Dichiarazione del Presidente della Repubblica: "Seri dubbi sull'efficacia ed il ruolo del Congresso Mondiale"
Nonostante ciò, dopo mesi di escalation della tensione nei mari meridionali, la risoluzione per il blocco aeronavale non arriva in tempo in Parlamento


ROMULA - Il Presidente Tajani si è finalmente esposto sulla reazione internazionale contro la decisione dell'Istalia di organizzare un blocco aeronavale intorno a Vorona e lo ha fatto assumento una posizione estremamente critica del Congresso Mondiale come anche di tutte quelle voci che si sono levate contro il Paese, per Tajani più interessate al loro prestigio ed a mantenere la loro influenza su zone di interesse da esse considerate "esclusive".
Queste le parole del Presidente Tajani:

L'Istalia è con rammarico che deve costatare come oggi sia definitivamente giunta la conferma di come tutte le grandi, belle e nobili parole espresse nel corso degli anni da parte del Congresso Mondiale a favore dei diritti umani e dell'impegno per tutelare gli esseri umani di questo mondo siano in realtà concetti vuoti e senza alcuna valenza. Qualsiasi risoluzione passi il Consiglio di Sicurezza è chiaro il fatto che essa rimarrà lettera morta: abbiamo assistito al passaggio di dozzine di risoluzioni che in molti casi non hanno avuto conseguenza alcuna o quasi sulla nazioni condannate che in effetti hanno sempre continuato indisturbate a commettere i loro crimini. E di esempi ce ne sono molti, fin dalla prima grande crisi che ha visto coinvolto il Congresso Mondiale, ovvero la crisi del Regime Ameliorato di Saridan: risolta solo grazie alle pressioni dell'alleato Vanukuano ed una campagna ed embargo internazionale pubblicizzato dall'Istalia in buona parte esternamente al Congresso Mondiale, Congresso Mondiale che ha permesso senza battere ciglio a Saridan di mettere in crisi la sicurezza internazionale e quella di milioni di persone diverse altre volte, sempre pronta ad agire come il maestro a scuola più interessato a mettere fine ai battibecchi tra le parti piuttosto che a fare giustizia. Quindi, la crisi tra Aldegar e Baltusia, che ha visto il Congresso Mondiale addirittura dare spazio alle assurde pretese di un monarca straniero che piangeva pretendendo che Baltusia accettasse di piegarsi a lui, permettendo ad Aldegar di prendersi gioco dell'intera organizzazione che infine si è ritrovata ad accusare Baltusia rea di aver sostenuto in passato Beiteynu, un vero processo contro le colpe dei padri che ha portato infine l'intera crisi a naufragare per poi risolversi solo a causa di problemi interni ad Aldegar. Ma proprio parlando di Beiteynu: è probabilmente la nazione che ha visto più risoluzioni contro di essa venire approvate dal CS, ma con quale risultato? Nessuno! Ma più recentemente: cosa ha fatto il Congresso Mondiale per fermare il genocidio dei luthoriani in Narikaton e Darnussia? Nulla!
Il Congresso Mondiale è bravo ad impegnarsi con le parole, ma poi preferisce restare a guardare centinaia di migliaia di esseri umani ridotti a degli oggetti, preferisce restare a guardare mentre entità come la Eilomax continuano a trovare porti sicuri dove continuare a guadagnare sulla pelle di persone innocenti, preferisce rammaricarsi in coro per poi girare la testa dall'altra parte ed alzare le spalle di fronte all'orrore nascondendosi dietro allo scudo della "sovranità nazionale", nascondendosi insieme ai criminali che nei loro paesi possono in questo modo rilassarsi tranquillamente con le mani sporche di sangue. Per non parlare delle tante nazioni che nonostante i grandi e bei proclami sul valore della vita umana e sui diritti fondamentali di ogni essere umano, scadono infine in poveri calcoli basati sui loro interessi particolari, più preoccupati di assicurarsi che l'Istalia resti fuori da aree che chiaramente essi considerano come loro "zone di competenza" piuttosto che struggersi per migliaia di persone che soffrono e magari muoiono giorno dopo giorno, anno dopo anno, nell'indifferenza generale, anzi, nell'ipocrita cordoglio generale, paventando i danni generati da un conflitto senza considerare il fatto che decenni di schiavitù non generano meno sofferenza di un conflitto armato, anzi, permette ad un'intera società, ad un intero popolo di abituarsi alla schiavitù ed a beneficiare della sofferenza di quelle persone, sentendosi tutelate ed in diritto di fare ciò perché, perché una maggioranza di criminali ha varato una legge in questo senso!
