Al'Badara and Kafuristan commence joint naval exercises.

In a joint statement, the Kafuri Minister of Defence, Gen. Basir ibn Waheed al-Farsi and his Badaran counterpart, Mr. Numair Armanjani have announced that Kafuristan and Al'Badara have begon a week long joint naval exercise. The purpose of the joint exercise is to increase cooperation between both navies and to ensure the navies of both nations are better adapted to eachother. The Badaran Minister of Defence said that in total 46 naval vessels of the Badaran Royal Navy would participate in the exercises, amongst them 2 aircraft carriers, 2 nuclear powered submarines, 12 conventional submarines, 20 cruisers, 8 destroyers and 4 pocket battleships. From the Kafuri side, 1 aircraft carrier, 8 conventional submarines, 10 cruisers and 4 destroyers will participate. The exercises will take place in the Strait of Keletia, the sea passage between Kafuristan and Al'Badara. During the exercises, the area where the exercises are held, will be designated a military area and will be off limits for all civilian vessels and aircraft.
