Support for Communism Strengthening

Upset with the current government, groups of citizens have been rallying in support of the National Communist Party,the recent political movement that is rapidly becoming more and more popular. Party Chairman John Lansing gave a speech last week at the capital:

"....But it was YOU who were oppressed. You,the people, have been forced into bondage to the rich and powerful. They have forgotten that the people are the real force in this country. They forget that a wooden ship, no matter how grand it may seem, is powerless against a massive wave. But THEY WILL REMEMBER. And they that oppressed you will beg for mercy when they finally fall. But they won't recieve it."

The NCP was recently able to pass some very radical bills,despite being a minority. While it is unclear why Shed and the Democratic Party allowed this, some have blamed internal problems in their party structure. NCP leaders were quick to suggest "They do not act because they realize they cannot go against the people. They cower before their former slaves, unable to act against us."

Only time can tell if Hutori will become a "government of the people".

WINTER PALACE MAKES DECLARATION



In light of His Most Excellent and Serene Highness, King Harold I of the House of Orange-Hutori being restored to the throne of Hutori, the Winter Palace has tonight released a statement on behalf of the King. An extract from the declaration reads as the following,

Now that the House of Orange-Hutori has been restored to the great nation of Hutori, it is my belief that we should look further than simply within our own borders. My family has the right to be the legitimate rulers of several nations upon Terra and it is my strongly held view that these claims be pursued when the time is right.

This statement by the Winter Palace makes clear in no uncertain terms that the Kings feels that Hutori must pursue the legitimate claims that the House of Orange-Hutori - a branch of the House of Orange-Villayn - has within Terra.

The Political party, Christian Union (Hosian Union) is an umbrella list consisting of 3 Christian (Hosian) organizations within the Kingdom (Radical Church, Orthodox Church and the Reformed Church).

Today we have seen the birth of Christian (Hosian) Unity in our country. After years of division and struggle we can finally unite and defend true Christian (Hosian) values within our wonderful Kingdom. It's our intention to already weigh on current policy through mass movement, by this movement we hope to gain popular support for the 3713 national elections. We hope, and pray, to gain a minimum of 3% of the seats in the national diet.

Bekenial, Adelia A new alliance has been established within the The Most Excellent and Serene Kingdom of Hutori. The Christian Union, only 2years after their establishment, will merger in to a greater alliance with Lutheran Protestants, Christian Royalists and Christian Democrats. Tom Saunders will remain as Chairman, Larry King a prominent member of the Lutheran Church will take the vice-Chairman seat.

It's yet to be seen of this merger would result in a electoral success next year, although Tom Saunders stated the main target remains to gain minimum 3% of the seats in the national diet. The Justice and Freedom Party main goals remains to defend 'Moral Christian Values' , Pacifism, Royalism and Social Liberal ideas within the national diet.

NEW COALITION GOVERNMENT FORMED

A new coalition government has been formed within the Most Excellent and Serene Kingdom of Hutori. Following the general election in which the Freedom and Justice Party stormed to victory, there has been two months of political deadlock as the five parties with representation within the House of Parliament intensly negotiated behind closed doors in attempts to form a new government. The result has been that a coalition between the Shed Party, the Federalist Party and the Hutorian Conservative Party. The Shed Party's Maureen Udal has retained the position of Prime Minister within the new coalition, with the Hutorian Conservative Party Leader Harold Clarke taking up the role of Foreign Secretary. The Prime Minister Maureen Udal was unavailable for comment today, but the Hutorian Conservative Parties new Foreign Secretary and Party Leader Harold Clarke gave a quick reply to our interviewer earlier, and he stated that,

"Today i believe is the beginning of a new era within Hutorian politics. After much negotiation, we have secured a deal to go into government with the Shed and Federalist Parties. In doing so we have managed to keep the extremist Freedom and Justice Party out of office. I furthermore believe that the coalition between our three parties will offer balance and stability to the nation and people of Hutori and this government will work tirelessly to represent their best interests."

Now the coalition government will begin to legislate over the nation, and it will be interesting to denote whether the three parties can successfully work together to pass legislation or whether the coalition agreement will be a loose arrangement between the three parties. Additionally it will be interesting to discover the reaction of the Freedom and Justice Party, who won the general election yet have failed to form a government. It is unlikely that they will go quietly. After forming a government, now is where the real hard work begins for the Shed, Federalist and Hutorian Conservative Parties.

"After two months of hard negotiations The Most Excellent and Serene Kingdom of Hutori has formed a new government without the JFP, the clear winners of these elections. An alliance with the HCP, Shed and the Federalists, can be seen as a alliance between water and fire. It's more then clear that the HCP wanted power, once they saw the opportunity they grabbed it and throwing everything what they stand for overboard. That the HCP is labeling us as extremists? That is ridiculous, we are a party of dialogue and offered a loose coalition where everyone could vote with their conscience on religious, moral and economical issues, and thus not have to follow the cabinet the whole way through. I can only say that this cabinet has been formed with the 2 biggest losers of the last elections. The voice of the people have not been heard, that is an outright shame. We will take up the role as biggest opposition party with great pride, honor and with high moral, as we will continue to pursue our agenda from the benches of the opposition. The JFP will always remain loyal towards it's believes, program and it's voters. "

PRINCE SEBASTIAN IN STATE VISIT TO ISLE OF KEYMON

His Royal Highness, Prince Sebastian of Tremaine, the third in line to the throne of the Kingdom of Hutori and brother of King Harold I made an official visit to the Isle of Keymon today. Upon his arrival in the city of Leighstown, His Royal Highness was met by the Keymonese Governor Charles Huntington and the pair along with a delegation from Hutori and the Keymonese Cabinet are believed to have had a two-hour long meeting to discuss the possibilities of closer political and economic ties between the two nations of Hutori and Keymon.

