UPSD sets sights on military reforms

Image

Citadel, Largonia (DCNA) - The ruling communist DPRP today announced plans for a massive 400 billion DDO injection to the nations defense budget, greater then a third of the current existing budget. This announcement comes amid recent legislative changes to existing military procedures as the UPSD sets to maintain a greater level of border security and greater number of troops garrisoned along the Largonian/Alorian border. There is also speculation that the communist regime has been conducting nuclear tests in recent weeks in the northern ocean.

Young Mikhail wins provisional leadership and Presidency

Citadel (DCNA) - Mikhail Khruschev has affirmed his position as both president and head of the United Parties for Socialist Dorvik (UPSD) today after successfully contesting the presidency from the short-lived Proletariat Movement rule. Kruschev has vowed to continue the work of his father who has not been seen in public for nearly one year but is believed to be alive and of reasonable health. Messages from the dear leader Pavel Kruschev are played weekly throughout all of Dorvik's cities with large congregations of communist supporters attending to listen, news of Mikhail's election win has been keenly discussed with many people keen to forget what they see as an illegitimate term of Proletariat backwardness.

A life long communist, Mikhail Kruschev is in many regards a mirror image of his father. His election has however received a good response in particular from moderate UPSD factions to which he has been a member since his initial joining 9 years ago. Kruschev's international ties, in particular with Aloria's UGA could potentially see Dorvik turn away from decades of hard line isolationism in a bid to spread political influence abroad.

Kruschev's future as the UPSD head, and in turn the Voice of the Eternal President Pavel Kruschev is uncertain with the possibility of leadership bids from other member parties.

Celebrations for UPSC formation as the UPSD gains mandate.

There have been celebrations in Cidatel in the past week as the Green Socialist Collectives officially voted for the creation of the UPSC, the new people's party in Dorvik. Party leader Yohan Domanik was reported as saying, "We are all delighted that Democracy is now secured in Dorvik, and we have cemented a socialist future for all through the great power of the UPSD".

In the recent election, the UPSD and it's new internal people's party were given a strong majority in the People's Assembly and new president, Mikhail Khruschev, toppled the Proletariat in a true win for stability in Dorvik. From the celebrations in Dorvik this week, it is evident there is a sense of excitement among the people for what their great leaders can accomplish with their mandate.

Vasilli Kyznetsov set to lead UPSC

Last month, the United People's Socialist Collectives went before peers, select members of the general public and UPSD comrads to vote on new party candidates for the next election. Vasilli Kyznetsov was unanimously voted as party leader after Yohan Domanik decided to step down from his duties to have a fresh face for the newly-formed party. Kynetsov, a 43 year-old social scientist and former lecturer at Citadel's grand University, was reportedly delighted with his new position, and is looking forward to enacting his reform agenda.

Ingrid Stephanov, Erin Kinsley and Yolanda Green all retained their seats and cabinet positions, along with a handful of former GSC candidates, with some fresh faces filling in the gaps. The UPSC appeared cooperative and friendly after the party elections, with Green saying "this is the strongest party I have had the pleasure to be a part of. We are much more organised now than in the GSC days, or even the GLP days, and I hope the people will recognize the talent on our team and the power of the UPSD as a whole".

The UPSC was formed late 2779, and is now a fully fledged political movement for democratic socialism in Dorvik.

DPRP Party reform as Mikhail given mandate for governance

Citadel (UPCP) - The Dorvish People's Revolutionary Party has officially reorganized itself shortly before the January 2785 election. The newly formed United People's Communist Party is the brainchild of Mikhail Khruschev, recently reelected President of Dorvik. "The change has been along time coming, I have had an increasing role regarding the organization and structure of the party in recent years and there was unanimous agreement among most party members that it was time to reevaluate ourselves in our current political climate. We represent, like our UPSC comrades, the mandate of the UPSD which acts as the only effective democracy Dorvik has ever known, our selection of party name was a show of our support to the diverse factional make up of the UPSD." spoke Khruschev at a UPCP party announcement.
The announcement has come amid a flood of new proposed legislation from the UPCP, given what it sees as a green light for a return to communist mandate amid it's recent election wins.

