ROMULA:Dopo le inchieste su PPI e PSLI, la Procura di Roma si abbatte anche su Democrazia Istaliana: il Capogruppo alla Camera Mario Rossini e altri 25 esponenti della corrente Liberale sono indagati per concussione e associazione a delinquere. Secondo i magistrati avrebbero approfittato della propria posizione predominante nella gerarchia del partito per approvare provvedimenti favorevoli ad alcune industrie in cambio di soldi. Attualmente Rossini si è dimesso dalla propria carica "in attesa di giudizio" (anche se sembra che la sua carriera politica sia ormai finita, visti i 28 anni di servizio) e gli altri membri somo stati espulsi dal partito. Giuliotti ha dichiarato in merito:

Le accuse verso Rossini e gli altri membri del partito sono troppo gravi per essere ignorate, giuste le espulsioni, il partito non deve essere infangato dai loro comportamenti. Adesso è giunto il momento di prendere le proprie responsabilità; annuncio ufficialmente il mio ritiro dalla politica: non ha senso rimanere se la classe dirigente che mi stava intorno è indagata e, a quanto sembra trapelare dalle indiscrezioni, sarà probabilmente condannata. Mi scuso con tutti gli elettori che ci hanno votato, non pensavo affatto che fossero corrotti. Posso assicurare che il partito è sano, ora che le mele marce sono state allontanate.

Il successore di Giuliotti sarà Luca Cecconi, giovane governatore del Trivendito, con il titolo di Segretario Generale. Cecconi, esponenente degli Hosiani Democratici, ha dichiarato che, se confermato dagli elettori tramite elezioni primarie, scioglierà il partito e ne fonderà uno nuovo, per lasciarsi alle spalle il pesante scandalo che ha colpito DI.

ROMULA - Ormai le borse istaliane stanno seguendo l'andamento di quelle del resto del mondo, con i principali titoli nazionali ed internazionali che stanno sperimentando cali costanti; a soffrire più di tutti il titolo di Hasan Grand Holding, che ieri ha chiuso con un -10,3.
Il gruppo Hasan, come già ampiamente detto, è stato il gruppo finanziario-industriale più colpito dalla crisi dei mercati scoppiata in Dovani ed ha visto già diverse controllate fallire in patria, banche di investimento e compagnie assicurative in primis, mentre all'estero, soprattutto in Dovani, le aziende controllate dalla Holding stanno fallendo in buona parte degli stati orientali settimana dopo settimana.
Un duro colpo giunge anche da Baltusia dove la Burgmuller Pharmaceutical, uno dei principali investimenti della Hasan in Seleya, ha dovuto già chiudere diversi stabilimenti mentre la proposta di una ricapitalizzazione da parte della dirigenza baltusiana sta mettendo la Hasan in una posizione ancora più difficile.
Gli effetti della crisi intanto si stanno facendo sentire anche sulla vita di tutti i giorni dei cittadini istaliani che stanno vedendo i prezzi generali di beni e servizi aumentare sempre più, questo a causa dell'impennata del costo soprattutto delle Commodity sui mercati internazionali ed in special modo dei prodotti agricoli: anche in questo settore la Hasan sta soffrendo sensibilmente dato che moltissime controllate in Dovani sono proprio imprese agricole ed agroalimentari che con il crollo della domanda generale stanno subendo perdite ingenti e già una delle principali, la Oltremar Tropica and Temania Corporation ha dovuto ridurre sensibilmente le attività in Temania ed in Tropica lasciando senza lavoro oltre 9 mila lavoratori, principalmente poveri braccianti impiegati nelle estese coltivazioni di palma e di canna da zucchero.
Riguardo il tasso di disoccupazione in Istalia, questo ha raggiunto quasi il 7% (due punti e mezzo in più rispetto all'inizio della crisi) e le previsioni di buona parte degli analisti fanno temere un aumento nei prossimi mesi che potrebbe toccare il 10% già alla fine del prossimo anno, soprattutto dovuto ad una seria crisi del settore metalmeccanico e la Estal che ha deciso di chiudere le proprie concessionarie in Artania ed in Keris.
Il Pil Istaliano come quello di buona parte delle economie mondiali ha registrato già un serio rallentamento che ha subito rispetto alle ottime prestazioni di inizio secolo (il Pil si attestava a +3.2 annuo) un calo di oltre due punti percentuali ma, come per il tasso di disoccupazione, anche questo valore dovrebbe peggiorare e ci si aspetta per il 4206 il segno negativo.

Fa comunque ben sperare l'accordo raggiunto tra le tre maggiori forze politiche del Paese, il Partito Repubblicano, Democrazia Istaliana e Libertà e Progresso che ha permesso al Presidente Berlusconi di presentare un Governo liberale che ha già annunciato che farà sue le proposte avanzate da Filippo Mara, l'economista di Libertà e Progresso, che hanno riscontrato un largo supporto anche dal resto delle forze liberali del paese.
Le ampie liberalizzazioni dovrebbero aver già messo in fermento aziende ed investitori mentre già si annunciano grandi scioperi generali da buona parte dei dipendenti del comparto pubblico che subirà importanti tagli a seguito dell'annunciata riforma del welfare.
I candidati al Ministero delle Finanze ed a quello della Sanità e dei Servizi Sociali, Filippo Marra stesso ed Elio Bertinotti, hanno però già annunciato che non appena insediati è loro intenzione organizzare una serie di incontri con i sindacati per trovare un accordo che possa garantire un processo il più graduale possibile e quindi avviare le contrattazioni tra sindacati ed imprese per il riassorbimento degli esuberi nel settore privato.
Bertinotti ha comunque garantito che per il momento il futuro governo ha già deciso di non intaccare né i salari né i sussidi per la disoccupazione così da non intaccare ulteriormente il potere d'acquisto dei cittadini e per garantire un'adeguata copertura per gli ex dipendenti pubblici durante il periodo di ricollocamento.

The Hasan Group, as already mentioned, was the financial-industrial group most affected by the crisis of the markets that broke out in Dovani and has already seen several failed subsidiaries in the Country, investment banks and insurance companies in the first place, while abroad, especially In Dovani, holding companies are failing in most of the eastern states week after week.

