Cancon updates treatement for Wolfsheim Disease

Cancon has updated its treatement for the Wolfsheim disease. After 6 years of extensive research and milions and millions of funding, Cancon is happy to report that they have finally found a effective, reasonably priced treatment for infected patients of the Wolfsheim Disease. The cure, consisting out of daily inhalor shots, costs around 36$ a day. With millions of infected people in the world, Cancon can cound on a stable income for the years to come. The cure itself softhens the pain of the disease, and by helping the lungs heal, it lengthens the lives of patients by on average 7 years. At some animal tests cases have been reported that the disease actually leaves the body after the treatment but this happens only at 0.6% of all patients. The last effect of the treatment is that, because of less coughing, the spreading chances of the infection are decreased.

Foreign Minister says no to Terran Poverty Relief Assocation (TPRA)

After a question from a reporter during the weakly press conference the Foreign Minister has reacted to the plea of the TPRA to increase foreign aid.

We already give foreign aid to third world nations. In my eyes that is enough. The New Endrolian/Kizenian government is not obligated to help the people in other nations, that is the obligation of their own governments. As humanitarian aid, lots of individuals donate to private charities. Why should the government force people to give even more money to foreign aid? The flaw in this list is ofcourse that the calculations do not include private donations. If New Endralon boosts foreign aid spending the result will be that private donations go down. I don't think that is the goal of the TPRA. The only thing that we agree with the TPRA is that third world nations and developed countries should have equal trading rights, but we already have those equal rights in New Endralon.

Cetatea Albâ - Former High Chancellor Mészáros Zoltán funeral was carried out today. Zoltán died at the age of 64, 4 days ago. He died of a sudden hart attack. He was High Chancellor for 25 years with 3 years in between. During his reign the Alliance of Liberals regained the absolute majority but at the cost of the multiple party democracy. New High Chancellor Serban Mihaili has promised he will once again bring New Endralon/Kizenia back on the international stage. Mihaili has promised he will finish the naval restoration sarted a while ago.

PF-26 finally delivered after years of development



The last three warplanes of the PF-26 squadron were received on Friday at the Air Base Schilanden, in a ceremony attended by Air Force Chief of Staff Laurian Anastasof. "Technologically, switching from generation 4 to generation 4.5 is bringing Kizenia into the club of countries with credible capability and arrives with a perspective to be able to make the transition to the generation 5 of fighter jets." For the Kizenian Air Force it has been an important and obligatory step, with the recent technological innovations having led to rapid developments and changes in the air defense system," Lieutenant General Laurian Anastasof said on Friday.

He also said that it is important for this air platform to be exploited to its maximum capacity, the PF-26 being a highly technological weapon system, interconnected to all communication, command / control systems in the national air defense system and KEDA.

"The bringing of PF-26 warplanes in Kizenia represents the transition stage for the introduction of the generation 5 aircraft in the service of the Kizenian Air Force and the modernization of the Kizenian combat aviation. At the level of the Ministry of Defense, a complex process of analysis is underway, and its findings will allow us to identify the optimal way to complete the transition stage," State Secretary Mircea Dusa said.

After the completion of the ceremony occasioned by the reception of PF-26s, a demonstrative flight by these planes took place at the Air Base Schilanden.

The first six aircraft in the squadron of 12 multi-role warplanes included in the Mitsaki-Kizenia agreement were received by the Kizenian Air Force on September 29, 4296.

According to keda.ne, the fighter aircraft will fly training missions in the area in support of KEDA policy, to include combined joint missions with other KEDA Air Forces, conducting enhanced Air Policing and training missions in Keris. The aim of this training is to hone skills and further consolidate cross-Ally interoperability.

Mitsaki transferred to the Kizenian Air Force, 100 F-16 aircraft, while providing training to more than 80 Kizenian military personnel in Kuzaki. With all the fighters delivered, Mitsaki is now conducting joint training of tactics, techniques and procedures for operations of the jets until late 2018.

"This training deployment is highly beneficial” said an anonymous Detachment Commander, who is in charge of 70 military to include pilots, operators, maintainers as well as communications, logistics and other specialists. "While my team has the opportunity to practice deployment and operation, they can, simultaneously, test skills and capabilities away from their home base. Additionally, we are able to fly joint training sorties alongside with our Allies further strengthening the bonds and the interoperability of this Alliance”, he added.

