ROMULA - Un governo fiaccato e l'esigenza di una nuova rotta. Sembrano essere questi due i temi che stanno più a cuore al segretario del PPI Zorelin all'indomani delle elezioni. "La maggioranza del governo Accorsi accusa una perdita di 70 seggi; l'unico partito a guadagnare qualcosa è il PPI a fronte della perdita di tutti gli altri. Dobbiamo riflettere su questi dati", ha sottolineato. Nel corso dell'intervista rilasciata al Corriere, il segretario ha poi aggiunto: "Il governo è stato espressione di un compromesso rischioso: mettere insieme le forze liberal-conservatrici con quelle liberal-progressiste. Giocare in squadra con il PSDI non è stato affatto semplice per noi come per loro riguardo a noi. Credo che questa coesistenza forzata abbia creato confusione nell'elettorato e oggi siamo qui a contare quanti abbiano ancora fiducia in simili tentativi".

Sembra essere molto delusa dall'esito delle elezioni, Zorelin. La sua solita grinta sembra lasciare il passo ad una amarezza piuttosto aspra. Alla domanda sulle future mosse del PPI, ha risposto: "L'unica cosa che so è che il governo Accorsi ha finito il suo corso con queste elezioni. Adesso si può ripartire perché abbiamo ancora 319 seggi ma questo sarà impossibile e inutile continuando a giocare al ribasso. Le ambizioni liberali e sociali del PPI non potranno essere a lungo smorzate da tendenze di colore opposto. Come segretario del maggior partito di questa coalizione governativa devo dire ai partiti che ne fanno parte: o si fa un passo verso una reale condivisione dei valori liberali o tanto vale andare ognuno per la sua strada"

L'indice dell'accusa sembrerebbe essere puntato contro il PSDI, reo di aver combattuto le politiche iper-liberali del PPI. Allo stesso tempo il PSLI, storico alleato del PSDI, sembra essere stato chiamato in causa da Zorelin. Appare ora sempre più complessa la partita per un nuovo governo: si andrà ad un Accorsi II a trazione liberale? Potrà accettare questa deriva il PSDI? Sinceramente ciò ci appare alquanto improbabile. Più realistica una spaccatura interna alla coalizione di governo, col PSDI in uscita ed il partito Patriota in entrata. Ma questa uscita potrebbe tirarsi dietro l'abbandono del PSLI. A quel punto nessuna maggioranza sembrerebbe proporsi. A meno di un clamoroso avvicinamento fra PSDI, PSLI e Partito Comunista, prospettiva che ad ora sembra essere più lontana che mai.

ROMULA - Le trattative condotte tra i Popolari ed i Social Liberali stanno per dare forma ad un nuovo governo di coalizione che vedrà la partecipazione, oltre che dei due partiti già citati e di Democrazia Cristiana, de Il Patriota Partito di Istalia, nuovo partito istaliano dalle interessanti caratteristiche che potrebbero identificarlo come un partito libertariano e nazionalista, convinto progressista per la libertà di scelta dei singoli ma anche sostenitore dei valori della patria e dei valori cari ai nazionalisti.

Le urne, che per ben due legislature lo hanno costretto a restare fuori dal parlamento, hanno premiato infine Il Patriota facendolo divenire terzo partito d'Istalia alle spalle dei Popolari e poco più avanti del PSLI.



Accorsi ai microfoni successivamente le elezioni ha così giudicato il proprio mandato e spiegato la flessione del proprio proprio partito:

