Ventriloquist wins Istalia's Got Talent, as well as the heart of millions of people

In an exciting and tough final, ventriloquist Pietro Barletti has won the 7th season of IGT with his act consisting of 2 dolls which he makes to 'talk' through sounds produced with his belly. The artists quickly stole the hearts of many people, mostly due to his 'sheepish' appearance, judge Arnoldo Raggi claims. With 61 percent of the final vote, Barletti conquered the title and price worth 20.000 Istalian Lira's.

It was a magical moment when Barletti first walked up the stage of channel 6's popular show: 'Istalia's got talent', in which a judge of four searches for Istalia's biggest talent. Barletti's act encountered a little ridicule at first, but his witted remarks and comedical lines made him a popular contestant. During his 9 episode adventure, Barletti never came in the so-called 'danger zone', in which bottom-rated contestants battle for a place in the next round. Instead, he was almost always the winner of each episode. Most popular was his audition, with more than 100 million views on ViewTube.

What Barletti is going to do with his prize money, is yet unknown. rumors are that he wants to spend it to other ventriloquists, to support the ventriloquist community. Nevertheless, the ventriloquist business has gained a lot of popularity since the broadcasting of Barletti's audition. IGT has more than 50 million viewers worldwide, causing each winner to become a nationwide celebrity. Barletti has already signed a contract with the famous fashion brand Spike, as well as the privilege to perform in the halftime show of the famous football derby between Bunogna and Vinesia. ROMULA - Il Governo Istaliano non ha accolto affatto bene le dichiarazioni rilasciate da alti esponenti del Governo di Dorvik, che hanno accusato l'Istalia di collaborare con nazioni del Patto di Koeistad ed in particolar modo con Beiteynu e Solentia.
Il Governo ha dunque lasciato al Ministro degli Esteri Ciro Esposito il compito di rispondere alle accuse e la reazione non è stata per nulla pacata o contenuta, ma anzi, il Ministro ha indicato il Governo di Dorvik come maliziosamente impegnato in una campagna di diffamazione che trova origine fin da prima della vergognosa fallita collaborazione di Dorvik con Kazulia e Rildanor per minare la stabilità ed i diritti del Governo Badarano perché "comunista", senza badare al fatto che fosse il legittimo Governo di Badara, regolarmente eletto e dunque assaltato da terroristi e criminali che Dorvik ha apertamente difeso.
Queste le parole del Ministro Ciro Esposito:

Il Governo di una nazione come Dorvik, che si vuole mostrare come un faro tra le nazioni del mondo, non sta facendo affatto una bella figura nel minare in questo modo la serietà e la credibilità dell'Istalia, azioni che ci sembrano guidati da malizia ed invidia da parte di una nazione la cui credibilità negli ultimi anni è stata messa seriamente in discussione.
Ci accusano offrendo una visione maliziosamente distorta della realtà, facendo passare l'attività diplomatica istaliana come doppiogiochista ed ipocrita.
Il Governo Istaliano non ha fatto altro che lavorare per la sicurezza dei propri cittadini nonché per quella di un intero continente! A seguito della presa di potere dei reazionari in Badara si era concretizzata la minaccia del posizionamento di sistemi d'arma balistici nella locale base concessa a Beiteynu, in reazione a quella che lo stato nord majatrano ha descritto come un accerchiamento, data l'Alleanza stipulata con Malivia, comprendente della Base Aeronavale concessa alle nostre forze, e i più che ottimi rapporti in costruzione all'epoca con Pontesia, abbiamo deciso di procedere per vie diplomatiche.
Come già ampiamente dichiarato, per evitare un inutile braccio di ferro con Beiteynu e per evitare l'ulteriore militarizzazione di Majatra, il Governo Istaliano ha deciso di cercare un accordo con Beiteynu per evitare il dispiegamento di missili in Badara in cambio dell'impegno istaliano di non dislocare forze militari in Pontesia.
Riguardo alle allusione su relazioni oscure con una Beiteynu che manipola i politici istaliani, questa è pura follia! Beiteynu è da tempo nella lista delle nazioni contro le quali l'Istalia ha imposto un totale embargo e sanzioni economiche di vario tipo e se in passato ci sono state oscure relazioni tra Beiteynu ed elementi deviati della politica istaliana, ebbene i responsabili qui in Italia sono andati incontro alla giustizia e puniti, addirittura per tradimento contro la nazione, notizie ampiamente pubblicate decenni fa e che hanno dato ulteriore prova dell'ottimo stato di salute del sistema democratico istaliano, la cui giustizia non è piegata agli interessi particolari della nazione o di quel o quell'altro partito.
Per quanto riguarda invece Solentia, il Governo Istaliano è invero più che soddisfatto e contento di aver potuto iniziare un'importante fase di disgelo con Solentia e quindi di ricucire i rapporti da tempo incrinati con l'unica nazione con la quale confina l'Istalia, una fase di riavvicinamento iniziata con la constatazione da parte dell'Istalia dell'abbandono progressivo in Solentia di pratiche discriminatorie ed anti-democratiche.
Con soddisfazione abbiamo assistito all'aumento dei diritti politici e delle libertà civili in Solentia, che oggi vieta forme di discriminazione e di segregazione, nonché la repressione politica ed il fatto che negli ultimi anni la vita politica solentiana sia stata dominata da partiti di sinistra od apertamente socialisti crediamo sia la prova tangibile dell'evoluzione che ha avuto la Repubblica Sociale.
Dovremmo dunque forzare la mano a Solentia affinché esca dal Patto di Koeistad? Dovremmo imporre a Solentia di recidere quella che risulta come una dei pochissimi canali commerciali del Paese al di fuori di Majatra? Abbiamo preferito constatare l'effettiva cooperazione del Paese con gli altri membri del Patto, giungendo alla conclusione che l'attività internazionale come anche militare di Solentia non stia affatto collaborando insieme alle nazioni del Patto, ed a riprova di ciò possiamo facilmente constatare il totale disinteresse di Solentia per il recente conflitto Badarano che ha coinvolto le principali nazioni del Patto.

Di cosa ci vuole accusare Dorvik? Di aver fatto il possibile per assicurare la sicurezza dei nostri cittadini? Di aver evitato un pericoloso braccio di ferro con Beiteynu per evitare l'incremento di armi e truppe in giro per Majatra?
Oppure vogliono accusarci di aver cambiato le nostre posizioni alla luce delle positive evoluzioni politiche e sociali che abbiamo assistito in paesi con i quali un tempo avevano rapporti estremamente complicati? Nulla di diverso da quanto fatto con Deltaria, con Pontesia o con Jakania. Una politica di distensione all'insegna della pace e della stabilità e che oggi vede l'Istalia in ottimi rapporti con molti dei paesi majatrani con i quali fino a pochi decenni fa le relazioni erano nulle o conflittuali.
Prima l'Istalia viene accusata di essere guerrafondaia, ora veniamo accusati per esserci impegnati diplomaticamente nel risolvere con altre nazioni i conflitti che un tempo ci dividevano.