ROMULA - Il Partito Repubblicano, Democrazia Istaliana e Libertà e Progresso hanno votato compatti la fiducia al nuovo Governo a trazione liberale alla cui guida il Presidente Berlusconi ha posto il Demoistaliano Luca Cecconi, nuovo leader di DI pronto a riformare il partito a seguito del coinvolgimento nello scandalo Corruzione di molti parlamentari Demoistaliani della precedente legislatura, compreso il Capogruppo alla Camera.
Non appena insediatoso il Governo ha immediatamente messo in cantiere i primi provvedimenti strutturali del Paese per affrontare la crisi finanziaria, provvedimenti proposti dal Ministro delle Finanze Filippo Marra, economista esperto di Liberrà e Progresso, provvedimenti rivolti a percorrere due strade: la difesa del potere d'acquisto dei cittadini da una parte ed un ampio programma di liberalizzazioni e privatizzazioni dall'altra per stimolare gli investimenti e che ha compreso anche un taglio all'imposta sulle società, un provvedimento che aiuterà le nostre attività a fronteggiare l'aumento dei prezzi ed il calo del commercio internazionale.
Tra le proposte che hanno riscontrato consenso anche tra l'opposizione il taglio all'imposta sulle vendite dei beni di primo consumo e quindi la Legge Anti-Corruzione, considerata una tappa fondamentale da Marra che l'ha presentata durante una conferenza stampa insieme al Ministro della Giustizia Sigried Ventello.
Il Partito Ambientalista si è detto disposto ad appoggiare anche la prima tranche del pacchetto liberalizzazioni ma la seconda tranche ci si aspetta invece che vedrà tutti i partiti di opposizione votare compatti contro.

Il Ministro Marra stamattina ha quindi annunciato alla stampa quelli che dovrebbero essere i prossimi passi del pacchetto anti-crisi:

La riforma del budget sarà ciò che ci occuperà il prossimo anno. Le varie privatizzazioni alleggeriranno lo Stato di numerosi oneri mentre saranno liberati fondi allocati anni fa per diversi progetti da tempo conclusi.
Personalmente sono più che fiducioso che il settore privato risponderà adeguatamente, una riforma del genere, così vasta non avveniva dagli anni '50 dello scorso secolo d'altronde ed il Governo ha chiaramente messo in chiaro che vuole garantire le migliori condizioni per il business. Vogliamo investimenti, nuove imprese, attività e dunque posti di lavoro per i nostri lavoratori! Ma non vogliamo fermarci qui: la legislazione istaliana era già prima della crisi una delle più businessfriendly di majatra, soprattutto grazie alle già basse imposte per le società, quindi il Governo deve impegnarsi per offrire ancora più allettanti opportunità ma anche spingere per sostenere la domanda crollata con la crisi.
Da una parte proporremo la creazione di un fondo nazionale per garantire ulteriori sgravi fiscali a chi avvia una nuova attività ed una no tax area per start up e nuove imprese mirate all'innovazione, quindi vogliamo far approvare i finanziamenti per i progetti nazionali già annunciati poco dopo le elezioni, ovvero il completamento dell'estensione su tutto il territorio della ferrovia ad alta velocità, come anche fu previsto dall'Accordo sui Corridoi Trans-Majatrani, e quindi l'espansione del Porto di Triesta, due progetti che non saranno dei meri espedinti per far lavorare qualche azienda e dare qualcosa da fare ai lavoratori, ma si tratta di progetti che incrementeranno i commerci interni come anche quelli con il resto del mondo.

Nonostante l'ottimisto del Ministro delle Finanze, tra le file del Partito Repubblicano comunque sono cominciate ad emergere alcune perplessità alla luce del fatto che la nuova leadership Demoistaliana ha sollevvato diverse obiezioni su quello che doveva essere uno dei provvedimenti più importanti per il Governo all'interno del suo programma contro la crisi, ovvero la radicale riforma del Welfare nazionale, un provvedimento che dovrebbe liberato ancora più fondi per i programmi del Governo riguardo allo stimolo della domanda.
L'attuale stop alla legge rafforza il timore delle frange più estreme del Governo di vedere materializzarsi lo spettro di ingenti spese in deficit, uno spauracchio che potrebbe causare seri probleme all'interno della stessa maggioranza, poiché se LP ha già espresso la sua apertura a possibili spese in deficit, i Repubblicani hanno già posto il loro veto a questa possibilità.
L'opposizione del maggiore partito in Parlamento a qualsiasi finanziamento tramite creazione di debito già aveva costretto Marra a ridinensionare i suoi progetti iniziali sia sulla riforma del budget come anche una revisione degli investimenti e dei tempi per i progetti nazionali e se non si riuscisse a trovare un accordo, impresa resa ancor più difficile dal montante malcontento dei sindacati, la stessa efficacia dei provvedimenti contro la crisi potrebbe seriamente risentirne.

Minister Marra this morning announced to the press what should be the next steps of the anti-crisis program:

The budget reform will be what we will be doing next year. The various privatizations will lighten the State of many burdens, while other funds will be released from several long-term projects concluded years ago.
Personally I am more than confident that the private sector will respond adequately, such a reform has not been the case since the 50's of the last century and the Government has clearly made it clear that it wants to guarantee the best conditions for the business. We want investments, new businesses, new activities and therefore jobs for our workers! But we do not want to stop here: istalian law was already one of the most friendly-minded of majatra before the crisis, especially thanks to the already very low corporation tax, so the government must commit itself to offer even more attractive opportunities but also push to support the falling demand came with the crisis.

ROMULA - Le misure contro la crisi proposte dal Governo sono ormai entrate nelle ultime fasi di dibattito Parlamentare, prossime per la votazione dei vari articoli e quindi al voto finale che dovrebbe tenersi a Maggio.
I mercati sembrano aver risposto positivamente al lancio dei nuovi provvedimenti e soprattutto la Borsa di Romula questa mattina ha visto finalmente il segno più tornare a precedere gli indici dei principali titoli:

Ma accanto a questi buoni risultati si assiste alla sofferenza di altri titoli:

Si tratta in buona parte (indicati dalla 'H') di titoli della "Galassia" del gruppo d'investimento degli Hasan, tra i quali solo la HAWS risulta essere l'unica attività con il segno positivo, una situazione peggiorata a seguito del forte rallentamento del mercato Baltusiano, dove Hasan è massicciamente presente avendo investito somme ingenti negli ultimi decenni specialmente in Burgmuller Pharmaceutical, Port Oro Minerals and Mining Company ed Enist GreenTech.
Le forti sofferenze per Hasan Grand Holding stanno portando all'attenzione del grande pubblico il fatto di quanto la Hasan sia profondamente radicata in buona parte dei mercati mondiali attraverso soprattutto una miriade di sussidiarie e controllate, spesso i cui legami con la Holding risultano piuttosto oscuri ed intrigati. La crisi globale ha investito ogni settore e buona parte dei paesi e con il forte rallentamento generale molte di queste controllate sono entrate in seria sofferenza o sono direttamente fallite, causando seri problemi ad una Hasan Grand Holding pesantemente indebitata a seguito di un'azzardata attività finanziaria portata avanti negli ultimi 5/10 anni, un indebitamento che se non onorato potrebbe mettere in ginocchio i creditori della holding, a loro volta importanti gruppi finanziari ed industriali in patria ed all'estero.

