The Wolfsheim Plague has arrived in Istalia with a bang! Over 10000 people dead already, and many more in overfilled hospitals in heavy conditions. In this period of disaster, Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri Alessandro Eugenio di Nacosia-Rohan (LP), in a very Rosso-esque fashion has called for national unity and reached out a hand to the direct ideological enemies, the PNI/PNP. Nacosio-Rohan's hand was accepted by PNI Leader Demetrio Votta, who is now Minister of Internal Affairs of Istalia in this united cabinet. Unlike the CC, the second largest party in parliament which went into opposition, the Yellow fraction and Lilac fraction in parliament were able to overlook the differences in order to see the bigger picture. It is probably indeed ex-President Rosso's pragmatic mark on the two parties, not forgetting that the very pragmatic LP Prime Minister was once in the AI, due to Rosso's pragmatic politics.

Now with the ministry of the interior under Votta's control, being now essentially the third most powerful Istalian politician after the Prime Minister and President, the PNI leader has issued a message to the Istalian people:

Honorable citizens of our great fatherland!
This crisis, will not be politicized, that is why we have united forces under the LP and with other parliamentary factions. I speak here not as the PNI leader, but as the Minister of Internal Affairs and under my watch, the spread of the plague will be stopped! Even though this is a marriage of convenience, ideology has no place during this time. Indeed extreme circumstances demand extreme measures! This is what a nationalist party is about: protecting the nation! The disease is only one side of the coin, the other is the Hulstrian despotism, which only united may be averted!

For all of those upset about my decision to abandon ideology, embrace pragmatism in the spirit of the deceased yet beloved president Rosso: I cannot help you. I can just ease your nerves by saying that the new PNI/PNP whip, Ludovica Azuri, will ensure that even in such times, our political line will not diverge from our initial course. She is much more qualified than I am at leading our parliamentary fraction anyway, so do not worry that we would ever be softened by the cooperation with the left. However, hopefully, she will not need to, as just like during the Thallerist coup attempt, we are united in what needs to be done! AND IT WILL BE DONE NOW!

Istalia: realtà al limite del surreale mentre sono quasi 20 mila le vittime
Le maggiori città blindate, interi quartieri isolati, stato di polizia ed economia in seria difficoltà


Situazione sempre più seria in italia, che conta oltre 300 mila malati e quasi 20 mila vittime mentre sul territorio la vita quotidiana scorre al limite della realtà.

Le città del nord ed in generale la Padagna ed il Trivendito sono le zone più colpite e Milona sembra una città occupata. Quattro dei nove quartieri sono ormai circondati da barriere in cemento e filo spinato, Zone Speciali di Quarantena sono sorti direttamente in questi quartieri altamente colpiti che le autorità stanno evacuando, la metropolitana ha interrotto il servizio su tutte le linee, questo anche a Turrino e Triesta.
Migliaia di persone ogni giorno, seguendo un programma di evacuazione gestito dalle forze armate, vengono sottoposti a test dopo interminabili file per essere poi caricati su pulman, mezzi dell'esercito e treni diretti a campi per profughi allestiti a diversi chilometri nella campagna.

Scene simili a Assise, Verunia, Vinesia e Padua, ad ad un livello minore in tutti i grandi centri, e molti sono coloro che hanno preferito lasciare le città per stabilirsi da parenti ed amici, molti in Mezzodiurno ed in Alaria, anche se gli spostamenti sono lenti e difficili.
Le autorità hanno blindato anche le principali arterie di comunicazione, con check point medici alle poche barriere autostradali non sigillate, mentre le vie secondarie sono state isolate in zone ristrette comunicanti solo attraverso passaggi controllati.
Lo spostamrnto di merci e persone risulta sempre più complesso, molti i supermercati ed i negozi, soprattutto in provincia, hanno difficoltà a riempire glimscaffali ed im generale l'arrivo e la partenza di merci nel Paese va estremamente a rilento, con ogni nave, treno o camion costretti ad attendere in mare aperto o sulle frontiere per essere controllati ed esaminati.