Ma molto più interessante è constatare come specialmente Kazulia sia pronta a biasimare costantemetne l'Istalia, inviando "gentilmente" i suoi consiglieri militari per limitare come al solito qualsiasi attività istaliana, "premurosi" di condannare l'Istalia per azioni che invece Kazulia intraprende da anni in modo unilaterale senza alcuna conseguenza, e mi sto riferendo ovviamente agli interventi Kazuliani in Dovani: dunque l'intero Paese si chiede, la minaccia della schiavitù e del genocidio per un popolo Dovaniano vale più della schiavitù e del genocidio perpetuato in Vorona?
E ci chiediamo dunque: con quale diritto un Governo dovrebbe essere fermato per azioni commesse contro degli esseri umani in un'altra nazione ma invece dovrebbe essere addirittura tutelato se quelle stesse azioni sono rivolte contro esseri umani invero cittadini della nazione stessa?
Sono stato personalmente accusato a causa dei miei sentimenti, ebbene, non me ne vergogno! Sono un essere umano prima che un Istaliano, un essere umano che soffre di fronte alla sofferenza di altri esseri umani, indipendentemente dal colore della loro pelle, dalla loro fede o dal loro passaporto, e l'Istalia non sta facendo altro che dimostrare come la vita e la dignità umana per noi valga molto più di interessi strategici od economici. Eravamo consci che una simile decisione avrebbe causato forti critiche, ma nonostante ciò, di fronte al rischio di incrementare le tensioni a livello globale, la sofferenza nel profondo del nostro cuore era troppo forte per desistere.
Nonostante ciò, i dibattiti infine hanno fatto slittare di mesi, troppi mesi, il voto finale della risoluzione interna istaliana per il blocco aeronavale e dunque sarà la prossima amministrazione a dover prendere una decisione, per questo motivo posso assicurare sia a Rildanor che a Kanjor che per molti mesi ancora non dovranno pattugliare le loro acque o vietarne l'accesso a naviglio Istaliano, una misura che comunque a dire il vero che, in caso la prossima amministrazione decidesse di procedere con il blocco aeronavale, non affetterebbe le capacità di manovra delle forze istaliane, dato che i due gruppi navali presenti nella base navale di Porto de Oro in Baltusia potrebbero tranquillamente raggiungere Vorona molto più velocemente senza disturbare le acque Kanjoriane o Rildanoriane. È con rammarico essere consci che tutta questa "nobile" mobilitazione in favore di Vorona e del suo regime schiavista non sarà altro che l'ennesima occasione per varie, troppe, nazioni per farsi pubblicità e per tutelare le proprie aree di interesse.
Per quanto riguarda invece la partecipazione di Kazulia nell'OCSC, al di là dei seri dubbi che attanagliano l'Istalia su Kazulia al seguito dell'evoluzione della sua politica nei confronti di Majatra, non ci sembra che l'Istalia abbia richiesto alcun intervento da parte dell'Organizzazione ed anzi, l'Organizzazione stessa lascia libertà di scelta ai membri se seguire o meno uno od il resto dei membri in un'azione militare.
Infine, prima di concludere, voglio ricordare al Governo di Kazulia ed alle sue Forze Armate che la Costituzione Istaliana indica chiarmente il Presidente delle Repubblica come Comandante Supremo delle Forze Armate Istaliane e dunque non solo invitiamo, ma intimiamo e pretendiamo che in futuro Kazulia rispetti la gerarchia di comando in Istalia e che si rivolga al Governo Istaliano per qualsiasi questione, dubbio o chiarificazione, dato che è l'autorità civile e non quella militare a guidare le politiche della Difesa di questo Paese, autorità civile per la quale pretendiamo il rispetto che merita.
Con amarezza vado a concludere questo mio mandato, amarezza per il fatto che, crimine o non crimine, il mondo preferisce restare a guardare, assuefatto dall'orrore, piuttosto che intraprendere la strada più difficile, quella del coraggio, del mettersi in gioco per il bene dei più deboli ed indifesi.
Ed è con questa convinzione nel cuore che personalmente non mi pento di aver avanzato una simile proposta, come non si pentiranno gli Istaliani ed i loro rappresentanti di essersi schierati contro un Governo che candidamente ma disumanamente ha dichiarato la sua intenzione di continuare a sfruttare la schiavitù per fini economici, poiché siamo consci che si è trattata di una scelta guidata dall'onore, dalla compassione, dall'empatia e dalla grande considerazione della vita umana che ha l'Istalia ed il suo popolo, una nazione ed un popolo che mi rendono orgoglioso di farne parte. Viva l'Istalia, viva la Repubblica e sempre onore alla sua sensibilità, la sua tempra morale ed il suo costante impegno a difesa della dignità umana e della difesa dei più deboli.