La situazione di Hasan è andata ad alimentare i dibattiti già accesi all'interno della maggioranza di Governo ed il Ministro delle Finanze, supportato dal proprio partito e dai Repubblicani, ha già detto che spingerà per la presentazione ufficiale alla camera della Riforma del Welfare e che l'intero esecutivo dovrebbe legare la propria tenuta proprio al passaggio della legge, lanciando una seria sfida ai Demoistaliani che comunque pochi giorni fa hanno rilassato le loro posizioni così da permettere al Ministro delle Finanze di intravedere uno spiraglio di speranza.
Per chiarire l'importanza della riforma del Welfare il Corriere d'Istalia si è rivolto a Federico Tisandi, Presidente del Centro di Studi Finanziari di Milona ed ex Rettore della prestigiosa Università e Alta Scuola d'Economia "Boccali":

La riforma del Welfare come il Corriere ha già accennato in un passato articolo, permetterà allo Stato di liberare molti fondi per gli annunciati programmi di stimolo industriale, ma non si tratta soltanto di una questione di "cassa".
Infatti questa riforma potrebbe essere la vera ciambella di salvataggio della Hasan Grand Holding ed ora spiego il perché: una simile riforma, nonostante se ne sia sentito parlare solo quando Marra ha lanciato la sua proposta, era in realtà un'idea che discretamente aveva cominciato a circolare in diversi ambienti politici come anche imprenditoriali e quando il Collettivo Libertariano ha definitivamente preso il controllo del vecchio PSLI, il soggetto più interessato alla riforma si è subito messo in moto e stiamo parlando proprio della Hasan: una delle principali controllate della Hasan infatti è Umana Servizi S.p.A., una multinazionale specializzata nel settore terziario, che offre una miriade di servizi che vanno dall'assistenza sanitaria alla manutenzione degli spazi pubblici, dai servizi assicurativi dedicati a pensioni complementari ai servizi idrici o di gestione dei rifiuti.
Umana Servizi è massicciamente presente non solo in Istalia ma anche in molte altri mercati ed in primis in Kalopia-Wantuni: qui la Umana Servizi per oltre mezzo secolo ha assicurato una copertura sanitaria per oltre 25 milioni di persone in Kalopia-Wantuni ed ha stabilito degli accordi con oltre seicento Comunità per la fornitura di servizi quali la gestione delle utilities ed oggi, all'interno del Protettorato di Mossavi, soddisfa oltre il 65% della domanda locale riguardo al comparto sanitario ed oltre il 50% di quello delle utilities, mentre la Future Servizi, una sussidiaria di Umana Servizi, è la leader nel settore delle convenzioni con le aziende per la copertura assicurativa relativa a sanità e previdenza sociale.
Hasan dunque era intenzionata ad approfittare del cambiamento delle posizioni politiche dei Social Liberali, consci che ciò avrebbe condotto ad una seria revisione delle alleanze politiche che hanno reso sempre più concreta la possibilità di una simile riforma, ed a sfruttare la decennale esperienza di Umana Servizi nella realtà kalopiana per assicurarsi una fetta consistente del nuovo comporto sanitario e sociale del mercato istaliano.
E nonostante l'arrivo della crisi che ha messo in ginocchio la holding, Hasan può ancora farcela e proprio la riforma del Welfare da lucroso investimento del secolo oggi potrebbe essere la salvezza di tutto il gruppo!
L'Istalia non può permettersi il fallimento della HGH e credo che anche molte altre nazioni si ritroverebbero a dover affrontare una nuova ondata di fallimenti ed è per questo che invito tutta la maggioranza di Governo ha procedere compatta con questa riforma e quindi con i successivi stimoli industriali.
Abbiamo già visto un miglioramento sulle borse non appena il Governo ha avviato i suoi programmi per affrontare la crisi e personalmente credo che il Governo, e specialmente Libertà e Progresso, abbiano fatto benissimo a dar fiducia alle proposte di Marra, ma ora è il momento di procedere anche con il resto!

These are maily stocks (indicated by the 'H') of the Hasan investment group "Galaxy", of which only HAWS has he positive sign, a situation deteriorated following the strong slowdown in the Baltusian market, where Hasan is massively present, having invested large sums in recent decades, especially in Burgmuller Pharmaceutical, Port Gold Minerals and Mining Company and Enist GreenTech.
The strong sufferings for Hasan Grand Holding are bringing to the attention of the general public the fact that Hasan is deeply rooted in most of the world markets through mostly a myriad of subsidiaries and parent companies, often whose bonds with Holding are rather obscure and intrigued. The global crisis has hit every sector and most of the countries and with the general slowdown many of these subsidiaries have come into serious suffering or are directly bankrupt, causing serious problems to a heavily indebted Hasan Grand Holding following a sluggish financial activity carried on in the last 5/10 years, an indebtedness that if not honored could kneel creditors of the holding, which are important financial and industrial groups at home and abroad.

Hasan's situation has fueled debates already in the Government majority and the Finance Minister, supported by his own party and by the Republicans, has already said he will push for the official presentation of the Welfare Reform to the Chamber and that the entire executive should tie its own retain to the power to the passage of the law, launching a serious challenge to the Demoistalians who, however, a few days ago relaxed their positions so that the Minister of Finance could see a glimpse of hope.