La società in generale sta soffrendo estremamente la situazione, le piazze e le strade un tempo luogo di divertimento ed incontro da mesi si sono spopolate, la vista di negozi e localinvari chiusi dai sigilli sanitari getta depressione e malumore sui passanti. L'assenza di molti bambini e ragazzi nelle scuole e di adulti sui luoghi di lavoro ormai è evidente, forse solo in Sarregna ciò ancora non è percebile. Ma ciò non è dovuto solo alla malattia, ma anche dalla paura, con intere famiglie che preferiscono non mandare i figli a scuola e genitori che restano a casa incuranti del lavoro.
La tensione ovviamente è ai massimi livelle, nelle città ed ai check point non sono infrequenti discussioni, risse o vere e proprie rivolte da dover sedare con l'intervento dei mezzi delle forze di sicurezza.
altrettanto problematici sono divemtati i numerosi casi di saccheggio dei negozi lasciati incustoditi come anche delle case ormai vuote e spesso le forze dell'ordine faticano ad evitare anche queste situazioni.
Da parte sua il Governo ha dichiarato che le misure d'emergenza adottate hanno avuto una buona efficacia almeno nel diminuire il tasso di infezione e dunque la diffusione della malattia.
Purtroppo è impossibile fermarla del tutto, ma gli sviluppi nella ricerca degli ultimi mesi sembra abbia ridato un po' di speranza mentre il Presidente del Consiglio ei Nacosia-Rohan dichiara:

È il momento di stabilire un programma di finanziamento, produzione, acquisto e distribuzione degli ultimi ritrovati per contrastare l'Infezione.
A livello internazionale abbiamo già dato priorità alla pandemia, ora che abbiamo trovato un compromesso con l'Hulstria, la THIA avrà mano libera per coordinare gli sforzi.

Istalia: reality at the limit of the surreal while there are nearly 20,000 victims
The major cities are like under occupation, entire neighborhoods isolated, state of police and economy in serious trouble

Even more serious the situation in Istalia, with more than 300,000 infected and nearly 20,000 death, while everyday life runs at the limit of reality.
The northern cities and in general Padagna and Trivendito are the most affected areas and Milona seems to be an occuped city. Four of the nine neighborhoods are now surrounded by concrete barriers and barbed wire, Quarantine Special Areas have arisen directly in these highly affected neighborhoods that the authorities are evacuating, the subway has stopped service on all lines, this also in Turrino and Triesta .
Thousands of people every day, following an evacuation program carrid out by the armed forces, are tested after endless queue to be loaded on bus, army vehicles and trains and moved into camps for refugees set up several kilometers in the countryside.
Same scenes in Assise, Verunia, Vinesia and Padua, to a lesser degree in all major centers of Istalia, and many are those who preferred to leave the cities to settle for relatives and friends, many in the Mezzodiurno and in Alaria, even if the displacements are slow and difficult.

The mouvements of goods and people is increasingly complex, many supermarkets and shops, especially in the countryside, have difficulty filling shelves, and in general, the arrival and departure of goods in the country is extremely slow, with each ship, train or truck forced to wait at sea or on the borders to be checked and examined.
Society in general is suffering the situation, the squares and the streets once a place of fun and meeting for months have become depopulated, the sight of shops and locals sealed by health seals throws depression and mood on the passers-by. The absence of many children and teens in schools and adults in the workplace is now apparent, perhaps only in Sarregna this is still not perceived. But this is not only due to illness, but also fear, with whole families who prefer not to send their children to school and parents who diserted the work place.
The tension is, of course, at the highest levels, in cities and checkpoints are not uncommon discussions, brawls or riots which need the intervention of armoured security forces.
Equally troublesome are the numerous cases of looting of shops left unattended, as well as of empty houses and often the law enforcement authorities are also struggling to avoid these situations.
For its part, the government has stated that the emergency measures taken have had a good effect at least in reducing the rate of infection and therefore the spread of the disease.
Unfortunately, it is impossible to stop it totally, but developments in the research for the last few months seem to have given some hope and the President of the Council di Nacosia-Rohan declares:

It is time to establish a financing, production, purchase and distribution program of the latest medic solutions to counteract infection.
At the international level we have already given priority to the pandemic, now that we have found a compromise with Hulstria, the THIA will have a free hand to coordinate the efforts.

PNP cancels all political activity in the region, except the regional law makers, in order to help the emergency forces or to escape to less densely populated areas

In Padagna, where the situation is deteriorating rapidly, all PNP members except the regional MPs have been dismissed from their duties temporarily in order to either bring themselves to safety in less populated areas and to take their families, or to help out the red cross in handing out sanitizers, masks, gloves and bottled water. The majority indeed stayed, including the PNP vice leader Emmanuel Avril, who was the candidate for governor in the previous election. Now his condition is critical and he has been hospitalized a week ago, as he was infected with the plague. He is just one of many Istalians who have falled victim to the rapidly spreading plague, with the current government of di Nacosia Rohan doing everything in its might. Apparently some treatment is soon to become available. Hopefully sooner than later.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Avril and all Istalian families, whose lives have been ruined and especially those, who are experiencing gruesome pain and suffering.