This deployment is one example of Allies organizing joint training activities underlining cohesion and interoperability and showcasing the level of cooperation and consistency required to maintain high KEDA standards.

Portul Occidental- Kizenian car manufacturer Explorator has shown its newest models in a car show held in the headquarters of the traditional company. The three new models are the stationcar Viață, the SUV Liberta and the new van Nova



The Viață, (for export it is called the Viata), is the new small family car. It is the new version of the old Explorator 1200. Among the new features introduced with the new Viata is a new three-cylinder turbocharged 0.9-liter engine, capable of developing 90 hp (67 kW) and 135 N⋅m (100 lb⋅ft). The other two engine options are a 1.2-liter petrol engine, available also as an LPG variant, and a 1.5-liter diesel engine, available with two power outputs. Another addition is the Media Nav system consisting of a 7-inch touchscreen display with multimedia functions and a navigation software included.

Other new features are speed limiter, cruise control, rear parking sensors, and front and side airbags, as well as ABS and ESP, as standard. The interior has been significantly revised, with new chromed elements added, and the hood is now supported with a strut. A new Eco button, placed on the dashboard, limits the engine revs to 4,000 rpm. The Viata range is offered with a robotized automatic manual transmission, called Easy-R.



Based on the B0 platform, the new Liberta measures 4.31 metres (169.7 in) in length, 1.82 metres (71.7 in) in width and has 210 mm (8.3 in) of ground clearance. Its luggage space has a volume of up to 475 litres (16.8 cu ft), while with the rear benchseat folded and tipped forward, its carrying ability can exceed 1,600 litres (57 cu ft).

The Liberta is offered with two-wheel drive or four-wheel-drive. The 4x4 variants make use of a new all-wheel drive system, which allows the driver to choose from three different driving modes: Auto, in which the rear-wheel drive is engaged automatically in case the front wheels lose grip, Lock, whereby 50 per cent of torque is consistently fed through the rear axle, and 2WD where the transmission is locked into front-wheel drive for maximum fuel efficiency.

The Explorator Liberta features Bosch 8.1 ABS, as well as electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD) and emergency brake assist (EBA). It also features electronic stability control (ESC) as an option on certain versions, as well as understeer control (CSV) and traction control (ASR). This option also allows torque to be transferred away from a spinning wheel in 4x4 mode to improve traction when diagonal wheel spin occurs.

On the passive safety front, the Liberta comes as standard with two front airbags (depending on market) and three-point seat belts with load limiters for the front seats. It features one sliding side door, and as an option it can be ordered with sliding doors on both sides. The rear bench seat can be split asymmetrically and it can also be tipped forward against the front seats, which creates a carrying capacity of 3,000 litres (110 cu ft) and a load length of 1.57 m (5.2 ft).

The panel van version has a luggage capacity of 3,300 litres (120 cu ft) and a maximum load length of 1.90 m (6.2 ft), thanks to the foldable front passenger seat, that can also be tipped forward against the glove box to free up space for a load length of up to 2.42 m (7.9 ft). If the front seat is removed altogether it provides a carrying capacity of 3,900 litres (140 cu ft) and a maximum load length of load length of up to 3.11 m (10.2 ft).

The payload capacity is 750 kg (1,653 lb). It also has a second sliding side door as an option and features asymmetric rear doors that can open to 90 or to 180 degrees.[8]
It can be equipped with the Media Nav system, that combines navigation and audios functions, featuring Bluetooth hands free connectivity and auxiliary USB and jack sockets. Other optional equipment offered are the cruise control and the rear parking sensors.

It features standard ABS with electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD), and as an option it can be equipped with electronic stability control (ESC). The standard equipment also includes driver and front passenger airbags, as well as side head and thorax airbags.


New Endralon finaly acknowledges support of Populists

After a month of silence from the Foreign Affairs ministry, Grand Chancellor Mihaili has acknowledged New Endralon is delivering supplies to the populists in Statrica. Just after the report which stated that New Endralon was supporting the populists, the government did not tell anything about Statrica. Reason, it was top secret. But the fact became undeniable when even the populists said they had New Endrolian equipment. That's why Mihaili said in a press conference today that "New Endralon supports the democratic forces of the populist rebellion. The oppressing regime of Purica is pure evil and should be eliminated." A remarkable fact, in Mihaili's whole speach he did not mention the socialist forces or the alliance.