ROMULA - Nuovi dati dal UNAST, l'Ufficio Nazionale di Statistica, che non si discostano dalle previsioni già fatte precedentemente: disoccupazione al 9.6% mentre l'inflazione supera il 2.7%.
L'aumento generale dei prezzi e sempre più lavoratori in mobilità stanno erodendo sempre più il potere d'acquisto della popolazione istaliana andando ad aggravare il rallentamento della domanda generale e causando sempre più difficoltà ad aziende, artigiani, professionisti, ecc...
Particolarmente grave la situazione in Trivendito e specialmente nell'area industriale tra Rocca di Tullio e Verunia, nota soprattutto per la produzione di ceramiche, dove sono già fallite quattro manifatture mentre la più grande fabbrica in zona, la CerAmica S.r.l., ha ridotto al minimo la produzione lasciando a casa per le prossime due settimane oltre 2500 operai.
Intanto si moltiplicano le proteste dei Sindacati come anche di un gran numero di movimenti di vario genere, soprattutto di sinistra ed estrema sinistra e tra questi, a preoccupare le autorità, sono riemerse anche bandiere anarchiche, ai quali si sono uniti venerdì scorso le associazioni studentesche universitarie e liceali che hanno sfilato a Romula inneggiando contro il Capitalismo Globale.
Il Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri Luca Cecconi di fronte ai dati dell'UNAST ha voluto dunque incontrare il Presidente della Repubblica ed il Ministro delle Finanze per fare un punto della situazione e cambiare le priorità riguardo i prossimi provvedimenti da prendere spingendo per procedere con la la riforma atti ad alleggerire la pressione fiscale sui redditi così da aiutare le famiglie a sostenere le difficoltà crescenti.
Il Presidente della Repubblica Berlusconi sembra abbia voluto lasciare la decisione a Cecconi e Marra, data la sua posizione istituzionale, lasciando il compito di esprimersi ai membri del suo partito che si sono detti fortemente contrari ad anticipare il taglio dei redditi facendo notare come lo Stato stia operando già in deficit a seguito del taglio dell'Imposta sulle società e dell'IVA sui beni ordinari.
Marra e Cecconi, supportati dai rispettivi partiti, sono comunque riusciti a convincere gli alleati Repubblicani sottolineando sia come il Paese abbia accumulato notevoli riserve negli anni passati, con l'ultimo periodo di spesa in deficit per la Repubblica che risale addirittura agli anni '30 del secolo passato.
Il taglio dell'imposta dei redditi prevederà una riduzione della pressione fiscale per i redditi bassi e medi e quindi l'eliminazione dell'ultimo scaglione che interessava i grandi patrimoni, per la quale il Presidente del Consiglio Cecconi è rimasto molto soddisfatto:

Con questo alleggerimento fiscale il Governo ha voluto prima di tutto proteggere i redditi delle fasce più deboli che sono cronicamente le più colpite durante simili crisi ma abbiamo anche voluto procedere con un importante alleggerimento per i redditi più alti per affrontare una crescente situazione di forte tesaurizzazione e quindi incoraggiare gli investimenti ed i consumi privati.

Intanto il Governatore della Banca d'Istalia Luciano Ortali ha annunciato un taglio ai tassi d'interesse a partire dal prossimo anno così da stimolare l'offerta di moneta delle banche alle imprese, quindi gli investimenti e la produzione di beni e servizi, un provvedimento che ha fatto piovere nuove proteste dall'interno della maggioranza poiché sembra che la decisione sia stata presa su forti pressioni sempre di Cecconi che comunque ha messo velocemente a tacere le critiche rispondendo che indipendentemente da qualsiasi intervento Governativo, la Banca d'Istalia, come qualsiasi altra banca centrale nazionale, avrebbe comunque agito in questo modo per gli stimoli che una simile politica monetaria può offrire.

Intanto la Riforma del Welfare è sempre più vicina al voto finale ma già da oggi non ci sono dubbi sul passaggio della legge tanto che si sta assistendo ad una progressiva stabilizzazione dei titoli azionari legati al gruppo Hasan che prevede una decisa inversione del trand grazie al ruolo che avrà la sua più importante controllata, la Umana Servizi, sul futuro mercato del Welfare Istaliano.
A contribuire alla stabilizzazione di titoli, valutata come piuttosto repentina, ha contribuito un accordo raggiunto dagli Hasan con il Gruppo d'Investimento della famiglia Mariani, la cui holding ha sofferto decisamente meno rispetto a buona parte del resto dell'imprese istaliane e che ha annunciato che supporterà l'acquisto di una quota notevole dei titoli controllati dalla Hasan Grand Holding, una soluzione che se salverà la Holding dal crollo totale vedrà l'influente famiglia Hasan venire definitivamente raggiunta dagli storici concorrenti della famiglia Mariani che, per voce del Presidente del Gruppo, Alice Mariani, nipote del Roberto già Presidente del Consiglio, annuncia che il Gruppo Mariani si farà carico di sofferenze attraverso tutta Dovani per conto della Hasan ma ha anche annunciato ulteriori investimenti nel promettente paese Dovaniano di Vanakalam, sperando di trovare una situazione favorevole e quindi far fronte alle sofferenze che verranno incamerate con l'ingresso nel gruppo Hasan.

Meanwhile, the Governor of the Banca d'Istalia (Bank of Istalia) Luciano Ortali announced a cut in interest rates starting next year to stimulate banks' money supply to businesses, hence investment and production of goods and services, a measure which raged new protests from within the majority as it seems that the decision was taken too under strong Cecconi's pressures, but he has quickly silenced the criticisms by replying that regardless of any government intervention, Banca d'Istalia, like any other another national central bank, would have acted in this way for the stimulus that such a monetary policy can offer.

Meanwhile, the Welfare Reform is getting closer to the final vote but as of today there are no doubts about the passage of the law so much so that we are already seeing a gradual stabilization of the stocks linked to the Hasan group which predict a strong reversal of the trand thanks to the role which will have its most important subsidiary, Umana Servizi, on the future Istalian Welfare Market.