ABERCROMBIE: WE MUST ELIMINATE PEOPLE THAT WOULD POSSIBLY SPREAD THE BACTERIA

In the form of a rather harsh statement, the ULD leader, Secretary Phineas Abercrombie, noted, in a rather unpolitical, as typical for him, manner that, quote unquote, all people that are sick must be either isolated or, if their situation is bad enough, executed.

As everything that the leader of the Democratic Liberals says, this caused a lot of uproar, even larger than most of the time.
But, this time, even some of his part colleagues criticized the man for his statement.

Although I agree with what Phineas said, at least with the logic behind it, he shouldn't have used such words. I am sure that they have hurt a lot of people.

Says Mario Bochelem-Zanussi, or simply Mario Zanussi, the Minister of Trade and Industry, and also the possible successor of Abercrombie as the leader of the party.

However, he also got many words of praise, and even some stating that the plan should be employed immediately.

Maxi allocazione di risorse per sconfiggere la Peste Dovaniana
Il Governo propone un'imposta straordinaria d'emergenza e quindi destina 2 miliardi di LIS per l'acquisto e la somministrazione dei sempre più promettenti vaccini

ROMULA - Il Portaparola della Presidenza del Consiglio ha convocato la stampa per annunciare che infine è stato trovato l'accordo tra le forze politiche per il finanziamento di quella che probabilmente passerà alla storia come la più costosa singola operazione sanitaria mai condotta in Istalia.
Il Presidente del Consiglio di Nacosia-Rohan, supportato da LP, ha avanzato la proposta di incrementare le imposte sulle vendite dei beni di lusso e di prima necessità per poter sostenere l'allocazione dei 2 miliardi che sono stati stimati come necessari per continuare a finanziare il Piano Sanitario d'Emergenza Nazionale e quindi il futuro Programma Nazionale di Vaccinazione, ma solo la proposta relativa ai beni non di lusso è stata pienamente accolta.
La cooperazione internazionale infatti sta dando finalmente i suoi frutti, con i laboratori impegnati nelle fasi finali dei test per alcuni vaccini mentre altre nazioni hanno deciso già di procedere con le vaccinazioni di massa.
Il Governo ha intenzione di richiedere al THIA di assumere la responsabilità della distribuzione e la somministrazione dei vaccini come anche di supervisionarne la produzione mentre l'Istalia, con la presentazione del budget d'emergenza con l'allocazione delle risorse al Ministero della Salute garantisce quanto già aveva dichiarato, ovvero che sarà tra i maggiori paesi a sostenere lo sforzo finanziario per una campagna di vaccinazione che dovrà essere globale e che non dovrà limitarsi ai soli paesi colpiti.
Infatti il Ministero della Salute ha sottolineato come il batterio e le modalità di attacco del corpo siano mutati nel tempo e che la malattia potrebbe rimanere latente anche per sei mesi prima di manifestare i primi sintomi e che dunque lo sforzo internazionale non dovrà essere solo di contrasto ma anche di prevenzione.
Intanto il numero di infetti ha superato le 500 mila unità ed i morti sono poco meno di 30 mila.
Il tasso di infezione è sensibilmente calato grazie alle misure di sicurezza messe in campo come anche è calato il tasso di mortalità, che è arrivato a circa il 40% grazie ai trattamenti lenitivi introdotti da più di un anno.

Dal Dipartimento Nazionale per le Malattie Infettive (DINAMIF) diversi esperti hanno dichiarato che senza la reazione del Governo e senza la disponibilità di nuovi trattamenti, oggi la situazione sarebbe stata decisamente più drammatica, e stimano ad oltre 5 milioni di infetti e tra le 200 e le 500 mila vittime.
Il portavoce della Presidenza del Consiglio ha dichiarato inoltre che il Ministero degli Esteri si è messo in contatto con il Governo Maliviano per poter avere accesso a dosi del vaccino che sta venendo somministrato alla popolazione maliviana per poter iniziare le prime somministrazioni di prova, anche se il Ministero della Sanità ha messo in guardia la Presidenza del Consiglio dichiarando che per la sicurezza dei cittadini sarebbe meglio aspettare la conclusione dei numerosi test in corso in ambito internazionale per essere davvero sicuri dell'efficacia della cura, sottolineando che la decisione di cominciare già le somministrazioni in Malivia nonostante siano ancora in corso diversi test è stata una mossa azzardata da parte delle autorità.
Per questo la Presidenza ha deciso di inviare diversi esperti del DINAMIF per constatare sul posto la risposta dell'organismo al vaccino Maliviano, sul quale comunque si sono levati altri dubbi di natura più tecnica: il batterio che ha causato l'epidemia in Malivia, sfuggito ai laboratori Maliviani, per dichiarazione del Governo stesso era stato sottoposto già a diversi studi, ricerche ed anche sperimentazioni vari e dunque si dovrebbe considerare la possibilità che esso non sia lo stesso batterio o comunque non abbia le stesse caratteristiche del ceppo originario dovaniano, lo stesso che ha colpito l'Istalia.