Mi prendo le mie responsabilità, ma non mi preoccupo eccessivamente: sono stato proposto per guidare una coalizione di larghe intese ed io ed il PSLI eravamo in prima linea sotto i riflettori nel mantenere in piedi una coalizione che vedeva Socialdemocratici e Conservatori liberali uniti nella stessa maggioranza, una situazione che inevitabilmente avrebbe accontentato pochi e scontentato molti.
Ma in generale non considero l'esperienza di governo un totale fallimento come l'ha considerata qualcun'altro: infatti abbiamo introdotto una riforma fiscale e quella del budget, abbiamo introdotto diversi provvedimenti a favore del libero mercato, abbiamo continuato a far valere il ruolo dell'Istalia sul piano internazionale nonché dimostrato le capacità dell'industria istaliana con il varo della Enrico Bergson che ci ha convinto a continuare su quella strada.
L'unico mio rammarico come Presidente del Consiglio e leader del PSLI è stato non aver potuto intervenire a riparare i torti fatti nei confronti di omosessuali e minoranze poligame, ma ciò non fermerà di certo il mio partito nel battersi per il riconoscimento pieno dei loro diritti.
Riguardo al governo che verrà siamo stati chiari: non accetteremo altre proposte che limitino ulteriormente i diritti civili dei nostri concittadini e tanto meno l'appoggio a qualsiasi proposta di iniziativa parlamentare che vada in quella direzione o che propongano di erodere i servizi di welfare e previdenza dello stato! Mercato libero e politiche a favore della libera impresa sono passi fondamentali per la prosperità del paese e per la creazione di posti di lavoro, ma che non si tocchino i servizi dello stato e che le privatizzazioni siano condotte con criterio.

Forte flessione invece per Democrazia Istaliana il cui segretario generale, Mario Giuliotti, eletto nuovamente Presidente della Repubblica, ha lasciato opportunamente ad altri membri del partito il compito di rilasciare qualche dichiarazione, in vero piuttosto brevi e facilmente riassumibili:
troppa poca attività parlamentare, poca incisività nel governo ed eccessiva accettazione passiva dei provvedimenti governativi, ma assicuriamo ai nostri elettori che durante questa legislatura cercheremo di essere più attivi e propositivi

Fortissimo invece il calo di consensi per i Socialdemocratici dell'onorevole Mangano, che si presenta probabilmente un ultima volta davanti ai microfoni come leader del partito spiegando le cause di una simile crollo confermando le analisi di giornali ed esperti:

Sono rimasta molto delusa, è vero, probabilmente i nostri elettori non ci hanno compreso ma mi assumo comunque tutte le responsabilità. Abbiamo voluto partecipare alla Grande Coalizione per l'Istalia per mettere un freno alle proposte eccessivamente autoritarie e provocatorie dei Comunisti, che abbiamo ritenuto sinceramente pericolose per il nostro paese, lo abbiamo fatto con senso di responsabilità per garantire all'Istalia, soprattutto in questo momento che la vede in primo piano a livello internazionale, un governo stabile.
Mi rendo conto però che abbiamo probabilmente deluso i nostri elettori per l'appoggio dato ad alcune proposte a favore del liberalismo economico e credo anche per il nostro modo di impegnarsi in ambito internazionale.
Che i Socialdemocratici ora si rimettano a lavorare duro per ricucire la spaccatura con i propri elettori, ma con dispiacere devo dichiarare che sarà sicuramente un compito per il partito che uscirà dal prossimo congresso. Grazie a tutti.

Il Governo del Tetrapartito sembra stia prendendo più tempo del previsto per formare la giusta squadra di governo ma il PSLI ha assicurato che i ritardi non sono legati al "se si formerà un tale governo". Infatti dalla sede dei Social Liberali sono già trapelate indiscrezioni sui futuri programmi di governo, in special modo il nuovo Programma Navale che, ormai sicuri delle capacità industriali e tecniche istaliane, è stato annunciato come il più grande programma d'investimento nella difesa nazionale da almeno un secolo a questa parte.
Inoltre, sembra che sia previsto un massiccio piano di privatizzazioni e di razionalizzazione del budget dello stato e su ciò Zorelin è stata chiara:

è giunto il momento di mettere definitivamente fine all'esistenza di immensi ed inutili carrozzoni politici piagati dall'inefficienza, divenuti pozzi senza fondo per le risorse dello stato, risorse garantire dalle imposte dei nostri cittadini, messe in tal modo solo al servizio dei partiti e di pratiche di compravendita e scambio di voti.