Statement by the President of the Republic: "Serious doubts about the effectiveness and the role of the World Congress"
Despite this, after months of tension escalation in the southern seas, the resolution for air-naval blockade does not arrive in time in Parliament

ROMULA - President Tajani finally exposed on the international reaction against Istalia's decision to organize an air-naval blockade around Vorona and he did it ussuming an extremely critical on the position in the World Congress as well as all on all these voices which rose up against the Country, seen by Tajani as more interested in increasing their prestige and in keeping their influence on areas of interest which they consider "exclusive".
These were the words of President Tajani:

It is with regret that today Istalia must observe how all the great, beautiful and noble words expressed over the years by the World Congress on human rights and the commitment to protect human beings have definitely come true that they are in reality empty concepts without any validity. Any resolution passed or which will pass by the Security Council is clear that thye remained or will remain dead letter: we have witnessed the passing of dozens of resolutions that in many cases had no or almost no conseguences on the condemned nations who in fact have always been undisturbed by committing their own crimes. And there are many examples, since the first major crisis involving the World Congress, namely the crisis of Saridan's Ameliorate Regime: it was solved only thanks the pressures of the Vanukuan Ameliorate's ally and an international campaign and embargo publicized by Istalia largely outside the World Congress, World Congress which allowed Saridan without any concrete action to crush international security and the security of millions of people several other times, always ready to act rather as the school teacher most concerned to put an end to the knock-ons between the parties than to do justice. Thus, the crisis between Aldegar and Baltusia, which saw the World Congress even give space to the absurd claims of a foreign monarch who cried, claiming that Baltusia would agree to bend to him, allowing Aldegar to make a mockery of the whole organization which ultimately proceeded to accuse Baltusia of having previously supported Beiteynu, a real trial against the fate of the fathers who ultimately led the whole crisis to wreck, then solved only because of internal problems at Aldegar. But speaking of Beiteynu: is it probably the nation that has seen more resolutions against it than being approved by CS, but with what result? Nobody! And more recently: what has the World Congress done to stop the genocide of the luthorians in Narikaton and Darnussia? Nothing!
The World Congress is good at engaging with words, but then prefers to remain watching hundreds of thousands of humans reduced to objects, preferring to remain watching while entities such as Eilomax continue to find safe ports where continue to gain on the skin of innocent people, it prefers to regret and condamn all together but then turn his head on the other side and shake his shoulders in the face of the horror hiding itself behind the shield of the "national sovereignty", hiding together with criminals who in their countries can so relax quietly with blood on their hands. Not to mention the many nations which despite great and beautiful proclamations on the value of human life and the fundamental rights of every human being, end up in poor calculations based on their particular interests, more concerned in ensuring that Istalia remains out of areas that they clearly regard as their "areas of competence" rather than struggling for thousands of people who suffer and perhaps die day after day, year after year, in general indifference, indeed, in the hypocritical general condolence, exposing the damages generated by a conflict without considering the fact that decades of slavery can give rise to no less suffering compared to an armed conflict, rather, it allows a whole society, a whole people to get used to slavery and to enjoy the suffering of thier own kind, feeling themself protected and in the right to do that because a majority of criminals have approved a law in this regard!
But much more interesting is to know why Kazulia is always so ready to blame Istalia, sending "kindly" his military advisers to limit, as usual, any Istalian activity as a good "family father", like if Kazulia dare to believe to be a tutor for us, "mindful" to condemn Istalia for actions that Kazulia undertakes for years unilaterally without any consequences, and I am obviously referring to the several Kazulian interventions in Dovani: so the whole Country is asking, is the threat of slavery and genocide for a Dovanian people worth of attention more than slavery and genocide perpetuated in Vorona?
And we ask ourselves: with what right a government should be stopped for acts committed against human beings in another nation, but should it be even protected if those same actions are directed against human beings, indeed nationals of the nation itself?
I was personally accused of my feelings, well, I'm not ashamed! I am a human before than an Istalian, a human being suffering from the suffering of other human beings, regardless of the color of their skin, their faith, or of their passport, and Istalia is doing nothing but demonstrating how life and human dignity for us are worth much more than strategic and/or economic interests.
We were aware that such a decision would have caused strong criticism, but in spite of this, in the face of the risk of increasing tensions and international accusation at a global level, the deep suffering of our heart was too strong to desist.
In spite of this, the debates lasted for months, too many months, and they delayed the final vote of the istalian resolution for the air-naval blockade and therefore the next administration will have to make a decision, which is why I can assure both Rildanor and Kanjor that for many months they will not yet have to patrol their waters or prohibit access to Istalian ships, a measure which in any case, if the next administration will decide to proceed with the air-naval blockade, would not limit the the mobility of the Istalian forces, as the two naval groups present in the naval base of Porto de Oro in Baltusia could safely reach Vorona much faster without disturbing the Kanjorian or Rildanorian waters. It is regrettable to be aware that all this "noble" mobilization in favor of Vorona and his slave regime will be nothing more than a further opportunity for various, too many nations to make propaganda for themself and protect their areas of interest.
Regarding Kazulia's participation in the OCSC, apart from the serious doubts that Istalia faces on Kazulia following the evolution of his policy towards Majatra, it does not seem that Istalia has requested any intervention from part of the Organization, and indeed, the Organization itself leaves freedom of choice to members whether or not to follow one or the other members in military actions.
Finally, before concluding, I would like to remind the Government of Kazulia and its Armed Forces that the Istalian constitution clearly indicates the President of the Republic as the Supreme Commander of the Istalian Armed Forces and therefore not only I invite, but I intimate and demand that in the future Kazulia respects the command hierarchy in Istalia and addressing the Istalian Government for any matter, doubt or clarification, since it is the civilian authority rather than the military one to lead the defense policies of this country, a civil authority for which we claim respect it deserves.
With bitterness I go to conclude this my mandate, bitterness for the fact that, crime or non-crime, the world prefers to remain watching, addicted to horror, rather than embarking on the toughest road, the one of the courage, the courage to put ourself out there for the weak, the helpless, for those who suffer due to the human atrocities.
And it is with this conviction in the heart that I personally do not regret having advanced such a proposal, as well as the Istalians and their representatives will not regret to stood up against a government who candidly but inhumanly declared his intention to continue to exploit slavery for economic purposes, because we are aware that it was a choice guided by honor, compassion, empathy, and great respect for human life which Istalia and its people have, a nation and a people who make me proud to be part of it. Log live to Istalia, long live to the Republic and always honor to its sensibility, its moral hardening and its constant commitment to the defense of human dignity and the defense of the weakest and those who suffer.