Per il momento comunque in Istalia le buone notizie provenienti dall'estero hanno generato un certo ottimismo e la decisa ed unitaria azione delle forze politiche sta risultando estremamente benefica anche da questo punto di vista, con la popolazione che giudica generalmente come buoni e più che adeguati gli sforzi delle Autorità nell'affrontare la crisi.
Nonostante l'intesa generale e la comunione di intenti tra le forze politiche nell'affrontare l'Infezione, la convivenza al governo di social liberali, radicali, liberisti, nazionalisti, confessionalisti e via dicendo sta risultando comunque piuttosto problematica, soprattutto sulla questione dell'assistenza medica per la cittadinanza, un argomento ovviamente tornato ad essere centrale nel dibattito politico e dalla segreteria di LP la Capo Gruppo alla Camera Aisha Menchi ha dichiarato che LP sarà in prima linea per reintrodurre un sistema di sanità pubblica universale. Sul tavolo diverse proposte, sia un vero e proprio Servizio Sanitario Nazionale con la gestione di strutture e personale alle dipendenze dello Stato, ma anche un sistema a pagatore unico che copra le spese mediche dei cittadini presso enti privati. Il metodo per Libertà e Progresso non sembra essere importante, quel che è fondamentale invece è che si abbandoni l'attuale sistema, che prevede una copertura delle spese sanitarie solo per i redditi bassi.
L'opposizione è comunque forte, con Confederazione Capitalista, Partito Nazionalista ed Unione dei Liberal Democratici che si oppongono fermamente a qualsiasi proposta in tal senso e contro i quali LP ha espresso i commenti più aspri durante i dibattiti in Aula e rigettando anche l'invito dell'Onorevole Azuri, Leader del PNP, la sezione Padagnola del Partito Nazionale, che ha invitato il partito di maggioranza relativa a discutere di proposte relative alla Sanità in sede governativa con il Ministro della Salute Livia Riccelli, esponente del PNI: la voce di LP alla Camera ha infatti criticato la dichiarazione della Azuri secondo la quale l'assistenza medica non sarebbe un diritto, ribadendo invece che sono proprio le disparità economiche a rendere il diritto alla Salute coincidente con il diritto all'assistenza medica, sottolineando come gravi situazioni di salute possono facilmente portare sul lastrico intere famiglie o potrebbe costringere a dover scegliere tra il curarsi e magari offrire opportunità ai figli e che coprire le spese solo ai poveri od ai redditi bassi non tutela la cittadinanza e non permette ai cittadini istaliani di vivere in tranquillità e protetti dalle preoccupazioni legate alla propria salute, con importanti ricadute anche sul lato psicologico.
Per il momento però tutto ciò sono esclusivamente dibattiti ed il Presidente della Repubblica el-Arafat ed il Presidente del Consiglio di Nacosia-Rohan, quest'ultimo anche come Leader di LP, hanno ribadito che oggi la priorità è l'Infezione di Wolfshein invitando le forze politiche ad evitare l'esacerbazione delle relazioni tra i partiti e quindi a rimandare dibattiti e discussioni più concrete finché l'emergenza nazionale non sarà terminata.

Maxi resource allocation to defeat the Dovanian Plague

There are several proposals on the table, both a true National Health Service with the management of state-owned facilities and staff, but also a single payer system to cover the medical expenses of citizens in private institutions. For the moment, however, all of this is solely debated and the President of the Republic El-Arafat and the President of the Council di Nacosia-Rohan, the latter also as Leader of LP, have stressed that Wolfshein Infection is now the priority inviting the political forces to avoid the exacerbation of relations between the parties and then postpone more concrete proposals and debates until the national emergency is over.