ROMULA - Il Governo ha presentato ufficialmente la riforma del budget "a tappe" ideato dal Ministro delle Finanze, un progetto diviso in tre scaglioni da presentare alla fine del mese, il prossimo anno e l'ultimo nel 2708, cosa che rivela come il Governo sia fiducioso di riportare anche le prossime elezioni venendo riconfermato al guida del Paese.
Nel contempo il Ministro Marra ha annunciato che sono stati previsti nel budget gli stanziamenti alla difesa per una missione che vedrà 15.000 uomini raggiungere il contingente di 7500 già presente nel Protettorato di Mossavi, in Kalopia-Wantuni.
Infatti il Governo ha annunciato che l'aumento dei disordini in Kalopia-Wantuni e la sempre maggiore influenza di Metzisti ed Anarchici, ha reso necessario come precauzione rinforzare le difese del Protettorato.
Finito il programma di espansione della flotta di deterrenza nucleare della Marina, nonchè un decennale programma di aggiornamento e miglioramento delle unità e delle capqcità delle forze armate, i fondi dedicati al budget non torneranno al livello adatto all'ordinaria gestione, ma resteranno piuttosto elevati per finanziare la nuova missione in Kalopia.
In Mossavi infatti l'agitazione, soprattutto ad Helios, per gli sconvolgimenti nel resto della nazione centromajatrana hanno spinto il Governatore Generale, supportato dalla leadership di Helios e delle città costiere del nord, a raccomandare un rafforzamento delle capacità di difesa dei confini del Protettorato.
Al seguito delle truppe partirà a bordo della III Flotta anche un notevole contingente di mezzi corrazzati, soprattutto carri MBT Dragone ed unità corazzate Lanciere nelle sue numerose varianti, in quantità che fanno intendere come il Governo sia deciso a "corazzare" letteralmente i confini del Protettorato, che sembra essere un notevole mercato per l'industria istaliana e che sta aiutando non poco a sostenere un poco di domanda con nuove fasce di popolazione in Mossavi che ritrovata la stabilità di un governo centralizzato, nonostante la crisi stanno vivendo una rinascita come non avveniva da più di mezzo secolo, una situazione radicalmente opposta nelle regioni sotto il controllo della da poco costituita Unione che invece sta scivolando, come detto, in una situazione decisamente più instabile e che ha visto un governo con poche risorse e con un limitato controllo del territorio venir fagocitato dalla crescita dei movimenti di sinistra che stanno stabilendo il controllo in sempre più aree.

ROMULA - A pochi mesi dalle elezioni Libertà e Progresso ha confermato il pieno sostegno a Filippo Marra che ha lanciato la sfida al Paese decidendo di correre per la Presidenza alle prossime elezioni.
LP contemporaneamente ha invocato il sostegno di tutti gli alleati invitandoli a restare compatti per portare a termine le riforme iniziate in questa legislatura.
Marra ha rilasciato un breve comunicato ma dalla segreteria di LP si conferma l'inizio di un tour del Paese che vedrà Marra visitare soprattutto i luoghi più colpiti dalla crisi.

Insieme possiamo superare questa crisi! Le riforme intraprese dall'Istalia hanno ricevuto commenti positivi anche all'estero e questo rafforza la mia determinazione perchè so che siamo sulla buona strada.
Ma c'è ancora altro da fare, centinaia di migliaia di cittadini stanno vivendo momenti difficili e la domanda globale ancora è in serio rallentamento.
Per questo lancio la sfida non solo all'Istalia ma anche all'estero e soprattutto ai Governi di Majatra: il nostro continente sta assistendo ad un'escalation di violenza e disordini e la crisi non ha fatto e non fa che peggiorare la situazione! Per questo, colleghi di majatra, sono convinto che dobbiamo lavorare insieme per trovare una soluzione alla violenza come anche per affrontare la crisi!
Istaliani! Le sfide davanti al nostro Paese sono molte e complesse, ma proprio per questo dobbiamo dimostrare il nostro coraggio e la nostra risolutezza! Se l'Istalia starà con me il Paese uscirà dalla crisi ancora più forte, è una promessa!

Marra ha chiaramente fatto riferimento alla situazione ormai caotica in Jelbania dove da pochi mesi nel nord i clan ribelli hanno eletto come loro 'Han Manuel-Mrjkai Kezkaisrmko Suadjakai, in Istalia noto semplicemente come Manuel Suadjakai, che il Ministero della Difesa ha rivelato essere stato un consigliere militare inviato dall'Istalia ad assistere i ribelli del nord, scelto per essere per metà Jelbaniano, nato e cresciuto in Istalia in una famiglia Jelbek residente in Trivendito da un paio di generazioni.
Con questa rivelazioni il Ministro della Difesa ha deciso di lanciare una chiaro segno e di ufficializzare il proprio supporto per gli insorti contro il clan Jeztri, che da mezzo secolo governa Jelbania e che già in passato si è macchiato di crimini atroci contro l'umanità proprio contro cittadini istaliani, un annuncio che arriva a poche settimane dall'arrivo della III flotta in Mossavi con 15.000 uomini per rinforzare la difesa del Protettorato.

Riguardo alla crisi e le riforme un giornalista di La Nuova Alba, noto giornale vicino alle posizioni Socialdemocratiche, ha chiesto al candidato LP una risposta sulle dichiarazioni fatte dalla nota economista kodomista (OOC: Keynesiana) di Trigunia Katina Lesya Yurievna che nonostante gli apprezzamenti per le misure contro la crisi adottate e previste dall'Istalia, ha criticato la riforma del Welfare Nazionale:

La signora Yurievna ha parlato di efficienza ed equità, al che io le rispondo che sono fermamente convinto che si tratta più di onestà e rispetto delle regole! Mi rendo conto che molti colleghi liberali inorridiscono solo a sentir parlare di regole, ma senza di esse, che spingono l'uomo a rispettarle ed ad agire onestamente e secondo la ragione, qualsiasi sistema, politico, sociale ed economica, è destinato al fallimento e negli ultimi due secoli abbiamo assistito a due esempi lampanti: Malivia e Kalopia-Wanuni! Il capitalismo ha regalato grandi successi ed ha permesso a milioni di persone in tutto il mondo di migliorare le proprie condizioni sociali come nessun altro sistema economico, questo è innegabile! Ma quando esso fallisce? Quando la libertà degli attori che vi partecipano travalica quella degli altri agendo a loro scapito, per danneggarli così da ricavarne un profitto ingiusto e disonesto e purtroppo la natura umana è debole di fronte a vizi, istinti e sentimenti, ma è per questo che servono delle regole per tutelare la libertà ed evitare che la libertà di alcuni valga di più e danneggi quella degli altri! È per questo che abbiamo introdotto la legge anti-corruzione proprio per garantire la massima trasparenza ed onestà con le privatizzazioni e le liberalizzazioni e sto personalmente lavorando con il Ministero della Giustizia per presentare una Convenzione Nazionale per la Tutela Sociale che garantirà qualità, giustizia, proteggerà i consumatori da abusi ed inganni, tutelerà i lavoratori e soprattutto garantirà il diritto alla salute ad ogni cittadino istaliano, cittadini che non verrano abbandonati a loro stessi ma lo stato continuerà a tutelarli e se necessario ad assisterli, privilegiando soprattutto le fasce più deboli con sussidi ed esenzioni fiscali garantiti dalla redistribuzione dei redditti attraverso l'imposizione progressiva. ROMULA - A few months before the elections Libertià e Progresso confirmed its full support for Filippo Marra, who launched the challenge to the country by deciding to run for the Presidency at the next elections.
At the same time, LP called all the allies to support Marra, urging them to remain compact in order to complete the reforms launched in this term.
Marra has released a brief statement but the LP secretariat confirms the begining of a tour through the country which will see Marra visit most of the places most affected by the crisis.