Padagna loses faith in AI

The elections were one of the most intense ones in years, probably the second most intense ones in recent history, second to only the elections causing a margin of victory of one seat for the left against the right. The favourites, ie. The parties which were in power, LP, AI, and PMC, all saw losses. Whilst the LP remained the largest force and the PMC maintained its position losing only 3 seats, the AI plummeted to the ground face first. Losing its honorable position as the second largest party and losing 10% of its former seat share. Being the leader of the party with the largest loss in its history and in this election, Beniamino Massa responded accordingly. His face was full of disappointment and his colleagues had tears on their faces. He adressed the public in Palerno:

This is a large disappointment. No one has expected such a back lash for the reforms that we fought for. Partially we see the people of Padagna losing faith. Not seeing the Alternative. On the other hand we see conservatives voting LP and some newly founded/refounded parties in order to see their votes being used properly. The AI betrayed its roots, we have underwent many liberal reforms. We are sitting on the fence now and voters responded. We lost our safe vote in Padagna! Can you imagine that? Disappointing. I am staying as leader, and Mr. Rosso, unless he wants to leave the losing side will stay your vice leader. We are going to stand up from our knees! No more excuses! Hopefully we will be in the next government, but if not, we are ready to be the loudest opposition bench!

Many critics expect this to be the last 4 years of Rosso and Massa in the AI as Massa is growing old and unpopular - unless he can perform a miracle and make the AI important again, and win over hundred seats like a couple of months prior. Rosso on the other hand is regarded as a mystery, as he is a clear libertarian, and is constantly linked with LP, yet he has proven his loyalty to the AI. He is still young and ambitious and noone expects him on the losing side. Furthermore, the AI youth following are essentially his personal followers, and wherever he goes, they will go.