Cosa dovremmo pensare? Non siamo turbati da simili dichiarazioni e difficilmente crediamo possano minare la fiducia che la comunità internazionale ha nell'Istalia, un fatto evidente e conclamato, ma sicuramente siamo offesi e molto dispiaciuti nel vedere un'auto dichiaratasi potenza regionale, una delle nazioni più "rispettabili" di Terra, abbassarsi a lanciare simili accuse che non fanno altro che sottolineare come Dorvik stia agendo attivamente per intaccare in ogni modo la credibilità e l'etica dell'Istalia, conducendo una politica estera di potenza e prestigio personale pronta a sacrificare valori, principi e diritti in favore di alleanze di dubbia moralità e dei propri interessi personali.
Guardiamo al conflitto Hulstro-Kazuliano, con Dorvik che ha deliberatamente e vergognosamente girato la testa dall'altra parte di fronte alle numerose violazioni dei diritti umani perpetuati dal governo Hulstriano ponendo su uno stesso piano Kazulia ed Hulstria, ignorando il fatto che Hulstria per prima ha schierato le proprie truppe lanciando un ultimatum inaccettabile per le leggi internazionali, ignorando il fatto che Hulstria per prima ha aperto il fuoco ed iniziato l'invasione di Kazulia nonostante gli inviti a recarsi al tavolo delle trattative, con l'Istalia che aveva dato fiducia a Dorvik per intervenire diplomaticamente per le parti e che si era trattenuta dal procedere con sanzioni contro gli Hulstriani.
Guardiamo oppure al conflitto Badariano, con un Governo legittimamente al potere e attaccato da orde di terroristi che è stato pesantemente stigmatizzato per posizione ideologiche che hanno negato ogni principio democratico in nome di interessi personali da parte di un gruppo di nazioni tra le quali in prima linea risultava Dorvik, che aveva minacciato Badara, ritrovatasi ad un tavolo delle "negoziazioni" in Kazulia circondata da nazioni apertamente anti-comuniste che sono giunte addirittura a minacciare di usare una missione del Congresso Mondiale per coprire in realtà una sistematica distruzione del Governo comunista, una proposta avanzata proprio da Dorvik e che ha fatto deragliare la vergognosa conferenza di Lamond.
E Guardiamo soltanto chi sostiene Dorvik all'interno del Congresso mondiale: Saridan, Kalopia, Beityenu, Hulstria... Dorvik ha ottenuto la sua posizione nel Consiglio di Sicurezza grazie al sostegno delle maggiori nazioni del Patto di Koeistad, di nazioni che stanno ampiamente violando i più basilari diritti umani, di Rildanor, un'altra nazione che ha macchiato il suo nome con il suo comportamento spudorato all'interno del Congresso mondiale e che con Dorvik ha generato la sessione più vergognosa del Consiglio di Sicurezza fin dalla fondazione di questa Organizzazione.
E Dorvik osa dire all'Istalia che ha oscure relazioni con nazioni canaglie e violente? E l'Istalia non dovrebbe avere qualche dubbio sull'eclatante parzialità di Dorvik nella conduzione della sua politica estera come membro del Consiglio? Che faccia tosta!

Non credo proprio sia l'Istalia che deve guardarsi allo specchio e farsi un esame di coscienza!

The Foreign Minister responds to Dorvik's recent statements by the government accusing Istalia of collaborating with rogue nations

ROMULA - The Istalian Government did not quite accept the statements made by high officials of the Government of Dorvik, who accused Istalia of collaborating with nations of the Koeistad Pact, and in particular with Beiteynu and Solentia.
The government has therefore left to Foreign Minister Ciro Esposito the task of responding to the accusations and the reaction was by no means calm or contained, but indeed, the Minister pointed out the Dorvik Government as maliciously engaged in a defamation campaign which started also before the shameful failure of Dorvik's collaboration with Kazulia and Rildanor to undermine the stability and the rights of the Badaran Government because it was "communist", without considering that it was the legitimate Badara's Government, regularly elected and then assaulted by terrorists and criminals whom Dorvik openly defended.
These are the words of Minister Ciro Esposito:

The Government of a nation like Dorvik, which wants to show itself as a lighthouse among the nations of the world, isn't giving a good impression of itself in undermining in this way the seriousness and credibility of Istalia, actions which seem to have been guided by malice and envy by a nation whose credibility in recent years has been seriously questioned.
They accuse us offering a mischievously distorted view of reality by showing Istalian diplomatic activity as a double-player and hypocritical behavior.
The Istalian Government has done nothing but working for the security of its citizens as well as for a whole continent! Following the victory of the reactionaries in Badara, the threat of the positioning of ballistic weapon systems in the local base which was granted to Beiteynu, in response to what the North Majatran state described as an encirclement, given the Alliance stipulated with Malivia, including the Air-Naval Base granted to our forces, and the more then excellent relations under construction at that time with Pontesia, we decided to proceed through diplomatic measures.
As already widely stated, in order to avoid a useless arm wrestling with Beiteynu and to avoid the further militarization of Majatra, the Istalian Government has decided to seek an agreement with Beiteynu to avoid the deployment of missiles in Badara in exchange for the Istalian commitment of don't deploy military forces in Pontesia.
Regarding allusions about dark relations with a Beiteynu who manipulates Istalian politicians, this is pure madness! Beiteynu has long been on the list of nations against which Istalia has imposed a total embargo and economic sanctions of various kinds, and if in the past there have been dark relations between Beiteynu and deviated elements of the Istalian politics, then the perpetrators here in Istalia were judged and punished, even for treason against the nation, widely reported decades ago and that they have further proven the good state of health of the Istalian democratic system, whose justice is not bent on the particular interests of the nation or of this or that party.
Regarding Solentia, indeed, the Istalian Government is more than satisfied and content with having started an important phase of detente with Solentia and thus relieving the relations that have long been cracked with the only neighbouring nation of Istalia, a phase of rapprochement began with the recognition by Istalia of the progressive abandonment of discriminatory and anti-democratic practices in Solentia.
With satisfaction, we have witnessed the rise of political rights and civil liberties in Solentia, which today prohibits forms of discrimination and segregation, as well as political repression and the fact that in recent years the political life of Solentia has been dominated by left-wing parties if not openly socialist we believe it is the tangible proof of the evolution that the Social Republic has had.
Should we therefore force Solentia to come out of the Koeistad Pact? Should we force Solentia to cut off what appears to be one of the few trading channels in the country outside of Majatra? We have preferred to see the country's effective cooperation with the other members of the Pact, concluding that the international as well as the military activity of Solentia is not at all cooperating with the nations of the Pact, and as proof of this behavior we can easily recognize the total disinterest of Solentia for the recent Badaran conflict in which were involved the major nations of the Pact.

What Dorvik want to accuse us? To have done everything possible to ensure the safety of our citizens? To have prevent ourself from began a dangerous arm wrestling with Beiteynu to avoid the increase of arms and troops around Majatra?
Or do they want to accuse us to have changed our positions in the light of the positive political and social evolutions we have witnessed in countries with which they once had extremely complicated relationships? Nothing different from what we did with Deltaria, with Pontesia or with Jakania. A policy of relaxation in the name of peace and stability, which today sees Istalia in good relations with many of the Majatran countries with which until a few decades the relations were nil or conflicting.
Before Istalia was accused of being a warmonger, now we are accused of being diplomatically engaged in resolving conflicts with other nations that once divided us.