Together we can overcome this crisis! The reforms undertaken by Istalia have also received positive comments also abroad and this strengthens my determination because I know we are on the right track.
But there is more to do, hundreds of thousands of citizens are experiencing difficult times and global demand is still slowing down.
For this reason I launche the challenge not only to Istalia but also abroad and above all to the Governments of Majatra: our continent is witnessing an escalation of violence and disorder and the crisis only made and makes matters worse! For this reason, colleagues of Majatra, I am convinced that we must work together to find a solution to violence as well as to deal with the crisis!
Istalians! The challenges in front of our Country are very complex, but that is why we must show our courage and our resolutness! If Istalia will be with me the Country will emerge from the crisis even stronger, it is a promise!

Marra has clearly referred to the chaotic situation in Jelbania where, for already a couple of weeks, the rebels clan of the north elected as their 'Han Manuel-Mrjkai Kezkaisrmko Suadjakai, in Istalia known simply as Manuel Suadjakai, about whose the Ministery of the Defense has revealed he has been a military adviser sent by Istalia to assist the rebels, chosen because he is half Jelbanian, born and raised in Istalia in a Jelbek family resident in Trivendito for a couple of generations.
With this revelation, the Minister of Defense has decided to launch a clear signal and to formalize his support for the insurgents against the Jeztri clan, who for half a century governsed Jelbania and who has in the past spotted atrocities against the humanity against its citizens and just right against Istalian citizens, a statement coming a few weeks before the arrival of the III fleet in Mossavi with 15.000 men to reinforce the defense of the Protectorate.

Regarding the crisis and the reforms a journalist from La Nuova Alba, a well-known newspaper close to the Social Democratic positions, asked to the LP candidate an answer on the statements made by the the well-known trigunian Kodonist (OOC: Keynesian) economist Katina Lesya Yurievna who, despite the appreciation for the measures against the crisis adopted and foreseen by Istalia, criticized the reform of National Welfare:

Ms. Yurievna spoke about efficiency and fairness, but I answer her that I firmly believe that it is more a question of honesty and respect for the rules! I realize that many liberal colleagues are just horrified to hear talking about rules, but without them, which push the men to respect and act honestly and according to the reason, any political, social and economic system is destined to faill and during the last two centuries we have witnessed two glaring examples: Malivia and Kalopia-Wanuni! Capitalism has given great success and has allowed millions of people around the world to improve their social conditions like no other economic system, this is undeniable! But when it fails? When the freedom of the actors participating in it overwhelms the others by acting to their detriment to harm them so as to obtain unjust and dishonest profits and unfortunately human nature is weak in terms of vices, instincts and feelings, but that is why they need of rules, to protect the freedom and to prevent that the freedom of some being worth more than other and damaging the one of others! That is why we have introduced anti-corruption law precisely to ensure maximum transparency and honesty with privatizations and liberalizations and I am personally working with the Ministry of Justice to present a National Convention for the Social Protection which will guarantee quality and justice, will protect Consumers from abuse and deception, will protect the workers and above all will guarantee the Right to Health for every istalian citizen, citizens who will not be abandoned to themselves but the state will continue to protect them and if necessary to assist them, especially favoring the weakests with subsidies and tax exemptions guaranteed by redistribution of income through progressive taxation. The party, my party, has not abandoned the goals which always distinguished itself, has just sought new ways to reach them!

ELEZIONI 4208, DI SALVO CANDIDATA DEL CENTROSINISTRA
ROMULA - Sarà Nella Di Salvo, recentemente eletta segretaria nazionale del PAI, la candidata del centrosinistra per le elezioni presidenziali del 4208. A darne annuncio in una conferenza stampa la stessa Di Salvo che ha tracciato un quadro della situazione politica ben definito.

Lo sconvoglimento politico degli ultimi anni ci ha consegnato un paese fortemente spaccato e provato, lo stesso governo è frutto di un accordo abbastanza trasversale di una destra mascherata da centrodestra con la componente liberista che sta compromettendo quanto di buono fatto dai governi di centrosinistra degli ultimi decenni.
La sciagurata stagione di Verehoven e dei ladri di stato ci lascia questa pesante eredità, un paese politicamente ingarbugliato con comitati d'affari che hanno in mano il potere. Noi insieme ai colleghi della socialdemocrazia, dopo la rottura del Fronte Democratico, restiamo l'unica alternativa a questa situazione. Lavoriamo per un centrosinistra unito che possa rimettere mano ai disastri che hanno portato l'Istalia alla crisi finanziaria e sociale attuale e che possa ridare speranza alla popolazione.
Di comune accordo abbiamo dunque deciso la mia candidatura alle presidenziali, che anche se sembra difficilmente realizzabile vuole essere un segnale: il campo progressista istaliano è vivo e lotta quotidianamente per mettere un freno alle disastrose politiche liberiste di questo governo e dei Berlusconi di turno.

ROMULA - It will be Nella Di Salvo, recently elected national secretary of the PAI, the center-left candidate for the 4208 presidential election. The same Di Salvo announces in a press conference that has drawn a picture of the well-defined political situation.

The political upheaval of recent years has delivered us to a highly fragmented and proven country, the same government is the result of a fairly transversal agreement of a center-right disguised right with the Liberal component that is compromising the goodness done by the central government of the last decades .
 The wretched season of Verehoven and state thieves leaves us this heavy legacy, a country politically emboldened with business committees that have power in their hands. With the Social Democrats, after the break-up of the Democratic Front, we remain the only alternative to this situation. We work for a center-left united, which will be able to return to the disasters that brought Istalia to the current financial and social crisis and to restore hope to the people.
 By common accord, therefore, I have decided my candidacy for the presidential elections, which, although it seems unlikely to be feasible, is to be a signal: the Istrian progressive camp is alive and struggling daily to put a stop to the disastrous policies of this government and of the Berlusconi in turn.