Following the election, the whole AI leadership, with the exception of Massa (Leader, Whip), Rosso (Vice Leader, Presidential Candidate), Luigi Trafelli (Finance) and Franco Ricollo (former youth AI leader, now trade and Industry candidate, expected to get a more serious position), resigned.


Common Padagnan view of the AI now

The mainstream Padagnan thought is now full independence orientated after they see how the AI is just a "power hungry construct", which all the time simply appeased LP to stay in the coalition. According to them, the AI has done absolutely nothing to further their independence cause and they stay way too loyal to the Romulan money and power.

The leader of the Padagnan Nationalists, a former sub group of the AI, now an independent entity, has stated:

Massa, Rosso, the presidency, have started a proxy war with Vorona to protect "human rights". Yet it is only done to cover up the internal struggles, and to increase the Istalian war budget by tons, whilst we are stuck here, suffering from austerity. If they would care for human rights, they would have respected the right to self determination and allow a referendum. But on this matter, there is a mutual agreement amongst everyone in Romula, that their authority over us is untouchable. Massa said "unity", I see it as our own type of slavery. Less harsh, but equally oppressive.

Here is a message to you, Mr. Massa and all of your liberal friends *spits on floor* you don't deserve anything else, and that is why you were afraid to come here, instead opting for a small get together in Palerno.

You have forgotten us, the ones who have supported you from the start. You appeased the liberals instead to stay in power.

Currently there is no end to violence in sight, as they promise to continue until their referendum. This situation is very unfortunate in light of the current tensions with Vorona.

i Verdi! to support left and right cabinets


Fernando Lucca states that i Verdi! will support both left and right cabinets.

ROMULA - After winning 92 seats in the General Election, i Verdi! has given its first post-electoral congress. The party has promised support for both left wing and right wing cabinets, and attached conditions to both options.

Fernando Lucca, V! Party Leader has said that right wing cabinets have a lot more to do in order to gain green support. Such conditions include cabinet positions, military reforms, all conditions for left cabinets and more money for humanitarian aid. Left cabinets will have to tighten environmental policy and give i Verdi! more saying in the Security Council.

Fernando Lucca:

Today, Istalia has chosen for more green politics. Today, our position has grown much stronger. This will help us fight for the things that matter, such as protecting the environment, promoting pacifism and protecting LGBT+ rights all over the world!(...) Whether we will be in government or not, we will fight for a more integer, peacefull and moral Istalia in the World Congress. (...) Because military violence is not the only solution, and slavery not the only problem.

If i Verdi! will be important enough to have a part in the formation of a new cabinet is yet to be seen. The origional left and right alliances are expected to be called upon first.

FR OVERHAULS, BECOMES BIG TENT AND LIBERTARIAN L!

ROMULA- Although it may look like FR fell, and it did, Matteo Fogghi can enjoy the highest level of support of any of the parties leaders in history. The FR, now L!, has completely reformed after a failed reform; they want to become more economically Liberal, whilst becoming more progressive. The party will now run after an agenda promising economical and social freedom. Unlike the left, we'll keep out of your pocket and unlike the right, we'll keep out of your bedroom, says the whip and vice-leader, Xavier Moddo. Fogghi gave a fiery speech in the main HQ of the party;

Our country needs freedom. And we will give it to the people. Yes, believe us! Dear people of Istalia! Under our rule, you will be liberated. We can guarantee what they, the people on the left and right cannot; a government that will not work to selfishly push it's agenda, but to support you, Istalians! We want to give you financial freedom, we want to grant you social liberty! Although we are going to mostly cooperate with progressive, left forces, we don't see ones position on the political spectrum as a problem of any sort. We will work with any progressive force to build a better Istalia for everyone!

Fogghi wishes to build a progressive alliance with any willing progressive party

The new leadership should look like this;

Matteo Fogghi (Libertarians) - Chairperson. Believes in a free market, but controlled in certain areas by the state. Supports DWU's. Socially very progressive. Wants to conduct a general privatization.

Xavier Moddo (Libertarians) - Whip and first vice-chairperson. Shares social views with Fogghi, though he is more economically left. Biggest radical and anti-nationalist in L!.

Tessa Helleti (Libertarians) - Second vice-chairperson and deputy leader. believes in a free market, social liberty. Unlike Fogghi and Moddo, she opposes gun control. Believes that L! should consolidate the Centre and Centre-left i a ruling coalition.

