A Talmorian Honour Guard During an Awarding Ceremony.

On September, 3281, an Honour Guard, Ito Mamabuzue, tried to stab Alfredo Filipe to death with a rifle bayonet during an award ceremony broadcast live on television. Causing panic and mayhem during the ceremony. The Honour Guard was shot to death by security police and the wound on Filipe's arms and chest were only minor injuries that required five stitches.

Following the attack, Filipe called on everyone to remain calm, in which he says the honour guard was hired by a foreigner in an attempt to kill him. In response Alfredo Filipe called the killing of 12,000 Asli in the Bindura Region causing outrage within the International Community. After the incident, there were five reported car accidents that killed three Mordusian officials and five Gaduri Officials. Many critics say it was a staged assassination attempt in order to justify his actions.

Talmorian Diplomat shakes hands with Mordusian Diplomat Hours before the Incident

Flagman, Babomo Brazi nervously clambered up the facade of Mordusia's high-rise Kokosveldento embassy, to pull down the flag of Mordusia and replace it with Talmoria's national colors.

"Raise your head high -- you are Talmorians," thousands cried as he nervously tore down the flag of Mordusia, fireworks and nervous inaction from hundreds of soldiers and police at the scene. Hours later, Talmorian agents shot down Babomo Brazi and carried his body to a van and drove off.

In response, Dictator Alfredo Filipe proposed several policies to Emperor Anyelwiswe Kajombo to be passed into law. Alfredo Filipe said, "The people demand more assertive policy towards Mordusia and Garduridos. Of course we are a democratic country after all..... We must abide by the people's wishes."

Talmorian rebels seize Bindura and now heading for the Capital City after major victory!
Image
Government Forces routing

On April 3283, Government Forces under orders of Dictator Alfredo Filipe counterattacked the advancing Talmorian rebels. In response former Emperor Alberto Lorenzo sent an army, reinforced by 100 Xiang Main Battle Tanks and 10 He Self Propelled Field-Artillery, to destroy Alfredo Filipe's army of 10,000 reserves, only 2,300 survived after the brief battle. Rebel forces only lost 3,000 lives but Bindura is now under the complete control of the rebels.

In the capital city, Filipe's circle of close associates has now shrunk significantly, the result of increasing defections and executions. Alfredo Filipe in the palace released a public announcement, publicly blaming President Harald Zwart, the root of Talmoria's internal problems. Further blaming him for failing to eradicate the Asli pests of Bindura. Filipe's final words were, "I am your best friend, not your enemy, you've grossly offended your brother."

After the announcement, soldiers still loyal to Alfredo Filipe packed up with Alfredo Filipe and drove off to the Polsden Region while looting along the way. Hours later, they soon found themselves on the front line against Talmorian rebels, now fighting for their lives.

Image
Mordusian Special Forces the de-facto police force hitting Protesters

Today, Governor Jose Gilcena has passed laws for the purpose of ensuring a reliable supply of cheap, docile Talmorian labor for foreign companies. Many Talmorians are outraged saying these laws are humiliating and unfair and some say, racist.

Hundreds of protesters were reported to have clashed with Mordusian Special Forces in Kokosveldento. President Alberto Lorenzo has called for calm and cooperation saying these actions are necessary to build a better Talmoria.
