Dorvish workers and industry have been praised in Terra for centuries, assuring efficiency and good-quality. This, of course, didn't change with the syndicalist economy, and production is at an all-time high. However, things can always be better. The Trade Union Congress has approved a restructuring of the Dorvish economy, funding with over 2 trillion Dolgars new factories, trade unions and syndicates and public works. What's more, it has also been said the TUC will strive to stay as far away as possible from most trade unions, and instead promote Syndicate-Owned businesses and Democratic Workers Cooperatives.
With this move, Dorvik intends to become a "Workplace of the World" for socialist nations, promising to aid all Proletarian Democracies.

Franz Reichmann, General of the DRA (Dorvish Revolutionary Army), has just announced the finalization of the project coined "Syndicalization of the Dorvish Military", which sought to decentralize and add democratic elements into the military.
After the revolution, many military officers were exiled or hunt down by proletarian militias, and Reichmann saw first-hand the efficiency of decentralized tactics instead of conventional warfare, going so far as to call himself a supporter of
guerrila warfare. After his election as General, Reichmann began to syndicalise the Dorvish military, creating trade unions out of platoons and brigades. Many years later, this project is finally at an end. Currently, the Dorvish military is made up of over 300 trade unions led by soldiers themselves, who elect their representative to act as the platoon's officer.
Although unconventional, General Reichmann assures the victorious proletarian militias in the revolution are enough proof that centralized and hierarchical structures are, in the end, inefficient. His work will surely influence countless future generals and the Dorvish military as a whole.