What should we think about all this? We are not disturbed by such statements and we hardly believe they can undermine the trust the international community has in Istalia, a clear and blatant fact, but we are certainly offended and very sorry to see a self declared regional, if not continental power, one of the most "respectable" nations of Earth, lower itself to launch similar allegations that only point out how Dorvik is actively acting to affect and undermine in any way the credibility and ethics of Istalia, conducting a foreign policy of power and personal prestige ready to sacrifice values, principles and rights in favor of alliances of dubious morality and personal interests.
Let's look at the Hulstro-Kazulian conflict, with Dorvik deliberately and shamelessly turning his head in the face of the many violations of human rights perpetuated by the Hulstrian Government, placing Kazulia and Hulstria on the same level, ignoring the fact that Hulstria first deployed their troops by launching an ultimatum unacceptable for international law, ignoring the fact that Hulstria first opened fire and started Kazulia's invasion despite invitations to go to the negotiating table, with Istalia which had given confidence to Dorvik to intervene diplomatically before the parties and which had refrained from proceeding with sanctions against the Hulstrians to give a possibility to Dorvik.
Let's loot at the Badarian conflict, with a government legitimately in power and attacked by hordes of terrorists who have been heavily stigmatized by the ideological positions that have denied any democratic principle in the name of personal interests by a group of nations among which Dorvik was in the front line, which had threatened Badara, found itself in a table of "negotiations" in Kazulia surrounded by openly anti-communist nations that even threatened to use a World Congress mission to effectively cover a systematic destruction of the communist government, a proposal advanced and then retired by Dorvik, which had made derail the shameful Lamond Conference.
And let's look at which nations are supporting Dorvik into the Security Council: Saridan, Kalopia, Beiteynu, Hulstria... Dorvik gained its position into the Security Council thanks to the support of the major nations of the Koeistad Pact, the support of nations that are extensively violating the most basic human rights, the support of Rildanor, another nation which tarnished its name with its shameless behavior inside the World Congress and which with Dorvik generated the most shamefull Security Council session since the creation of this Organization.
And Dorvik dare to say to Istalia that we are "obscure" relations with violent and rogue nations? And Istalia should not have some dubt about the blatant biased position of Dorvik conducting its foreign policy as member of the Council? What audacity!

I do not really think is Istalia which must take a look in the mirror and do a soul searching!

Furious Thallerists rioting in the streets of Palerno

After his victory in the elections of Istalia, Giulio von Thaller held a speech that stirred up his voters.

...Yes we won that election. But the establishment won't let us take what is rightfully ours.
They fear us, but they still try to resist. Maybe they don't fear us enough. I say, show them real fear. Show them what we are capable of. Show them the might of the Thallers!. Loot and burn!

After this mildly irritating speech of a mildly deranged noble, thousands of Thaller's voters stormed into the streets of Palerno and other major cities of Silicia, doing like Giulio told them, looting and burning down shops, attacking civilians and crying "Heil Thaller". It seems like the Thallers possess the power to turn normal citizens of a country into brainless royalist monsters. The police was not able to defend against all of the Thallerists, due to the spontaneous nature of the attack, but is expected to get better control over the situation soon.

While all of this is happening Giulio von Thaller seems to be assembling a illegal troop of militant Thallerists. A quasi paramilitary. It is suspected that they are armed with Narikatonese guns. Is this the start of a civil war in Istalia, or will the government be able to crush Giulio quickly and his riots will only go down as a footnote in future history books?

ASTRID MARCHIO, THE FR CHAIRPERSON, TALKS ABOUT THE THALLER VICTORY AND HER "GREAT LEADERSHIP"

This election resulted in a victory for the Reactionary Thallerist party, which sparked a huge internal political conflict. It also resulted in a sizeable fall for the FR, which yet retained a strong postion in the Parliament. Marchio, the Chaiperson of the Centre-Left Radical Front stated that all other parties must unite;

If we are to give our country another chance, we must unite to fight the enemy that is the Thallerist Party. They cannot, and I must repeat, they CANNOT form a ruling government. We must ask everyone, our enemies and friends to unite against the threat. If they'll form the government, all of our progress will be reversed, we may get into the darkest state of our hisory. We must fight back the racists. And, if we cannot play by the normal rules, we'll must play this game. We announce that if they won't step down from their plan of establishing the monarchy, we'll support our own's Gentile Olivieri's claim to the throne. He descends from a cadet branch of house Di Montferrato, one of our countries historically most powerful houses.

Olivieri himself shortly responded to the comment;

President Rosso announces last term
The last stretch is dark and full of terrors!

The look when you win the presidency but a monarchist party wins the election

The President and most notable Alternativa Istaliana member, vice-leader Gianluigi Rosso announces officially that this term is going to be his last. The 63 year old announced an abroad tour coming, intending to accept invitations from Mordusia and even Badara, with which relations have been always been unfriendly with Rosso being a renouned capitalist, and Badara having a communist government, yet he reacted with humor

I did not grow old to die sooner, I have become wiser and have more patience. I think this is would be a great sign from me, the AI - which probably hates me now, and the whole of Istalia. Other destinations will hopefully include the new Majatran Alliance members, Malivia and Zardugal.

However, the main talking point was of course the victory of the Thallers, with many parties condemning them one after the other. The President remained calm, and announced what he and the AI think of it:

Again, my age, I mean my wisdom, will approach this problem. Obviously they are a bunch of absolute swines, claiming to be nationalist, even though they are clearly a bunch of commies who want a monarchy, with a FOREIGN KING! I am not nationalist for nothing, we will fight for the constitution to the death! HOWEVER we refuse to publicly condemn them as we do not need to divide Istalia further. They have won, we need to adapt.
We need to unite Istalia. We do condemn their policies, we do condemn the call to violence, I do not like Giulio - even though would love to meet him some time - and YET we will not condemn them. They have a right to exist and follow the rules like everyone else. To be honest, as long as they remain in the frame of what is allowed, I will let my Romulan speak: "sticazzi".

Palerno is in a status of all out brawl. As it is the birthplace of the AI, there is not a high but a very concentrated nationalist following. To the "burning and looting", they have went out and engaged in all out word and fist fight with Thaller supporters. With lots of self Irony, members of many skin colors, religions and cultures, Quanzari and Istalian AI supporters and joined by members of other parties and simply Palerno citizens, united by either the nationalist ideology, or simply by patriotism and love for the fatherland, have chanted: "Foreigners Out!" May sound racist, isolationist and xenophobic but even the most leftist knew what they were talking about. It was an ironic chant highlighting the fact that the Thallers are not an Istalian royal house, which is supplied with foreign (Narikaton) weapons and are clearly unwanted. According to reports shots were heard but no known casualties known yet. The police and medical services are closely monitoring the situation.

The crisis has led to the cancellation of a highly anticipated football match between Florence and Palerno, in Palerno. Both teams in the title race, with Palerno currently in 3rd and Florence in 4th place, with only 1 point separating them and 3 points between Palerno and the current leaders, and title holder Turrino. Florence's success this season is very surprising, being the most tradionalist football club in the Istalian Serie A, allowing only Padagnans and half Padagnans in their youth academies and without any too rich sponsors having their backs with generous transfers and signings. Sports experts credit the former national team head coach, the one before Istalians great World Cup victory, with the success.

ROMULA - Il Leader di Libertà e Progresso ha commentato le dichiarazioni del Presidente della Repubblica sui fatti di Palerno, dove sono stati messi in stato di fermo oltre 90 facinorosi, tra i quali 12 volti di spicco dell'entourage di Giulio Thaller, mentre la città si ritrova ora blindata e sotto il controllo di un imponente dispiegamento della Gendarmeria Nazionale accanto alla Polizia.

