasts sharply with our opponents who advocate for a communist republic. Already they've attempted to nationalize several industries and steal our people's economic freedom. We've tried socialism and communism in the past and it has failed miserably. Each attempt has resulted in a failed state and conflict in which our people suffered. Additionally, monarchy and democracy don't have to be mutually exclusive, while I have yet to see a democratic communist state. (4111)
This is not our first election. We've done well in past elections when the odds were stacked against us. This year will be no different. My party and I have done much for Talmoria and the Empire. Our industrial sector has improved immensely since my party took power and the people are better off as a result. Talmorians have more money than they did a decade ago, have better access to education and health care, and they are more secure. I think the voters realize this and will vote for the better of the two parties.
I have just called Ms. Reyson to congratulate her on her victory. Her supporters and her campaign also deserve congratulations. This is a time of great challenges for Talmoria, and I pray that Ms. Reyson will be successful in guiding our nation. I trust that her intellect and her hard work and her commitment to principle will to contribute to the good of our nation.
I want to thank Mousa Sanago and the dedicated campaign team he led on our behalf. They have made an extraordinary effort, not just for me but also for the country that we love. And to you here tonight and to the team across the country — the volunteers, the fundraisers, the donors, the surrogates — I don't believe that there's ever been an effort in our party that can compare with what you have done over these past years. Thank you so very much. Thanks for all the hours of work, for the calls, for the speeches and appearances, for the resources and for the prayers.
You gave deeply from yourselves and performed magnificently, and you inspired us and you humbled us. You've been the very best we could have imagined.
The nation, as you know, is at a critical point. At a time like this, we can't risk partisan bickering and political posturing. Our leaders have to reach across the aisle to do the people's work. And we citizens also have to rise to the occasion. We look to our teachers and professors. We count on you not just to teach, but to inspire our children with a passion for learning and discovery.
I ran for office because I'm concerned about Talmoria and believed that I was the best suited to lead it into a new era. This election is over, but our principles endure. I believe that the principles upon which this nation was founded are the only sure guide to a resurgent economy and to a new greatness.
I so wish — I so wish that I had been able to fulfill your hopes to lead the country. But the nation chose another leader. And so my party and I join with you to earnestly pray for her and for this great nation.
Thank you, and may Akim bless Talmoria. You guys are the best. Thank you so much. Thank you. Thanks, guys.

Just two decades ago over 90% of the population worked in low-wage agricultural jobs. Now with the prosperity of the oil companies and our newly established manufacturing sectors more people are employed in industry. I would say roughly 20% to 25% of the population are now employed in factories. These people are bringing in higher wages to their families and some families can even afford some of the goods produced in the factories. We, as a nation, are able to afford far more luxuries than we did before the Empire was formed by His Imperial Majesty. I do believe we are entering a new age of prosperity because of the Empire.
Our infrastructure, as it stands now, cannot meet the demands of our country's industrialization efforts. These roads will allow for quicker transportation of goods, ideas, and people throughout the country. For example, resources from the far flung villages in the Plateau can be transported to capital and other major cities where our factories reside. A modern infrastructure is needed for our country and economy to grow. This government is strongly in support of this bill as it is our belief that it will spur economic growth. We hope that our opponents, the NRP, will see the benefits of this bill and support it as well.