ROMULA - Il candidato di Libertà e Progresso, sostenuto dalle forze liberali, è stato scelto come nuovo Presidente della Repubblica guadagnando oltre il 58% dei consensi al secondo turno dopo aver staccanto nettamente gli avversari già al primo.

Anche le elezioni legislative hanno ancora una volta favorito l'alleanza che ha dato il suo supporto a Marra, la stessa che ha guidato il Governo negli ultimi 4 anni.
Gli equilibri sono comunque cambiati, non tanto per i Repubblicani, che restano il primo partito del paese, ma sicuramente per Democrazia Istaliana ed LP: se i primi infatti hanno subito una forte flessione, la maggiore di queste elezioni, i secondi sono divenuti il secondo partito del paese ed in generale gli unici a non perdere consensi.
La precedente maggioranza, nonostante abbia mantenuto la supremazia, ha ridotto i suoi numeri a 320 seggi, ma il successo del Partito Libertario, nuovo partito fondato pochi anni, ha comunque confermato un Parlamento chiaramente liberale, mentre all'opposizione solo Nuova Socialdemocrazia ha guadagnato qualcosa, probabilmente perchè il partito più attivo nel presentare controproposte alle riforme del governo, mentre PSUN e soprattutto gli Ambientalisti scivolano alle ultime posizioni.
Il Nuovo Movimento della Gente infine si piazza poco dietro NS, partito dalle tinte populiste che riemerge da epoche passate della Repubblica e che si ritarglia una buona fetta di quell'elettorato esasperato dalla crisi e dalla classe politica, memore degli scandali di pochi anni fa.

A Viale delle Vittorie i risultati definitivi sono arrivati accompagnati da un'esplosione di gioia mentre i leader della maggioranza lì riuniti si sono congratulati con il nuovo Presidente per poi lasciarlo al suo discorso:

Oggi l'Istalia ha fatto la sua scelta! Oggi il Paese ha chiaramente espresso il suo giudizio sulle riforme ed i programmi del Governo e dunque dobbiamo continuare su questa strada! Davanti a noi ci aspetta tanto lavoro da fare ed alla luce degli eventi internazionali saranno quattro anni ancora più difficili. Ma il Passato Governo ha dimostrato di tenere ai propri cittadini ed al proprio paese, ha dimostrato la sua determinazione nell'affrontare le difficoltà e vi assicuro che la prossima amministrazione continuerà a farlo.
Nei prossimi anni varreremo i progetti nazionali già pianificati che siamo sicuri offriranno opportunità per le imprese e creeranno molti posti di lavoro e quindi creeremo i fondi per il resto del programma di sostegno economico "Rinascita Istaliana" per favorire investimenti e nuove imprese.
Presenteremo la Convenzione Nazionale per la Tutela Sociale e quindi avvieremo definitivamente il passaggio progressivo dal pubblico al privato di sanità e pensioni, mettendo in cantiere il nuovo sistema assicurativo nazionale.
Il Governo inoltre ha portato in porto la ratifica di un trattato che definirei storico: il trattato con Saridan ha definitivamente dimostrato che i contrasti del passato sono stati superati ed oggi abbiamo stabilito relazioni più che amichevoli con la nuova Saridan, un paese che ha fatto enormi passi avanti negli ultimi decenni, divenendo una nazione democratica e rispettosa dei diritti umani e del cittadino! Questo trattato inoltre aiuterà sicuramente il paese ad affrontare la crisi aprendo nuovi mercati all'economia istaliana.
Ma il Paese dovrà rispettare anche il suo ruolo anche sul piano internazionale, oggi che questa crisi sta sconvolgendo tanti paesi soprattutto qui in Majatra: i Paesi di Majatra che non vogliono cedere alla paura ed ai regimi contro la libertà devono unire il loro sforzi per fare delle risposte serie e concrete alla crisi e per affrontare la minaccia crescente all'orizzonte!
L'amministrazione uscente ha già preso accordi con il Governo di Selucia per un meeting tra Capi di Stato da tenersi alla fine di quest'anno, ma invitiamo a stabilire un dialogo costante anche con il resto dei paesi di Majatra e credo che l'Istalia dovrà impegnarsi a ridare senso alla vetusta Unione Majatrana.
L'Istalia è pronta a fare la sua parte, io sono pronto! Il Paese mi ha premiato e sarà mio dovere onorare la loro fiducia fino alla fine.

ROMULA - The Freedom and Progress' candidate, backed by the Liberal Forces, was elected as the new President of the Republic gaining over 58% of the consensus at the second turn after having sharply overtaken the opponents already on the first.

Legislative elections have also still favored the alliance which has supported Marra and the same who has led the government over the last 4 years.
The equilibriums have however changed, not so much for the Republicans, that they remain the first party of the country, but certainly for Istalian Democracy and LP: if the first ones have undergone a strong decline, the most incisive of these elections, the latter became the second party of the country and in general the only ones to gained consents.
The former majority, despite having maintained the supremacy, has reduced its numbers to 320 seats, but the success of the Libertarian Party, a new party founded only a few years, has still confirmed a clearly liberal Parliament, whereas in opposition only New Social Democracy has gained something, probably because the most active party in submitting counter-proposals to government reforms, while PSUN and above all the Environmentalists slip to the last positions.
The New Folk's Movement finally settles down behind NS, party with populist features that resurfaced from past epochs of the Republic, and which take support by a good slice of the electorate exasperated by the crisis and the political class, remembered the scandals a few years ago.

