Country Royalist Leader Pauline Allen, speaking on radio regarding the NSF
Country Royalist Leader Pauline Allen has come out swinging at the National Salvation Front over recent events surrounding the Beluzian-Hutori Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Coordination. Ms Allen and the Country Royalists have been at the forefront for advocating for investigations into the NSF and former Minister for Foreign Affairs for colluding the the Federalist Party of Beluzia and the Beluzian Government. Tensions have reached a boiling point when the MoFA for Beluzia spoke in parliament uninvited, with many questioning just how far the collusion went. Ms Allen stated on 2GB radio
I think it's disgusting, the NSF have nearly dragged Hutori into a war, now they allow for an uninvited guest into our parliament, the speaker is a pathetic joke who can't even fulfil their basic duties. What more will the NSF do to sell out and destroy our nation. I am honestly very concerned as to what this Royal Commission is going to uncover and how bad it might be. It makes our government look like an embarrassment, and frankly it is a disgrace. The deflection tactics by the NSF to bring up NPP separatists is just another diversionary tactic by the NSF to cover their tracks. Frankly I have never seen such an inept and morally bankrupt group of people.
Questioned over whether she believes the NPP should be investigated for separatism Ms Allen responded
No... No I don't. Look everyone is entitled to have their say.. have an opinion. I don't agree with the idea of Hutori being split up, but I am not going to deny people exercising their right to freedom of speech. Those views were by a minority within the party anyway, I think it's rather irrelevant issue when you have a party in this parliament who might have colluded with a foreign power
When asked what she believed should happen if the former Minister of Foreign Affairs or the NSF were to be found guilty of collusion Ms Allen responded
um (laughs) if found guilty that would make them guilty of treason... you know where I and my caucus stand regarding what should happen to those who commit treason. But look I probably wouldn't go far as to say the death penalty, depending on the severity I'd definitely be hoping that they would be jailed for a significant period of time. It all really depends on how far this collusion went