Alessia Conti (Liberals) - Leader of the Liberal faction. Supports a completely free market and minimal company tax.

Gentile Olivieri (Liberals) - Comes from a noble family, he is thinks that L! should educate people on politics by making them more "amusing".

Ahmed Hassan (Libertarians) - Third vice-charperson. One of the first members of L!, he is a famous movie director. He was the Minister of Internal Affairs in the first L! government and Health and Social Services in the second. Believes that Istalia has to have a strong international pressence.

Sandra Munni (Libertarians) - Young, energetic. Niece of Paolo Conti. Believes inn a free market, social liberty. She wants to introduce financial support to give to interracial couples.

New AI Leadership is full of surprises
Adapting after election disaster

The new AI lineup is everything but expected. The thoughts were that the AI would move to the right fringes to reclaim their nationalist monopoly in the Istalian electorate. However the opposite is the case. A more liberal line up emerged. Still nationalist in nature, but much more open and you could even utter the word liberal. With only three clearly conservative new members out of ten and the rest leaning to libertarianism and come from the AI youth. This is a new AI, which does not try to appeal to Padagnan nationalists, or Romulan liberals. It is a mix of ideas united around making the AI great again, and Istalia with it. It is also expected that the new line up takes weight off the shoulders of Rosso and Massa, who have essentially been carrying the party. This two crowns system in the AI should end, and give way to a more democratic council, where every member is responsible for their part, with Massa and Rosso having "veto" powers over the decisions and stating the direction.

Gianluigi Rosso, Vice Leader, presidential candidate - Driving force behind AI libertarian wing, very ambitious
Aaida el-Wali, candidate for foreign affairs - first Quanzari ever in AI leadership and one of the only ones, very conservative woman, loves Istalia how it is
Franco Ricollo, candidate for internal affairs - rising star of AI, former youth leader, then trade and industry candidate. Liberal initially, but after spending more time with Massa, who became a sort of mentor figure despite their disagreements, has become a very loyal AI member, moved to the right, with libertarian tendencies.
Luigi Trafelli, candidate for finance - conservative economist, has been there since the beginning.
Tarso Pia, candidate for defence - is a convinced militarist, emerged in the youth wing with extravagant statements to "privatize the sh*t" out of the defence industry to make it more competitive. Very liberal, as he says that he "doesn't care who dies in a pile of horsesh*t on the battlefield."
Dino Ferrari, candidate for justice - sees Rosso as his mentor and emerged from the youth wing as a very libertarian chap
Iginia Ferraioli, candidate for infrastructure and Transport - is a convinced centrist, believes that the AI has the largest "potential" and just hopes to make it more pragmatic. Yet openly opposes gay marriage.
Milena Di Vittorio, candidate for Health and Social Services - has a degree in medicine and believes that pharmaceutical companies need to be put under pressure by liberalizing the market, and allowing home brewing of medicine. Supports medical marijuana.

Davide Tajani fortemente compromesso per la sua politica estera: Maggi pronta a lanciare un voto di sfiducia nel partito