New Endralon sends personel to Statrica

Bovnajsky - New Endralon has decided to step up their help for the populist forces in Statrica. Currently, New Endralon has only send some old equipment gotten out of storage. However, to help the populists push west while the monarchists are busy in the south, New Endralon sends military advisors.

The monarchists are trying to stop the two front war going on for a long time. That is why they have allocated a lot of their soldiers to the southern front. But while the socialists are busy trying to protect their southern provinces, the populists try to gain from this situation by pushing west quickly.

New Endralon sends military advisors to help them achieve that goal. The advisors will help the populist forces in strategy and logistics. In total around 60 advisors have been send, most of which will educate the populist planners. A smaller portion will assist the populist military staff in their strategy.

Under the send advisors is general Domonkos. An experienced general, he has earned his stripes in the wargames where he stood out with his agressive aproach with lots of infantry, something the populists have in abundance.

When he arived at the improvised airfield in the populist capital of Bovnajsky he was welcomed with an ongoing evacuation because of monarchist bombers. This has inspired him to ask the ministry of defence for Mihai-44 MANPADS. The ministry is still in doubt, as the Mihai-44 are advanced weapons, which may not fall into the hands of the monarchists.

New Endralon/Kizenia Puts Military on High Alert

Cetatea Albâ - The New Endrolian government has put the military on high alert after the high tensions in Keris. While Egelion is on the brink of civil war, Dolgava has put a Thaller as head of state and has put segregation laws in place. Both the 2nd and the 4th division have been mobilised and the reserves are warned that they might be called upon if tensions increase even more.

The government is currently passing the bill where it condems the passing of the segregation laws in Dolgava. New Endralon is pulling out of the Dolgava-New Endralon Friendship Treaty, the Dolgavian Diplomatic Affairs Protocol and the Dolgavian Trade Association and Economic Pact. The government has notified the Dolgavan Foreign Ministry that the permission for the Dolgavan embassy is stopped within 6 months. New Endralon has already evacuated its own embassy in Dolgava.

On the other side of Keris is Egelion, which has problems of its own. The communists there could start a civil war but it is unsure what is exactly happening there. But it is clear that there is a lot of civil unrest in Egelion.

The 2nd Division is responsible for the defence of the western border. It consists mostly of moutain troops and artillery. There are some mechanised brigades but they are stationed in the relatively small coast area. The 4th Division is responsible for the defence of the eastern border. It consists out of a mountain troops battalion to defend the mountain range in the middle and a lot of mechanised troops both north and south of the mountains.


Big Protests in Front of Dolgavan Embassy

The residents of Cetatea Albâ have protested in front of the Dolgavan embassy in support of the Dolgavan minorities. Fazekas Alexandra called on social media to protest in front of the embassy before it will be removed. Around 4000 people protested with only 2 people arested after trying to brake into the embassy. All personel at the embassy were evacuated before the protests.

Admiral warns for cyber threath

Cetatea Albâ - A senior KEDA officer said Friday the addition of cyber warfare to traditional threats means the military alliance faces a 360-degree threat.

Rear Adm. Petros Georgescu, the head of KEDA Strategic Partnerships, said Friday there was "a complex environment and ambiguity we see today in the operational environment."
KEDA leaders confirmed cyberspace as an official "operational domain" for alliance actions at the recent Noversk summit, along with air, land and sea.

He said that talks at the summit in July about the different threats showed "the threat base is 360 degrees."
"It is clear all these domains in the 49th centuries are interconnected. Cyber covers all these domains," Gumataotao told The Associated Press.

He was speaking at a two-day KEDA Strategic Military Partners Conference held in the New Endrolian capital, Cetatea Albâ.

Mahati goes bankrupt

The producer of the PF-26 has gone bankrupt. This is according to CEO Kinjo Tetsui because of a lack of orders for more PF-26's. The fighter plane has destroyed the Kuzaki company, as the New Endrolian military only bought 100 planes, and to break even Mahati should have sold more than 350 fighters. Foreign countries also haven't bought any planes, as they were scared by the problems which arose during developement.