ROMULA - Licenziato il governo Accorsi, il Presidente della Repubblica Giuliotti ha varato il suo secondo governo, questa volta con a capo Beatrice Zorelin del PPI. La squadra non cambia molto (anche se cambia "sostanzialmente"): fuori il PSDI e dentro Il Patriota. Il cambio è molto significativo: con l'ingresso de Il Patriota in Parlamento e nella coalizione di U.o.L. il baricentro dell'azione governativa si è sensibilmente spostato a "destra", su posizioni seriamente liberali e liberiste.

"Lavoreremo per garantire ai nostri cittadini sicurezza, libertà d'impresa e difesa dei diritti", ha detto Zorelin. "Siamo una coalizione forte e coesa, fatta di partiti che oramai da anni lavorano insieme. Il Patriota è una forza politica emergente che si integrerà benissimo con tutti i partiti della coalizione"

Soddisfazione in casa PPI. "Una svolta liberale è ciò che ci voleva", sottolinea Molugno, Presidente dell'U.o.L. "Ora possiamo veramente modernizzare questo paese". Si respira quindi un clima disteso all'interno della coalizione e si prevede un governo molto forte e deciso. L'unica incognita sul suo percorso potrebbe consistere nella recente indagine sui finanziamenti illeciti ricevuti dai vertici del PCdL, faccenda per la quale lo stesso partito comunista si è costituito parte civile e andrà a processo per rivendicare la propria estraneità. Per il momento però molti parlamentari del suo gruppo sono indagati e quindi impossibilitati a partecipare alle attività.

As President of the Istalian Republic I announce that Istalia, his People and all its Institutions categorically and firmly express the unanimous condemnation of the atrocious crimes against humanity which are being perpetrated in Saridan.

Istalia condemns the reckless and inhuman conduct of the fundamentalist government of this seleyan state and the extreme and insane actions directed against its own citizens and equally strongly condemns its unacceptable and shameful practice of slavery and the slavery trade.

This nation will not be silent in front of the suffering and injustice and we are ready to rise up proudly next to those men and to those nations who share our ideals and those who refuse to stand idly by while thousands, if not millions of people risk their lives because of the blind belief of the worst expression of religious beliefs, fanaticism.

Istalia reconfirms proudly all his faith in the Democracy, in the Freedom, in the Tolerance, in the Justice and in the Respect.
And we want at the same time also blame firmly all those powers that have decided to close their eyes and turn their backs on so much horror for their interests and their ambitions.

A seguito del Comunicato Ufficiale della Presidenza tutte le forze politiche hanno dimostrato senza eccezioni di condividere totalmente il messaggio ed il dibattito nato a seguito ha visto esprimere le più disparate proposte per poter in qualche modo colpire il regime saridanese a seguito del blocco difensivo navale di Vanuku che ha impedito il dispiegarsi della missione umanitaria che Kalistan aveva proposto di organizzare durante i dibattiti al Congresso Mondiale.

ROMULA - The Government has issued an official press release in which it condemns the Saridan government for the arrest and summary execution of istalian citizens accused of terrorism and international espionage after being discovered, as reported by local authorities, to carry over the Saridanese border arms and ammunition in support of anti-government insurgent group known as "Defmos Freedom Squads" (Dante Defmos was an activist executed by the saridanese authorities for pushing some slaves to rise up against their masters).

The government blames the conduct of saridanese counterpart since it rejected the common international standards for having proceeded with the executions at the expense of foreign citizens without even warned the embassies of the countries involved.

