Mona Rivet in Cildanian Republic as Czar is overthrown



Mona Rivet , leader of the IHRM, landed in Cildania right as the news got in that Deltaria turned into a constitutional monarchy. In other news, the ageing advocate for Seluco-Celdanian rights and former General of the SCCF and current United Party Chair and the Adonator of the SCCB, Valentine Lewen Giustizia CC has announced that he will not be entering his name in the next general election as a candidate for the Adonba'al of Cildania and that United will instead be backing the candidate put forward by their Co-alition Partner and idealogical opponent the Liberal Workers.
While he ignored reporters questions following the announcement today in an internal United memo that came into the hands of the CBC he repeated many of Patriarch Hannibal's sentiments and stated that as in the recent war, Party-Political interests and personal policies must be put aside for the sake of Cildania and that the reformation of the Phalanx poses the greatest single threat the nation and people of Cildania than any in living history, and as Cildania is the light of the World the greatest threat to humanity as well.

It is expected that members of the QSS or the Qedarite Republican Party or by its official name the Qedarite Safotiit Surbiy one of the constituent parties of the United Co-alition will be faced a tough choice in the coming days with a number already either defecting or being expelled from the Party.

Foreign Office Minister Dawid Llanwr Confirmed Dead

Following rumours earlier in the day, a government spokesperson has confirmed that long standing Minister for Foreign Affairs and veteran leader of the Akinawan Independence Movement, Dawid Llanwr (72) passed away in his sleep last night of natural causes.
Llanwr, a former lawyer from Belmonte who has over the last decade worked tirelessly to represent Cildania as the beacon of light to the world by promoting peaceful mediation and international inclusion.

The sectarian violence and conflict that have engulfed Majatra since the decades-long Jelbic-Augustan Wars have not spared Cildania. The nation, home to the Apostolic Department of Cildania, the largest and most powerful of the Eastern Apostolic Churches, has a long history of Hosian Nationalist sentiments and movements, which culminated in the Departmental Cildanian Republic of the 29th century. Hosian Nationalism has now received a new impetus in Cildania as Apostolic Hosians throughout the continent react to persecution by forming their own militias and terrorist organizations, most notably the Apostolic Army in Majatra. The current secular single-party regime of Cildania is thus seen by Hosian Nationalists as part of a continent-wide organized persecution against the Apostolic Church of the East, and for these nationalists only a religiously-based regime can end persecution in Cildania and the rest of Majatra. Benefiting from the unofficial support of Cildanian Patriarch Yaqub IV, the newly formed National-Apostolic Defence League (Ḣaber Mgannyoti ʿAmmi Shelaḣi), affiliated with the AAiM, is likely to gain power in the upcoming elections, capitalizing on the resentment felt by the largely religious Cildanian population against the secular Liberal Workers single-party state. Apostolic Revolution in Cildania





A popular uprising against the Liberal Workers regime, conducted with the support and blessing of the Apostolic Department of Cildania, has brought the theofascist Hamash party to power. Adela Wiley, the previous Adonbaal of Cildania, stepped down in response to the uprising, and Hamash leader Abba Azrubaal Ayyil, a Cildanian priest from Gilzon, was sworn in as Cildania's new Adonbaal. Hamash immediately proceeded to organize elections, as a result of which all 750 seats in the Cildanian Parliament were won by Hamash candidates, amidst allegations of fraud, corruption, and voter intimidation. The first act of the new Parliament was to ban the Liberal Workers party and to draft a new, Hosian-inspired constitution that would establish an Apostolic Nationalist regime in Cildania. Patriarch Yaqub IV was the first to congratulate the new Hamash government, praising the Apostolic Revolution as the dawn of Hosian liberation on the continent.