ROMULA - Boom di nuovi partiti in Parlamento, ben 3 sono entrati in parlamento. Nonostante ciò Libertà e Progresso è stato ampiamente confermato primo partito, ha strappato ad AI la sua roccaforte in Padagna ed il suo candidato Presidente è riuscito a mantenere la fiducia degli alleati di Governo.
All'interno del partito però la situazione si sta scaldando: la Maggi pochi mesi prima delle elezioni è stata favorita ad un Tajani bis: il Segretario Generale infatti ha generato un certo risentimento nel partito per come ha deciso di affrontare la crisi con Vorona. L'aumento delle tensioni con due membri del Consiglio di Sicurezza ed un peggioramento delle relazioni con Kazulia hanno infatti fatto pendere l'ago della bilancia a favore di Lavinia Maggi, considerata più posata, pragmatica e meno idealista.
Tajani resta comunque Segretario Nazionale, la sua leadership nazionale infatti ha premiato il partito che come detto ha anche aumentato il proprio sostegno: il leggero calo a fronte dei vari nuovi ingressi in parlamento ci mostra un partito in crescita.
La Maggi comunque sembra stia minando pesantemente l'autorità di Tajani, che è stato anche escluso come candidato alla Presidenza del Consiglio: la Maggi ha infatti preferito Massimo D'Amelia, veterano che ha semprw ricoperto ruoli come sottosegretario o segretario particolare nei passati governi di LP, preteso da Maggi essendo sempre stato un suo sostenitore e stretto collaboratore.
La scelta di D'Amelia fa pensare a molti che una mozione di sfiducia per Tajani sarà presto avanzata dalla Maggi che punta a scalzarlo alla guida del partito. Un partito che comunque viene sempre più premiato grazie alla linea politica della quale Tajani è l'ennesimo promotore, dunque nonostante il calo di sostegno l'attuale Segretario non si può definire sconfitto ed anzi, una mozione di sfiducia potrebbe incrementare la spaccatura tra la maggioranza liberale e la consistente minoranza "Democratica", più vicina alle posizione progressiste e di centro-sinistra del passato secolo.
La Maggi ha assicurato un bel diverso approccio alla crisi di Vorona, decidendo di ritirare la proposta di blocco aero-navale, preferendo una linea diplomatica rivolta a promuovere l'adesione di nuove nazioni all'embargo internazionale già stabilito da diverse nazioni compresa l'Istalia e quindi una politica di totale rottura di ogni legame economico privato ancora esistente con Vorona. È stata già avanzata la proposta per far rientrare in patria tutti gli istaliani presenti in Vorona e di rimborsare essi e tutti coloro che abbiano interessi economici ed investimenti attivi in Vorona.
Se il Governo di Vorona vuole continuare su questa linea, ha commentato la Maggi, sarà da solo. Ci impegneremo per isolare internazionalmente il paese. Ci auguriamo che ciò possa portare allo stesso epilogo che visse il Regime Ameliorato di Saridan, crollato sotto le gravi ripercussioni economiche del prolungato embargo stabilito da buona parte delle nazioni del mondo.
Ringrazio comunque il Governo di Mordusia per il suo sostegno e per condividere gli stessi sentimenti che sta provando l'Istalia di fronte a questa triste situazione.
Infine la Maggi ha parlato del suo futuro approccio con il Congresso Mondiale, stavolta senza discostarsi troppo dalla linea politica della passata amministrazione. La Maggi si dice esponente di quel malessere che sta pervadendo diverse nazioni di Terra causato da un'Organizzazione la cui autorità sembra sempre più messa in discussione e che trova forti difficoltà a far rispettare la Legge internazionale. La Maggi ha infatti dichiarato che il Congresso Mondiale appare sempre più screditato come fonte normativa internazionale, alla luce dell'approccio estremamente relativista che è stato impresso all'Organizzazione che, a detta della Maggi, sembra disattendere anche le stesse risoluzioni del passato e dove ormai ci si ritrova a discutere sulla definizione di democrazia e di diritti umani, mentre una macchina controllata dalla nazione più condannata dal congresso Mondiale si prende gioco dell'Organizzazione e dei suoi stessi membri sfruttando proprio il dilagante relativismo che diviene così una sua forza. Difesa di crimini contro l'umanità in nome della sovranità Nazionale, la sofferenza di milioni di persone controbilanciata dal diritto di alcuni criminali di restare inpuniti al potere e continuare ad arricchirsi sulla pelle di poveri disperati.
Luthori ed Istalia hanno da tempo sottolineato la mancanza di strumenti e di poteri del WC per far rispettare i suoi stessi proclami, ci sono nazioni che mettono in discussione la loro partecipazione all'organizzazione stessa e questo ci preoccupa molto. Il Consiglio di Sicurezza dovrebbe cominciare a ripensare al suo ruolo, accetteremo qualsiasi evoluzione, anche se dovesse rappresentare una riduzione delle sue aree di competenza. Non si può dichiarare di tutelare qualcosa di universale come i diritti umani se poi questo si riduce ad un concetto che varia di nazione a nazione riconoscendo eguale dignità sia alle nazioni che rispettano simili disposizioni sia a quelle ree di everle infrante diverse volte. Questo è il cuore del problema: eguali diritti, dignità e spazio indipendentemente dal fatto che siano guidate da criminali e regimi totalitari.