Comprendo il comportamento del Presidente della Repubblica, ha constatato il risultato elettorale e non vuole minare ulteriormente la sicurezza dei nostri cittadini, ma soprattutto, dovremmo apprezzare le dichiarazioni del Presidente della Repubblica poiché riaffermano quanto i valori che hanno fatto grande la nostra nazione, e che i Thalleristi vorrebbero spazzare via, siano radicati nel popolo istaliano e siano divenuti bagaglio comune a tutti i partiti del paese fedeli alla Costituzione ed all'Ordinamento Democratico.
Ma il Presidente Rosso è stato ben chiaro e non bisogna credere che si tratti di una protezione per i Thaller od una giustificazione per le loro azioni: il Presidente della Repubblica ha sottolineato che non sarà l'ideologia a venir punita, non sarà la libertà di espressione a venir punita, ma saranno i responsabili materiali e tutti coloro che hanno agito e vogliono agire al di fuori delle regole e di quel che è permesso.
Rispetto la decisione del Presidente, ma proprio per questo non si può sorvolare sulle gravissime dichiarazioni di Giulio Thaller, l'incitamento alla violenza e sull'organizzazione dei disordini di Palerno, e sono solo alcuni dei capi di imputazione che potrebbero ricadere sui Thalleristi!
Anche la tolleranza e la libertà hanno i loro limiti ma soprattutto non possono essere concepite in modo tale da mettere a rischio la loro stessa esistenza!
Intolleranza per l'intolleranza!
Esistono delle leggi in Istalia e tutti, nessuno escluso deve rispettarle e, se in contravvenzione, risponderne davanti alla Giustizia!

La magistratura ha infatti aperto immediatamente un'indagine e sembra che il Pubblico Ministero del Tribunale di Palerno, Camillo Santori, sia già pronto a depositare una richiesta di rinvio a giudizio per Giulio Thaller, per i principali membri del Partito Thallerista e per molti altri individui legati ai fatti di Palerno ed alle attività dei Thaller. Tra le accuse spiccherebbero: incitamento all'odio ed alla violenza, associazione sovversiva aggravata dalla finalità di terrorismo, organizzazione di gruppo paramilitare illegale, detenzione irregolare di armi da fuoco, distruzione e/o danneggiamento di beni pubblici e privati, lesioni aggravate finanche attentato contro l'Ordine Costituzionale, Sociale ed Economico dello Stato. Dunque potrebbe essere avviato un procedimento separato riguardante il od i gruppi paramilitari organizzati dai Thalleristi per i quali il Ministero degli Interni ha già avviato un'operazione congiunta della Gendarmeria Nazionale e della Polizia per dare la caccia ai membri, sequestrare armi ed equipaggiamenti ma anche per comprendere l'effettiva realtà dietro al finanziamento ed armamento degli stessi.
Tra il Tribunale ed il Thaller, e compagnia, però ora si innalza la barriera dell'Immunità Parlamentare, ma Malik Astori è così prontamente intervenuto:

Libertà e Progresso non appena verranno depositate le richieste di rinvio a giudizio si farà promotrice della sessione di voto necessaria per escludere Thaller ed i parlamentari coinvolti dalla protezione dell'Immunità Parlamentare così che possano rispondere dei reati loro attribuiti davanti alla Giustizia.

Il leader dei Liberalprogressisti però si dice comunque preoccupato per la diffusione di ideologie e sentimenti lontani dalle regole e dalla razionalità democratica e teme che, nonostante la bontà delle dichiarazioni del Presidente, la sola esistenza di un Partito Thallerista in Istalia e la sola libera diffusione di un'ideologia che punta a sovvertire e distruggere l'ordine democratico, economico e sociale della Nazione siano una minaccia per l'Intero Paese e per il suo futuro, cosa che ha dunque spinto Libertà e Progresso a proporre agli altri partiti una Legge per condannare i Thaller ad il Thallerismo come ideologia d'odio, sovversiva e violenta incompatibile con i principi democratici della nazione, legge di cui riportiamo il testo della bozza preliminare:

Sentendo urgente e necessaria l'esigenza di proteggere la democrazia contro quelle ideologie incompatibili con l'ordinamento della Costituzione Repubblicana ed i Valori sui quali si fonda la Repubblica Istaliana e che professano invero il loro sovvertimento,

Constatando i tentativi di attentare alle istituzioni democratiche e repubblicane d'Istalia da parte del Partito Thallerista,

Riconoscendo il Partito Thallerista ed il suo leader, Giulio Thaller, come colpevoli di associazione sovversiva, di incitamento all'odio ed alla violenza, per l'organizzazione di gruppi paramilitari e detenzione di armi in contravvenzione delle leggi della Repubblica, di aver generato disordini pubblici diffusi e per rappresentare una seria minaccia per l'Ordine Costituzionale, economico e sociale della Nazione, per le istituzioni democratiche e per i valori sui quali si fonda la Repubblica,

Art. 1
Si impone lo scioglimento immediato del Partito Thallerista, l'arresto del suo leader Giulio Thaller, dei membri del Partito e dei membri delle milizie armate legate al partito per tentato sovvertimento dell'Ordine Costituzionale della Repubblica Istaliana,

Art. 2
Si vietata la riorganizzazione, sotto qualsiasi forma, del Partito Thallerista,

Art. 3
Si ha riorganizzazione del disciolto Partito Thallerista quando un'associazione o un movimento persegue finalità antidemocratiche proprie del Partito Thallerista, esaltando, minacciando o usando la violenza quale metodo di lotta politica o propugnando la soppressione delle libertà garantite dalla Costituzione o denigrando la democrazia, le sue istituzioni ed i valori sui quali si fonda la Repubblica o svolgendo propaganda razzista, ovvero rivolge la sua attività all'esaltazione di esponenti, principi, fatti e metodi propri del predetto partito o compie manifestazioni esteriori di carattere Thallerista.

Art. 4
Chiunque promuove od organizza sotto qualsiasi forma la ricostituzione del disciolto Partito Thallerista a norma dell'articolo precedente è punito con la reclusione da tre a dieci anni.
La stessa pena, si applica ai dirigenti dell'associazione o movimento; chiunque vi partecipa è punito con la reclusione fino a due anni.
Se l'associazione o il movimento assume, in tutto o in parte, il carattere di organizzazione armata o paramilitare ovvero fa uso di mezzi violenti di lotta, i promotori, i dirigenti e gli organizzatori sono puniti con la reclusione da cinque a dodici anni e i partecipanti con la reclusione da uno a tre anni.

Art. 5
Qualora con sentenza risulti accertata la riorganizzazione del disciolto Partito Thallerista, il Ministro dell'interno, sentito il Consiglio dei Ministri, ordina lo scioglimento e la confisca dei beni dell'associazione o movimento.
Nei casi straordinari di necessità e di urgenza, il Governo, sempre che ricorra taluna delle ipotesi previste nell'art. 3, adotta il provvedimento di scioglimento e di confisca dei beni mediante decreto.

Art. 6
Chiunque, fuori del caso preveduto dall'art. 3, pubblicamente esalta esponenti, principi, fatti o metodi del Thallerismo oppure le finalità antidemocratiche proprie del partito Thallerista è punito con la reclusione fino a due anni e con la multa fino a lire 1000.
La pena è aumentata se il fatto e' commesso col mezzo della stampa o con altro mezzo di diffusione o di propaganda.
La condanna comporta l'interdizione dai pubblici uffici per un periodo di 5 anni.

Art. 7
Chiunque con parole, gesti o in qualunque altro modo compie pubblicamente manifestazioni usuali al disciolto partito Thallerista è punito con l'arresto fino a tre mesi o con l'ammenda fino a lire 200.

Art. 8
Le pene sono aumentate quando i colpevoli abbiano ricoperto una delle seguenti cariche: Capo di Stato, Capo di Governo, Ministro e Sottosegretaro di Stato, Deputato, Senatore, Ufficiale della Repubblica di vario rango, eletti e non eletti, alti gerarchi del Partito Thallerista ed alti gerarchi delle milizie paramilitari illegali Thalleriste, o risultino condannati per collaborazionismo ancorché amnistiati.
Le pene sono altresi' aumentate per coloro che abbiano comunque finanziato, per i fatti preveduti come reati negli articoli precedenti, l'associazione o il movimento o la stampa.