Operation Clean Sweap Prepares Reserves for Major War


Cetatea Albâ - The Army Reserve is preparing 120,000 soldiers for major war with intensive training on machineguns and automatic grenade launchers. For many, these Clean Sweap exercises held across the country are the first time they’ve touched such heavy weapons since basic training, said the chief of the Army Reserve, Lt. Gen. Darius Pirvu. The Reserve is also reorganizing to mobilize key units more rapidly in a crisis and to better recruit high-tech talent in cyber warfare and artificial intelligence.

It’s all part of a wider effort to refocus the military to “long-term strategic competitions with Hutori and Kazulia, (which now) are the principal priorities for the Department.”
The nitty-gritty details of how to better compete fall to officers like Pirvu, a career infantryman — and a lawyer in civilian life — who told the Kizenian Star that he’s constantly discovering new niche capabilities the 421,000-strong Army Reserve provides. While the National Guard can mobilize CH-30 Eagle gunship squadrons and full-sized combat brigades, Army Reservists set up fuel pipelines, install water distribution systems, coordinate supply convoys, analyze foreign railroad infrastructure, and conduct other little-noticed and unglamorous logistics without which a modern military cannot function. The Reserve is also expanding its presence to better recruit cyber experts to run the Army’s massive computer networks.
Even before the Kizenian deploys abroad, in fact, Army Reserve specialists go to military and commercial ports and terminals across the Confederation to help move troops out on time with all the right equipment and supplies. Under current war plans, some of those specialists would need to be notified, leave their civilian jobs, and get on site in “less than a week,” Pirvu said. They can do it, he added, but it’s a far cry from 60 years ago, when deployments were planned so far in advance that most Reserve and Guard units had two or three years to get ready. Large parts of the Reserve now must be ready to “surge” on short notice in a crisis.
Last year, Pirvu launched an initiative to identify key units — the ones that had to get ready rapidly in a crisis — and give them priority for personnel, modernized equipment, training and other resources. The initiative has identified about 180 units that would be needed in the first 30 days of an operation because the regular Army simply doesn’t have enough troops in those specialties to keep a major operation going. The analysis also helps Pirvu explain to Army planners and leaders what is doable in a deployment and what’s risky.

Performance Under Fire
But deploying smoothly and on time is, literally, just the start of the battle. Once they arrive in the war zone, Reservists will have to do their jobs — often highly technical ones — under constant threat. During training most troops spent most of their time in a secure bases with showers, electricity, air conditioning and hot food. That won’t be the case against an advanced adversary like Hutori, where the Army Chief of Staff, Gen. Haralamb Fieraru, has warned static bases will just be big targets for precision weapons, units must relocate constantly to survive, and soldiers will be physically “miserable.”
Even units well away from the “front line” — if such a clear demarcation between friendly and enemy territory even exists — will be targets for “operational fires”: long-range missiles, airstrikes (manned and drone), proxies, saboteurs, commandos, and cyber attack.
“I don’t care if you’re a pipeline person, I don’t care if you’re a medic,” Pirvu said. “If you’re going to be subject to the operational fires of the enemy, you’ve got to be able to protect yourself — and, if necessary, kill the enemy in combat.”

Getting that martial message across is a major aim of the Clean Sweap exercises. The Clean Sweap exercise trained about 109,000 Reserve soldiers who fired almost 50 million rounds on the STR42 heavy machinegun, SA231 medium machinegun, and M33-L23 automatic grenade launcher, firing from both the ground and from vehicles. It was held at main base in Estşosea . Pirvu admits he was initially skeptical about sending troops to Kutohaderia in winter: “I was the one going really? We’re going to do this in March?” In the end, though, he said, the cold weather made for better, tougher training, and troops came out of the exercises with high morale.
The raw numbers of troops formally qualified on heavy weapons is not the only benefit, Pirvu emphasized. The live-fire exercises are also a valuable opportunity for Army Reserve sergeants — the noncommissioned backbone of the force — to take charge of training again, after years of centralized, top-down preparation other exercises. Perhaps most important of all, Clean Sweap puts the Army Reserve on notice that it’s a new world and a new kind of war.
“Cultural change” is crucial, Pirvu said. “If you’re a pipeline person who’s getting shot at, you’re still a soldier.”