ROMULA - I timori espressi dalla Presidentessa Maggi si sono infine realizzati: prima ancora dell'inizio delle procedure di voto per la proposta di rimpatrio e cesura finale dei legami finanziari con Vorona, il Governo dell'Isola Dovaniana ha deciso di porre in uso i campi di internamento che sta facendo costruire: i cittadini istaliani presenti in Vorona saranno arrestati ed internati e potrebbero essere anche ridotti in schiavitù.
La misura adottata dal Governo di Vorona arriva in risposta della stessa proposta della Presidenza: il Governo di Vorona infatti ha rivelato che gli investimenti istaliani sull'isola sono consistenti e temono una flessione per la piccola economia isolana generata dalla fuga di capitali. L'Istalia condanna definitivamente il Governo di Vorona per le azioni di cui si sta macchiando. Il Governo di Vorona ha deciso deliberatamente di impedire ai cittadini istaliani il loro diritto di rientrare nella loro patria e sta negando loro la libertà usandoli come capro espiatorio contro l'Istalia ed il Governo Istaliano per delle misure economiche prossime ad essere adottate in Istalia. Il Governo di Vorona non solo sta ledendo la libertà di migliaia di persone in Vorona, non solo sta sostenendo uno dei peggiori crimini contro l'umanità, ora Vorona sta cercando di piegare il volere di una nazione che ha deciso di rompere tutti i ponti con il loro paese. L'Istalia sta accettando ormai la triste realtà internazionale del relativismo nazionalista, ma non può accettare che Vorona pretenda da noi di mutare le nostre politiche interne ricattandoci minacciando nostri compatrioti. Therefore we will agree with a resolution permitting military actions against Vorona, IF it will be aimed at the government and not be an unprofessional, citizens-aimed method like a aeronaval embargo. We are not content it has to be this way, but in times of conflict we must help our fellow Istalian brothers and sisters. God bless the Repubblica Istaliana.

ROMULA - Il Ministero degli Esteri ha annunciato che il Governo di Vanuku ha ufficialmente dichiarato che procederà con azioni militari se l'Istalia dovesse agire contro Vorona, dove è stato accertato che circa 180 cittadini Istaliani sono stati internati e dove rischierebbero, oltre che la vita, l'umiliazione della riduzione alla schiavitù.
Il Presidente Maggi ha accolto con estremo disappunto il messaggio del Governo Vanukuano rilasciando una conferenza stampa con la quale ha riconfermato la risolutezza istaliana ed ha fortemente criticato Vanuku per la sua politica internazionale, dichiarando Vanuku una nazione che supporta attivamente la schiavitù nonché invitando l'attuale Governo della Corona ad evitare di parlare di Democrazia, alla luce dei lunghi anni di quasi-autocratico dominio del Trono.

Vanuku si va ad aggiungere a tutte quelle nazioni che oggi stanno mettendo seriamente a rischio l'idea stessa di Democrazia, che stanno piegando concetti universali e definiti ormai da millenni ai loro subdoli e meschini interessi.
Il Governo di Vanuku, tentando di bloccare qualsiasi azione contro Vorona, ha deciso di sostenere apertamente la schiavitù e di difendere dei criminali, che tutto sono tranne che "eletti democraticamente", poiché espressione solo e soltanto di quella fascia di popolazione che vuole schiacciare sotto i propri piedi altri esseri umani per sfruttarli nei peggiori modi possibili.
Per troppo tempo Vanuku si è schierata a difesa di criminali, schiavisti ed assassini macchiatisi di persecuzione e genocidio. Arriva a notte fonda la notizia e la Presidentessa Maggi ha subito dato istruzioni a Testanera al WC di fermare la finalizzazione della Risoluzione 26 del CS, risoluzione che avrebbe condannato ufficialmente Vorona ed imposto sanzioni internazionali ben più gravi.
Il Governo Istaliano aveva notificato settimane fa la creazione della Risoluzione, sottolineando come ciò qvrebbe rappresentato ulteriori sanzioni ed un tracollo ben maggiore per l'economia Voronan.
La Maggi però non dimentica i cittadini Istaliani ancora a Vorona e per questo oltre ad annunciare che non ritirerà le unità istaliane nelle acque internazionali tra Seleya e Dovani, l'Istalia non straccerà ancora in modo definitivo il testo della Risoluzione.
La Maggi ha dichiarato che l'Istalia è pronta a lavorare per una normalizzazione delle relazioni tra i nostri Paesi. Abbiamo già fermato la stesura della Risoluzione, con soddisfazione e gioia abbiamo accolto la decisione di abolire la schiavitù, ma ci sono ancora cittadini istaliani internati in Vorona ed ora serve un gesto concreto da parte del suo Governo per avviare la normalizzazione dei rapporti.
