The Future El Presidente?
It's official Leopoldo Ventalli is on-pace to become the next President of Gaduridos if polls are correct. However, the current President Szarikov continues to tighten his grip around the Presidency by unleashing his attack dogs upon innocent Labour protestors. However, this is a sign of a dying regime and many critics are confident Ventalli will emerge the clear winner in September.
Gaduridos opposition leader Mr. Ventalli today called on the government to announce snap elections for both the Presidency and the National Assembly, which are not scheduled until September 5229.
"We, the citizens of Gaduridos DEMAND snap elections today, not yesterday, and not certainly not tomorrow," Leopoldo told journalists as he held a march in the capital city. El Presidente Szarikov continues to commit to the official election date which are scheduled in September of later this year.
It would mark the first internationally 'legal' elections in Gaduridos since since 5160, after this date many international observers agree that the elections in Gaduridos were rigged in favour of certain parties and often only one party would run unopposed.