Then after the meetings, His Royal Highness attended a lavish dinner in the center of Leighstown alongside the Governor of Keymon and members of the Keymonese government. At the ceremony, the yet unwed Prince of Tremaine was believed to have been the centre of attention from many female onlookers and his availability is something of a mystery surrounding the Hutorian Royal Family, with numerous political commentators speculating that the King would rather his brother marry into royalty with the prospect of ruling a nation himself. However such rumours have always been rejected by the Winter Palace.

Despite these rumours, it was a welcome sight to see the Royal Family of Hutori once again using their influence to build closer ties with foreign nations. It is believed that there will be more rounds of talks held between Prince Sebastian and the Keymonese government before his return to Hutori.

PRINCE SEBASTIAN TO BE CORONATED IN KEYMON!

In a surpise revelation, His Royal Highness Prince Sebastian of Tremaine and the House of Orange-Villayn & Hutori is to be appointed as the new King of the island of Keymon. After intense negotiations, it has been arranged for HRH Prince Sebastian of Tremaine to take the throne of Keymon and marry Lady Karin Jaeger a prominent Keymonese noblewoman. The decision to appoint a new Monarch in Keymon comes years after the downfall of the old House of Royaliwith and it is believed that the decision was taken by Governor Huntington of Keymon in order to provide stability in government, improve economic and political ties with Hutori and other Monarchial nations. Whilst some may argue this is a dramatic step, it nonetheless highlights a new found friendship between the states of Hutori and Keymon and one that we hope may last for many successful and prosperous years!

PRINCE HENRY II TO TAKE THRONE OF LUTHORI

His Royal Highness Prince Henry II of Bekenial, a brother of King Harold I and the fourth in line to the Hutorian throne has been appointed the new Emperor of Luthori in a move which sees the House of Orange-Villayn & Hutori consolidate its claim upon the territory. The move also sees the descendants of the line of the great Luthorian dynasty - the House of Orange-Villayn - restored to the throne of their nation, albeit under the name of a different royal house. The dramatic move is believed to have been orchestrated by His Most Excellent and Serene Majesty, King Harold I of Hutori and the Noble Verrell Family who occupy the government of Luthori. The appointment of HRH Prince Henry II will also see the Prince wed to Ms Berniece Brittany Verrell, and mark the establishment of the House of Verrell-Hutori which is an official branch of the House of Orange-Villayn & Hutori. This move is the second time in a timespan of less than one year that a Hutorian Monarch has been appointed to the throne of foreign lands. First it was Prince Sebastian appointed to the throne of Keymon and now it is Prince Henry II appointed to the throne of Luthori in moves which represent a new foreign policy adopted by the Winter Palace to pursue legitimate family claims. It is known that the Hutorian Royal Family has been keen to unify the continent of Macon under one Royal Family in the past, but with Republican movements in Telamon, and the ever irremoval Satanic Republicans in Davostan - a repeat attempt to establish a United Macon would surely be frivelous.

However it is apparant that now is not the time to be speculating upon future developments, but rather rejoice that the Kingdom of Hutori has settled a longstanding foreign policy objective in the shape of Prince Henry II being appointed to the position of Emperor of Luthori and the legitimate claim of the House of Orange-Villayn & Hutori has been settled.

Second Congress of the Justice and Freedom Party



Bekenial, Adelia The Justice and Freedom Party held their second congress in the sporting complex of Bekenial. A congress that will be written in the history books as one of full of surprises. The members of the Justice and Freedom Party had the chance to vote for the Chairman, Vice Chairman, several political viewpoints and - something new- a political leader.

Election of the new chairman

The duo Tom Saunders- Larry King run unopposed for their second term as leaders of the Party. The outcome wasn't very surprising as the duo gained 97% of the voters behind them and 2.9% abstaining and 0.1% voting no.

"Friends, i am standing here today in front of you with great joy and gratitude. I would like to thank everyone that came here today and voted for us, and of course our loyal militants that bearded our campaign. Friends, we have a difficult task in front of us to keep our party the largest in the Kingdom. The past 3,5 years where difficult, as we where excluded from the coalition by the Federalists, but we have proven that even from the opposition benches you can weigh on the current policies in this Kingdom. I ask everyone of you to campaign with dignity and high moral! The JFP must and will remain the largest political faction in this Kingdom."

The members, in particular the Luthoran, of the JFP has surprised friend and foe with the electoral program. As most "Christian -right-" values where overwritten by a overwhelmingly majority lead by the Luthorans.

Election of the new Political leader

John Matthews, only 32 years of age, was elected unopposed by a 89% , 1 % abstaining - 10% voting no , as Political leader of the JFP. John Matthews is a Luthoran Theologian at the University of Bekenial. He has been active with politics since his youth and always fought for equal justice. John Matthews will from now on be the new face of the JFP as the role of Chairman is minimized to obtain more democracy within the party upon request of Chairman Tom Saunders.