Art. 9
La cognizione dei delitti preveduti dalla presente legge appartiene al Tribunale.
Per i delitti stessi si procede sempre con istruzione sommaria, salvo che ricorrano le condizioni per procedere a giudizio direttissimo ai sensi del Codice di procedura penale.

Art. 10
Anche prima dell'inizio dell'azione penale, l'autorita' giudiziaria può disporre il sequestro dei giornali, delle pubblicazioni o degli stampati nell'ipotesi del delitto preveduto dall'art. 6 della presente legge.
Nel caso previsto dal precedente comma, quando vi sia assoluta urgenza e non sia possibile il tempestivo intervento dell'autorità giudiziaria, il sequestro dei giornali e delle altre pubblicazioni periodiche può essere eseguito dagli ufficiali di polizia giudiziaria, che debbono immediatamente, e non mai oltre ventiquattro ore, farne denuncia all'autorità giudiziaria. Se questa non lo convalida nelle ventiquattro ore successive, il sequestro si intende revocato e privo di ogni effetto.
Nella sentenza di condanna il giudice dispone la cessazione dell'efficacia della registrazione del mezzo stampa presso la cancelleria del tribunale competente e la estende a tutto il territorio nazionale per un periodo da tre mesi a un anno e, in caso di recidiva, da sei mesi a tre anni.

Art. 11
La Presidenza della Repubblica e la Presidenza del Consiglio bandiscono concorsi per la compilazione di cronache dell'azione thallerista, sui temi e secondo le norme stabilite da una Commissione di dieci membri, nominati dai Presidenti delle due Camere, presieduta dal Ministro della Pubblica Istruzione, allo scopo di far conoscere in forma obbiettiva ai cittadini e particolarmente ai giovani delle scuole, per i quali dovranno compilarsi apposite pubblicazioni da adottare per l'insegnamento, l'attività antidemocratica del thallerismo.
La spesa per i premi dei concorsi, per la stampa e la diffusione è a carico dei capitoli degli stati di previsione della spesa per acquisto e stampa di pubblicazioni della Presidenza della Repubblica e della Presidenza del Consiglio e del Ministero della Pubblica Istruzione.

Art. 12
Le disposizioni della presente legge si applicano senza pregiudizio delle maggiori pene previste dal Codice penale.
La presente legge, munita del sigillo dello Stato, sarà inserta nella Raccolta ufficiale delle leggi e dei decreti della Repubblica Istaliana. E' fatto obbligo a chiunque spetti di osservarla e di farla osservare come legge dello Stato.

Libetà e Progresso si attende già comunque forti critiche per la proposta, che da alcuni degli altri partiti è già stata criticata come contraria ai principi della libertà di espressione e di parola, alcuni hanno ritenuto la legge addirittura di per sé Thallerista, critiche alle quali Astori ha risposto in questo modo:

Non credo affatto che una simile legge sia in contrasto con i principi democratici della nostra nazione! Una democrazia che non ammetta limiti non è una democrazia. Così come una libertà priva di limiti non è libertà, ma prevaricazione. Invero, ogni teoria della libertà degna di questo nome è anzitutto una teoria del limite.
Se estendiamo l’illimitata tolleranza anche a coloro che sono intolleranti, se non siamo disposti a difendere una società tollerante contro gli attacchi degli intolleranti, allora i tolleranti saranno distrutti e la tolleranza con essi!
Dovremmo proclamare, in nome della tolleranza, il diritto di non tollerare gli intolleranti. Dovremmo insomma proclamare che ogni movimento che predica l’intolleranza si pone fuori legge! In Istalia esistono già e sono in vigore leggi contro i crimini d'odio, peché non dovremmo considerare alla stessa stregua l’incitamento all’intolleranza ed alla persecuzione? Perché non dovremmo considerare egualmente un crimine professare ma soprattutto incitare la violenza e la distruzione dello Stato e della Società?
Simili leggi devono proteggere le libertà garantite dalla Costituzione da chi, denigrando la democrazia, le sue istituzioni e i valori sui quali essa si fonda, intenda sopprimerle attraverso metodi violenti ed illegali.
E a chi invece è già pronto a dire che una simile legge rappresenterebbe un precedente pericoloso da applicare contro ogni tipo di ideologia e dunque di partito, e quindi a chi vuole fare paragoni tra noi ed altre nazioni che apertamente vietano la professione di particolari ideologie, vi rispondo che va semplicemente escluso che la libertà di manifestazione del pensiero possa andare esente da limitazioni lì dove la condotta tenuta risulti violatrice di altri interessi costituzionalmente protetti e tra questi rientrano le esigenze di tutela dell'ordine democratico!
Inoltre, questa proposta non è affatto un tentativo di eliminazione del pensiero, di eradicazione dell'idea, poiché ovviamente non prevede ripercussioni per il pensiero dei singoli cittadini, non chiede di certo non se ne parli più, anzi, promuove la conoscenza dei fatti e delle azioni thalleriste anche nelle scuole, ma sottolinea chiaramente che è rivolta a contrastare manifestazioni e propaganda pubblica e la ricostituzione del partito come un principio che si inquadra nel concetto esposto nel mio incipit sui limiti necessari per la sopravvivenza stessa della tolleranza e della democrazia.
Perché, io mi chiedo e chiedo a voi, dato un certo sistema, che chiamiamo democratico, che risulta oggi il miglior sistema possibile per consentire a tutti di vivere liberi e di poter manifestare il proprio pensiero, come può quello stesso sistema ammettere attentati alla sua integrità? Come può un sistema rifiutare il principio di autoconservazione? Per questo reprimere l’apologia di thallerismo, ossia l’esaltazione di esponenti, principi, fatti o metodi del Thallerismo e delle sue finalità antidemocratiche non costituisce una violazione della libertà di manifestazione del pensiero, ma, al contrario, la compiuta celebrazione di quella libertà. La tutela della premessa prima su cui si basa un moderno sistema democratico. E tale premessa va protetta anche e soprattutto contro se stessa ed i suoi abusi.
In poche parole non è la manifestazione esteriore in quanto tale ad essere oggetto di incriminazione, bensì il suo venire in essere in condizioni tali da rappresentare un concreto tentativo di raccogliere adesioni ad un progetto di ricostituzione del Partito Thallerista o di un movimento che ad esso si ispiri!
E per chiudere, vi lascio con un'ultima domanda: che senso ha cercare il dibattito rispetto ad idee che per definizione presuppongono l’annientamento di ogni voce contraria? Rispetto ad idee che propugnano la violenza come forma di lotta politica? Dibatteremo di tutto il resto ma della nostra fine, no grazie!

Infine, i disordini di Palerno hanno avuto anche ripercussioni sulla Politica Estera Istaliana, con il Ministro degli Esteri Esposito che ha comunicato al Capo della Famiglia Thaller, Marlon VI, in quanto capo di stato di Narikaton, che fintanto che Narikaton o suoi agenti, legati o meno alla Corona ed alla Dinastia Thaller, continueranno a finanziare e far arrivare armi ed equipaggiamenti ai facinorosi thalleristi in Istalia, saremo costretti a sospendere ulteriori relazioni e comunicazione e dunque a declinare il recente invito da parte di Marlon VI al Governo Istaliano di partecipare alla Conferenza Internazionale Thallerista e quindi ad imporre un embargo a qualsiasi importazione proveniente da Narikaton con minuzioso controllo di ogni naviglio e/o velivolo proveniente da Narikaton, limitandone probabilmente l'accesso ai porti ed aeroporti istaliani.