Campagna di vaccinazione iniziata: nessun decesso da una settimana
Le autorità istaliane affiancate dal personale del THIA dopo i primi test positivi stanno procedendo a tappe forzate con la somministrazione del virus, anche gli infetti stanno diminuendo

Buone notizie dall'Istalia dove, nonostante la conta dei morti sfiori i 100 mila decessi ed oltre 600 mila infetti, gli sforzi dedicati alla campagna di vaccinazione nazionale gestita dalle autorità Istaliane con l'assistenza dell'Autorità Internazionale della Salute in Terra (THIA) stanno dando i frutti sperati.
Da circa una settimana non sono stati registrati casi di decessi dovuti al Batterio di Wolfshein mentre il tasso di infezione è crollato e per la prima volta dall'inizio dell'epidemia il numero di infetti ha cominciato a calare dopo aver raggiunto il picco di oltre 600 mila persone colpite dall'Infezione.
Il Governo ha dichiarato che la produzione della cura, di comune accordo con la THIA, è stata demandata in buona parte alla Burgmuller Pharmaceutical, nota compagnia Baltusiana nella quale sono presenti ingenti capitali istaliani, ma anche alla Hyperion Corporation, questo con non poca sorpresa dell'opinione pubblica date le burrascose relazioni tra la multinazionale e l'Istalia dovute alla crisi politica in Dalibor. Il Governo ha commentato con un breve messaggio la decisione tramite il Portavoce della Presidenza del Consiglio:

Di fronte all'emergenza nazionale ed alla necessità di produrre e distribuire il vaccino a praticamente tutta la popolazione istaliana, il Governo ha ritenuto opportuno approfittare di tutte le possibilità per contenere e risolvere nel più breve tempo possibile quella che probabilmente è e sarà ricordata come la più grave emergenza che mai abbia toccato il Paese da tempi immemori. Come già assicurato in più occasioni la distribuzione del vaccino sarà totalmente gratuita, l'Istalia e la THIA hanno già preso i dovuti accordi con le compagnie coinvolte le quali non possiamo esimerci dal ringraziare per la scelta di cooperare con le autorità internazionali e venire incontro, soprattutto finanziariamente, a Nazioni e popoli afflitti dall'Infezione.

Decisamente più taglianti invece le dichiarazioni su Malivia e la loro decisione di non distribuire il vaccino Maliviano ad altre nazioni:

Non comprendiamo sinceramente una tale decisione. Già il rifiuto di distribuire il vaccino in Hulstria ed Ostland a causa delle fortissime tensioni con la comunità internazionale è stata giudicata come una reazione spropositata da parte di Malivia nei confronti dei regimi Dovaniani e la presa di posizione nei confronti del resto del pianeta in futuro potrebbe divenire uno dei più spigolosi argomenti di dibattito all'interno delle relazioni Istalo-Maliviane.

Invece internamente al Paese, riguardo alle misure d'emergenza ancora in forza, le restrizioni adottate sul territorio sono state già richiamate grazie al voto congiunto di Libertà e Progresso e di Confederazione Capitalista, ma quelle invece relative ai contatti con l'estero resteranno ancora in vigore fino a che l'emergenza non sarà definitivamente superata.
Autostrade, strade, interi villaggi e quartieri rimasti isolati, dove la diffusione dell'infezione è stata massima, sono state le prime aree dove è arrivato il vaccino ed ora buona parte delle misure di contenimento e quarantena stanno venendo tolte.

Anche sulle strade ed autostrade le barriere e le barricate costruite in buona parte delle uscite ed i posti di blocco militari stanno venendo smantellate permettendo la ripresa della circolazione ma per quanto riguarda le vie di comunicazione transfrontaliere, rimarranno ancora attivi probabilmente per diversi mesi i posti di controllo per verificare merci e persone in entrata ed uscita dal paese.
Velocizzate invece le operazioni agli aeroporti dove al posto dei check-point medici sono state introdotti scanner particolari che permettono di identificare casi sospetti grazie alla misurazione della temperatura del corpo.
Non sono stati pochi comunque gli esponenti politici che hanno dichiarato che avrebbero preferito mantenere in forza le misure di sicurezza più restrittive per un tempo più lungo, comunque i dati sanitari fanno ben promettere su una prossima rapida conclusione dell'emergenza.

Meno rapida invece sarà la ripresa dell'economia istaliana, come hanno dichiarato le maggiori agenzie specializzate, che secondo un calcolo preliminare potrebbe aver perso tra i 40 ed i 60 miliardi di Lire mentre il prodotto interno lordo sarebbe crollato di quasi due punti percentuali.
Ad influire tantissimo sicuramente il fatto che tra le zone più colpite risultano Milona, il secondo più importante centro economico del Paese, e Triesta, altro importantissimo polo industriale e principale porto del Paese.
Tutto ciò si è andato ad aggiungere ovviamente alla forte riduzione degli scambi commerciali con l'estero ma anche al crollo del consumo e gli scambi interni, situazione che è durata per diversi anni e che, come detto, per tornare ai livelli pre-epidemia il Paese potrebbe impiegare tra i 6 ed i 10 anni.