At Viale delle Vittorie the final results came with an explosion of joy while the majority leaders gathered there congratulated the new President and then left him to his speech:

Today Istalia has made its choice! Today, the country has clearly expressed its opinion on the reforms and programs of the Government, so we must continue on this path! In front of us we expect a lot of work to do and in light of international events will be four years even more difficult. But the past government has demonstrated to think to its citizens and its country, has demonstrated its determination to deal with the difficulties and I assure you that the next administration will continue to do so.
Over the next few years, we will launch the already planned national projects that we are sure will offer business opportunities and will create many jobs, and then we will create the funds for the rest of the "Istalian Renaissance" economic support program to foster investment and new businesses.
We will present the National Convention on Social Protections and thus we will definitely step fforward the progressive transition from public to private healthcare and pensions by putting in place the new national insurance system.
The government has also brought the ratification of a treaty that I would call as historical: the treaty with Saridan has definitively demonstrated that the past conflicts have been overcome and today we have established more than friendly relations with the new Saridan, a country that has made enormous progress in recent decades, becoming a democratic nation and respectful of human rights and of the rights of the citizen! This treaty will also surely help our country to tackle the crisis by opening new markets to the Istalian economy.
But the country must also honor its role on an international stage, today that this crisis is upsetting many countries, especially here in Majatra: the countries of Majatra which do not want to surrender to the fear and to regimes against freedom, must unite their efforts to present serious and concrete answers to the crisis and to face the growing threat on the horizon!
The outgoing administration has already made arrangements with the Selucian Government for a meeting between Heads of State to be held at the end of this year, but we invite to establish a constant dialogue all the rest of the Majatran Countries and I believe that Istalia must commit itelf to make again a sense to the aged and unfurtunately obsolete Union of Majatra.
Istalia is ready to do its part, I'm ready! The country has rewarded me and it will be my duty to honor their confidence until the end.

Il Ministero della Difesa ha comunicato questa mattina che alle 04.00 ora di Romula le forze militari istaliane nel Protettorato di Mossavi hanno dato l'assalto alla città costiera di Anémelos ed all'isola di Erendia dichiarandone ufficialmente l'occupazione alle 08.00.
Liberati quasi 2000 schiavi, quasi un quarto sono minori e molti risultano afflitti da gravi problematiche psicologiche: il Governatore Generale del Protettorato ha deciso di ospitare minori e malati in un centro di assistenza e recupero fondato per l'occasione per poterli seguire e magari in futuro reinserire nella società. Gli altri approfitteranno di corsi di formazione e di un'assistenza economica, psicologica e lavorativa.
Durante le operazioni purtroppo sono caduti sul campo 24 soldati istaliani mentre altri 18 sono rimasti feriti. Il Ministero si è immediatamente mobilitato per far rientrare le salme in Istalia mentre la Presidenza ha confermato che il Capo di Stato accoglierà personalmente l'arrivo delle barre all'aeroporto militare di Torre Torrida.
Il Ministero ha fatto sapere che l'ordine per procedere con le due operazioni è arrivato direttamente dal Presidente Marra al fine di porre definitivamente un termine alla pratica della schiavitù nelle regioni kalopiane, un intervento deciso a seguito del forte indebolimento della Eilomax che sembra sia stata costretta a ridurre l'apparato difensivo messo in campo anni fa per difendere le due comunità mossaviane, uniche a non aver aderito al Libero Stato di Mossav per proteggere i loro affari basati sullo sfruttamento della schiavitù, in massima parte schiavitù sessuale.
Il Ministero della Difesa ha fatto inoltre sapere che i confini del Protettorato sono stati rinforzati con il dispiegamento massiccio di unità corrazzate e di truppe ma che non è previsto alcun altro intervento sul resto del territorio di Kalopia-Wantuni dove attualmente gli insorti comunisti ed anarchici hanno esteso il loro controllo su buona parte del territorio pronti a dichiarare l'instaurazione di una repubblica socialista.
Il dilagare dell'onda rossa, come definita precedentemente da Marra, sta comunque mettendo fortemente in allarme il Governo Istaliano ora che si sta materializzando il rischio che tre dei maggiori paesi Majatrani, tra l'altro contigui, gli altri due sono la Repubblica Socialista Sovietica di Deltaria ed una Jelbania che sembra destinata a finire nelle mani dei comunisti, e che occupano buona parte del centro del continente, formino un grande ed unico blocco comunista, come difficilmente se ne sono visti prima d'ora.
Sembra inoltre che Marra voglia incontrare i leader kalopiani del Libero Stato per discutere della formazione di una locale milizia difensiva di Mossavi da affiancare alle truppe istaliane.
Marra ha dunque reiterato il suo invito al resto dei paesi liberi di Majatra per ristabilire un costante dialogo e riprende a coordinare le proprie politiche per cercare di tamponare e contrastare quella che potrebbe divenire una delle maggiori minacce che l'intero continente abbia mai dovuto affrontare.

The Ministry of Defense announced this morning that at 04.00 am Romula time, the Istalian military forces in the Mossavi Protectorate gave the assault to the coastal town of Anémelos and to the island of Erendia officially declaring the occupation at 08.00 am.
Almost 2000 slaves have been released, almost a quarter are underage and many others are afflicted with serious psychological problems: the Governor General of the Protectorate has decided to accommodate minors and ill people in a rehabilitation and recovery center founded for the occasion to be able to follow them and perhaps in the future re-enter them into the society. Others will benefit from training courses and economic, psychological and work-related assistance.
During the operations unfortunately, 24 Istalian soldiers fell on the field while another 18 were injured. The ministry immediately activeted itself to bring the bodies back to Istalia while the Presidency confirmed that the Head of State will personally welcome the arrival of the rods at Torre Torrida's military airport.
The Ministry has made it known that the order to proceed with the two operations came directly from President Marra in order to definitively put an end to the practice of slavery in the Kalpian regions, a decision taken following the severe weakening of Eilomax which seems to have been Forced to reduce the defensive apparatus put in place years ago to defend the two indipendent Mossavian communities, the only to not having joined the Mossavi Free State to protect their slave-based business, mostly sexual slavery.
The Defense Ministry also said that the boundaries of the Protectorate have been reinforced with the massive deployment of armored units and troops, but no other intervention was planned on the rest of the Kalopia-Wantuni territory where the communist and anarchist insurgents have extended their control over most of the country ready to declare the establishment of a socialist republic.
The spread of the red wave, as previously called by Marra, are still alarmingly alarming the Istalian Government now that the risk that three of the major Majatran countries, the other two are the Soviet Socialist Republic of Deltaria and a Jelbania that seems destined to fall in the hands of the Communists, occuping much of the center of the continent, will form a great and unique Communist block, as hardly ever seen before.
It also appears that Marra wants to meet the Free State's Kalopian leaders to discuss the formation of a local defensive militia in Mossavi to join the Istalian troops.
Marra has therefore reiterated his call to the rest of Majatra's free nations to re-establish a constant dialogue and resume a co-ordination for their policies to try to buffer and counter what might become one of the major threats the entire continent has ever faced.