ROMULA - The Leader of Liberty and Progress commented on the statements of the President of the Republic on the facts of Palerno, where more than 90 rioters, including 12 members of Giulio Thaller's entourage, have been arrested, while the city is now "armoured" and under the control of a massive deployment of the National Gendarmerie alogside the Police.

I understand the behavior of the President of the Republic, he noted the electoral outcome and did not want to further undermine the security of our citizens, but above all, we should appreciate the statements of the President of the Republic as they reaffirm the values ​​that have made our nation great and that the Thallerists would want to sweep away, be rooted in the Istalian people and become a common baggage to all the parties in the country that are faithful to the Constitution and the Democratic Order.
But President Rossi has been clear and we do not have to believe that it is a protection for Thallerist or a justification for their actions: the President of the Republic has emphasized that it will not be the ideology to be punished, it will not be the freedom to expression to be punished, but will be punished the material responsible and all those who have acted and want to act outside the rules and what is allowed.
I respect the President's decision, but precisely for this reason we can not be overlooked by Giulio Thaller's grave statements, the incitement to violence and the organization of the Palerno disorder, and these are just some of the charges that could fall on the Thallerists!
President Rosso and other parties are probably too concerned by the creation of a precedence, but tolerance and liberty have their limits, but above all they can not be conceived in such a way as to endanger their very existence! Intolerance for the intolerance! There are laws in Istalia and all, no one excluded, must respect them, and, if in contravention, to respond to Justice!

The judiciary has immediately opened an investigation and it seems that the Palerno's Public Prosecutor, Camillo Santori, is already ready to file a request of indictment for Giulio Thaller, for the main members of the Thallerist Party and for many other individuals linked to the events of Palerno and the activities of the Thallerists. Among the allegations would be: incitement to hatred and violence, subversive association aggravated by the purpose of terrorism, illegal organization of paramilitary organizations, irregular detention of firearms, demaging and/or destruction of public and private property, aggravated injury and even attack against the Constitutional, Social and Economic Order of the State. Therefore, a separate proceeding concerning the paramilitary groups organized by Thallerists could be initiated, for which the Ministry of Interior has already initiated a joint operation of the National Gendarmerie and of the Police to hunt members, seize weapons and equipment, but also to understand the actual reality behind their financing and armament.
Between the Tribunal and Mr Thaller, and the company, however, there is the barrier of the Parliamentary Immunity, but Malik Astori is so promptly intervened:

Liberty and Progress as soon as the requests for indictment will be filed, will be promoters of the voting session necessary to exclude Giulio Thaller and the parliamentarians involved from the protection of the Parliamentary Immunity so that they will can respond to the crimes they have attributed before the Justice.

However, the leader of the Liberal Progressives is still concerned about the spread of ideologies and feelings far from democratic rules and rationality and fears that, despite the goodness of the President's statements, the only existence of a Thallerist Party in Istalia and the propagandation and spread of an ideology that seeks to subvert and destroy the democratic, economic and social order of the nation is a threat to the whole country and for its future, which has therefore pushed Liberty and Progress to propose to the other parties a law to condemn Thaller and Thallerism as hate, subversive and violent ideologies incompatible with the democratic principles of the nation, law of which we include the text of the preliminary draft:

Feeling urgent and necessary the need to protect democracy against those ideologies incompatible with the order of the Republican Constitution and the values upon which the Istalian Republic is founded and which profess their subversion,

Noting the attempts to attack the Democratic and Republican institutions of Istalia by the Thallerist Party,

Recognizing the Thallerist Party and its leader, Giulio Thaller, as guilty of subversive association, incitement to hatred and violence, for the organization of illegal paramilitary groups and the irregular detention of arms in contravention of the laws of the Republic, for having generated public disorder and representing a serious threat to the Nation's Constitutional, Economic and Social Order, and for the democratic institutions and values on which the Republic is founded,

Art. 1
It is required the immediate dissolution of the Thallerista Party, the arrest of its leader Giulio Thaller, of the members of the Party and the members of the armed militias linked to the party for having attempted the overthrow of the Constitutional Order of the Istalian Republic,

Art. 2
It is forbidden to reorganize, in any form, the Thallerist Party,

Art. 3
There is a reorganization of the dissolved Thallerist Party when an association or movement pursues anti-democratic goals belong to the Thallerist Party, exalting, threatening or using violence as a method of political struggle or advocating the suppression of the freedom guaranteed by the Constitution or denigrating democracy, its institutions and the values ??on which the Republic is founded or by engaging in racist propaganda, or its activity towards the exaltation of exponents, principles, facts and methods of the aforementioned party, or performs external manifestations of thallerist features.

Art. 4
Whoever promotes or organizes in any form the reconstitution of the dissoluted Thallerist Party under the preceding article is punished with imprisonment for three to ten years.
The same penalty applies to the leaders of the association or movement; Anyone involved is punished with imprisonment for up to two years.
If the association or the movement assumes, in whole or in part, the character of an armed or paramilitary organization or uses violent means of struggle, promoters, executives, and organizers are punished with imprisonment for five to twelve years and to the partecipants for one to three year of imprisonment.

Art. 5
If, by a judgment, the reorganization of the dissolved Thallerist Party is established, the Minister for the Interior, after hearing the Council of Ministers, orders the dissolution and confiscation of the assets of the association or movement.
In extraordinary cases of need and urgency, the Government, whenever it recurs any of the hypotheses envisaged into the art. 3, adopt the decision to dissolve and confiscate the goods through Decree-Law.

Art. 6
Anyone, except as provided by art. 3, publicly exalting exponents, principles, facts or methods of the Thallerism or the anti-democratic aims of the Thallerist party are punished by imprisonment up to two years and with a fine of up to 1000 lire.
The punishment is increased if the fact is committed through the press or other means of mass communication or propaganda.
Condemnation involves interdictions from public offices for a period of 5 years.

Art. 7
Anyone who, in words, gestures or otherwise, makes public appearances to the dissolved Thallerist party, is punished with arrest up to three months or with a fine of up to 200 lire.

Art. 8
Penalties increased when the perpetrators had one of the following positions: Head of State, Head of Government, Minister and Undersecretary of State, Member of Parliament, Officials of the Republic of various rank elected or not, high rank members of the Thallerist Party and high rank members of the Thallerist militias, or those condemned for collaborativeism even amnestied.

Art. 9
The cognition of the crimes contemplated by this law belongs to the Court.
For the offenses themselves, it is always proceeding with summary instruction unless the conditions for a direct trial under the Code of Criminal Procedure apply.

Art. 10
Even before the commencement of the criminal act, the judicial authority may order the seizure of newspapers, publications or printed materials in the event of the crime as provided for in art. 6 of this law.
In the case provided for in the preceding paragraph, In the case provided for in the preceding paragraph, where there is absolute urgency and the timely intervention of the judicial authority is not possible, the sequestration of newspapers and other periodicals may be carried out by judicial police officers, who must immediately, and never more than twenty-four hours, file their denunciation to the judicial authority. If this does not validate it in the next 24 hours, the sequestration will be revoked and devoid of any effect.
In the sentence of conviction, the court orders the cessation of the effectiveness of the registration of the media at the competent court and extends it throughout the national territory for a period of three months to one year and, in the event of recidivism, for six months to three years.
Penalties are also increased for those who have, in any event, funded the alleged crimes in previous articles, association or movement or the press.