Ma l'epidemia non ha avuto solo effetti sull'economia ma anche sulla società e la popolazione che è rimasta semplicemente scioccata e fortemente provata nell'affrontare così tante morti ed una tale situazione di pericolo ed paura. Sembra che in centinaia di migliaia in tutto il Paese abbiano scoperto o riscoperto la fede o comunque il loro lato spirituale.
Le chiese, le moschee ed altri luoghi di culto in tutto il Paese hanno visto schizzare alle stelle il tasso di frequentazione mentre nuovi culti e sette sono apparsi un po' ovunque riunendo da poche decine a diverse centinaia di persone, magari rimaste isolate o fuggite dalle zone di massima diffusione dell'epidemia verso aree meno densamente popolate.
È stata registrata la fondazione del primo luogo di culto dedicato alla setta dorvishana nota come Children of the Spirit ad Angona (Mezzodiurno) mentre nel nord della Silicia sono stati registrati sia gruppi "Razenai" che una seconda comunità "Ruhi" guidata da Filippo Sarti, figlio di Vito Sarti, primo convertito in Istalia, che con altri fedeli ruhi si è offerto volontario negli scorsi anni per assistere i malati e dare man forte alle forze di sicurezza e sanitarie.
Sempre in Silicia è stato riportato dalla stampa locale, ma con tinte a dir poco comiche, l'organizzazione della prima riunione di "bananisti" in Istalia, uno strano culto nato recentemente in Gaduridos e che sembra caratterizzato da una forte anima di contestazione sociale, soprattutto su temi economici e lavorativi e che hanno espresso il loro sostegno per i lavoratori in Gaduridos che stanno lottando contro la Ananab, grande azienda agroalimentare che controlla vaste piantagioni di banana nel paese Seleyano.
Decisamente più preoccupazione destano invece alcune sette Sataniliste, la più grande di esse fondata a Padua da un immigrato giunto circa quindici anni fa da Davostan ed ora conosciuto come Gran Maestro dell'Ordine Satanilista Istaliano ed impegnato nelle attività del tempio Satanilista stabilito in un seminterrato di Verunia. Il luogo è stato già vittima di lanci di oggetti contro le finestre oscurate ad altezza marciapiede, sia di graffiti intimidatori, ma le autorità dopo alcune indagini non hanno trovato nulla di compromettente dichiarando che l'associazione è impegnata soprattutto nell'organizzazione di eventi e mostre atte ad esaltare l'uomo, forme di Umanismo estremo che vedono le religioni tradizionali come inutili costrizioni per l'uomo.
Dunque reazioni contrastanti tra chi si avvicina alla fede e chi invece preferisce rigettarla, comunque in generale sembra che l'Isola di Alaria sia divenuta la destinazioni di gruppi più o meno estesi di persone pesantemente colpite dall'emergenza dell'Infezione che, per una serie di motivazioni, ha deciso di allontanarsi dal resto della società per stabilire comunità isolate e ristrette. La legge Istaliana infatti permette ai privati di stabilire comunità chiuse e soprattutto nelle aree più orientali a cavallo tra Silicia e Sarregna come anche nel cuore dell'Altopiano tra gli Arasclari, da sempre tra le zone meno popolate del paese.

Le autorità istaliane per il momento non hanno espresso opinioni al riguardo, chiaramente troppo occupate a gestire l'emergenza nazionale, ma a livello locale sono trapelate alcune preoccupazioni dato che alcune di queste comunità hanno imposto un totale isolamento e la totale rottura dei rapporti con l'esterno, una situazione che fa temere violazioni della legge istaliana all'interno di simili comunità a favore di precetti religiosi o etici incompatibili con essa.