The Unité Intifada is Born

Image

Citadel (DCNA) - After the absorption of the UPCP by the UPSC a rift became evident between moderate UPSD socialists and hard line Nationalists. Nikolai Liminov, a former DPA General before turning AWOL 5 years ago, thought to be hiding in the border mountains between Largonia and Aloria with a rogue Dorvish military regiment today announced his intention to unify Dorvik's communist nationals under his movement of Intifada. The movements intentions are clear: the uncompromising secession of Largonia District from the Republic of Dorvik, if necessary by force. This is the first time a former military commander has defected against what has been a long history of communist rule, up until the recent questionable election of the RDFP which has seen a general collapse of the bi-partisan stability of the People's Assembly. The announcement today followed what turned into a what became a wild demonstration in downtown Largonia this morning. About 900 Intifada supporters, most wearing scarves or balaclavas to hide their identity upturned cars in the streets as they made their way through the city. The group eventually dispersed, breaking up and fleeing into the city before a large police opposition could muster.

Intifada declares support for Proletariat

Citadel (Largonian Free Press) - Commander Nikolai Liminov appeared today before a crowd of 30,000 supporters to announce the Intifadas intentions to support the Proletariat Movement in the coming national election. "The Proletariat stands for freedom from the People's Assembly's strangle hold on the nation and this is the only way we can in effect destabilize those ruling fascist parties who do not recognize their own peoples demands for freedom." spoke Liminov to the supporters. The announcement comes after Liminov's meeting with the UPSD coalition ended with them denying his request and petition for independence.

PROLETARIAT COUNCILS OF DORVIK

DORVIK SITUATION.
We are always unsatisfied.
We have put on the table many libertarian proposals. But our battle it's not finished. Step by step, we can change Dorvik in a libertarian communist country. In a country of freedom for the proletariat!
The councils have the power in the economy and in the cities, a good economic reform (with new rules about strike and workers right) is passed. It's a victory of the proletarians.
For the future our councils plans what follow:
- more workers rights
- more civil rights, the maximum of civil rights
- new environmental rules
- a campaign for the right to defence against state violence (democracy is guns in the hands of proletarians)
- a federalist reform of the state

But this is only a middle passage of our great insurrectionary program. Also because an insurrection doesn't have a program. The insurrection is the good mix of blood, violence, destruction, hate, love and dreams.
We still believe that a society without judge, army, police, state oppression, leaders, government, parliament, president, prisons etc it's the best society that we can build. We hate power and the state.
We refuse to recognize the state!
The only power that we recognize it's the power of the councils. The power of the proletarians councils.

RELATIONS WITH OTHER PARTIES
In Dorvik the situation it's not the best situation for a libertarian communist group.
We believe that UPSC it's an authoritarian socialist party and they demonstrate to us many times.
The RDFP it's not a socilaist party but a capitalist party disguise in socialist dress. We really think that the RDFP try to destroy the socialist republic by little reforms. Step by step, to restore capitalism and the fu@@@@g religion in our country.
So it's clear that UPSC and the RDFP are our enemies as they are enemies of the proletariat
The NBP it's a "new party". They declare support for our proposals.
We have many different ideas about society, but we can work together for the benefit of the exploited class.

We remember to all the parties that PROLETARIAT don't join any kind of government or alliance. We are in the people assemblies only to destabilize with a constant class opposition.

FOREIGN RELATIONSHIP
PROLETARIAT declares his support to the Communist party of Kafuristan that ask our help.
So, in the name of proletarian internationalism all our revolutionary councils have decide to send in Kafuristan 425,000 paramilitary of our glorious militia, for help our comrades in the fight against capitalists and fascists forces.
Good luck guys.
We also have a proposal for all the parties, movement or group that believe in libertarian communism.
An international militia that fight for proletariat freedom all over Terra. An anti-hierarchical structure that is the direct and armored arm of the proletarians of Terra.

DESTROY EVERYTHING FOR LIBERTARIAN COMMUNISM!
writing by all the Proletariat Councils of Dorvik