Art. 11
The Presidency and the Presidency of the Council raises contests for the compilation of Chronicles of the Thallerist Action, on issues and according to the rules established by a ten-member Commission appointed by the Presidents of the two Chambers, chaired by the Minister for Public Education, with a indipendent view to making known it in a public sense, to the citizens and especially to the young people in the schools, for which they will have to compile appropriate publications to be adopted for the teaching the anti-democratic activity of the thallerists.
Expenditures for competitions, press releases and broadcasting are subject to the spending chapters of expenditure estimates for the purchase and publication of publications by the Presidency and the Presidency of the Council and the Ministry of Public Education.

Art. 12
The provisions of this Law shall apply without prejudice of the higher penalties provided for in the Penal Code.
This law, endowed with the seal of the State, will be inserted in the official collection of laws and decrees of the Istalian Republic. Everyone is obliged to observe and observe it as a state law.

Liberty and Progress already awaits strong criticism for the proposal, which has already been criticized by some of the other parties as contrary to the principles of freedom of speech and expression, some have considered the proposal a "thallerist law" itself, criticisms to which Astori responded in this way:

I do not believe that such a law is in conflict with the democratic principles of our nation! A democracy that does not allow limits is not a democracy. Just as a limitless freedom is not freedom, but prevarication. Indeed, any theory of freedom worthy of this name is first of all a limit theory.
If we extend the unlimited tolerance even to those who are intolerant, if we are not willing to defend a tolerant society against the attacks of the intolerants, then the tolerants will be destroyed and the tolerance with them!
We should proclaim, in the name of tolerance, the right not to tolerate the intolerants. We should, in short, proclaim that any movement that preaches intolerance comes out of the law! In Istalia already exist and are in force laws against hate crimes, why should not be considered in the same way the incitement to intolerance and persecution? Why should not we also consider a crime to profess but above all to incite the violence and destruction of the our Democracy, of our State and our Society?
Such laws have to protect the liberties guaranteed by the Constitution by those who, denigrating democracy, its institutions and the values ​​on which it is founded, intend to suppress them through violent and illegal methods.
And to whom is already ready to say that such a law would represent a dangerous precedent to be applied to any kind of ideology and therefore party, and therefore to those who want to make comparisons between ourselves and other nations that openly forbid the profession of particular ideologies, I say that it is simply excluded that the freedom of manifestation of thought can be exempt from limitations where the conduct violated the other constitutionally protected interests, and these include the requirements for the protection of the democratic order!
Moreover, this proposal is not an attempt at eliminating thought, eradicating the idea, as it obviously does not have any limitation on the thinking of individual citizens. It does not, of course, call for a damnation memorie, for a total silence on the matter, rather, promotes knowledge of the Thallerist facts and actions even in schools, but clearly points out that it is aimed at countering public manifestations and propaganda and the reconstitution of the party as a principle that is framed in the concept set out in my incipit about the limits necessary for the very survival of tolerance and democracy.
Because, I ask to myself and ask you, given a certain system that we call democratic, which is today the best possible system to allow everyone to live freely and to be able to express their own thoughts, how can the same system admit attacks against its integrity? How can a system refuse the principle of the self-preservation? For this reason, to suppress the apologetics of thalerrism, it's for this reason that the exaltation of exegetes, principles, facts or methods of Thallerism and its anti-democratic aims does not constitute a violation of the freedom of manifestation of thought, but, on the contrary, the celebration of that freedom. The protection of the first premise on which a modern democratic system is based. And this premise must be safeguarded also and above all against itself and its abuses.

Lastly, the Palerno disorder also had repercussions on Istalian Foreign Policy, with the Foreign Minister Esposito, who communicated to the Head of the Thaller Family, Marlon VI, as Narikaton's Chief of state, that until Narikaton or its agents, whether or not linked to the Crown and the Thaller Dynasty, will continue to finance and bring weapons and equipment to the Thallerist rioters in Istalia, we will be forced to suspend further relations and communication and therefore to decline the recent invitation by Marlon VI to the Istalian Government to participate to the Thallerist International Meeting and therefore impose an embargo on any imports from Narikaton with accurate control and inspection of any ship and/or aircraft from Narikaton, possibly limiting them access to Istalian ports and airports.
For the momenr however, Narikaton denied any involvement, so, the Government diceded to carry out an investigation, with the assistence of the Intelligence for the Justice, to establish if the declarations made by Thallerist exponents, about the support from Narikaton, are true or not.

President Rosso Arrives in Hitam, Malivia

The first country of President Gianluigi Rosso's international tour, amidst domestic tensions making the visit controversial, is the Free State of Malivia. Malivia is regarded as a major ally strategically and economically of Istalia, and hence this visit is of major importance for not only Malivia-Istalian relationships, but in general a major step forward for globalization and Majatra-Artanian relationships. This caused major criticism amongst AI's own electorate, which has always been on the isolationsist end of the spectrum. However all doubts about the good intentions of the president have escaped those people, as he shook hands with President of the Free State of Malivia Marianne Osune and Prime Minister Dr Roosevelt Ferdinand.

Today only formalities are on the agenda, a photoshoot, some sightseeing of the capital and a dinner between the five participants: President Rosso, Minister of Istalian Foreign Affairs Ciro Esposito, President Marianne Osune, Prime Minister Dr Roosevelt and Minister of Malivian Foreign Affairs Shruti Shree. Malivia has fully prepared for the visit, with their security forces very professionally accompanying every single step to ensure security.

The talks will officially begin next morning with two areas of Istalian interest which are going to be addressed by our delegation, which president Rosso has announced in advance before the departure, namely increasing common trade and improving military cooperation even more, with a visit to the Istalian military base in the south of the country planned for the last, third, day of the visit.

Il Presidente Rosso, prima di lasciare l'Istalia per il suo tour internazionale, ha anticipato tutti depositando alla Camera dei Deputati la richiesta per sospendere l'immunità

ROMULA - Mancano pochi mesi per il voto finale che sospenderà l'immunità parlamentare per Giulio Thaller e molti parlamentari del Partito Thallerista ma praticamente tutto il Parlamento, Thalleristi esclusi, hanno già annunciato che supporteranno incondizionatamente la revoca affinché la Giustizia possa procedere contro i rinviati a giudizio.
Per il momento Giulio Thaller, fin dai fatti di Parlerno, non si è mai presentato nell'Aula della Camera dei Deputati ed è rimasto invece in Alaria, nella sua villa in provincia non distante proprio da Palerno, dove il Presidente della Camera, Carlo Mazza (CC), lo ha invitato a rimanere e dove sarebbe letteralmente circondato da uomini e mezzi della Gendarmeria Nazionale che hanno già ricevuto l'ordine di non far entrare nessuno nella Villa. Diversi Parlamentari Thalleristi sono ugualmente stati posti in stato di fermo cautelare, molti nei loro domicili, ma di alcuni sembrano essersi perse le tracce.
Riguardo invece il gruppo paramilitare organizzato dai Thalleristi, altri 16 persone ritenuti membri del gruppo sono stati arrestati ed è stato disposto anche per loro l'arresto cautelare. Intanto l'AISIR sta continuando le sue indagini per scoprire se le allusioni dei Thalleristi su un possibile supporto da Narikaton siano delle notizie fondate: per il momento sono stati ritrovate armi di fattura Narikatoniana, confermano i vertici dell'Intelligence, ma non possiamo dire se il loro arrivo sia stato organizzato dallo Stato Narikatoniano, anche perché sul mercato nero non sarebbe difficile rimediare simili armamenti, come anche non sarebbe difficile rimediare armi da fuoco istaliane o di altre nazioni, dunque per il momento il Governo ha deciso di non procedere contro Narikaton ed anzi confermare la presenza di un funzionario del Ministero degli Esteri alla conferenza Thallerista internazionale, anche alla luce delle risposte cordiali e rassicuranti da parte di Marlon VI.
Ancora non sono arrivate dichiarazioni da Giulio Thaller né da nessuno dei suoi più stretti collaboratori che rischiano fino a 15 anni di carcere e che potrebbero divenire 20 o 25 se dovessero essere accusati anche di spionaggio e tradimento.
Per il momento il Pubblico Ministero di Parlerno ha depositato al Tribunale il rinvio a giudizio con i seguenti capi d'accusa, come già anticipato:
- Incitamento all'odio e alla violenza (discorso dell'odio)
- associazione sovversiva aggravata dalla finalità del terrorismo
- organizzazione illegale di organizzazioni paramilitari
- detenzione irregolare di armi da fuoco
- distruzione e / o distruzione di proprietà pubbliche e private
- lesioni aggravate
- attacco contro l'Ordine Costituzionale, Sociale ed Economico dello Stato