Vaccination campaign started: one week without death
The istalian authorities side by side with the THIA staff after the first positive tests are undergoing quickly with the distribution of the vaccine, even the infected ones are declining

Much more harsh the statement on Malivia and its decision not to distribute the Malivian vaccine to other nations:

We do not understand such a decision sincerely. Le forze dell'ordine, mentre il paese sta tornando alla normalità, hanno colpito una cellula criminale legata al Sindacato Criminale di Dorvan in Dorvik: medicine e beni di prima necessità venduti a prezzi improponibili alla popolazione durante le ore più buglie


NEPULI - Oltre cento persone sono state prese in custodia dalle forze dell'ordine questa notte durante una maxi operazione in due quartieri della periferia di Nepuli: l'accusa è quella di associazione per delinquere.
Gli avvisi di garanzia emessi dalla Procura della Repubblica però sono quasi 500 e la Gendarmeria Nazionale ha già reso noto che simili raid saranno condotti anche nei giorni successivi mentre posti di blocco ed un gran numero di pattuglie stanno controllando la città per impedire la fuga di chi non ancora messo sotto custodia.

Con il ritorno della normalità nella penisola, infine la Procura ha deciso di agire nel modo più rapido per mettere fine ad un vergognoso sfruttamento della sofferenza umana e della situazione di gravissima emergenza che ha vissuto il Paese negli ultimi anni.
Il gruppo criminale infatti avrebbe gestito un largo traffico illecito di beni di prima necessità e di medicinali contrabbandati soprattutto nei piccoli centri di provincia e nelle città del nord e venduti a peso d'oro, estorcendo dunque denaro a povera gente disperata ed in difficoltà.
L'organizzazione inoltre potrebbe essere anche direttamente coinvolta in un giro di ricettazione di beni illegalmente sottratti ad aziende e privati tramite l'organizzazione di una rete di sciacallaggio organizzata assoldando un gran numero di piccoli criminali.
Le persone indagate potrebbero però anche essere accusate di associazione di tipo mafiosa dato che, oltre al contrabbando ed alla ricettazione, l'attività del gruppo sarebbe stata finalizzata anche ad acquisire il controllo e la gestione di attività economiche di vario tipo minacciando i proprietari come anche sfruttandone senza vergogna la morte, quindi intimidazione contro attività legali "concorrenziali", che ha portato alla distruzione ed al danneggiamento di nove supermercati e di tre farmacie, ed infine assalto a diversi camion merci per appropriarsi dei rari prodotti trasportati per rivenderli ed al contempo per renderne più difficile la distribuzione a supermercati e negozi.

La Procura ha dichiarato che l'organizzazione criminale risulta essere una cellula istaliana del Sindacato Criminale di Dorvan (Dorvish), contro cui le autorità Dorvish stanno già combattendo da diversi mesi per contrastare le stesse identiche operazioni condotte in Istalia.
Il Sindacato Criminale di Dorvan infatti, fiutando le possibilità offerte dalla grave emergenza epidemica in Istalia, è sbarcata nel Paese dove ha preso letteralmente il controllo della locale rete criminale sfruttato la "crisi" della criminalità organizzata istaliana generata dalla campagna di eliminazione dei leader storici della Mafia Istaliana promossa segretamente dalla Ministra Lavarin durante il secondo Governo Nacon circa venti anni fa. Lo scandalo generato dalla scoperta di quell'operazione provocò la caduta del Governo e l'arresto del Ministro della Giustizia insieme a diversi membri dei servizi segreti ma quando le forze dell'ordine intervennero ormai decine e decine di boss come anche intere famiglie mafiose erano state seriamente compromesse, tanto da sfaldare letteralmente la rete criminale e mafiosa che da allora non si era ancora ripresa, ridotta a piccole bande locali invischiata in attività illecite di piccola portata.

Tra gli arrestati però non ci sarebbero solo istaliani, ma anche cinque Kalopiani, quattro Solentiani ed altrettanti Jelbaniani, due provenienti da Dorvik ed un cittadino di Zardugal. Il Ministero degli Esteri si sta mettendo immediatamente in contatto con i rispettivi governi per comunicare che i cittadini stranieri coinvolti saranno giudicati dalla Lagge Istaliana e se dichiarati colpevoli sconteranno la loro pena qui in Istalia.
Il Ministero degli Esteri non ha però escluso cooperazioni con i dipartimenti della giustizia di questi paesi terzi, dato che si sta verificando che tra questi molti sono ricercati anche dalla giustizia dei rispettivi paesi, dunque non è escluso che si possa trovare un accordo tra i dipartimenti di giustizia coinvolti affinché siano le autorità dei paesi d'origine a giudicarli.