Il progetto della Leonardi NUM fu uno dei 6 progetti preliminari proposti al Ministero della Difesa per l'allora Progetto Comune Istalo-Solentiano di Costruzione Navale proposto dal governo istaliano a Solentia per dotare entrambe le marine nazionali di una portaerei ognuna.
Quando divenne chiaro che l'instabilità politica in Solentia non avrebbe permesso di proseguire con il Progetto Comune, l'Istalia decise di procedere in solitaria sopportando totalmente i costi di ricerca, sviluppo e costruzione della nuova unità ed il progetto scelto fu proprio quello della NUM della Leonardi che portò alla costruzione della Enrico Bergson.
Entrata in servizio nella Marina Militare la Enrico Bergson finalmente pochi mesi fa ha interessato il nuovo governo libertariano di Solentia, che è riuscito a riportare una certa stabilità politica, e grazie all'attività di pubblicizzazione da parte del Governo Istaliano infine è giunto l'annuncio dell'ordine da parte dell'alleato d'oltrenayar.

La NUM sarà costruità nei cantieri della Leonardi di Triesta e come per la Enrico Bergson saranno necessari tre anni tra costruzione, armamento e prove prima di poterla consegnare alla Marina Nazionale di Solentia.

Come già specificato il contratto è stato chiuso su una cifra di 8 miliardi e mezzo di Solenar, ovvero 2 miliardi e duecento milioni di Lire, un prezzo più basso rispetto a quello proposto anni addietro insieme al Progetto Industriale Comune (9.2 miliardi di SOL) al quale si è potuti arrivare grazie a diversi fattori: l'esperienza ormai acquisita dalla Leonardi-Cantieri Istaliani per la Difesa S.p.A (la società di cantieristica della difesa a controllo maggioritario statale), la concomitanza con il Nuovo Programma Navale annunciato dal governo Zorelin che prevede la costruzione di una seconda portaerei e di diversi altre unità per l'Istalia che permetterà di abbassare i costi unitari, e la disponibilità del governo istaliano a venire incontro alle capacità economiche dell'alleato solentiano.

Intanto dal Ministero della Difesa sembra sia trapelata la notizia di una imminente grande esercitazione aeronavale tra le forze istaliane e solentiane che si terrà nell'Oceano Perarctico durante la quale la Enrico Bergson potrà dare sfoggio di sé e delle sue capacità sia di fronte l'alleato solentiano, sia sulla scena internazionale.

ROMULA - L'ultima tornata elettorale istaliana è stata particolarmente significativa. Dopo lo scandalo dei finanziamenti illeciti che ha colpito il PCdL e costretto alle dimissioni i 199 parlamentari che ne facevano parte, il paese è stato invaso da un notevole senso di rifiuto della politica. Moltissimi i cortei contro i politici corrotti. Dopo lo scioglimento delle Camere e le successive elezioni, questo senso di smarrimento dei cittadini si è concretizzato nell'astensionismo: al voto si è recato infatti appena il 48% degli aventi diritto. Questa astensione, dagli ultimi sondaggi che hanno rilevato i flussi, ha riguardato in particolar modo l'elettorato conservatore, il quale negli ultimi anni aveva dato il suo voto al PCdL. In questo senso non stupisce l'enorme calo dei consensi che ha colpito il PPI: anche questo partito fa riferimento in modo preponderante a quella fascia di cittadini.
I Popolari escono infatti notevolmente ridimensionati dal voto. Raggiungono appena l'8,77% dei voti, con 3 milioni e 100 mila votanti. Davvero poco per un partito che viaggiava fino a pochi anni fa a percentuali del 35-40% con più di 20 milioni di elettori. "Questa è una sconfitta seria e profonda che sfalda la nostra rappresentanza" ha dichiarato il segretario Zorelin. "Oggi termina un ciclo storico del PPI e con esso la mia carica di segretario. Rassegno le mie dimissioni per dare modo al partito di ripartire con rinnovato slancio e ritrovata integrità" ha proseguito l'ex Premier. Si avvicina dunque il Congresso straordinario che dovrà ridisegnare le coordinate politiche del PPI e rimettere in marcia il partito. Anche l'organizzazione U.o.L. di cui il PPI è fondatore sembra segnare una certa criticità interna: due partiti della coalizione, infatti, sono ora parte dell'esecutivo di centro-sinistra (PSLI e DI) a quanto pare non senza grosse frizioni e polemiche interne.