Parliament massively votes to authorize the Justice to prosecute Giulio Thaller and Thallerist parliamentarians sentenced to trial
President Rosso, before leaving Istalia for his international tour, anticipated everyone by filing a request to the Chamber of Deputies to suspend the immunity

ROMULA - There are only a few months left for the final vote which will revoke parliamentary immunity for Giulio Thaller and many parliamentarians of the Thallerist Party but already all the parties into the Parliament, excluded the Thallerists, have already announced that they will unconditionally support the revocation so that the Justice will be able to prceed.
For the time being Giulio Thaller, since the events of Parlerno, never came in the Chamber of Deputies and remained in Alaria, in his villa in the countryside not far from Palerno, where the President of the Chamber Carlo Mazza (CC) invited him to stay and where he is literally surrounded by forces of the National Gendarmerie who have already received the order of no one to enter the Villa. Several Thallerist parliamentarians have also been placed in a state of detention, many in their homes, but some of them seem to be gone missing.
Regarding the paramilitary group organized by the Thallerists, another 16 people believed to have been members of the group were identified and the arrest was also ordered for them. Meanwhile, AISIR is continuing its investigations to find out if the Thallerists' allusions on a possible support from Narikaton are well-founded news: for now, Narikatonian weapons have been found, confirm the Intelligence, but we can not say whether their arrival has been organized by the Narikatonish State, because it would not be difficult to find such weapons on the black market, as it would not be difficult to remedy istalians weapons or from other nations, so for now the Government has decided not to proceed against Narikaton and indeed confirmed the presence of an official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the International Thallerist Conference, also in the light of cordial and reassuring responses by Marlon VI.
No statements have yet been made by Giulio Thaller or any of his closest collaborators who risk up to 15 years in prison which could become 20 or 25 if they were to be accused, and sentenced, for espionage and treason.
For the time being, the Public Prosecutor's Office of Parlerno filed a request of indictment to the local Tribunal with the following indictments, as already mentioned:
- incitement to hatred and violence (hate speech)
- subversive association aggravated by the purpose of terrorism
- illegal organization of paramilitary organizations
- irregular detention of firearms
- demaging and/or destruction of public and private property
- aggravated lesions
- attack against the Constitutional, Social and Economic Order of the State

First state visit to Badara
President Gianluigi Rosso's visit to Badara is of major significance!

Gianluigi Rosso, for the first time in not only his presidential life, but in his whole life, visits the plagued by conflict nation of Badara. After long prior talks the visit was finally realized and as the plane lands, many questions arise. With whom will the President talk? Obviously his Badaran colleague but will he talk with the conservatives? They are after all more on one wavelength. What will they talk about? Cooperation? But after all the events that would be difficult. The Thallerist presence? Possibly. Rosso obviously wants to create a legacy, but for that he has to overcome his ideological differences and take th pe step out of the plane, shake hands with everyone and answer the journalists.

Here he is! Putting up a smile and holding on to his hat due to the strong wind. He says:

I am here in Badara not to polarize the already tricky situation. Not to create an enemy and not to cherry pick my preferences. I am here to talk with everyone about everything and god help us to come up with some kind of solution in the potentially tripartite meeting. After the all, the recent Badaran election has shown the situation, and it would be the only way to make THE FIRST STEPS to a peaceful solution, after all, the Potentially Badaran seat in the Majatran Alliance is not taken.

Relazioni Solentia-Istalia: Rosso si fermerà anche ad Helion prima di rientrare in patria dopo il tour internazionale

ROMULA - Il portavoce del Ministero degli Esteri si è presentato questa mattina alle telecamere per annunciare che il tour internazionale del Presidente Rosso e del Ministro Esposito si prolungherà per qualche giorno per fare tappa anche ad Helion dove si incontreranno con il Governo Solentiano.
Nonostante da decenni l'Istalia abbia ristabilito relazioni con la nazione confinante, a seguito dell'abbandono di politiche segregazioniste ed autoritarie, che ha portato già ad un'importante accordo commerciale, il dialogo intavolato recentemente con il nuovo Governo, guidato dai Socialisti Austoneani, come dichiarato dal ministro Esposito, porterà definitivamente il disgelo con Solentia, lavoreremo per una sempre maggiore collaborazione con i noatri vicini.
Infatti, nonostante la passata normalizzazione delle relazioni, il prolungato mantenimento del potere da parte del principale e storico movimento nazionalista in Solentia ha sempre reso assai tiepidi i rapporti, che si sono concentrati dunque su questioni commerciali quando è stato negoziato il trattato.
I rapporti con il nuovo Governo invece sono stati fin da subito cordiali ed entrambe le parti hanno chiaramente espresso il desiderio di maggiore cooperazione e la volontà di "riscoprirsi" vicendevolmente.
Ciò, ha infine precisato Esposito, porterà sicuramente a sviluppi molto interessanti, con l'Alleanza Majatrana che probabilmente guadagnerà una nuova democrazia che entusiasticamente si sta aprendo al mondo dopo decenni, che dico, forse secoli, una nazione che beneficerà delle opportunità di una Majatra sana, stabile e solida e che lavora insieme per il benessere dei suoi popoli.

Solentia-Istalia Relations: Rosso will also visit Helion before returning at home after the international tour
Solentia is definitely leaving behind the past: full democracy, respect for the rights of the citizens and soon the abandoning of every sign of the past Social Republic

ROMULA - The Foreign Ministry spokesperson spoke this morning before the cameras to announce that the international tour of President Rosso and Minister Esposito will continue for a few days to make a stopover for Helion where they will meet with the Solentan Government. Despite for decades Istalia has re-established relations with the neighboring nation, following the abandonment of segregationist and authoritarian policies, which has already led to an important trade agreement, the recent dialogue with the new government led by the Austonean Socialists, as stated by Minister Esposito, will definitively bring the thaw between Istalia and Solentia, we will work for ever closer collaboration with our neighboring friends.
In fact, as said, despite of the past normalization of relations, the prolonged maintaining of the power by the main and historic nationalist movement in Solentia has always made the relationships very lively, which then focused on trade issues when the treaty was negotiated. Relations with the new government, on the other hand, have been very cordial since the beginning and both sides have clearly expressed the desire for more cooperation and the will to "rediscover" each other.
Finally, Esposito said, this will certainly bring about very interesting developments, with the Majatran Alliance which will probably gain a new democracy that is enthusiastically opening to the world after decades, rather perhaps for centuries! A nation which will benefit thanks the healthy, stable and solid Majatra, aimed to work together for the well-being of its peoples.