Il Ministro degli Interni Vilfredo Buccheri ha rilasciato questo breve comunicato:

La Procura di Nepuli è infine intervenuta per stroncare un'attività semplicemente odiosa, vergognosa e disumana, semplicemente uno sciacallaggio sulla pelle dei sofferent! Per questo colgo l'occasione per congratularmi con il Procuratore Antonello Freddi e per omaggiare tutti gli agenti coinvolti nell'operazione e che con il loro impegno assicurano alla popolazione istaliana un paese sicuro e guidato dalla legalità! Sono in costante contatto con la Procura di Nepuli fin da ieri e posso assicurarvi che tutti i responsabili saranno presto rintracciati e risponderanno delle loro azioni di fronte alla Giustizia.
Ma tutto ciò non sarebbe stato possibile senza quelle persone che hanno trovato il coraggio di denunciare questi sciacalli! L'attività di distribuzione e vendita di beni di prima necessità è solo la punta dell'iceberg di un giro criminale ben più sviluppato e ramificato. Non mi stupirei se nei prossimi giorni si venissero ad aggiungere ulteriori capi d'accusa ma, e mi rivolgo agli Istaliani, abbiamo anche bisogno del coraggio di tutti voi per far emergere il marcio che si è annidato nel Paese in sofferenza. Le forze dell'ordine e la Giustizia Istaliana sono pronti ad ascoltarvi ed aiutarvi e quindi a stroncare questa nuova piaga che ha colpito il Paese.

Maxi Operation Against Organized Crime: "Looting on the Skin of the suffering!"

The organization could also be directly involved in a fencing stolen property affairs, property illegally acquired from companies and individuals through the organization of an organized looting network by hiring a large number of small criminals.
The suspected could also be accused of a mafia-type criminal conspiracy because, in addition to smuggling and fencing, the group's activity would also be aimed at gaining control and management of various types of economic activities, threatening owners as well exploiting their death and using intimidation against "competitive" legal activities, which has led to the destruction and damage of nine supermarkets and three pharmacies, and finally they also assaulted several freight trucks to steal the rare products transported for sell them and at the same time making it more difficult to distribute to supermarkets and stores.

The Prosecutor's office said the criminal organization was an Istalian cell of the Dorvan Crime Syndicate (Dorvish), against which Dorvish authorities have been fighting for several months to counter the same identical illegal activities carried out in Istalia.
In fact, the Dorvan Crime Syndicate, seizing the opportunity offered by a serious epidemic emergency in Istalia, landed in the country where they literally took control of the local criminal network exploiting the "crisis" of the Istalian organized crime due to the undercover campaign of eliminating the historic leaders of the Istalian Mafia promoted secretly by Minister Lavarin during the Second Nacon Government about twenty years ago. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is getting in touch immediatly with the respective governments to communicate that the involved foreign nationals will be judged by the Isalian Justice and if found guilty they will serve their sentences here in Istalia.
However, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs did not exclude cooperation with the Justice Departments of these third countries, as it is becoming clear that many of these people are also sought by the the Justice of their respective countries, so it is not excluded that an agreement can be reached between the departments involved in order to be the authorities of the countries of origin to judge them.

Interior Minister Vilfredo Buccheri issued this brief statement:

Nepuli's Prosecutor finally intervened to cut off a simply hateful, shameful and inhuman activity, just a looting on the skin of the sufferering! That is why I take the opportunity to congratulate Prosecutor Antonello Freddi and to thanks all the agents involved in the operation and who with their commitment assure the Istalian people a safe and legal-led country! I have been in constant contact with the Nepuli's Prosecutor since yesterday and I can assure you that all those responsible will soon be traced back and will respond to their actions before the Justice.
But all this would not have been possible without those people who found the courage to denounce these jackals! The distribution and sale of essential goods is just the tip of the iceberg of a much more developed and branched crime ring. I would not be surprised if in the coming days will come more charges against these people but, and I address the Istalians, we also need the courage of all of you to unearth the dirt that has lurked in our suffering country. Istalian Justice Minister: "Georg Zacharias's extradition is a fair option"


The recent discovery of a criminal cell on Istalia, during one of the most critical situation for the population, opened a debate about the foreigners put under arrest linked to the criminal cell. The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kalopi-Siphina asked at the Istalian government the extradition of Georg Zacharias, involved in the organization of multiple terrorist attacks in the country. The Istalian Minister counterpart, Laura Cardinale, welcomed the extradition in Kalopi-Siphina during an interview:

"Minister Cardinale, how it's going with the criminal organization discovered a while ago? There is even a request of extradition for one of them"
"We're monitoring the situation in the country to make sure that the organization is disbanded, however, I welcome the idea of extraditing Georg Zacharias to Kalopi-Siphina, it's a fair option: his country deserves to justice him as long as they won't use any torture against him. Considering his criminal record against his country, the best solution is to send him back to Kalopi-Siphina. I think we should extradite him in less then two years if this year won't be possible."
